Abstract

The background of this research is where a survey conducted by Top Brand, for 5 years in a row BNI always gets the first rank compared to other banks. This shows that the decision to save at Bank BNI is very high compared to other banks such as Bank BRI, Bank BJB, and Bank Mandiri. Where the presentation obtained shows that the customer's decision to save at BNI Bank since 2016-2021 seen from the number of savings has increased from year to year, but the increase has fluctuated. In 2020 the increase was only 1,624 customers, lower than the previous year, and the highest increase in the number of customers occurred in 2021. The decision to save BNI KC Tasikmalaya customers still needs to be improved, considering that the decision is the end of a treatment, so it can determine the success of a program or ideas. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this study is how does the promotion strategy of savings products affect the decision to save at BNI KC Tasikmalaya? How does the promotion strategy of savings products and service quality affect the decision to save at BNI KC Tasikmalaya? While the research method used in this study is explanatory research, namely research used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing which is formulated or often referred to as explanatory research. This study is a research conducted to determine the effect of the promotion strategy of savings products and service quality on the saving decisions of BNI KC Tasikmalaya customers.

Abstract

The business environment is an important factor that will affect the running of a business. Changes in the business environment occur at various scales. There are times when this change so massively affects the business environment, so it is called a mega shift. Mega shifts that occur sometimes are in different time spans, but sometimes coincide. One of the mega shifts that occur is an increase in the leisure economy where people, especially the millennial generation, prefer experience-based economic activities. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology on employee performance, the effect of work facilities on employee performance, the effect of the use of information technology and work facilities on employee performance and employee performance mediating the effect of using information technology and work facilities on operational performance. The research method used is a survey of 116 respondents. Quantitative data processing method using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 tool. The results show that (1) Information technology has an effect on employee performance in coffeeshops. If information technology increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, (2) Work facilities affect the performance of employees in the coffeeshop. If work facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, (3) Information technology and work facilities have an effect on employee performance in coffeeshops. If information technology and work facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance, (4) Employee performance mediates the effect of the use of information technology and work facilities on operational performance.

Abstract

The background of this research is that consumer purchasing decisions for the mobile phone Oppo brand are still fluctuating. This is due to Corporate identity, knowledge of the product. Thus, this research focuses on the influence of corporate identity and product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the following research results. Respondents' responses to corporate identity tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of corporate identity on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if corporate identity increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Respondents' responses to product knowledge tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect of product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if knowledge about the product increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Respondents' responses to corporate identity and product knowledge tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of corporate identity and product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if knowledge about the product increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Di era modern seperti saat ini, untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan selain bekerja setiap individu juga bisa melakukan investasi. Banyak sekali macam – macam produk investasi yang dapat di pilih oleh seseorang, tergantung dengan tingkat pengetahuan (lіterasi keuangan), toleransi risiko yang diinginkan oleh individu itu sendiri sehingga mempengaruhi keputusan investasi. Dalam survey nasional OJK tentang lіterasi keuangan di tahun 2019, tingkat lіterasi keuangan rakyat Indonesia meningkat sebesar 8,33% dari tahun 2016. Maka dalam penelitian kali ini penulis memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh lіterasi keuangan serta toleransi risiko terhаdаp keputuѕаn іnveѕtаѕі pаdа mаhаѕіѕwа Fаkultаѕ Ekοnοmі dаn Bіѕnіѕ Unіverѕіtаѕ Lаnglаngbuаnа yang terdiri dari 40 orang responden, dengan kriteria mahasiswa pada semester 5 – mahasiswa semester 8 atau yang sudah memperoleh mаtaа kulіаh Pаѕаr Mοԁаl ԁаn Mаnаjemen Portofolio. Data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada mahasiswa dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for windows versi 25.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lіterasi keuangan (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi (Y). Sedangkan toleransi risiko (X2) secara parsial dapat memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Y), serta hasil dari riset lіterasi keuangan dan toleransi risiko secara simultan dapat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Y) mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Langlangbuana

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan OJK Tasikmalaya, BEI KP Jawa Barat dan PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk KP Tasikmalaya dalam rangka kampanye World Investor Week 2022. Diikuti oleh 59 peserta dari mahasiswa STIA YPPT Priatim dan IAI Tasikmalaya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan di Indonesia dan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat untuk dapat berinvestasi di pasar modal khususnya kalangan zenial. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan melaui metode seminar dan pelatihan yang melibatkan praktisi di bidangnya. Output yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya wawasan pengetahuan dan ilmu tentang keuangan khususnya bidang pasar modal dimana sudah ada beberapa peserta yang mulai tertarik untuk mencoba berinvestasi di pasar modal dengan menyisihkan sebagian uang bekalnya.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis kinerja perusahaan, khususnya pada PT. Sinergi Megah Internusa, Tbk. yang bergerak dibidang Cumsumer Service yang telah melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sejak tahun 2018. Pengelolaan perusahaan kurang berjalan dengan baik sehingga merugikan investor terutama pada masyarakat yang mempercayakan investasinya pada perusahaan tersebut. Jenis penelitian digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan metode penelitian dengan studi literature, dengan sumber data berasal dari data pustaka, catatan-catatan perusahaan yang dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis dari data yang diperoleh untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukan kinerja PT. Sinergi Megah Internusa, Tbk. menunjukan kinerja yang kurang baik, dimana sampai dengan tahun 2022 adanya keterlambatan dalam penyampaian laporan keuangannya, dan perusahaan tidak mengadakan rapat umum pemegang saham umum tahunan sampai 6 bulan setelah akhir tahun sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Break even point, margin of safety atau batas keamanan agar jumlah penjualannya boleh berkurang dari rencana semula sehingga tidak menderita kerugian dan jumlah penjualan minimal yang harus dicapai untuk mencapai laba yang direncanakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada pengolah ikan Jaya Mandiri di Kecamatan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya.Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Nilai penjualan produk abon ikan lele Rp 720.000,00 dan abon ikan patin Rp 800.000,00 dengan volume produksi abon ikan lele sebanyak 40 kemasan dan abon ikan patin sebanyak 40 kemasan. BEP nilai penjualan total sebesar Rp 70.623,06. Perhitungan BEP masing-masing produk untuk abon ikan lele sebesar Rp 33.453,03 dan abon ikan patin sebesar Rp 37.170,03, dengan volume produksi abon ikan lele sebanyak 1,86 unit (186 gram) dan abon ikan patin sebanyak 1,86 unit (186 gram). Margin of Safety (MoS) produk pada abon ikan lele sebesar 95,35 persen (Rp 686.520,00) dan abon ikan patin sebesar 95,35 persen (Rp 762.800,00). Profit margin yang ditetapkan untuk abon ikan lele dan abon ikan patin sebesar 21 persen, maka harus menjual dan memproduksi abon ikan lele sebesar Rp 863.757,69 (48 unit) dan abon ikan patin sebesar Rp 960.608,59 (48 unit).

Abstract

The government formed the Work From Bali (WFB) initiative aimed at State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to help the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods to revive due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The government has decided to hold the Work From Bali (WFB) program in the Nusa Dua area of ​​Bali. The Nusa Dua area of ​​Bali is managed by a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), in particular the Indonesian Tourism Development Agency. This study aims to uncover the discourse on Work From Bali (WFB) news in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is critical discourse analysis by van Dijk. The unit of analysis of this research is Kompas.com online news related to Work From Bali (WFB) in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in the period 27 May 2021 to 31 May 2021. The results show that the news discourse that appears related to Work From Bali (WFB) in In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an economic discourse in boosting tourism in Bali. However, these efforts still require re-examination so that social considerations do not arise that focus on activities that must be carried out in Bali.

Abstract

Pengenalan pasar modal sejak dini bagi siswa SMK Terpadu Al-Ikhwan Kota Tasikmalaya dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan investor pemula yang signifikan di Indonesia. Peningkatan minat investasi ini harus diimbangi dengan tingkat literasi keuangan terutama mengenai pasar modal yang memadai. Survei Nasional Literasi Keunagan di Indonesia tahun 2022 menunjukan terjadinya gap antara tingkat literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan, sehingga peningkatan literasi merupakan sesuatu yang harus dilakukan. Pelajar/ santri merupakan salah satu sasaran prioritas dari peningkatan literasi keuangan, SMK Terpadu Al-Ikhwan Kota Tasikmalaya merupakan salah satu sekolah pesantren yang menjadi sekolah binaan dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Siliwangi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi yang bekerjasama dengan PT reliance Sekuritas Indonesia cabang Tasikmalaya. Materi yang disampaikan pada kegiatan ini berupa konsep dasar investasi, pengenalan produk investasi dan instrumen keuangan, serta pengenalan aplikasi online trading. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 5 orang guru dan 97 siswa/santri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya pengenalan pasar modal telah meningkatkan literasi mengenai pasar modal peserta. Kegiatan edukasi mengenai pasar modal hendaknya dilaksanakan secara rutin oleh berbagai pihak dalam rangka meningkatkan literasi keuangan terutama mengenai pasar modal

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the organizational communication approach in waste management at the final disposal site of UPTD Ciangir, Tasikmalaya City. The theory used in this study is based on the opinion of experts relevant to the research problem, where the communication approach is measured in terms of internal communication and external communication. This research method uses qualitative methods with the aim of uncovering the communication barriers related to waste management at the UPTD final disposal site in Ciangir, Tasikmalaya City. The research informants were government officials, and employees of UPTD TPA Ciangir and Tasikmalaya City Environmental Department. Data analysis techniques are performed through data reduction, data display, verification, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it appears that the communication carried out by UPTD TPA Ciangir Tasikmalaya City with an internal communication approach is going well, while for the external communication it is still not effective, therefore it requires yet another communication strategy that can solve waste management problems at TPA Ciangir Tasikmalaya City.
