Abstract

The Yogyakarta traditional ukel tekuk bun is an important part of traditional make-up, with the sunggar supported by a subal to maintain its stability and shape. However, the materials and techniques for making traditional subal are considered less practical and comfortable, so innovation is needed to create a more modern subal without losing its traditional essence. This study aims to (1) identify the stages of subal development for the Yogyakarta traditional ukel tekuk bun sunggar, and (2) evaluate the feasibility of the subal based on expert validation and user assessment. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation) model. The data collection instrument involves expert validation and user assessment using a Likert scale of 4. The results of the study show several main findings: (1) Problems faced by make-up artists and users include lack of skills in making sunggar, discomfort of sasakan, shape that does not suit the face, and a long time-consuming process. Therefore, a practical subal was developed using materials such as hair, combs, needles, sewing threads, and other supporting tools. (2) The development process includes design, production, and evaluation. (3) Expert validation results showed a feasibility percentage of 95.16% (average 3.81), and user assessment reached 98.02% (average 3.92), both in the feasibility category.

Abstract

Understanding the Bible is one of the most important services to be carried out in improving the spiritual quality of the congregation. Apart from that, understanding the Bible in the church is very helpful in the church's task of increasing interest in congregational services. This research aims to find out the influence of mature Bible understanding on the call to ministry to the assembly in Selokaton Javanese Christian Church, after processing data using SPSS and it is known that there is a significant influence of adult understanding of the Bible as the basis for the call to assembly service at the Selokaton Javanese Christian Church. By looking at the correlation table, it shows the magnitude of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. It can be seen from the correlation coefficient column that it is 0.912. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation guidelines according to Sugiyono, this shows a strong correlation with criteria between 0.60 - 0.912. In this way, understanding the Bible really helps the church in increasing the congregation's interest in ministry. Therefore, it is hoped that members of the congregation will feel that mature understanding of the Bible is the basis for the calling of ministers at the Selokaton Javanese Christian Church. ABSTRAKPemahaman Alkitab merupakan salah satu pelayanan yang sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerohanian jemaat, selain itu pemahaman Alkitab yang ada di dalam gereja sangatlah membatu tugas gereja dalam meningkatkan minat pelayanan jemaat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagimana pengaruh pemahaman Alkitab dewasa terhadap panggillan pelayanan kemajelisan di Gereja Kristen Jawa Selokaton, setelah melakukan pengolahan data menggunakan spss dan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemahaman Alkitab dewasa sebagai dasar panggilan pelayanan kemajelisan di Gereja Kristen Jawa Selokaton. Dengan melihat table korelasi menunjukan besar hubungan variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Terlihat dari kolom koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,912. Berdasarkan pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi menurut Sugiyono, hal ini menunjukkan keeratan yang kuat dengan kriteria antara 0,60 – 0,912. Dengan demikian Pemahaman Alkitab sangatlah membantu gereja dalam meningkatkan minat pelayanan jemaat. Oleh karena itu diharapkan warga jemaat merasakan bahwa pemahaman Alkitab dewasa adalah dasar panggilan pelayan di Gereja Kristen Jawa Selokaton.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the Teaching Factory (TEFA) program which had not yet undergone a comprehensive evaluation. One of them is the lack of a comprehensive evaluation instrument. In this regard, this research aims to 1) Find the instrument construct used to evaluate SMK teaching factories, 2) Determine the quality characteristics of SMK teaching factory instruments, 3) Find the results of analysis of SMK teaching factory instruments. The research method used is development research. This research is in the form of instrument development research for implementing TEFA in schools. Based on the results of the analysis of the 57 questions on the Input assessment instrument, it can be concluded that all the items are suitable for the model or model fit. Because the item has fulfilled the requirements, it is said to be fit for the model in the Winstep program, for example, if the Outfit MNSQ value is 0.5 to 1.5 or the Outfit ZSTD value is -2 to 2, or the Pt-measure Corr is positive then it can be said to be an item. is fit or suitable for the model Penelitiaan dilatarbelakangi oleh program Teaching Factory (TEFA) yang belum dilakukan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Salah satunya belum adanya instrument evaluasi yang komprehensif. Sehubungan dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menemukan konstruk instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi teaching factory SMK, 2) Menentukan karakteristik kualitas instrumen teaching factory SMK, 3) Menemukan hasil analisis instrumen teaching factory SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian pengembangan instrument untuk pelaksanaan TEFA di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 57 butir pertanyaan instrumen penilaian Input, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan butir cocok terhadap model atau model fit. Karena telah memenuhi syarat butir dikatakan fit terhadap model pada program winstep, antara lain jika nilai Outfit MNSQ sebesar 0,5 sampai dengan 1,5 atau nilai Outfit ZSTD sebesar -2 sampai dengan 2, atau Pt-measure Corr bernilai positif maka dapat dikatakan butir tersebut fit atau cocok terhadap model

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of writing scientific papers, examining various AI applications, such as writing tools based on natural language processing (NLP), automatic assessment systems for writing quality, and reference management platforms automatic. With the rapid advancement of technology, AI has shown great potential in improving the efficiency and quality of academic writing. This study analyzes how AI can help in various stages of writing, from literature searches, structuring papers, to proofreading and improving writing style. The research also highlights key differences between traditional approaches to writing scientific papers and AI-powered approaches. Previously, scientific writing relied entirely on the individual writer's ability to conduct research, organize information, and write effectively. These conventional methods are often time consuming and prone to human error. In contrast, AI integration allows the automation of some time-consuming tasks, such as data processing and text editing, so that authors can focus on the creative and analytical aspects of their research. The results of this research show that the use of AI in scientific writing not only increases efficiency but can also improve the quality and accuracy of scientific papers. AI is able to provide relevant suggestions based on existing data, identify grammatical and writing errors, and assist in finding the right references. Thus, AI integration can become an invaluable tool for researchers and academics in producing high-quality scientific work.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan motif menggunakan teknik colet-boshi shibori, mengembangkan desain tunik mengetahui hasil uji produk tunik untuk wanita karir dengan bentuk tubuh tidak ideal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model PPE (Planning, Production and Evaluation). Metode pengumpulan datanya sendiri menggunakan studi literature, angket (kuisioner) dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan 3 teknik yaitu : (1) pengukuran persepsi visual, (2) uji validasi isi, dan (3) analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif untuk uji kelayakan produk. Hasil uji produk tunik yang diperoleh dari hasil rerata penilaian ahli (judgement expert) yang terdiri dari 3 orang ahli yaitu : 94,3, 88,6 dan 91,4. Rerata dari ketiga penilaian adalah 91,4. Berdasarkan hasil rerata tersebut maka pengembangan teknik colet dan bosgi shibori pada wanita karir dengan bentuk tubuh tidak ideal memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik dengan pencapaian 91,4%. Abstract

Authoritative parenting was parenting which gives children a freedom to create and explore everything with controls from their parents. Aspects of authoritative parenting are giving an example, discipline, dialogue and parentsacceptance of adolescents. The objective of this research was to give empirical evidence about the effects of authoritative parenting on adolescent religiosity. Forty adolescences ages 13 to 17 years old from Java Christian Church in Surakarta filled the questionnaire. Forty data were analyzed by product moment correlation and t-test. The result shows that authoritative parenting has a strong correlation with adolescent religiosity. The result also shows that authoritative parenting significantly has positive effects on adolescent religiosity.   Abstrak Pola asuh autoritatif merupakan pola asuh yang memberikan kebebasan kepada anak untuk bereksplorasi dalam kendali orang tua. Apsek-aspek pola asuh autoritatif adalah menjadi teladan, disiplin, dialog dan peenerimaan orang tua terhadap perkembangan remaja. Angket disebar dan diisi oleh empat puluh anak remaja usia 13 17 tahun Gereja Kristen Jawa se-Surakarta. Empat puluh data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment dan t-test. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh autoritatif memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap religiositas remaja. Hasilnya pun menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh autoritatif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap religiositas remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggambar proporsi tubuh wanita dengan menerapkan metode peer teaching, (2) peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode peer teaching, (3) peningkatan pencapaian kompetensi menggambar proporsi tubuh wanita melalui penerapan metode peer teaching di SMK Diponegoro Depok, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan desain penelitian model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa kelas XI Busana Butik pada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Teknik pengambilan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode tes, dan metode dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, lembar penilaian unjuk kerja, dan tes. Validitas instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan validitas isi dengan meminta pendapat para ahli. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan konsistensi antar rater. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggambar proporsi tubuh wanita telah terlaksana sangat baik (100%), sesuai dengan fase dan unsur metode peer teaching. Motivasi belajar siswa siklus pertama dalam kategori sedang, yaitu mencapai 53,9%, pada siklus kedua motivasi belajar siswa dalam kategori sedang, yaitu mencapai 60,6%, dan siklus ketiga motivasi belajar siswa dalam kategori tinggi, yaitu mencapai 75,3%. Pencapaian kompetensi menggambar proporsi tubuh wanita siklus pertama siswa yang memenuhi standar KKM sebanyak 44,12%, siklus kedua siswa yang memenuhi standar KKM sebanyak 61,76%, dan siklus ketiga siswa yang memenuhi standar KKM sebanyak 79,41%. IMPROVING STUDENTS' LEARNING MOTIVATION TO ATTAIN THE COMPETENCY IN DRAWING BODY PROPORTION THROUGH PEER TEACHING METHODAbstractThis teaching research study aims to investigate: (1) the implementation of the teaching of drawing female body proportion by applying the peer teaching method, (2) the improvement of the students' motivation through the application of the peer teaching method, and (3) the improvement of the attainment of the competency in drawing female body proportion through the application of the peer teaching method in SMK Diponegoro Depok, Yogyakarta. This research was a classroom action research study consisting of three cycles employing the research model by Kemmis and McTaggart. The study was conducted in SMK Diponegoro Depok Yogyakarta. The research subjects were 34 grade XI students of Boutique Clothing in the academic year of 2013/2014. The technic of research subject taking is conducted by purposive sampling. The data collecting methods were observation, test, and documentation methods. The instrument is observation sheet, performance assessment sheet, and test. The instrument validity testing used the content validity, and was assessed through expert judgment and the reliability was assessed by means of the inter-rater consistency technique. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive technique. The results of the study show that the teaching of drawing female body proportion was well implemented, in accordance with the phase and component of the peer teaching method. In cycle I their learning motivation was in the moderate category, namely 53.9%, in cycle II it was in the moderate category, namely 60.6%, and in cycle III it was in the high category, namely 75.3%. The attainment of the competency in drawing female body proportion in cycle I 44.12% of the students attained the MMC, in cycle II 61.76% of the students attained the MMC, and in cycle III 79.41% of the students attained the MMC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen, (2) motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas kontrol, (3) tingkat pencapaian kompetensi pada kelas eksperimen, (4) tingkat pencapaian kompetensi pada kelas control, (5) pendapat siswa tentang penggunaan model DI berbantuan multimedia, (6) pengaruh model DI berbantuan multimedia terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dan (7) pengaruh model DI berbantuan multimedia terhadap pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan desain busana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental designs. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X program keahlian tata busana SMK N 9 Surakarta dan SMK N 1 karanganyar, teknik sampling purposive. Data diperoleh dengan: (1) tes tertulis, (2) tes perbuatan, dan (3) angket, untuk mengumpulkan data motivasi belajar siswa, aspek afektif, dan pendapat siswa tentang penggunaan model DI berbantuan multimedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivai belajar kelas eksperimen masuk kriteria sangat tinggi 71%; (2) motivai belajar kelas kontrol masuk kriteria sangat tinggi 28% ; (3) pencapaian kompetensi kelas eksperimen kategori tuntas 84%; (4) pencapaian kompetensi kelas kontrol kategori tuntas sebanyak 33%; (5) pendapat peserta didik tentang penerapan model DI menunjukkan bahwa 27 siswa (87%) pada kategori sangat senang; (6) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model DI terhadap motivasi belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji t (t-test) dengan t hitung 0,000 < t tabel 0,05; (7) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model DI terhadap pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan desain busana antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji t (t-test) dengan t hitung 0,000 < t tabel 0,05.  THE EFFECT OF MULTIMEDIA–AIDED DIRECT INSTRUCTION ON THE LEARNING MOTIVATION FOR ACHIEVEMENT IN THE COMPETENCE IN MAKING FASHION DESIGNAbstractThis study aims to investigate (1) learning motivation of student in experiment class; (2) learning motivation of student in control class; (3) the level of achievement in the competence of experiment class; (4) the level of achievement in the competence of control class; (5) the student's opinion about the use of multimedia-aided direct Instruction (MADI) in the manufacture of fashion design in vocational high schools (VHS); (6) the effect of MADI on the learning motivation of students; and (7) the effect MADI on the achievement in the competence of making fashion design. The study was a quasi experimenal. The population of research was the 10th graders of dressmaking skill program of SMK N 9 Surakarta and SMK N 1 Karanganyar. The research sample was established using the porpusive sample technique. The reseach instruments included: (1) a test; (2) observation sheet; (2) a questionnaire to collect the data on students' learning motivation, affective aspect, and the opinion of students on the application of MADI. The result of the study show that: (1) the learning motivation 71% in the experimental class is very high; (2) the learning motivation 28% in the control class is very high; (3) the competence achievement of 84% in the experimental class is in the completion category; (4) ) the competence achievement of 33 % in the control class is in the completion category; (5) the opinion of students on the application of MADI shows that 27 students (87%) are very happy; (6) there is an effect of the application of MADI on motivation to learn the making of fashion design of the students in the experimental and control classes, as shown by the results of the calculation of the t test ( t-test ) with 0.000 t < t table 0.05 and this it can be concluded that the Ho is rejected and is accepted; (7) there is an effect of the application MADI on the achievement of competence in making fashion design of the students in the experimental and control classes, as shown by the results of the calculation of the t test (t – test) with 0.000 t < t table 0.05 , and this it can be concluded that the Ho is rejected and is accepted;

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perolehan kompetensi siswa di setiap DUDI, khususnya busana butik yang memiliki pola pembimbingan berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penentuan Informan menggunakan snowball sampling yaitu instruktur industri, pembimbing, dan siswa SMK N 1 Pengasih yang sedang prakerin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada analisis model interaktif Miles & Huberman, meliputi pengumpulan data, data condensation, penyajian data, dan deskripsi serta verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) praktik yang dijalani siswa sudah relevan dengan kurikulum yang tercantum di sekolah; (2) perolehan kompetensi pada aspek kognitif siswa memperoleh pengetahuan tentang prosedur pembuatan busana butik, pada aspek afektif terbentuk sikap budaya kerja, dan pada aspek psikomotor mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan busana butik; (3) cara siswa memperoleh kompetensi dengan melakukan: (a) komunikasi; (b) teknik belajar (c) metode kerja praktis; (d) pekerjaan secara mandiri; (e) tindakan dengan tanggung jawab; (f) etos kerja; (g) pengorganisasian dan implementasi kerja dengan baik; (h) bekerja sesuai kepercayaan instruktur industri; (i) pengembangan diri; dan (j) penerapan kompetensi dari sekolah; (4) pencapaian kompetensi siswa yang prakerin di Goet Poespo dan Puspa Rini berada pada level Pemula (novices) sedangkan di L'Mar butik pada level spesialist. A STUDY ON COMPETENCE EXPERTISE ACHIEVEMENT OF BOUTIQUE CLOTHING FOR VOCATIONAL STUDENTS: A CASE STUDYOF INDUSTRY WORK PRACTICE IN PARTNER INDUSTRYAbstractThis research aimed to determine the competence of the students in each "DUDI", especially in fashion boutiques that had different patterns of coaching. The research used a qualitative case study approach. A snowball sampling technique was used to select informants which consisted of the industrial mentors, the school mentor, and students. who were on industry work practice. The data were collected through interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique refered to the analysis of Miles & Huberman interactive model, including data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The result were (1) the practice done by the students was relevant with the curriculum written in the school; (2) in the competence achievement of cognitive aspect the student got the knowledge of boutique dressmaking procedures, in affective aspect, there was a development of work culture attitudes and in the psychomotor aspects, they were able to finish boutique clothes work; (3) the ways of achieving the competence were through: (a) communication, (b) learning techniques, (c)methods, (d) working independently, (e) acting with responsibility, (f) adhering to work ethics, (g) good organization and implementation, (h) working in line with the trust given by the industry instructor, (i)self-development, (j) applying the school competencies; (4) the competence achievement of the students who did industry work practice in Goet Poespo and Puspa Rini was at the novice level, while the ones in L'Mar boutique were at the specialist level.
