Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku sosial siswa yang rendah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama pada siswa kelas XI 3.3 di SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya sikap prososial siswa, yang ditunjukkan melalui perilaku tidak mau berbagi, kurang mampu bekerja sama, tidak menolong, tidak jujur, serta menunjukkan sikap acuh terhadap lingkungan sosial sekitarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah delapan siswa yang teridentifikasi memiliki tingkat perilaku sosial yang rendah. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam perilaku sosial siswa setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama, yang terlihat dari perubahan pada indikator seperti peningkatan kerja sama, kesediaan menolong, kejujuran, dan kepedulian terhadap teman. Teknik sosiodrama terbukti efektif karena melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam memerankan situasi sosial yang relevan dengan kehidupan mereka sehari-hari, sehingga memudahkan internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial positif. Dengan demikian, layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik sosiodrama dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif intervensi yang efektif dalam upaya membina dan mengembangkan perilaku prososial siswa di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada siswa kelas XI.2.3 SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar yang ditunjukkan oleh kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 8 siswa yang dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan hasil pra-siklus dengan kategori motivasi belajar rendah hingga sedang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket motivasi belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II, ditandai dengan meningkatnya skor angket motivasi dari kategori sedang ke tinggi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis PBL efektif dalam mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta meningkatkan semangat belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan metode PBL dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok sebagai strategi yang inovatif dan partisipatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa kelas X.4 SMA Negeri 3 Medan terhadap nilai kejujuran melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok yang menggunakan media permainan ular tangga. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai kejujuran di kalangan siswa, yang tercermin dari perilaku seperti mencontek saat ujian dan memanipulasi data tugas. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) dengan pendekatan siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah enam siswa kelas X.4, terdiri dari dua laki-laki dan empat perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket Kebutuhan Peserta Didik (AKPD), dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media permainan ular tangga dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan penerapan nilai kejujuran siswa. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep kejujuran, dan perubahan sikap positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Media permainan ular tangga terbukti menjadi alat yang menarik dan interaktif dalam menyampaikan materi nilai kejujuran, sehingga dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy akademik dan pada siswa kelas X.2 SMA Negeri 3 Medan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media roda berputar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah danya sejumlah siswa yang mengalami gejala rendahnya kepercayaan diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas dalam bidang Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK), yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui , observasi, angket self-counfidence skala likert, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat self-confidence siswa setelah mengikuti tiga sesi bimbingan kelompok dengan media roda berputar. Dengan demikian, layanan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan Self-Counfidence siswa kelas X.2 di SMA Negeri Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of Khuluqiyah values by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in preventing bullying among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Perbaungan. As an effort to stop bullying among students, this research focuses on the application of Khuluqiyah values by PAI teachers who seek solutions to the bullying problem in schools. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive framework to determine the accuracy and effectiveness of implementing Khuluqiyah values in preventing bullying among students. Data collection techniques include observation, intensive interviews, and documentation. Findings will be strengthened through validity testing and data analysis. The research results reveal that there are three types of bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Perbaungan, including physical, verbal, and relational bullying. These behaviors can occur among some or even all students in the school. The school administration, through PAI teachers, has also implemented Khuluqiyah values as an effort to address this issue. However, there are still challenges that require a lengthy process to achieve optimal results. The school and PAI teachers offer the following solutions: 1) Publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling bullying; 2) Promoting a culture of avoiding intimidation; 3) Encouraging students to feel comfortable sharing their experiences; 4) Helping students become more diligent in worship and drawing closer to Allah; 5) Motivating the community to remain enthusiastic about learning; 6) Enforcing punishments that serve as guidance for perpetrators (such as writing Quranic verses, memorizing short surahs, etc.).

Abstract

This research aims to understand the process of designing instructional materials, implementing differentiated teaching strategies, and assessment in Islamic Religious Education. The study falls under the category of qualitative field research, focusing on investigating and describing the conditions or phenomena that occur in the field without manipulating variables. In this context, a descriptive approach is used to illustrate the processes of differentiated learning in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The research was conducted during the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year in February 2024. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data collection, reduction, display, and drawing/verifying conclusions. The findings indicate that differentiated learning in the independent curriculum for Islamic Religious Education at SD Negeri 106190 Kota Pari Pantai Cermin has been implemented successfully in accordance with the steps of differentiated learning. Firstly, teachers conducted Cognitive and Non-Cognitive Diagnostic Assessments to determine the readiness for learning as well as the interests, talents, and learning styles of each student. Secondly, teachers designed teaching modules tailored to the initial assessment results. Thirdly, teachers implemented differentiated teaching strategies through content, process, and product differentiation. Fourthly, teachers evaluated and reflected on the learning process. Through this differentiated learning approach, students become more active, creative, and innovative, finding learning more enjoyable. This helps to increase students' interest in learning, particularly in Islamic Religious Education, and assists them in becoming independent learners who appreciate diversity.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the Quran memorization learning process using the results of the STIFIn intelligence test as a reference. This is done by analyzing the planning, implementation, and assessment of learning. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research location was chosen at SD Abi And Ummi, Medan, based on initial observations that showed the application of the STIFIn method in Quran memorization learning. The subjects of the research consisted of school administrators, teachers, and students, totaling 3 administrators, 14 teachers, and 57 students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that Quran memorization teachers plan their lessons by utilizing the results of the STIFIn intelligence test. They adjust their teaching methods to the students' learning styles, as seen in children with Feeling intelligence who are more responsive to audio-based learning. School documentation also confirms the existence of systematic planning, including the use of the STIFIn intelligence test as an initial step to understand student characteristics. With active involvement from school management, these programs have the potential to be further improved so that Quran memorization lesson planning based on the results of the STIFIn intelligence test can be more effective and efficient in the future. SD Abi And Ummi demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing Quran learning by understanding student characteristics through the STIFIn test. Structured support from administrators, teachers, and students aims to optimize the quality of learning based on the results of the STIFIn intelligence test. This assessment is crucial in ensuring that each student receives support according to their needs, thereby improving learning outcomes in Quran memorization.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Farkiyah Box as a teaching aid in improving students' understanding of the Fiqh al-Janā'iz material. This material requires a practical and applicable learning approach so that students not only understand the theory but are also able to implement it in real socio-religious life. The limitations of this study are that it only focuses on the evaluation aspect on a limited scale in one particular school, using a pre-experimental method that does not involve a control group. This study uses a quantitative approach of the pre-experimental type with a one-group pretest-posttest design and a response questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 36 ninth-grade students of SMP IT Baiti Jannati, Sunggal, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The subjects were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used pretest-posttest, response questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used the n-gain value to measure effectiveness and the average questionnaire score for efficiency. The results of the study showed that the use of Farkiyah Box had an n-gain value of 0.742 on a scale of 0-1 which is in the high category, indicating a significant increase in student understanding. Meanwhile, the results of the response questionnaire showed an average score of 3.346 on a scale of 1-4 which indicated that this teaching aid was efficient and positively received by students. Thus, it can be concluded that Farkiyah Box has proven to be an effective and efficient teaching aid in learning Fiqh al-Janā'iz. It is worthy of being developed and applied more widely in Islamic educational institutions. This study recommends Farqiyah Box as a new prototype teaching aid model for teaching Fiqh al-Janā'iz.

Abstract

Reading is a basic human ability to obtain information by understanding the meaning contained in each piece of writing. Teachers have a very important role in designing the use of methods, media and strategies to stimulate students' reading abilities and achieve learning goals. This research aims to analyze the application of the phonics method in beginning reading learning to find out how to stimulate students' reading abilities at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Ayer Tawar Perak Malaysia. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research and a field approach (Field Research), data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out through 4 stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions (verification). Early childhood children's ability to read is usually driven by environmental factors, be it family, teachers or appropriate learning systems. The steps for initial reading learning using the phonics method are: planning initial reading learning using the phonics method, implementing initial reading learning using the phonics method, and evaluating initial reading learning using the phonics method. Based on the research results, early reading learning using the phonics method is very good for developing students' language skills, especially in reading.

Abstract

This research departs from the problem of students' low time management skills which have an impact on learning disorganization, habit of postponing tasks, and lack of discipline. Therefore, the researcher integrated three main components, namely Gimkit media, classical guidance services, and Understanding by Design (UbD) approach as an intervention strategy to improve students' time management skills. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the gimkit media strategy in UbD-based classical services can improve students' time management skills. The research method used is classroom action research in the form of a spiral cycle consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages. The sample was students of class X.10 of State Senior High School 3 Medan. Data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed a significant increase in students' time management skills after participating in classical guidance services designed using the Understanding by Design (UbD) approach and Gimkit interactive media. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of the questionnaire from 23.6 in the pre-cycle to 36.2 in cycle III, as well as the increase in the number of students in the “Good” and “Very Good” categories from 11% to 95%. Gimkit media effectively increased student engagement in the service process. Classical guidance services as a group coaching medium proved to be able to create a reflective and solutive learning atmosphere. Through discussion, open reflection, and evaluation of personal commitment, students showed awareness and changes in mindset and behavior towards time management.
