Abstract

In the current era, the marketing strategy has become a benchmark in developing the business world. Market conditions that are increasingly expanding can encourage entrepreneurs to implement their marketing strategies properly. By implementing a good and targeted marketing strategy, this can attract consumers to buy products. The purpose of this study is to determine marketing strategies in increasing sales of HDI Family Center Kraksaan products from a sharia perspective. At this writing the method used is descriptive qualitative, besides that in collecting data used is from secondary data sourced from publications which include scientific journals, books, websites, which are sourced from interviews. The end result of this writing is to show that marketing strategies can be applied to increase sales using the mix marketing method. In addition, there is also targeting and segmenting which are important references in marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of KUR Syariah product financing on the development of MSMEs. The population in this study were MSMEs who were registered as customers and used financing funds. By distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to customers at the CPS Probolinggo Sharia pawn shop, there were 70 respondents. The sample from this research used random sampling and obtained a sample of 41 respondents. For data analysis, we used the SPSS version 29 program. The results of the research showed that KUR Syariah product financing had a positive effect on the development of MSMEs at the CPS Probolinggo Sharia pawnshop. Customer business development has increased both in terms of business capital, increased turnover and increased income.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the practice of online buying and selling conducted by students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at Zainul Hasan Islamic University (UNZAH), as well as to analyze these practices from the perspective of Islamic economics. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data sources consist of both primary and secondary data, collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that online buying and selling practices among UNZAH students are carried out in two main stages. The first is the transaction mechanism stage, which begins with the buyer placing an order, followed by the online payment process. Several payment systems are utilized, including bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, e-wallets, and Cash On Delivery (COD) systems. From the perspective of Islamic economics, the online buying and selling practices carried out by students generally comply with Islamic legal principles. These include requirements that the products sold must be halal and of good quality, the ownership status of the goods must be clear (whether they are personally owned or second-hand), and product quality must be guaranteed. Additionally, there should be a fair correlation between the price and quality of goods to prevent buyer dissatisfaction. Honesty in transactions must also be upheld, particularly concerning the level of trustworthiness between both parties involved.

Abstract

Praktik transaksi utang piutang merupakan salah satu aspek pemenuhan hajat hidup melalui interaksi sosial. Sebuah transaksi yang sarat dengan keistimewaan dan keutamaan yang dijanjikan oleh Allah bagi pelakunya (pemberi utang). Praktik utang piutang, selain memiliki sisi positif melalui prinsip tolong-menolong, seringkali juga menjadi sumber perselisihan dan permusuhan antar manusia. Hal ini terjadi ketika manusia mengabaikan prinsip fundamental dalam praktik tolong-menolong ini, yakni kejujuran.
