Abstract

AbstractPurchasing decisions will affect the sustainability of a business. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of brand image, product innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions at Nyunsep chicken stalls, Dau district.  The sampling in this study were the customers of Ayam Nyungsep Dau Malang who had met the criteria as respondents, which were determined by the researcher, namely, having eaten or bought at least 3 times. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Brand Image style, product innovation, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. (2) Brand Image has partial effect on Purchase Decision. (3) product innovation has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect work life balance, job burnout and workload on organizational commitment female nurses. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study at the Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang with 65  people with a saturated sample of as much as the total population. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses classic assumption test, multiple regression, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination which is processed using the SPSS software progam (version 14.0). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work life balance, job burnout and workload  have a positive and significant effect on organitational commitment. Partially, work life balance has a significant positive effect on organitational commitment, job burnout variable has no effect on organitational commitment, and workload has a significant negatif effect on organitational commitment.  Keywords: work life balance, job burnout and, workload, and organitatonal commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and employee performance and to determine the effect of intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this study was 47 employees of PT. Bumi Menara Internusa. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is the instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Bumi Menara Internusa. While partially, intelligence quotient influences employee performance, emotional quotient influences employee performance, and spiritual quotient affects employee performance of PT. Abstract

Abstract      Employee engagement is something that can be one of the keys to organizational success. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and team work on employee engagement on employees at Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study employees who had different positions in the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang with a total sample of 39 respondents. The sampling method using saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis used includes instrument test, classical assumption test multiple linier regression hypothesis test and determination coefficient  using SPSS. The result of this study indicate that organizational justice and team work have a simultaneous effect on employee engagement. The results of this study also indicated that there was a partial influence between organizational justice and team work on employee engagement.             Keywords : Organizational Justice, Team Work, Employee Engagement

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning on the level of sale of land plots either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The research sample was 70 companies which were taken with saturated sample method. In this study using quantitative research. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research).The results of this study indicate that segmenting, targeting and positioning simultaneously have a significant effect on sales levels. And partially segmenting and targeting have no significant effect on the level of sales, partially positioning has a significant effect on the level of sales. Keywords: Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, Sales Level

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work stress, occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Etta Indotama Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study were 80 production employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent viable. Based on the partial test results, the variables work stress, occupational safety and health have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Etta Indotama Yogyakarta. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Safety, Occupational Health and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of competence, information technology and organizational communication on employee performance at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. The sample in this study were civil servants at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang amounting to 66 people. This data collection method uses the method of distributing questionnaires. This data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS ver 20 program. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it is known that competence, information and communication technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Malang. Keywords : Competence, Information Technology, Organizational communication, employee performance

Abstract

Absttract This study aims to determine student preferences in choosing private universities in the city of Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people who are students from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, the Islamic University of Malang and the University of Merdeka Malang. The sampling technique used is purpusive sampling. The data used in the study used primary data and secondary data. The method used is conjoint analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research on student preferences in choosing private universities in the city of Malang can be seen that the most important attribute is accreditation with an importance level of 24.440%. The value of this attribute is greater than the value of other attributes such as college facilities by 23.302%, education costs by 17.925%, promotions by 17.277% and location of universities by 17.056%. Keywords : Preferences, Facilities, Cost, Accreditation Location, Promotion.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the regional financial and asset management revenue agency in Bima Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 81 people who are employees of the regional financial and asset management revenue agency, Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive data analysis by using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination with the SPSS statistical program IBM Version 22. shows that simultaneously each variable employee engagement, organizational culture and organizational commitment equally affect employee performance, while partially employee engagement variables, organizational culture and organizational commitment have no significant effect on the performance of employees of the district financial and asset management revenue agency. bimaKeywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, and Completeness of Infrastructure on Patient Satisfaction of Covid-19 Survivors at Kepanjen Safe House. The sampling technique used was random sampling to obtain a sample of 64 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the quality of service had no effect on patient satisfaction, but for infrastructure it had an effect on patient satisfaction. If simultaneously the quality of service and infrastructure have a significant effect on patient satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure, Patient Satisfaction.
