Abstract

Pratama Avionic Clinic Singaparna is a primary clinic in Singaparna that has complete facilities, quality services, doctors who are reliable and fast in handling patients. However, under current conditions, the level of patient loyalty is still low. Through this research, it is expected to obtain empirical evidence that can be used for future business development. Company image, and services quality on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction as an intervening variable is the study in this case. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification through questionnaires distributed to 97 patients at the Pratama Aviovic Clinic Singaparna using purposive random sampling. The data collected were analyzed using the statistical tool Structural Equation Modeling with Computer Software SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results showed that corporate image and services quality through patient satisfaction as a mediating variable had a greater effect than the direct effect of corporate image and service quality on patient loyalty.

Abstract

One of the most crucial nutritional problems is stunting or short toddlers, especially in poor and developing countries. Of the 100 districts with special stunting locations set by the central government in 2018, one of them is Penajam Pasar Utara District. The local government has issued a policy through Regent Regulation No. 34 of 2019 concerning the Acceleration of Reducing and Prevention of Stunting which is a guideline for the implementation of integrated stunting reduction and prevention programs. This research aims to analyze the formulation and implementation of stunting reduction policies. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research data were obtained from interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the formula for accelerating the reduction of stunting includes integration of cross-sectoral programs to accelerate, reduce and prevent stunting ; implementation of policies to accelerate reduction and prevention of stunting implementation across sectors in a convergent manner and with comprehensive behavior change

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi bidang kajian penting dalam perusahaan karena permasalahan yang dihadapi bukan hanya persoalan bahan mentah, modal, alat kerja, dan produksi, tetapi menekankan kepada permasalahan sumber daya manusia yang menjalankan dan mengelola faktor-faktor kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur seberapa besar dampak yang dipengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan peran mediasi keterlibatan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip explanatory research untuk menguji 83 responden dan pengaruh antar variabel dalam sebuah model structural yang berupaya menguji pengaruh dari variable dependen terhadap variable independen. Metode Analisa pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis struktural dimana pengolahannya menggunakan software PLS. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel exogen yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dua variabel endogen yang terdiri dari satu variabel Mediasi yaitu Keterlibatan Karyawan dan satu variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dimana proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk mendapat masukan dari responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian sesuai dengan desain dan variabel penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh positif secara langsung dan tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, keterlibatan karyawan juga memiliki dampak yang positif dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Quantitative research with an explanatory research method was used in this study. The research aimed to study the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. For this purpose, the study enlisted the participation of one hundred individuals and employed structural analysis methods employing Partial Least Square or PLS software. This research investigates the factors that most influence employee productivity, including work environment, career development opportunities, and job satisfaction, with job satisfaction as the moderating variable. It is possible to conclude, based on the study of the research data and the conversations that took place in the part before this one, that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity in CV Multi Lestari Utama. It has been determined that CV Multi Lestari Utama's Career Development Program has a negligible impact on Employee Productivity. When job satisfaction positively and meaningfully impacts employee productivity, this is exactly what we are talking about. In CV Multi Lestari Utama. Job satisfaction does not have a positive impact, either directly or indirectly, on the workplace environment, which in turn does not help employee productivity. Although employee satisfaction might affect productivity in CV Multi Lestari Utama directly.

Beckground: In the banking industry, service quality is an important factor in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. One indicator of the success of service quality is word of mouth by satisfied customers. However, there is still little in-depth research on the impact of bank service quality on customer satisfaction that impacts word of mouth. Aims: This study aims to analyze the impact of bank service quality on customer satisfaction and identify how customer satisfaction contributes to word of mouth in the context of the banking industry. Research Methods: This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the data collection technique. The respondents were bank customers who have used the bank's services in the recent period. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify themes and patterns in customer responses. Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Barokah Jaya merupakan sebuah BUMDes yang baru mulai beroperasi berada di Desa Nagrak Kecamatan Buah Dua Kabupaten Sumedang dengan unit usaha antara lain konveksi, unit usaha perdagangan, unit usaha peternakan, unit usaha restribusi air. Pengeloalaan BUMDes tersebut dikelola oleh 6 (enam) orang pengurus yang terdiri dari Direktur, Bendahara, Sekretaris dan dibantu oleh empat orang kepala unit usaha. Dalam pengelolaannya BUMDes masih mengalami kesulitan terutama dalam managerial skill (ketrampilan manajerial). Kemampuan dalam mengelola BUMDes masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada bidang manajemen keuangan, akuntansi, manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengamdian Kepada Masyrakat (PKM) Universitas Sangga Buana Direktorat Pascasarjana Program Studi Magister Manajemen dan Magister Akuntansi adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan maksud tujuan tersebut adalah dengan workshop, pemaparan materi, pembimbingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari tim Direktorat Pascasarjana Universitas Sangga Buana sudah dapat dirasakan namun memang belum seratus persen semua hasil workshop dan pemaparan materi dapat di implementasikan, namun saat ini pencatatan akuntansi sudah dilakukan walaupun sebatas pembuatan arus kas, sudah aktifnya media sosial untuk sarana pemasaran, sedang merintis usaha (business plan) pipanisasi air bersih.

Abstract

Indonesia's technological landscape is in a state of constant evolution, offering both unprecedented opportunities and formidable challenges to businesses. Strategic Human Resource (HR) optimization has emerged as a critical imperative to thrive in this dynamic environment. This research delves into the pivotal role of HR management in achieving sustainable profitability within the Indonesian technological landscape. The study employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative data from surveys and interviews with HR professionals, business leaders, and employees and qualitative data from industry reports and case studies. The findings underscore the importance of strategic HR optimization, revealing four key aspects: the role of HR in technological transformation, addressing the skills gap, promoting diversity and inclusion, and prioritizing employee engagement and well-being. In-depth analysis demonstrates that HR departments are crucial in guiding organizations through digital transformation. Aligning HR strategies with technology adoption leads to higher success rates and reduced resistance to change. Furthermore, a significant skills gap in the workforce demands substantial investment in training and development programs. Embracing diversity and inclusion fosters innovation and competitiveness while prioritizing employee engagement and well-being increases productivity and profitability. This research provides practical insights for businesses operating in Indonesia's ever-changing technological landscape. Abstract

Beckground: The banking industry has experienced rapid development in recent years. Competition among banks has intensified, and to maintain a competitive advantage, it is important for banks to understand customer expectations, improve their service performance, and gain high customer satisfaction and customer trust. Aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of customer expectations on bank service performance, bank customer satisfaction, and how this influence impacts customer trust. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving customer satisfaction and customer trust in today's highly competitive banking industry. Research Method: The research method used in this study is a literature study. Various relevant literature sources, including scientific journals, books, and related research reports, were analyzed. This study analyzes and synthesizes the findings in the literature to identify the relationship between customer expectations, bank service performance, bank customer satisfaction, and customer trust. Results and Conclussion: The results show that customer expectations have a significant influence on bank service performance. When customer expectations are met, bank service performance tends to be better. In addition, bank service performance also has a significant influence on bank customer satisfaction. When bank service performance increases, bank customer satisfaction also increases. Furthermore, bank customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on customer trust in banks. Contribution: The contribution of this research is to provide a better understanding of the relationship between customer expectations, bank service performance, bank customer satisfaction, and customer trust. This research can serve as a reference for companies in the banking industry to improve their bank service performance, so as to meet customer expectations, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen customer trust in the long run.

Abstract

Beckground: Perceptions and motivations to become a bank customer can be influenced by various factors, including age, experience and financial needs. Parents and teenagers have differences in life experiences, knowledge and financial priorities, which may affect how they perceive the importance of being a bank customer. This study will identify differences and similarities in motivations and perceptions between parents and adolescents in relation to becoming a bank customer. Aims: The aim of this study is to gain a better understanding of the factors that influence the motivations and perceptions of becoming a bank customer between parents (mothers and fathers) and their adolescent children. It also aims to explore the differences and similarities in their views towards becoming bank customers. Research Methods: This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the data collection method. The research participants consisted of parents (mothers and fathers) and their teenage sons and daughters who are bank customers. Data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using an inductive approach to identify emerging themes and patterns related to their motivations and perceptions of becoming bank customers. Results and Conclusions: Data analysis revealed differences in the motivations and perceptions of becoming a bank customer between parents and their adolescent children. Parents tend to have more motivations related to financial security, long-term investment, and fulfilling family needs. Meanwhile, teenagers tend to have more motivations related to personal needs, money management skills, and financial independence. Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of Indonesian digital marketing, the journey to secure and nurture digital talent is akin to an odyssey. This study delves into the intricate web of recruitment strategies, skillset dynamics, and performance outcomes in this dynamic sector. Recruitment strategies in Indonesian digital marketing are multifaceted, encompassing social media sourcing, headhunting, competency-based assessments, and cultural alignment. These strategies are pivotal in identifying individuals who can thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing industry. Skillset dynamics are the heart of digital marketing success. Professionals must continuously adapt to evolving skill set requirements, including SEO expertise, data analytics proficiency, and creative marketing skills. Staying updated with industry trends and embracing technology, particularly AI and automation, are essential. Performance outcomes, including ROI, conversion rates, and brand engagement, serve as success metrics. Talent retention is equally critical, involving onboarding, skill development, diversity and inclusion, data privacy, and building talent pools. The interplay between recruitment strategies, skill development, and performance outcomes defines success in Indonesian digital marketing. HR professionals and organizations must navigate this complex terrain, embracing multifaceted recruitment, cultural alignment, soft skill assessment, agility, continuous learning, and technology adoption.
