Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kurang kreatifnya guru dalam menggunakan media dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre eksperimental tipe one group pretest- posttes design. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah 30 anak dengan sampel penelitian 15 anak. Hasil rata-rata pretest 2.27, setelah dilakukan pretest dilakukan kemudian diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan media Lossparts untuk melihat berpengaruh tidaknya media Lossparts terhadap kemampuan seni anak, selama melaksanakan treatment terlihat pengaruh media Loosparts terhadap kemampuan seni anak dengan rata-rata 3.60. Untuk melihat terdapat pengaruh tidaknya atau perbedaan dalam kemampuan seni anak pada penggunaan media Loosparts dapat dilihat dari nilai Sig yang diuji menggunakan SPSS, nilai Sig dibandingkan dengan taraf Signifikan 0.05, apabila nila nilai Sig > 0.05 maka tidak terdapat pengaruh sedangkan jika nilai Sig<0.05 maka terdapat pengaruh. Maka hasil dari pengujian Hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS denga nilai Sig ,000 < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, Artinya trdapat pengaruh dalam penggunaan media Loosparts.Kata Kunci: Media loosparts; kemampuan seni anak.This research is motivated by the teacher's lack of creativity in using media in learning conducted at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 17 Medan. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design type of one group pretest-posttest design. In this study the population was 30 children with a sample of 15 children. The average result of the pretest was 2.27. After the pretest was carried out, treatment was given in the form of using Lossparts media to see whether Lossparts media had an effect on children's artistic abilities. To see whether there is an effect or difference in children's artistic ability in using Loosparts media, it can be seen from the Sig value tested using SPSS, the Sig value is compared to the Significant level of 0.05, if the Sig value is > 0.05 then there is no effect whereas if the Sig value is <0.05 then there is an influence. Then the results of testing the hypothesis using SPSS with a value of Sig .000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence on the use of Loosparts media.Keywords: Media Losparts; Children's Art Ability.

The issue of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on the yellow book at MTs. Alwashliyah Ismailiyah Medan is influenced by students who are not madrasa graduates, causing difficulties and unfamiliarity in understanding the yellow book. Additionally, students' lack of interest in studying the yellow book also impacts the success of the learning process. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in addressing these challenges so that the learning process can run effectively. The research uses a qualitative method with a location at MTs. Alwashliyah Ismailiyah Medan. Primary data sources include three Islamic Religious Education teachers based on the yellow book and the head of the curriculum department, while secondary data is gathered from the principal and students. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that teachers play a significant role in overcoming these issues through various approaches, such as building cooperation with homeroom teachers and other teachers to integrate other subjects with the yellow book. This helps students who do not have a madrasa background to understand and identify Arabic sentences, while also enhancing the abilities of students with a madrasa background in understanding the concepts of Islamic education using the yellow book as teaching material.

This study aims to develop ICT (Information and Communication Technology)-based learning media for the Tahsin Al-Qur'an subject at Madrasah Aliyah Annur Prima Medan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the Hannafin and Peck development model which includes three stages, namely design, needs analysis, development and implementation. The results of the study indicate that the developed learning media are feasible in terms of content, appearance, and ease of use. The results of the study indicate that this media is relevant to learning needs and makes it easier for students to understand the tahsin al-Qur'an material. These findings indicate that ICT-based learning media can be an innovative solution in improving the quality of Tahsin learning in Madrasas

This study discusses the principal's strategy in developing the Tahfizhul Qur'an program at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. This type of investigation uses a qualitative method with a narrative type. Data collection techniques are through interview programs, observations and documents. The findings of this research are (1) planning strategy, namely conducting environmental analysis and formulating the vision-mission and objectives of the Tahfizhul Qur'an program. (2) Implementation strategy, namely: finding basic student problems in memorizing, grouping student memorization abilities, recruiting ideal Tahfizhul Qur'an teachers and running programs that are relevant to the Tahfizhul Qur'an program. (3) Implementation of evaluation, namely: conducting munaqasah exams and evaluating the performance of Tahfizhul Qur'an teachers. (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the tahfzihul Qur'an program, namely: supporters, namely capable classes, ideal teachers, suitability of learning methods and forms of evaluation that are carried out well. Inhibitors are lack of motivation, difficulty in memorizing and challenges in using android and (5) Efforts to reduce factors inhibiting the Tahfizhul Qur'an program at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan, namely: providing routine motivation, conducting Al-Qur'an memorization training and providing rewards.

This research is motivated by the low learning interest of students in the Arabic language subject at Grade XII of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Nurul Azmi Medan. Based on the results of observations and interviews with several teachers and students, it was found that the learning methods used were still conventional and monotonous, causing students to be less enthusiastic and easily bored. The purpose of this study is to examine the improvement of students’ learning interest through the application of the Wordwall learning media. This media was chosen because it is visual, creative, and encourages active student engagement in creating learning materials. The study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using Kurt Lewin’s model, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle included the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The pre-cycle observation of 19 students indicated that learning interest was still relatively low, with an average achievement of 49% based on four interest indicators. This was evident from the improvement in students’ participation, attention, and enthusiasm during the learning process. The percentage of learning interest increased from 49% in the pre-cycle to 84% in Cycle I. Furthermore, it increased to 87% in Cycle II. These findings demonstrate that the use of Wordwall as a learning medium is able to create a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, while also providing opportunities for students to express their ideas creatively. Therefore, Wordwall can be considered an effective alternative learning medium to enhance students’ learning interest, particularly in theoretical subjects such as Arabic.

This study was motivated by the low level of student engagement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) classes. Initial observations indicated that many students remained passive, reluctant to voice their opinions, and showed limited involvement during lessons. To overcome this challenge, the role-playing method was employed as an alternative learning strategy that offers greater interaction and enjoyment. The research applied a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design carried out over two cycles with 27 students of grade XI-IPA in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were obtained through achievement tests, observation sheets of student activity, field notes, and documentation. The findings revealed that the use of the role-playing method significantly enhanced student participation in PAI learning. This increased participation also contributed to better learning mastery, self-confidence, and discipline. Therefore, the role-playing approach is recommended to foster a more active, meaningful, and engaging classroom environment.

The spread of Islamic teachings through various strategies and media is carried out in various countries throughout the world. Pattani, which is a province in Thailand, is still trying to maintain Islamic culture, through the spread of Islamic knowledge among the community. One of the efforts made is by publishing Azan magazine, which provides reading related to Islamic knowledge. The characteristic of this magazine is that it is written in Jawi Malay which is the identity of the Pattani people. This descriptive qualitative research aims to analyze the existence of Azan magazine as an Islamic broadcast media. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Hubermen Interactive Analysis, with data validity techniques using the Triangulation method. The research results found that Azan magazine, which is now 50 years old, still exists as a medium for disseminating Islamic knowledge in Pattani, Thailand, and has become an identity for the Thai Muslim community.

This study aims to analyze the influence of using non-digital or “traditional” learning media on the learning concentration of Grade X students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of increasing student distractions caused by the use of gadgets and digital media, which often reduce focus during the learning process. Therefore, alternative learning strategies are needed by utilizing simple media that emphasize direct interaction between teachers and students. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach through questionnaires distributed to Grade X students as respondents. The study population consists of all Grade X students at one senior high school, with the sample determined using Slovin’s formula to ensure representativeness. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques to measure the extent of the influence of non-digital learning media on students’ concentration levels in PAI learning. The results of the study show a positive and significant effect, where non-digital learning media such as blackboards, flashcards, and simple teaching aids were proven to help increase focus, reduce distractions, and strengthen comprehension of religious subject matter. In addition, the use of traditional media encourages active student participation through discussions and hands-on activities, making the learning process more interactive. Thus, this study concludes that non-digital learning media remain relevant as effective alternatives, particularly in PAI learning for Grade X students, and can serve as a practical solution in addressing the challenges of the digital era, which is filled with potential distractions.
