Abstract

Generation Z has great potential to change the economy, but low literacy and investment skills can hinder their ability to achieve financial independence and manage their finances effectively. Therefore, the aim of this service is to provide literacy related to finance and investment to help them manage their finances wisely, fundamentally change their views on finances, and enable them to make smarter investment decisions and build a more stable and financial future. sustainable. The methods used in this service include the establishment of an Education Gallery which is designed to provide information, training and resources related to financial literacy and investment. This gallery will hold various activities such as seminars, Focus Group Discussions, as well as provide educational material that is easily accessible and understood by generation Z. The targeted output of this service is increasing the level of literacy and investment skills among generation Z. With the hope that after participating in this program, generation Z will be able to understand the concept of financial management, the basic concepts of investment, understand the risks and opportunities in investing, and be able to make better financial plans for their future. Thus, through innovative and sustainable approaches such as the establishment of the Education Gallery, this community service aims to make a significant contribution in improving the welfare and financial sustainability of generation Z, as well as strengthening the economic foundation of society as a whole, This can be seen from the results of the post-test of participants after taking part in the training, their understanding of investment has increased.

Abstract

Universities must carry out digital transformation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. The application of infor-mation technology brings the hope of increasing lecturer performance and ultimately improving student quality. The use of information technology and lecturer technological competence will help achieve optimal performance. The demands of the application of information technology are thought to cause a new phenomenon known as "tech-nostress", which is the negative effects and stress triggers that arise from the use of technology in various areas of life, including the work-place. This study offers lecturer technological competence variables because they have an impact on the effectiveness of the use of infor-mation technology, so that the model built combines three important variables (use of information technology, technological competence, and technostress) to explain lecturer performance in the digital era. The study will use a quantitative survey approach to solve the prob-lem. Data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method to test the hypothesized relationship. The results showed that there was an influence of the use of digital technology on technostress, while digital competence had a negative influence on technostress. The technostress variable had a negative influence on lecturer performance. This study is expected to provide a better un-derstanding of how the use of information technology, technological competence, and technostress affect lecturer performance in the digi-tal era. Based on existing findings to reduce the impact of tech-nostress due to the use of digital technology, lecturers' ability to mas-ter technology must be improved. The model built can be a basis for further, more specific research, for example investigating the influ-ence of certain technologies on technostress or the moderating role of other supporting factors.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang kesehatan masyarakat di Posyandu Anis yang terkena stunting atau dan ibu hamil yang beresiko guna melakukan pencegahan dan mengatasi stunting sejak dini. Melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan praktis, metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan konsultasi langsung dengan Ibu hamil, calon ibu dan kader Posyandu Anis melalui pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Fe-MNHY yang merupakan program berbasis android dan web server sebagai platform untuk bidan merupakan metode monitoring perkembangan ibu hamil terhadap berat badan dan status anemia pada ibu hamil. Selain simulasi penggunaan aplikasi, diberikan juga materi mengenai pencegahan stunting, pengelolaan kesehatan keluarga dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Pendampingan yang dilakukan melalui metode sosialisasi, pelatihan penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi program dimana pendampingan pencegahan stunting yang berbasis teknologi, diharapkan dapat tercipta lingkungan yang lebih kondusif bagi tumbuh kembang anak-anak, serta meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan generasi masa depan. Urgensinya terletak pada pentingnya pencegahan sejak dini untuk ibu hamil. Luaran dari pengabdian ini diharapkan berupa peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesehatan guna pencegahan dini stunting maka sasaran pengabdian ini adalah calon ibu, ibu hamil dan kader Posyandu, artikel yang dimuat di jurnal pengabdian ber-ISSN, Video berdurasi 5 menit, publikasi melalui media dan HKI serta pembuatan Aplikasi FeMNHY New Version

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the organizational communication approach in waste management at the final disposal site of UPTD Ciangir, Tasikmalaya City. The theory used in this study is based on the opinion of experts relevant to the research problem, where the communication approach is measured in terms of internal communication and external communication. This research method uses qualitative methods with the aim of uncovering the communication barriers related to waste management at the UPTD final disposal site in Ciangir, Tasikmalaya City. The research informants were government officials, and employees of UPTD TPA Ciangir and Tasikmalaya City Environmental Department. Data analysis techniques are performed through data reduction, data display, verification, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it appears that the communication carried out by UPTD TPA Ciangir Tasikmalaya City with an internal communication approach is going well, while for the external communication it is still not effective, therefore it requires yet another communication strategy that can solve waste management problems at TPA Ciangir Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategy for developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Mandalawangi Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. Bumdes is an economic institution owned by village communities with the aim of improving the welfare of village communities. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that Bumdes Mandalawangi has great potential in developing various economic businesses in the village. However, to optimize this potential, the right strategy is needed. The Mandalawangi Bumdes development strategy is expected to help improve the welfare of village communities, create jobs and reduce dependence on certain economic sectors. Apart from that, this strategy can also be a guide for other villages in developing their Bumdes.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi publik khususnya terkait dengan data kependudukan masih menjadi permasalahan klasik yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi persoalan di berbagai daerah. Pengelolaan administrasi kependudukan merupakan tugas dan tanggungjawab Pemerintah baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah, adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pengelolaan administrasi kependudukan di Kota Tasikmalaya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kependudkan diantaranya kurangnya komunikasi dan koordinasi baik dari pegawai di setiap kelurahan dengan kecamatan, antara kecamatan dengan Dinas Kependudukan Kota Tasikmalaya, serta dengan Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Tasikmalaya sehingga data kependudukan menjadi memiliki perbedaan. Faktor lain kurangnya sumberdaya terutama di tingkat kelurahan, baik pegawai maupun sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung administrasi kependudukan, serta respon atau sikap yang dimiliki oleh para pelaksana masih kurang, ditambah dengan kurangnya tanggungjawab keabsahan atau validitas data kependudukan oleh masih-masing pelaksana tugas terkait dengan data kependudukan di Kota Tasikmalaya

Abstract

This research aims to identify gaps in policy implementation and areas that need improvement in urban development in Tasikmalaya City. The methodology used is literature study. This research highlights key aspects such as land use regulation, public participation in planning processes, and the integration of environmental considerations into policy formulation. Despite strategic plans aimed at encouraging sustainable development, studies show that several factors contribute to the ineffectiveness of urban development policies in the City of Tasikmalaya, including inadequate stakeholder engagement, insufficient funding for implementation, and lack of coordination between various government agencies involved in urban planning. The research results show that communities affected by development policies are less involved in the decision-making process, which causes a mismatch between policy objectives and community needs. These gaps not only hinder effective implementation, but also reduce public trust in government. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dalam implementasi kebijakan dan area yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pembangunan perkotaan di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur. Penelitian ini menyoroti aspek-aspek utama seperti regulasi penggunaan lahan, partisipasi publik dalam proses perencanaan, dan integrasi pertimbangan lingkungan ke dalam formulasi kebijakan. Meskipun terdapat rencana-rencana strategis yang bertujuan untuk mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan, studi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor berkontribusi terhadap ketidakefektifan kebijakan pembangunan perkotaan di Kota Tasikmalaya, termasuk keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan yang tidak memadai, pendanaan yang tidak mencukupi untuk implementasi, dan kurangnya koordinasi antara berbagai lembaga pemerintah yang terlibat dalam perencanaan perkotaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masyarakat yang terdampak kebijakan pembangunan kurang dilibatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara tujuan kebijakan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kesenjangan ini tidak hanya menghambat implementasi yang efektif, tetapi juga mengurangi kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintahan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi, edukasi dan literasi tentang pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, menginvestasikan bagian dari pendapatan yang dimiliki, pengenalan financial technology dan memberikan pelatihan investasi di pasar modal. Ini perlu dilakukan mengingat kurangnya kesadaran publik tentang pentingnya mengelola keuangan dan berinvestasi untuk meningkatkan nilai kekayaan di masa depan agar tidak terkikis oleh inflasi. Generasi Z adalah generasi setelah generasi milenial. Tentunya pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan cara untuk berinvestasi akan menjadi bekal yang harus dimiliki. Kegiatan ini bertempat di SMK Terpadu Al-Ikhwan sebanyak 50 peserta dimana siswa-siswinya sebagai zenial merupakan  usia yang tepat untuk mulai diberi pengatahuan literasi keuangan. Tujuan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini diharapkan bahwa mitra akan dapat mengetahui pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan, pemanfaatan financial technology, dan berinvestasi dibandingkan dengan tabungan, mengubah paradigma saving society menjadi investment society dan menjadi investor individu untuk meningkatkan kekayaan dan ekonomi keluarga di tahun mendatang. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan ini adalah tutorial dan pelatihan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, pengenalan financial technology dan pasar modal serta pelatihan dalam tata cara transaksi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta sudah mulai mencoba menjadi investor muda hal ini ditandai dengan adanya pembukaan akun saham pada sekuritas sebagai awal mula menjadi investor.Abstract:  This activity aims to provide socialization, education and literacy on the importance of managing personal finances, investing part of their income, introducing financial technology and providing investment training in the capital market. This needs to be done considering the lack of public awareness about the importance of managing finances and investing to increase the value of wealth in the future so as not to be eroded by inflation. Generation Z is the generation after the millennial generation. Of course, knowledge about financial management and how to invest will be a must-have. This activity took place at the Al-Ikhwan Integrated Vocational School as many as 50 participants where the students as zenials were the right age to start being given financial literacy knowledge. The purpose of this socialization and training is that partners will be able to know the importance of financial management, use of financial technology, and investing compared to savings, change the paradigm of a saving society into an investment society and become individual investors to increase family wealth and economy in the coming year. The methods that will be used to achieve these goals are tutorials and training in financial management, introduction to financial technology and capital markets and training in transaction procedures. The result of this service is that participants have started to try to become young investors, this is indicated by the opening of a stock account in securities as the beginning of becoming an investor.

Abstract

Coordination has an important role in achieving the effectiveness of employees in an organization. As of this research is to study and analyze the effectiveness of coordination Influence Publishing Fatwa Locations in Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar. The method used in this research is explanatory research study. The population in this study were employees at the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar, with a sampling technique that is the census that all employees in the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar, with a total of 32 people, not including the Head BPMPPT. Based on the results of the study showed that each of the terms of coordination covering Sense of Cooperating, Rivalry, Team Spirit, Esprit de Corps, has contributed to the effectiveness of the issuance of Fatwas location by the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar, so by testing hipoteis shows overall ( simultaneous) on the terms of coordination on the effectiveness Publishing Fatwa Locations in Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services Banjar.

Abstract

The background of this research is that consumer purchasing decisions for the mobile phone Oppo brand are still fluctuating. This is due to Corporate identity, knowledge of the product. Thus, this research focuses on the influence of corporate identity and product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the following research results. Respondents' responses to corporate identity tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of corporate identity on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if corporate identity increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Respondents' responses to product knowledge tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect of product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if knowledge about the product increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions.
