Abstract

Company performance is very dependent on the employees themselves. Therefore, personnel requires a lot of attention from management, one of wich is the discipline of each employee, work performance, and career development potential. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With a sample size of 70 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, this is proven based on the results of partial tests or examinations with a total probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t value. > t table namely r 5.287 > 1.99601. There is a partially significant influence between career development and employee performance, this is proven based on the results of partial tests or examinations with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated value > t table, namely 4.213 > 1.99601. There is a significant and simultaneous influence between work discipline and career development on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Jakarta Melawai Branch Office, this is proven based on the results of F tests or simultaneous tests with a total probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value. > F table is 71.627 > 3.13.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The method used is a quantitative method. The subjects of this study are 47 employees of PT XYZ Jakarta Centrum Main Branch Office. The data analysis techniques used include Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Determination Coefficient Test using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that partially, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05 and a t-value > t-table (2.536 > 2.015). Partially, work stress does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.729 > 0.05 and a t-value < t-table (0.348 < 2.015). Based on the F-test results, workload and work stress do not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.052 > 0.05 and an F-value < F-table (3.175 < 3.20).

Abstract

Researchers took the object of research at PT Hyla Abadi, due to a decrease in customer satisfaction which was thought to be due to the influence of product quality and price. Research used is a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In accordance with the research objectivesThe population and samples used were 80 company customers and the sampling used was saturated sampling. used for validity and reliability tests were 30 customers at the same company. Based on the results of the T test, the Sig value of the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction is 0.074 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is no effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the T test, the Sig value of the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of price on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the significance value of the simultaneous effect of product quality and price variables on customer satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05, so the simultaneous test is accepted, which means that there is a simultaneous effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction. So it can be concluded partially that the product quality variable has no significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, but the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai penilaian kinerja karyawan kontrak yang berperan sebagai Koordinator Fasilitator dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat bidang perumahan yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan pengelola kegiatan Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya (BSPS) dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Penilaian  kinerja dilakukan berdasarkan konsep kualitatif dengan analisis dan pembahasan menggunakan teknik deskriptif.  Pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa stake holder pada pelaksanaan kegiatan BSPS di tingkat pusat (Jakarta) dan di daerah. Mencermati hasil penilaian kinerja Secara umum, ke 39 orang karyawan kontrak perusahaan, dalam hal ini Koordinator Fasilitator mendapatkan nilai “Baik” dengan range nilai antara 76 sampai dengan 90.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas metode sistematis untuk pemilihan saham berdasarkan kriteria fundamental dalam investasi pasar modal. Metode ini menggunakan aplikasi Stockbit melalui fitur Stock Screener untuk mempermudah identifikasi saham-saham yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada saham-saham pilihan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang memiliki potensial baik untuk investasi jangka panjang. Langkah-langkah yang terinci melibatkan penentuan kriteria pencarian, eksekusi pencarian, analisis fundamental, pemilihan saham, diversifikasi portofolio, monitoring, evaluasi, serta pelaporan dan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Unsur kebaruan atau temuan dalam tulisan ini dengan mengkorelasikan antara pemanfaatan alat Stock Screener dengan konsep Simplifikasi Analisis penyaringan saham, edukasi dasar memilih emiten saham yang tepat, evaluasi valuasi saham menggunakan indicator tertentu dan identifikasi saham diskon diatas 20% serta analisis mendalam maupun pemahaman sektor bisnis yang dapat memberikan pandangan menyeluruh terhadap proyeksi masa depan. Dalam penelitian pada penulisan ini terdapat empat emiten saham yang lolos kriteria kualitas dan valuasi saham kemudian berpotensi memiliki diskon lebih dari 20% antara selisih harga pasarnya saat ini dengan valuasi harga rata-rata wajarnya dalam 5 tahun terakhir yakni HMSP, GEMS, BJBR dan TKIM.  Dengan berbekal hasil tersebut dapat menjadi data temuan penting bagi investor untuk mendalami lebih lanjut dengan mengunduh laporan keuangan lima tahun terakhir dan memahami model bisnis perusahaan yang menjadi target investasi

Abstract

This research explores optimizing transportation costs for Corner Kebab, a kebab business, by employing the stepping stone method. It addresses operational expenses, encompassing factory and transportation costs, to enhance the delivery of kebab skin (tortilla). The study evaluates the distribution process from MiniFroz and Defroz factories in East Jakarta and Serpong to three Corner Kebab outlets in Pondok Benda, Cidodol South Jakarta, and Bukit Dago. By minimizing tortilla distribution costs, the stepping stone method identifies an optimal daily expense of Rp. 212,000,- for Corner Kebab, surpassing the Rp. 222,000,- incurred through the North West Coast Method. This approach offers cost-saving benefits for the company. Despite the well-established nature of transportation problems and optimization techniques, this research contributes novelty by applying the stepping stone method to the kebab industry, specifically analyzing tortilla delivery costs. This focus on a niche business context enhances understanding and provides valuable insights for operational cost reduction in similar enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the effect of operational efficiency, managerial ownership, and intellectual capital on firm value. This type of research is associative quantitative using secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and company websites. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The sample selection procedure in this study uses as many as 42 company data that match the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using E-views 10. The results of this study indicate that operational efficiency, managerial ownership, and intellectual capital simultaneously affect firm value. Partially, operational efficiency influences firm value, while managerial ownership and intellectual capital has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

Human Resources are a valuable asset and are the focus of every company. Therefore, so that employees can be active at work and have high work morale, companies need something that can motivate their employees, namely by providing support in the form of compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Central Statistics Agency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 respondents. Then this research shows that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially the compensation variable does not have a significant effect while the work discipline variable has a significant effect.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company with a wide network and services for the community. To achieve success in a company, good performance is required, which is based on work discipline and work motivation. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study consisted of all PT XYZ employees, with a total sample of 47 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for the tests used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are proven by the results of the partial test (T) on the work discipline variable (X1) showing that there is a positive and significant influence on the employee performance variable (Y) and on the work motivation variable (X2) it also shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable employee performance (Y), while the results of the simultaneous test research (F) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Directorate General of Military Justice and State Administration, partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The research was conducted from April to June with the research objects being employees of the Directorate General of Military Justice and State Administration, totaling 75 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results of this research show that partially motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is shown based on the sig results of 0.032 < 0.05 and t count > t table 2.185 > 1.666 and partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the results of the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table 3,719 > 1.666. Meanwhile, based on the results of the F Test, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is proven by the results of a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value > F table of 10.313 > 3.124.
