Abstract

The research was motivated by the Teaching Factory (TEFA) program which had not yet undergone a comprehensive evaluation. One of them is the lack of a comprehensive evaluation instrument. In this regard, this research aims to 1) Find the instrument construct used to evaluate SMK teaching factories, 2) Determine the quality characteristics of SMK teaching factory instruments, 3) Find the results of analysis of SMK teaching factory instruments. The research method used is development research. This research is in the form of instrument development research for implementing TEFA in schools. Based on the results of the analysis of the 57 questions on the Input assessment instrument, it can be concluded that all the items are suitable for the model or model fit. Because the item has fulfilled the requirements, it is said to be fit for the model in the Winstep program, for example, if the Outfit MNSQ value is 0.5 to 1.5 or the Outfit ZSTD value is -2 to 2, or the Pt-measure Corr is positive then it can be said to be an item. is fit or suitable for the model Penelitiaan dilatarbelakangi oleh program Teaching Factory (TEFA) yang belum dilakukan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Salah satunya belum adanya instrument evaluasi yang komprehensif. Sehubungan dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menemukan konstruk instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi teaching factory SMK, 2) Menentukan karakteristik kualitas instrumen teaching factory SMK, 3) Menemukan hasil analisis instrumen teaching factory SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian pengembangan instrument untuk pelaksanaan TEFA di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 57 butir pertanyaan instrumen penilaian Input, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan butir cocok terhadap model atau model fit. Karena telah memenuhi syarat butir dikatakan fit terhadap model pada program winstep, antara lain jika nilai Outfit MNSQ sebesar 0,5 sampai dengan 1,5 atau nilai Outfit ZSTD sebesar -2 sampai dengan 2, atau Pt-measure Corr bernilai positif maka dapat dikatakan butir tersebut fit atau cocok terhadap model

Abstract

Program ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi para guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesulitan melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) untuk pemenuhan publikasi ilmiah. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan bantuan dalam bentuk workshop pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berupa: (1) penguasaan konsep PTK melalui ceramah dan diskusi tentang permasalahan penelitian, kajian pustaka dan penelusuran referensi melalui internet, rancangan tindakan dan penelitian, penyusunan laporan hasil penelitian dan teknik swasunting, (2) teknik prosedur penyusunan proposal PTK dan pengembangan instrument melalui ceramah dan diskusi, (3) tugas membuat proposal dan instrumen PTK oleh semua guru peserta sesuai bidang keahliannya untuk memperbaiki atau meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi hasil belajar peserta didik yang dilakukan dengan pendampingan oleh tim pengabdi. Setelah mendapatkan pelatihan, para guru antusias untuk menyusun proposal, dan di akhir pelatihan ada 96% dari total guru yang mengikuti pelatihan menyelesaikan  proposalnya dengan baik

Abstract

Perkembangan komputasi kuantum memberikan potensi besar dalam bidang teknologi informasi, namun juga menimbulkan ancaman signifikan terhadap sistem keamanan siber yang ada saat ini. Sebagai respons terhadap tantangan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem keamanan siber inovatif yang berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) guna melawan ancaman komputasi kuantum. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan penerapan algoritma AI untuk mendeteksi dan merespons serangan kuantum secara dinamis, serta integrasi kriptografi pasca-kuantum untuk meningkatkan ketahanan sistem terhadap potensi peretasan. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi penggunaan pembelajaran mesin untuk mengidentifikasi pola ancaman dan memperkuat sistem secara otomatis seiring waktu. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mendeteksi ancaman kuantum dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan menawarkan solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan pada berbagai platform siber. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah kemajuan signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem keamanan yang lebih tangguh dan adaptif terhadap evolusi komputasi kuantum, membuka jalan bagi terciptanya infrastruktur digital yang lebih aman di masa depan

Abstract

Efficient nitrogen use is crucial for maximizing oil palm yield while reducing environmental impact. Poor nitrogen utilization causes excessive growth and nutrient loss. This study uses bioinformatics to identify key genes linked to nitrogen use efficiency, providing insights for genetic improvement and sustainable cultivation.Protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks, functional enrichment, and structural modeling were employed to uncover candidate genes regulating nitrogen uptake and metabolism. Sixty-two nitrogen use efficiency associated genes from rice (Oryza sativa) were analyzed via BLASTp against the E. guineensis genome (NCBI), selecting those with >80% similarity. PPI networks were constructed using STRING-db and analyzed in Cytoscape v3.7.1. Functional enrichment (Gene Ontology) and structural analysis (AlphaFold, PyMol v2.5.4) were performed. Twelve nitrogen use efficiency related genes were identified, with CESA4, CESA7, and CESA9 emerging as key regulators based on high degree and betweenness values in PPI analysis. These genes are linked to plant cell wall biosynthesis. Structural analysis showed high similarity to rice homologs, with RMSD values of 0.338 Å (CESA4) and 0.396 Å (CESA9), indicating strong conservation area. Their structural relevance suggests they are promising targets for molecular breeding marker to enhance nitrogen utilization and sustainability in oil palm.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate a high-order thinking skills (HOTS)-based multiple-choice instrument to assess citizen participation in consumer education. Guided by Bannister and Monsma's framework, the instrument was developed through expert reviews and tested empirically using the Rasch model. The content validity, assessed by Aiken's V, CVR, and I-CVI, showed high expert agreement. Empirical validation involving 250 university students indicated excellent item reliability (0.99), acceptable person reliability (0.79), and appropriate item fit. All 24 items analyzed fell within acceptable MNSQ ranges and showed positive point-measure correlations. While item difficulties ranged from –2.23 to +1.87 logits, most were easier for the sample, suggesting potential refinement for high-ability students. The findings support the instrument's validity and reliability for assessing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in citizen participation, providing a robust tool for assessing transformative consumer education.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial element for student success, and this holds true for students at the Faculty of Theology, Christian University of Technology Surakarta. It not only helps students start the learning process but also sustains their enthusiasm for understanding and mastering course material, ultimately leading to the achievement of learning goals. This research aims to determine the influence of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the learning motivation of students at the Faculty of Theology, Christian University of Technology Surakarta. After processing the data using SPSS 25, the results showed a significant influence of AI utilization on the learning motivation of theology students. The correlation table reveals the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The correlation coefficient is 0.299, which, based on the interpretation guidelines for correlation coefficients, falls within the range of 0.299 - 0.40. This indicates that the utilization of artificial intelligence has an influence on the learning motivation of the Faculty of Theology students. Therefore, it is expected that the use of artificial intelligence can help theology students enhance their learning motivation. ABSTRAK Motivasi belajar menjadi salah satu elemen penting terhadap keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam keberhasilan belajar, begitu juga bagi mahasiswa di Fakultas Teologi Universitas Kristen Teknologi Solo. Motivasi belajar tidak hanya membantu mahasiswa untuk memulai proses belajar, tetapi juga mempertahankan semangat belajar dalam usaha memahami dan mendalami materi perkuliahan sehingga tujuan belajar tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Teologi di Universitas Kristen Teknologi Solo, setelah melakukan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25 dan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari pemanfaatan artificial intelligence terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Teologi. Dengan melihat tabel korelasi menunjukkan besar hubungan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Terlihat dari kolom kefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,299 Berdasarkan pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi antara 0,40 – 0,299. Dengan demikian pemanfaatan artificial intelligence berpengaruh dalam motivasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Teologi. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pemanfaatan artificial intelligence dapat membantu mahasiswa Fakultas Teologi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

his Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to empower street meatball vendors through digital transformation based on online promotion and the use of the non-cash payment system, QRIS. The partners in this activity are groups of street meatball vendors in the [name of city/subdistrict] area, most of whom have not yet utilized digital media for marketing and still rely on cash transactions. The problems faced by the partners include limited ability to reach customers online, low understanding of digital marketing, and limited access to digital payment technologies.The solutions offered in this program include training in promotion via social media (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Maps), the creation of simple promotional content, and assistance in activating and using QRIS. Conceptually, this program adopts a state-of-the-art approach to the implementation of micro digital marketing and QR-based payment systems (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a strategic step for MSME adaptation to the Industry 4.0 era and post-pandemic conditions. The urgency of this activity lies in the need to enhance the competitiveness of informal micro-entrepreneurs so they can survive and grow through the adoption of affordable and accessible digital technologies. The implementation method includes field observation, hands-on training, creation of visual promotional materials, and regular post-training monitoring and evaluation. The results show an increase in the partners’ understanding of digital media, the creation of active social media promotional accounts, and the successful use of QRIS as an alternative payment method by customers. The outputs produced from this program include: (1) a PKM report, (2) a community service scientific article, (3) an educational documentation video, and (4) social media accounts for product promotion by partners. This activity is expected to serve as a replicable model for empowering informal sector MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis kasus belum banyak diterapkan di lingkungan SMK, padahal pendekatan ini efektif dalam membangun keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kontekstual siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual, keterampilan perencanaan, dan motivasi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis case-method. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan yang melibatkan 16 guru SMK. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick pada tiga level: reaksi, pembelajaran, dan perilaku. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pemahaman dari 67,8 menjadi 83,1 (naik 15,3 poin atau 22,6%), serta 75% peserta berhasil menerapkan RPP berbasis kasus di kelas. Temuan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan pelatihan dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan pendampingan lintas mata pelajaran serta studi lanjutan tentang dampak penerapan metode ini terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Abstract: The case-based learning approach has not been widely implemented in vocational high schools (SMK), despite its effectiveness in fostering students' critical and contextual thinking skills. This community engagement program aimed to enhance teachers' conceptual understanding, instructional planning skills, and motivation to implement case-method-based teaching and assessment. The program involved training sessions, workshops, and mentoring activities with 16 teachers. Evaluation was conducted using the Kirkpatrick Model at three levels: reaction, learning, and behavior. The results indicated an increase in the average comprehension score from 67.8 to 83.1 (a gain of 15.3 points or 22.6%), and 75% of the participants successfully implemented case-based lesson plans in their classrooms. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the training program in bridging the gap between theoretical understanding and practical implementation. The activity recommends follow-up mentoring across subject areas and further applied research on the impact of case-method implementation on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aim to (1) Knowing the process of making a modified bustier kebaya; (2) Knowing the effect of a modified bustier kebaya with a so-en system technique on the level of comfort in terms of the position of the kebaya fitting factor; (3) Knowing the most preferred modified kebaya by consumers. This research is a true experimental study with a post test only control design. The data collection technique used is through observation sheets and questionnaires (anget). The assessment was carried out by five panelists to find out the position of the kebaya fitting facto analysis technique used was an independent T-test conducted to see the effect of a modified bustier kebaya on the level of comfort in terms of the position of the fitting factor. The preference level test for the product was carried out through a questionnaire with 20 target user respondents. The results showed: Modified bustier fitting kebaya (Design 1) got an average score of 3.88 (VERY GOOD), modified bustier fitted fitting (Design 2) got an average score of 3.81 (VERY GOOD), and modified fitting with a bustier separately (Design 3) get an average value of 3.06 (GOOD). The most preferred modified kebaya product by consumers is Design 1 which shows that the average voter is 39%, Design 2 gets a score of 37% and Design 3 gets a score of 24%.

Abstract

Nutrient-use efficiency in oil palm is important for economic and environmental reasons. This research aimed to identify biomarkers to discriminate between tolerant and susceptible oil palms to potassium (K) and nitrogen (N) deficiency. A screening of oil palm materials for N or K use efficiency was conducted using an omission trial experiment, where only targeted nutrient was applied as treatment, while all other nutrients were applied as recommended. The treatment was performed in the main nursery for ten months to identify progenies with contrasting traits. Metabolite analysis was performed to identify specific metabolites as biomarkers for N-efficient and K-efficient palms. Samples taken from the roots of the contrasting progenies were treated with liquid nitrogen prior to grinding into a powder for liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) analysis. The LC-HRMS analysis showed 277 metabolites from K and N treatments after data trimming, which were then analysed in MetaboAnalyst 6.0 for biomarker identification. The results showed that some metabolites were statistically significant. Metabolites identified in more than one analysis have a higher likelihood of being considered as biomarkers. In this experiment, we compared PLS-DA, sPLS-DA, and Random Forest. However, some identified metabolites were not to occur naturally in the treatment palms. Some amino acids and antioxidants were promising biomarkers to differentiate the N-deficiency-tolerant and K-deficiency-tolerant palms. Thus, the biomarkers facilitate the breeding scheme to create a nutrient-efficient palm planting material.
