Abstract

Kebijakan Asesmen Nasional menggeser evaluasi berskala nasional dari Ujian Nasional menuju Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang menekankan literasi membaca dan numerasi pada semua mata pelajaran, termasuk Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Kondisi ini menuntut guru PJOK untuk mampu menyusun soal AKM berbasis konteks pembelajaran jasmani. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman guru PJOK SMP di Kabupaten Nganjuk tentang penyusunan soal AKM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta berjumlah 14 guru anggota MGMP PJOK SMP. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui workshop tatap muka yang meliputi pengenalan kebijakan AKM, analisis contoh soal, praktik penyusunan soal, serta klinik revisi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan angket skala Likert (pemahaman sebelum–sesudah, penilaian terhadap materi, fasilitator, fasilitas, dan aspek penerapan) serta pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan persepsi pemahaman guru dari kategori netral (rerata B1 = 3,07) menjadi setuju (rerata B2 = 4,00). Aspek materi, fasilitator, dan fasilitas memperoleh rerata >4,20 (kategori sangat setuju), sedangkan kecukupan waktu menjadi aspek terendah (rerata 3,64) namun masih pada kategori baik. Guru menyatakan mampu dan berniat menerapkan soal AKM di kelas, serta menilai pelatihan sangat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan profesional. Temuan kualitatif menegaskan perlunya penambahan durasi, pelatihan berseri, dan pendalaman materi AKM/HOTS. Secara keseluruhan, program PKM ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman guru PJOK terhadap penyusunan soal AKM serta menghasilkan draf soal AKM PJOK yang dapat dimanfaatkan MGMP.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach, which is a learning method that adapts teaching materials to the level of understanding of students, not based on age or grade. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increase in the understanding of grade V students by applying Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) learning. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative descriptive approach, carried out in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 14 grade V students, consisting of 12 female students and 2 male students. Data collection techniques used tests, with instruments in the form of evaluation sheets given at the end of learning. The results showed that in cycle I, the average student score was 75.71 with an individual completeness rate of 57.14% (category “Not Good”). In cycle II, the average score increased to 87.14 with a learning completeness of 85.71% (category “Good”). These results show that there is a significant increase in the understanding of grade V students by applying the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach to the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of healthy lifestyles between male and female students at the junior high school level. The research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative design. Data were collected using a questionnaire, resulting in 252 respondents comprising 115 male students and 137 female students. Data analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney test because the data were not normally distributed. The healthy lifestyle in this study includes seven indicators as well as a total healthy lifestyle score. The results indicate that there are significant gender differences in the indicators of physical activity (0.005), stress management (0.000), sleep habits (0.040), freedom from substance abuse (0.000), and the total healthy lifestyle score (0.000). Meanwhile, no significant differences were found in the indicators of healthy eating patterns (0.892), social support (0.215), and limited screen time (0.642). Male students are more physically active, whereas female students are better in stress management, sleep habits, free from substance abuse, and total healthy lifestyle scores. These findings indicate the role of gender in several healthy lifestyle indicators and provide a basis for the development of more adaptive physical education programs and school policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between junk food consumption and sleep habits with the nutritional status of students at SMPN 35 Surabaya. The research method used is a correlational approach with an Ex Post Facto design. The research sample was obtained using a cluster random sampling method, resulting in 257 respondents, consisting of 132 males and 125 females. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire that had undergone a validity test, with 23 statements declared valid (r-count ≥ r-table 0.1224), and a reliability test with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.576. Nutritional status was determined using BMI/age standards. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Chi-Square test, and processed with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between junk food consumption and the nutritional status of students at SMPN 35 Surabaya (p=0.005 < 0.05). In contrast, sleep habits showed no significant association (p=0.178 > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that junk food consumption more dominantly affects students' nutritional status than sleep habits. These results can help schools in making healthy canteen policies and provide nutrition education for students and parents.

Abstract

Kesadaran gizi remaja berperan penting dalam pembentukan pola makan sehat, namun perbedaan perilaku berdasarkan jenis kelamin masih ditemukan. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya pemahaman mendalam mengenai perkembangan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku gizi pada siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku gizi berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan desain ex post facto pada 249 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstandar yang telah diuji validitas (r = 0,333; 0,352; 0,377) dan reliabilitas Cronbach’s α untuk pengetahuan (0,653), sikap (0,680), dan perilaku (0,725), serta uji test–retest menunjukkan korelasi yang memadai. Analisis deskriptif dan uji Mann–Whitney U digunakan untuk menguji perbedaan antar gender. Hasil menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada pengetahuan (0.159) dan sikap gizi (0.059), namun perilaku gizi (0.003) berbeda signifikan, dengan siswa perempuan menunjukkan perilaku lebih baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap gizi relatif sama, tetapi memang ada perbedaan kesenjangan di perilaku antara laki-laki dan perempuan.
