Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia has exhibited positive growth, although financial inclusion in the sector remains low at 9.06%. Islamic banks present an alternative for those seeking a financial institution that adheres to Islamic principles. The low level of Islamic financial inclusion is attributable to several factors, including the insufficient level of Islamic financial literacy at 8.93%.  This research was a type of field research using a quantitative approach. The data used primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to batik entrepreneurs in the Wiradesa Pekalongan sub-district. Samples were taken as many as 65 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The type of sampling technique used cluster proportional random sampling. The statistical tests used validity test, data reliability test, and t-test (t-test) to test the hypothesis. The results of the research on Islamic financial literacy variables have a positive and significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks, the significance value is 0.023 <0.05 and the t value (2,328) > t table (2,000).

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to be able to create attractive and professional brochures using the Adobe Photoshop application. The method used was SCL (Student Centered Learning) face to face/directly at the Al Munadi High School location for 20 Al Munadi High School students. As a result of the training in making brochures using Adobe Photoshop, the students understood and were able to make brochures as expected.

Abstract

A complete human being" is the main goal of Islamic education. To achieve this goal, it should be prepared carefully starting as early as possible. Considering that the golden age is an important period and determines the success of children's education towards the expected results. However, there are many challenges that must be faced by parents and educators during this period of education, including first, the symptoms of hedonism that plague modern education; second, the escalation of violence against children; third, the lack of exemplary and unbalanced communication between parents and children. In the Islamic perspective, there are five models of education that are worth choosing for children's growth and development. First, education through example (at-tarbiyah bil-qudwah); second, education through habits (at-tarbiyah bil-adah); third, education through advice (al-tarbiyah bil-mauidhah); fourth, education through supervision (al-tarbiyah bil-mulahadhah) and fifth, education through sanctions (al-tarbiyah bil-uqubah).

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengeksplorasi peningkatan sikap khidmat belajar melalui kitab Ta’lim Mutaalim. Latar belakangnya adalah penurunan sikap sopan siswa terhadap guru, seperti acuh tak acuh, tidur, dan ngobrol saat pelajaran. Penelitian ini berfokus pada nilai-nilai khidmat dalam kitab tersebut dan metode pembelajarannya untuk memperbaiki sikap siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala madrasah, guru, dan siswa. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi antara wawancara dan pengamatan. Nilai-nilai khidmat dalam kitab Ta’lim Mutaalim mencakup penghormatan terhadap guru, tata cara belajar yang baik, dan kesopanan, seperti tidak berbicara sembarangan dan memperhatikan pelajaran. Metode pengajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Qulub meliputi diskusi dan ceramah tanya jawab.

Abstract

The development of the world of information technology and easy access to social media is a challenge for educational institutions. Easy access to information technology raises many problems for children, such as addiction to gadgets, lack of communication skills, and even affects children's ethics and behavior. The vulnerability of a moral crisis makes educational institutions a stronghold to shape student character and instiAbstractll religious values. For this reason, it is necessary to have a curriculum that is able to answer the needs and in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. The problems raised in this study are the implementation of the Special Curriculum at MI NU Hidayatun Najah and the Development of the Special Curriculum in shaping religious character at MI NU Hidayatun Najah. The method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the Special Curriculum is carried out to support the development of students' religious understanding as well as the distinction of the Institute. There are also local contents in the Special Curriculum, namely Alqur'an and memorization, madrasah diniyah, SKUA, and akhlakul karimah. The development of this distinctive curriculum is carried out on an ongoing basis based on the results of curriculum evaluation. This research has limitations in the research area, namely MI NU Hidayatun Najah Tuban, so that the research results cannot be generalized. Future research can examine more specifically each program or companion book used in the implementation of a typical curriculum at MI NU Hidayatun Najah.

Abstract

Background: Fiduciary guarantees are commonly used in financing agreements to strengthen the position of financing company, serving as a guarantee that debtor will fullfill their obligations. However, in implementation of financing agreements, there are still debtors who fail to carry out the terms of agreement. One significant issue is the debtor's transfer of the financed object which is encumbered with a fiduciary guarantee to a third party during the credit period without the creditor's consent, known as a take over. Research Metodes: This study employs a socio-legal research approach which examines and analyzes how law operates within society. Findings: The findings of this research indicate that the transfer of fiduciary collateral to third parties without the consent of the creditor is a recurring problem. Debtors who transfer fiduciary guarantee to a third party without the creditor’s approval are committing a breach of contract, which can result in legal consequences, including the potential for criminal prosecution. Resolution of disputes between a creditor and a debtor regarding a fiduciary guarantee whose object has been transferred to a third party in Samarinda is done through both litigious and non-litigious. Conclusion: Out-of-court dispute resolution is employed creditors, taking into account the existence of the fiduciary collateral and the fulfillment of credit installments. However, if the fiduciary collateral is missing, and the credit installments are not paid, the creditor will file a report with the police, which may result in criminal charges under Article 36 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee.

Abstract

Resistensi antibiotik dapat terjadi karena mudahnya masyarakat mendapatkan antibiotik, kurangnya pengawasan pemerintahterhadap masyarakat tentang, penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional seperti pemilihan antibiotik tidak sesuai dengan kondisi pasien dan pola peresepan antibiotik yang kurang tepat . Cefadroxil adalah antibiotik dengan spektrum luas. Obat ini digunakan untuk mengatasi sejumlah infeksi akibat bakteri, seperti infeksi saluran kemih, kulit, pernapasan, atau tenggorokan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor kepatuhan masyarat dan mengidentifikasi faktor pemberian obat kepada pasien terdapat pengaruhnya terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan obat antibiotik amoxilin dan cefadroxil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Bati-Bati dan Puskesmas Kait-Kait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara hubungan faktor kepatuhan masyarat terhadap penggunaan obat antibiotik amoxilin dan cefadroxil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Bati-Bati dan Puskesmas Kait-Kait pada tahun 2024, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji Chi-Square. Faktor yang memiliki hubungan kepatuhan adalah umur dan pendidikan terakhir. Sedangkan jenis kelamin dan status pekerjaan tidak memiliki hubungan kepatuhan. Untuk saran diharapkan pasien untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang antibiotik amoxilin dan cefadroxil, serta patuh dalam mengonsumsi antibiotik amoxilin dan cefadroxil

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative approach using action research methodology to optimize the language skills of children aged 4-5 years through a storytelling training program and interactive language games as a creative literacy strategy at RA Nurul Huda Semarang. The research subjects consisted of 23 students aged 4-5 years, along with teachers and parents who were directly involved in the program implementation. The findings indicate that storytelling and interactive language games significantly enhance children's language skills, including vocabulary mastery, fluency in speaking, comprehension of sentence structures, and confidence in expressing ideas verbally. This method also creates a more enjoyable learning environment and fosters the development of children's creativity and imagination in communication. Furthermore, the training program positively impacts teachers’ teaching strategies, making them more interactive, and increases parental involvement in supporting creative literacy at home. Thus, this study confirms that the storytelling approach and interactive language games are effective strategies for improving early childhood language skills. This program can be more widely implemented as a strategic effort to build a strong literacy foundation, fostering a generation that is more communicative, creative, and confident in using language as a tool for thinking and interacting.

Abstract

Anak sebagai saksi dalam perkara pidana telah diakui secara sah dalam KUHAP. Namun, menurut pembentuk Undang-Undang, keterangan mereka tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara sempurna dalam hukum pidana. Oleh karena itu, mereka tidak dapat diambil sumpah atau janji dalam memberikan keterangan; keterangan mereka hanya dipakai sebagai petunjuk atau tambahan alat bukti sah lainnya, atau untuk menambah keyakinan hakim. Kemudian, kehadiran anak sebagai saksi mahkota dalam perkara pidana narkotika wajib mendapat perlindungan yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari konteks hukum perlindungan terhadap anak. Hukum, yang merupakan kaidah tertinggi, harus diikuti oleh masyarakat dalam melakukan interaksi sosial, serta oleh penguasa negara sebagai penyelenggara kehidupan bernegara dan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, meningkatkan motivasi kerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, memberikan pembekalan mengenai tata kelola lembaga pendidikan kepada para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, dan memupuk semangat para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan untuk mendukung perkembangan MI Hidayatun Najah Tuban ke arah yang lebih baik lagi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) dan metode pendampingan Service Learning (SL). Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan memberikan reaksi positif dan antusias peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan dari awal sampai akhir sesi. Dampak program ini tidak hanya terlihat dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, tetapi juga perubahan perilaku peserta. Program ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk berinteraksi dan berdiskusi, sehingga tercipta lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif. Meski menghadapi tantangan seperti waktu pelatihan yang terbatas dan keragaman tingkat pemahaman peserta, program ini memberikan dampak positif yang nyata. Pelatihan ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan lebih kompleks.
