Abstract

Guru memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik generasi muda tentang seni dan budaya, termasuk batik. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam bidang batik akan memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mengembangkan pemahaman dan apresiasi siswa terhadap seni dan budaya. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan PkM ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat batik tulis dan desain batik berbasis kompetensi, melatih guru dalam yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Seni Budaya di Yogyakarta, dan mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi batik BNSP. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan: 1) Tahap Persiapan, bersama mitra berupa perencanaan program, bahan materi, pendaftaran, dan seleksi peserta sesuai dokumen kelengkapan yang dikirimkan meliputi biodata, surat keterangan pengalaman, dan surat tugas sekolah. 2) Tahap Pelaksanaan, mengacu kepada Modul Kompetensi & Buku Kerja sesuai Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) yaitu rumusan kemampuan kerja yang mencakup aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan/ atau keahlian serta sikap kerja. 3) Tahap Evaluasi berupa Pre-test, Post-Test, Sertifikasi Uji Kompetensi oleh LSP, dan Evaluasi Kegiatan. Hasil olah data statistik antara nilai pre-test dan post-test menggunakan uji hipotesis Paired t-test diperoleh nilai p sangat kecil (jauh di bawah 0.05), menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan sertifikasi kompetensi batik pada skema pembatik tulis dan skema gambar motif secara signifikan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta. Hasil uji kompetensi sesuai target keberhasilan bahwa 19 dari 20 peserta atau 95% dinyatakan sudah “Kompeten” dan mendapatkan sertifikat BNSP. Hasil evaluasi untuk aspek materi, fasilitator, fasilitas dan kelengkapan kegiatan, dan proses sertifikasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan memiliki kualitas yang baik dan tingkat kepuasan peserta yang tinggi (50% Puas dan 50% Sangat Puas). Batik Training and Competency Certification for Arts and Culture Teachers in Yogyakarta Abstract Teachers have an important role in educating the younger generation about arts and culture, including batik. Therefore, improving teachers' competencies of batik will have a significant impact on developing students' understanding and appreciation of art and culture. The purpose of this community service program (PkM) is to enhance knowledge and skills in batik-making and design based on competency, train teachers who are members of the Yogyakarta Arts and Culture Subject Teachers Association (MGMP), and obtain BNSP batik competency certificates. The activities were carried out in several stages: 1) Preparation Stage: This included program planning, material preparation, participant registration, and selection based on submitted documents such as biodata, experience certificates, and school assignment letters. 2) Implementation Stage refers to the Competency Module and Workbook according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI), which encompass the formulation of work abilities including aspects of knowledge, skills, and/or expertise, as well as work attitudes. 3) Evaluation Stage: This involved pre-tests, post-tests, competency certification by the Professional Certification Institute (LSP), and activity evaluation. The results met the success target, with 19 out of 20 participants (95%) being declared "Competent" and receiving BNSP certificates. Statistical data analysis using the Paired t-test hypothesis test between pre-test and post-test scores yielded a very small p-value (well below 0.05), indicating that the batik training and competency certification in the batik-making and motif design schemes were significantly effective in improving participants' skills. The evaluation results for aspects of material, facilitators, facilities and activity completeness, and the certification process showed high quality and a high level of participant satisfaction (50% Satisfied and 50% Very Satisfied).

Abstract

Obesitas menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi wanita yang bekerja kantor, sebab mereka kesulitan mendapatkan busana yang cocok untuk dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan busana kerja berbahan lurik untuk wanita obesitas, (2) mengetahui tingkat preferensi wanita obesitas pada busana kerja berbahan lurik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research & Development dengan desain 4D. Subjek penelitiannya adalah dosen dan karyawan di lingkungan Fakultas Teknik UNY. Instrumen yang digunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan busana kerja berbahan lurik dengan penempatan motif pada bagian sisi secara vertikal, berbahan katun dan berwarna gelap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat preferensi wanita obesitas pada busana kerja berbahan lurik paling besar pada aspek pemilihan siluet busana yaitu 28,90%, kemudian pemilihan warna 23%, diikuti pemilihan bahan 20,60%, pemilihan motif 14,5% dan yang terakhir adalah pemilihan tekstur sebesar 13%. Busana kerja berbahan lurik dapat menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk menciptakan visual badan yang lebih ramping sehingga diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk wanita obesitas untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri. Wanita obesitas dapat menggunakan model busana kerja tersebut sebagai solusi agar penampilannya terlihat lebih menarik.                                  Obesity is a problem for women who work in an office, because they have difficulty getting clothes that fit them. This study aims to: (1) produce work clothes made of striated for obese women, (2) determine the level of preference of obese women on work clothes made of striated. This type of research is a Research & Development research with a 4D design. The research subjects were lecturers and staff at the Faculty of Engineering, UNY. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. This research produces work clothes made of striated with the placement of motifs on the sides vertically, made of cotton and dark in color. The results showed that the level of preference for obese women in work clothes made of striated was greatest in the aspect of choosing a fashion silhouette, namely 28.90%, then color selection 23%, followed by material selection 20.60%, motif selection 14.5% and the last is texture selection by 13%. Work clothes made of striated can be the right choice to create a slimmer body visual so that it is expected to be a solution for obese women to increase their self-confidence. Obese women can use the work dress model as a solution to make their appearance look more attractive.

Abstract

Elementary school students are in a period of social growth and development and need encouragement from teachers to dare to self-actualize. Student self-actualization is a form of self-development that requires awareness from each student to function learning activities as a means of developing potential. The teacher's skills in communicating learning material through the role-playing method will help students to respond actively to the learning material. The role-playing method can create interesting and interactive learning that is student-centered. So that it influences students to self-actualize in the form of students' self-confidence, ability to use emotions, social skills, self-acceptance, creativity, and learning to solve problems, developing imagination and courage in carrying out their learning responsibilities independently. In this way, learning objectives will be achieved maximally, which is marked by students' courage to actualize them. With the role playing method, students' self-actualization will be achieved, that is, students will be able to recognize their own abilities which can be developed by involving themselves in every learning activity and social relationships with other students. Students have good self-confidence, students have the ability to use emotions appropriately, students have social skills, self-acceptance, creativity, and learn to solve problems. This research aims to test the hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence of the role playing method on the self-actualization of Christian students in Christian Religious Education subjects at the Bopkri Wonosari Elementary School. By using quantitative descriptive research methods and SPSS 16.0 data processing, there are significant results for self-actualization in elementary school students at Bopkri Wonosari. ABSTRAKSiswa Sekolah Dasar sedang dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sosial membutuhkan dorongan dari guru untuk berani beraktualisasi diri. Aktualisasi diri siswa merupakan wujud pengembangkan diri yang membutuhkan kesadaran dari setiap siswa untuk memfungsikan kegiatan pembelajaran sebagai sarana dalam mengembangkan potensi. Ketrampilan guru dalam mengkomunikasikan materi pembelajaran melalui metode bermain peran akan menolong siswa untuk merespon aktif materi pembelajaran. Dengan Metode bermain peran dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif yang berpusat pada siswa. Sehingga mempengaruhi siswa untuk beraktualisasi diri dalam bentuk kepercayaan diri siswa, kemampuan menggunakan emosi, kemampuan sosial, penerimaan diri, kreatifitas, dan belajar memecahkan masalah, mengembangkan daya imajinasi serta keberanian dalam melakukan tanggungjawab belajarnya secara mandiri. Dengan demikian tujuan pembelajaran akan tercapai dengan maksimal yang di tandai dengan keberanian siswa untuk beraktualisai. Dengan metode bermain peran maka akan tercapai aktualisasi diri siswa yaitu siswa mampu mengenal kemampuan dirinya yang dapat dikembangkan dengan melibatkan diri dalam setiap aktifitas pembelajaran maupun hubungan sosial dengan siswa lain. Siswa menjadi memiliki kepercayaan diri yang baik, siswa memiliki kemampuan menggunakan emosi dengan tepat, siswa memiliki kemampuan sosial, penerimaan diri, kreatifitas, dan belajar memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguji hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh metode bermain peran yang signifikan terhadap aktualisasi diri siswa kristen pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Sekolah Dasar Bopkri Wonosari. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengolahan data SPSS 16.0 dengan demikian terdapat hasil yang signifikan terhadap aktualisasi diri pada siswa SD Bopkri Wonosari.

Abstract

Assembly mentoring for youth in the church is a process in which members of the church assembly, which usually consists of people who are more mature and experienced in spiritual life and ministry, provide guidance, support, and mentoring to youth in the church. This study aims to measure the effect of assembly mentoring on the development of youth activeness in service at the Jambeyan Javanese Christian Church, after processing the data using spss and it is known that there is a sufficient influence of assembly mentoring to develop youth activeness in service at the Jambeyan Javanese Christian Church. By looking at the correlation table, it shows the magnitude of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Seen from the correlation coefficient column of 0.464. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation guidelines according to Sugiyono, this shows sufficient closeness with criteria between 0.400-0.600. Thus the Assembly Assistance is less influential in developing youth activeness in service, so it is necessary to correct the church whether there is something wrong in the mentoring system carried out for adolescents at the Jambeyan Javanese Christian Church. ABSTRAKPendampingan majelis untuk remaja di gereja adalah proses di mana anggota majelis gereja, yang biasanya terdiri dari orang-orang yang lebih dewasa dan berpengalaman dalam kehidupan rohani dan pelayanan, memberikan bimbingan, dukungan, dan mentoring kepada remaja di dalam gereja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pendampingan majelis terhadap pengembangan keaktifan remaja dalam berpelayanan di Gereja Kristen Jawa Jambeyan, setelah melakukan pengolahan data menggunakan spss dan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup dari pendampingan majelis untuk mengembangkan keaktifan remaja dalam berpelayanan di Gereja Kristen Jawa Jambeyan. Dengan melihat table korelasi menunjukan besar hubungan variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Terlihat dari kolom koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,464. Berdasarkan pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi menurut Sugiyono, hal ini menunjukkan keeratan yang cukup dengan kriteria antara 0,400-0,600. Dengan demikian Pendampingan Majelis kurang berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan keaktifan remaja dalam berpelayanan, sehingga perlu adanya koreksi untuk gereja apakah ada yang salah dalam sistem pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk remaja di Gereja Kristen Jawa Jambeyan.

Abstract

Christian religious education, which is one of the lessons at school, has an important role in shaping students' character. Even though this subject is specifically intended for Christian students, for Christian schools founded by Christian institutions, all students without exception of non-Christian religions must take Christian Religious Education lessons. This research aims to find out the influence of Christian Religious Education learning on the character formation of non-Christian students at Christian Vocational School 2 Surakarta, after processing the data using SPSS and it is known that there is a significant influence of Christian Religious Education learning on the character formation of non-Christian students. By looking at the correlation table, it shows the magnitude of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. It can be seen from the correlation coefficient column that it is 0.593. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation guidelines according to Sugiyono, this shows moderate closeness with criteria between 0.40 – 0.593. In this way, learning Christian Religious Education has an influence in forming the character of non-Christian students. Therefore, it is hoped that learning Christian Religious Education can help non-Christian students in forming character. ABSTRAKPendidikan Agama Kristen yang menjadi salah satu pelajaran di sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Meskipun mata pelajaran ini secara khusus ditujukan untuk siswa Kristen, namun bagi Sekolah kristen yang didirikan oleh lembaga kristen semua siswa tanpa terkecuali yang beragama non kristen harus mengikuti pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagimana pengaruh pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa non-Kristen di SMK Kristen 2 Surakarta, setelah melakukan pengolahan data menggunakan spss dan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa non-Kristen. Dengan melihat table korelasi menunjukan besar hubungan variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Terlihat dari kolom koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,593. Berdasarkan pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi menurut Sugiyono, hal ini menunjukkan keeratan yang sedang dengan kriteria antara 0,40 – 0,593. Dengan demikian pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen berpengaruh dalam pembentukan karakter siswa non-Kristen Oleh karena itu diharapkan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dapat membantu siswa non-Kristen dalam membentuk karakter.

Abstract

Teachers are people who have a big role in the continuity of an optimal and quality learning process, because student activity and the development of student potential cannot be separated from the teacher’s ability to approach learning in the ongoing learning process. The emergence of problems in the learning process can originate from the limitation of teachers and students which have an impact on learning process that is not conducive. The application of learning Psikologi in the learning prosces is a way for teachers to overcome learning problems and improve the quality of learning. Teacher abilities in approaching and mentoring require refresing as a strategy to refresh and inrease teaher motivation in designing and realizing improvements in the quality of the learning process. This community activity aims to provide motivational traning and assistance for teachers in an effort to provide additional knowledge and insight tp motivate teachers to answe every learning problem and provide input in finding student approach strategi to achieve improved learning quality. This activity received a positive response and helped teachers to increase their roles and in realizing improvements in the quality of the learning process

Abstract

. Teacher competence is one of the capital in carrying out teaching duties, based on the competence that teachers have, it can create interesting and fun learning conditions. Power point media is one of the media in the learning process that needs to be mastered by teachers in carrying out learning in the digital era. But not all teachers have the knowledge and skills to understand and use power point as a technology medium in the learning process. Awareness of the need for teachers for knowledge and skills in using power points requires stimulus from schools and other institutions in an effort to provide mentoring and motivational support for teachers to develop self-actualization. Through mentoring and motivational support activities, teachers have skills and even become more skilled in choosing and functioning power points according to the subject matter they teach, so that teachers are motivated to improve the performance of carrying out an effective and efficient learning process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen yang memenuhi syarat untuk mengukur afektif siswa kelas IV, dan mengetahui gambaran afektif siswa kelas IV tahun ajaran 2016/2017 di Kabupaten Klaten. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Developmentdengan Model Thiagarajan. Instrumen penilaian afektif telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Validitas isi diuji oleh ahli dan diperoleh indeks Aiken sebesar 0,85. Validitas konstruk dilakukan dengan analisis faktor eksploratori dan konfirmatori. Hasil analisis faktor eksploratori menunjukkan nilai KMO sebesar 0,726 sedangkan Bartlett's Test sebesar Sig. 0,000. Hasil analisis faktor konfirmatori menunjukkan nilai Chi-Kuadrat sebesar 0,039; RMSEA= 0,012; GFI=0,93; SRMR=0,033; AGFI=0,90; CFI=1,00; RFI=1,00. Hasil reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa koefisien Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,653 sedangkan pada reliabilitas konstruk menunjukkan bahwa pada sikap disiplin koefisien CR=0,99 dan VE=0,99; sikap jujur CR=0,99 dan VE=0,99; sikap peduli CR=0,99 dan VE=0,99; sikap percaya diri CR=0,94 dan VE=0,95; sikap santun CR=0,99 dan VE=0,81; sikap tanggung jawab CR=0,99 dan VE=0,79. Gambaran afektif siswa adalah (a) berdasarkan tingkatan afektif Krathwohl, Bloom & Masia pada tingkatan karakterisasi sebesar 42,9%, mengorganisasi sebesar 50,9 %, menilai 6,2% sedangkan tahapan merepon dan menerima sebesar 0%, (b) berdasarkan acuan Kurikulum 2013 pada kategori baik sekali sebesar 62%, kategori baik 38% dan kategori cukup 1%, kategori butuh bimbingan sebesar 0%.Kata kunci: penilaian afektif, sikap, tingkatan afektif Krathwohl, Bloom & Masia, analisis faktor eksploratori, analisis faktor konfirmatori DEVELOPING AFFECTIVE ASSESMENT INSTRUMEN OF FOURTH GRADE STUDENT IN KLATEN REGENCYAbstractThis study aimed to:  produce qualified instrument to measure an affective of grade IV students and find out the affective picture of fourth grade students in academic year 2016/2017 Klaten. This study used Research and Development approach by using Thiagarajan Model. Affective assessment instruments were stated as valid and reliable. Content validity was judged by experts. The Aiken index of instruments is 0.85. Construct validity was measured by using both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the KMO value is 0.726 while the Bartlett's Test is equal to Sig. 0,000. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that Chi-Square value is 0.039; RMSEA = 0.012; GFI = 0.93; SRMR = 0.033; AGFI = 0.90; CFI = 1.00; RFI = 1.00. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.653 while the construct reliability showed the coefficient of discipline CR = 0.99 and VE = 0.99; honest attitude CR = 0.99 and VE = 0.99; attitude caring about CR = 0.99 and VE = 0.99; self-confidence CR = 0.94 and VE = 0.95; polite attitude CR = 0.99 and VE = 0.81; the attitude of responsibility CR = 0.99 and VE = 0.79. The description of students' affective was (a) based on the affective level of Krathwohl, Bloom & Masia,  level of characterization 42.9%, organizing 50.9%, assessing 6.2% while phoning and receiving 0%, (b) based on the 2013 Curriculum reference, it could be stated as excellent category 62%, favorable category 38% and fair category 1%, the category needs guidance at 0%.Keywords: affective assessment, attitude, Krathwohl affective level, Bloom & Masia, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of technopreneur profile element learning in the primary subject of fashion skills based on the independent curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Wonosari and SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta in terms of planning (antecedent), process (transaction), results (output). This research is evaluation research using the Countenance evaluation model of Stake. The study population consisted of 2 teachers and 180 students in phase E of Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 1 Wonosari and SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that: (1) The antecedent aspect of the implementation of technopreneur profile element learning at SMK is in the very good category (100%), planning the flow of learning objectives (ATP) shows the very good category (100%), as well as planning the teaching module shows a very good category (100%); (2) The transaction aspect of the technopreneur profile element of learning at SMK is in a good category (70%), the implementation of learning shows the good category (63%), and the learning assessment shows the good category (43%); (3) The output aspects of the technopreneur profile element of learning at SMK found that students from both schools succeeded in achieving the minimum completeness criteria with a percentage of 100%. Achievement of the learning objectives of the technopreneur profile at SMK Negeri 1 Wonosari & SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta was measured by test and non-test assessments.

Abstract

The development of Android applications is currently growing rapidly, which is the background for this research, there are various free and paid Android applications available on Google Play that we can install on Android-based smartphones according to our needs. The increasing development of Android applications nowadays opens up very promising opportunities for anyone who wants to become an Android application developer. The aim of this research is to make it easier for the public to get to know the heroes of the Indonesian Revolution, as well as to attract user interest who want to know and learn about the Heroes of the Indonesian Revolution and at the same time remind the public about the struggles carried out by the Heroes of the Indonesian Revolution. The method used in the research is the research & development method (R&D Method). The R & D method is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The result of the research is the development of an Android-based application for recognizing the heroes of the Indonesian Revolution.
