Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas dampak pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja guru khususnya pada guru sekolah dasar di suku Minahasa utara. Pengawasan utama merupakan bagian dari kegiatanpenjaminan mutu kegiatan ilmiah. Di bawah pengawasan kepala sekolah, guru dapat diinstruksikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kerja lapangan. Informan survei ini adalah 10 orang guru SD Negeri di Suku Minahasa Utara. Pengumpulan data, di gunakan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara . Hasil survei guru SD di Minahasa Utara menunjukkan bahwa kunjungan sekolah yang dilakukan sudah terencana, sistematis, dan teratur. Tahap supervisi dilakukan dengan membentuk kelompok supervisi, setelah itu tim menetapkan tujuan supervisi, tujuan supervisi dan membuat peralatan supervisi. Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri Minahasa Utara melakukan pendekatan yang menarik: mengutamakan hubungan emosional dan menjaga keharmonisan. Dengan demikian, pengawasan utama SD Negeri Minahasa Utaraberpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pendidikan, serta peningkatan kinerja pendidikan dalam pembangunan. Ringkasnya, supervisi kepala sekolah akan meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan guru di kelas untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Belum optimalnya fungsi supervisi klinis di SMA Negeri 10 Manado mendorong peneliti untuk mengklarifikasi masalah agar mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas tentang pelaksanaan supervisi klinis instruktur. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif naturalistik (Bogdan dan Biklen, 1982). Kegiatan supervisi klinis oleh supervisor membantu guru memecahkan masalah pembelajaran yang berdampak positif terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa upaya pengawas mata pelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan profesional guru SMA Negeri 10 Manado untuk guru mata pelajaran sangat baik. Hal ini terlihat dari rencana/program pengawasan yang dikembangkan dan pembinaan yang diberikan kepada dosen di bidang kualifikasi masing-masing, tanpa hasil yang signifikan, namun dosen pembimbing yang diteliti memberikan pengawasan klinis. belum cukup dilaksanakan sesuai tahapan supervisi klinis, namun supervisi klinis supervisor subjek penelitian berpengaruh kecil terhadap sivitas akademika SMA Negeri 10 Manado. Topik penelitian keterampilan profesional guru SMA negeri belum diteliti secara menyeluruh, yang memenuhi kriteria pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk pendidikan dapat memungkinkan pembaharuan pada sistem pendidikan menjadi meningkat. Akibat minimnya infrastruktur seperti laboratorium komputer dan penguasaan TIK di kondisi SDN di Minahasa Utara saat ini, guru mengalami beberapa kendala dalam implementasi proses pendidikan dan pengajaran (TIK) di sekolah, Guru memberikan pengajaran/pelatihan TIK bagi guru di SDN Kabupaten Minahasa Utara melalui kegiatan transfer ilmu dan menggunakan TIK saat aktifitas belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Diajarkan Aplikasi yang adalah flash, e-learning, dan learning management system merupakan pengenalan Microsoft Word dan lebihdalam. Sesudah mengikuti kursus ini, para guru akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengertian tentang berbagai aplikasi TIK dan akan termotivasi untuk menguasai dan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan TIK untuk KMB di kelas..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengawasan direktur terhadap prestasi kerja Institut Teknologi Negeri Manado. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 100 orang dosen Institut Teknologi Negeri Manado. Semua teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan semua 100 anggota populasi digunakan sebagai partisipan. Pengumpulan data survei ini dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh efektif pengawasan direktur berpengaruh positif sangat signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja Institut Teknologi Negeri Manado. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil perhitungan statistik yaitu kontribusi efektif pengawasan direksi sebesar 23,6%. Artinya 72,4% berkontribusi secara simultan dari faktor lain. Guru memegang peranan vital dalam keberhasilan proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran sebagai elemen terpenting dari proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran kampus. Dalam penelitian saat ini, peneliti antusias mempelajari kinerja guru di lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the socio-emotional development of children of divorced parents. The method used in this research is qualitative and the type of research is a case study. The subjects of this research are the eighth grader of junior high school whose parents divorced. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. Research data validation uses source triangulation in which the researcher interviews the closest people to the subject. The results of this research evidences that children’s social-emotional development tends to be influenced by parental divorce. It is reflected in the expression of emotions, relationships with other people, behavior, and also the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a more precise picture of the focus of the study on coping strategies for unmarried young adult women. This study uses qualitative research methods, this type of research is descriptive research of one type in qualitative methods because the analysis does not use numbers. The subject in this study was one unmarried young adult woman who was domiciled in Kaskasen II, Ling. VIII, Kec. North Tomohon, Tomohon City. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, there are two influences on the occurrence of stress, namely internal and external factors (internal). The way the subject is used to avoid stress is to do coping strategies. Coping strategies are attempts to control, reduce, or learn to tolerate stressful situations that lead to stress. This study found various types of coping centered on the problems used by the subject and led to problem solving or eliminating problems that cause stress participants. The subject does not take aggressive action to eliminate the source of the problem or pressure, only the subject utters aggressive sentences. Then the subject also manages his feelings to manage the stress he's facing. In addition, this self-control is a form of adaptation or adjustment to the pressures experienced by the subject. The process of making distance is also carried out by the subject to avoid problems. One of the actions taken by the subject is to be rarely at home and spend a lot of time outside and to find yourself busy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of the principal's managerial abilities, teacher performance, school culture and parental involvement on school effectiveness. This research is classified as a quantitative study where the data collected is in the form of numerical data from the results of the distribution of questionnaires, four free variables, namely the managerial ability of the principal (X1), teacher performance (X2), School Culture (X3) and parental involvement (X4) for bound variables, namely school effectiveness (Y). This study used 101 teacher respondents at Adventist Junior High School in North Sulawesi Province and a total of 202 populations were randomly sampled so that each respondent had an equal chance of being sampled. The data were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis to answer five research hypotheses. The results showed that the results that these four variables together have a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to design, apply, and find the effectiveness of alphabet card learning media in the Community Learning Activity Center (hereafter, PKBM) in North Sulawesi Province. This study used the Research and Development method, following the stages of ADDIE model development research. This research is designed for 2 years and the first year 2022 has been carried out in 3 stages, namely: 1) Analyze stage, 2) the Design stage, and 3) the Development Stage. Meanwhile, for the second year, there will be 2 stages, the Implementation Stage, and the Evaluation stage. It was concluded that the prototype product design of Alphabet Card Learning The application of the development of the learning process is carried out through stages: recruitment of tutors, learning residents and forming study groups, conducting Training of Trainers (TOT) for tutors; and trials development. The learning process is effective because the residents who were formerly literate but forgot their letters have re-learned them, an improvement in the cognitive abilities to learn citizens, a better ability to put letters together to form meaningful words, and citizens who are learning become more involved. It is suggested that: 1) The teacher must develop an adaptable lesson plan; 2) The following aspects require revision: (1). the physical card alphabet's size in both height and width; (2). For the sake of IPR and patent rights, a unique logo is required. 3). At the Implementation and Evaluation stage, this study must be continued.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui psychological well being wanita dewasa awal korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di desa makasili kecamatan kumelembuai kabupaten minahasa selatan. Psychological well being adalah pencapaian penuh dari potensi individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode fenomenologi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 2 orang yang berusia 24 dan 25 tahun dengan karakteristik istri yang mengalami kdrt dan sudah tidak tinggal dengan suami/ berpisah. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Fokus penelitian adalah dimensi pada psychological well being. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi yang mempengaruhi kedua subjek berbeda dimana pada subjek I dimensinya adalah penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, tujuan hidup. Sedangkan responden II adalah penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, tujuan hidup, pertumbuhan pribadi.

Abstract

This research problem is formulated as follows: How is the planning for barbering skills apprenticeship education in Tomohon City. What is the process for barbering skills apprenticeship education in Tomohon city. What are the results of the Hairdressing Apprenticeship Education in the city of Tomohon. What are the results of the Hairdressing Apprenticeship Education in the city of Tomohon. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of Barbering Apprenticeship Education in Tomohon City. Then what is the process of hairdressing apprenticeship training in Tomohon City and to find out the results of the hairdressing apprenticeship service in Tomohon City. To realize this goal, the researcher used qualitative methods. The informants in this research were 3 people, namely the owner of Barberhood, the owner of Pangkas Rambut Madura and the study residents. Data was collected using techniques: (1) Interview, (2) Observation, (3) Documentation Study. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman Model (in Sugiono 2012: 247), namely (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Presentation, (4) Verification. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the plan for the Barbering skills apprenticeship education program for apprentices at Baberhood in Tomohon City has been made by the institutions together to determine the goals to be achieved
