Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas produk, dan tempat pembelian smartphone terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang membeli smartphone China. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli smartphone China. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan mengambil total 200 responden untuk konsumen yang membeli smartphone China di gerai resmi dan 200 responden untuk konsumen yang membeli smartphone China di black market. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui studi lapangan berupa kuesioner secara personal. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji beda (independent sample T-test). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini memiliki beberapa temuan, pertama yaitu persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang membeli smartphone China, yang kedua yaitu kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang membeli smartphone China, yang ketiga adalah tempat pembelian smartphone berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang membeli smartphone China. Hasil yang terakhir ialah terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan konsumen pembeli smartphone China di gerai resmi dengan konsumen yang membeli smartphone China di black market.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of developing learning model of radio broadcasting as a means of facilitating cognitive competencies and life skill for the students. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the development of radio broadcasting learning model, (2) to prove that radio broadcasting learning can teach life skill the students. The method used is research and development (R D). The research is a preliminary study that includes (1) The field study on the learning model of radio broadcasting in PBSI Veteran Bangun Nusantara University lasted 2 years; (2) Stage description and analysis of findings; (3) Phase of drafting a learning model development and test radio broadcasting limited to science communication specialists. The data used are  the Events Unit Class (SAP), the value of the fourth semester student at the college broadcasting PBSI, teaching faculty journals, and interviews. The results obtained are learning radio broadcasting fourth semester of academic year 2014/2015 was limited to conventional methods that rely lecture techniques and the use of textbooks. Students are invited to visit the study just outside the campus radio to simply look how the broadcaster broadcasts. Learning skills are not trained life skill which covers various techniques of designing a radio broadcast of the event, made a rundown of events, made hot clock radio broadcast, live events in studio practice until the practice of streaming radio.

Abstract

Increase in the human population and the state of the economy more advanced, giving impact public awareness of health increase. Increasing visitors in the hospital, so the hospital have to increase the facilities to existing and improve the quality of services given. These are aiming that the patients will be served rapidly and well. Purpose of this research is to analyze increasing trend the number of patient visits in terms of marketing mix done Hospital HVA Toeloengredjo, Pare. This research using design descriptive research by analysis time series using moving average with a model ARIMA. Observational research methodology, with the subject is the medical record and marketing officer, as well as its object is the data on thenumber of patient visits new and old patient. The results of testing model got that model ARIMA (1,1,0) is a model that can be used to do a forecast or estimate of. The prediction of visitors keeps increasing, where predictions the number of visits all patients during 60th month (December 2016) is 10746 visits, the prediction of the number of patient visits new is 1660 visits, the prediction of the number of patient visits long been 9290 visits. With the results of the number of a prediction patient visits that rises this, is expected to help hospital for prepared an increase in-patient room facilities, free wifi in waiting room to add comfort visitors, prime service, the addition of medical equipment, extension worker medical or so far and also resources support to create customers satisfied who come to the Hospital HVA Toeloengredjo, Pare.Keywords : Marketing Mix, Time Series, Visit

Abstract

Salah satu indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan reklamasi adalah dengan cara menghitung jumlah jenis vegetasi yang tumbuh pada areal reklamasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji variasi umur tanaman terhadap struktur dan komposisi vegetasi di areal reklamasi tambang (KRPT) PT Kideco Jaya Agung (PT KJA), Paser, Kalimantan Timur melalui kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi vegetasi tahunan. Lokasi studi mencakup 13 (tiga belas) KRPT dengan umur tanaman 1-13 tahun. Nilai kerapatan vegetasi tertinggi pada masing-masing kategori adalah 1.125 individu/ha (KRPT umur 12 tahun) untuk tingkat pohon, 650 individu/ha (KRPT umur 10 tahun) untuk tingkat pancang dan 525 individu/ha (KRPT umur 8 tahun) untuk tingkat semai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 51 jenis vegetasi yang berasal dari 22 famili tanaman ditemukan pada areal konsesi PT KJA site Roto Samurangau. Dimana 32 diantaranya merupakan jenis tanaman yang tumbuh secara alami, sedangkan 19 jenis vegetasi lainnya merupakan jenis tanaman pokok. Berdasarkan variasi nilai kuantitatif pada masing-masing lokasi yang diamati, tidak tampak bahwa semakin tua umur tanaman, maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kerapatan vegetasi, basal area, dan kehadiran jenisnya. Namun, meskipun secara umum menurun, keragaman jenis pohon pada tanaman reklamasi yang lebih tua cenderung lebih beragam. Hal tersebut dikarenakan berbedanya situasi dan kondisi masing-masing KRPT yang diamati, seperti perbedaan kondisi tanah, jenis tanaman, dan jarak lokasi studi dengan hutan alam. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dan inventarisasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa KRPT dengan umur tanam 12 tahun memiliki komposisi vegetasi yang paling beragam, dimana dari 19 jenis vegetasi, 14 diantaranya merupakan jenis tanaman yang tumbuh secara alami. ABSTRACTThe one indicator used to measure the reclamation succession activities is by calculating the number of vegetation species that grow in reclamation area. This study aimed to determined the variations in plant age on the vegetation structure and composition in the mine reclamation area (KRPT) of PT Kideco Jaya Agung (PT KJA), Paser, East Kalimantan through annual vegetation monitoring and evaluation activities. The study sites cover 13 (thirteen) KRPTs with a plant age of 1-13 years. The highest vegetation density values in each category were 1,125 individuals/ha (12 years old KRPT) for the tree level, 650 individuals/ha (10 years old KRPT) for the sapling level and 525 individuals/ha (8 years old KRPT) for the seedling level. Present study also showed that there were 51 species of vegetation from 22 plant families found in the concession area of PT KJA, 32 are naturally species while others 19 species are main vegetation. Based on the variation of quantitative values at each location observed, it was not appeared that the older plant age affected to the higher value of vegetation density, basal area, and species presence. However, although it was generally declined, tree species diversity in older reclaimed plants tended to be more diverse. This is probably due to the different situations and conditions of each observed KRPT, such as differences in soil conditions, plant species, and the distance between study site and natural forest. The result of plant species identification and inventory showed that KRPT with a planting age of 12 years had the most diverse vegetation composition, where from 19 species there are 14 species of them grown naturally
