Abstract

Penilaian kinerja pusat laba merupakan aspek penting dalam evaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi unit usaha dalam menghasilkan laba. Pusat laba adalah unit yang bertanggung jawab atas pendapatan dan biaya, dengan indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM), yang menjadi parameter utama untuk menilai kinerja PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kinerja pusat laba PT Garuda Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan rasio-rasio profitabilitas selama kurun waktu 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Selama periode 2020–2024, kinerja profitabilitas PT Garuda Indonesia tercatat di bawah standar industri, yang mengindikasikan adanya tantangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan biaya dan pendapatan yang optimal. Hal ini berdampak langsung terhadap tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Rasio Profitabilitas, Kinerja Pusat Laba

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Total Quality Control (TQC) pada kualitas produk dan pelayanan di UMKM Sayur Bude Kati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip TQC diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek operasional, mulai dari pemilihan dan penyimpanan bahan baku hingga strategi pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Komitmen pelaku usaha dalam menjaga kesegaran produk melalui aktivitas belanja malam dan berjualan sejak dini hari mencerminkan dedikasi terhadap kualitas. Selain itu, strategi pelayanan personal seperti pemberian bonus dan fleksibilitas pembayaran turut meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas. Namun, penerapan TQC juga menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara kualitas kerja dan kesehatan pelaku usaha. Kesimpulannya, TQC dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif pada UMKM untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk, kepuasan pelanggan, dan daya saing usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Narasaka Jakarta Selatan. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Narasaka Jakarta Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan serta peran gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dilengkapi dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Fhitung 65,901 > Ftabel 3,16; Sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Namun, secara parsial, hanya motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (thitung 5,241 > ttabel 2,006; Sig. 0,000 < 0,05), sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (thitung 1,929 < ttabel 2,006; Sig. 0,059 > 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Narasaka Jakarta Selatan.   This research was conducted at PT Narasaka South Jakarta, based on the importance of employee performance in determining the success of a company, as well as the influence of leadership style and work motivation in enhancing employee performance. The study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Narasaka. A quantitative approach was employed using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument, with a sample size of 60 employees. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression analysis, supported by validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Fcount 65.901 > Ftable 3.16; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). However, partially, only work motivation has a significant effect (tcount 5.241 > ttable 2.006; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while leadership style does not (tcount 1.929 < ttable 2.006; Sig. 0.059 > 0.05). These findings indicate that work motivation is the dominant factor influencing employee performance at PT Narasaka South Jakarta.

Abstract

The contemporary beverage industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the increasing public interest in fresh and practical products, one of which is Es Teh Solo. In the product distribution process, transportation cost efficiency is an important factor to maintain competitiveness and business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the application of transportation methods as part of operations research in optimizing the distribution costs of Es Teh Solo from the factory in South Tangerang to three destination areas, namely South Jakarta, Bogor, and Depok. The methods used include North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost (LC), Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM), and Stepping Stone (SS). The results show that the NWC, VAM, and Stepping Stone methods produce the same minimum cost, which is Rp 8,650,000, while the Least Cost method produces a higher cost, which is Rp 13,020,000. The Stepping Stone method is used to test the optimality of the solution and proves that the value of Rp 8,650,000 is the optimal solution for the Es Teh Solo distribution system. Thus, the application of transportation methods is proven to be effective in minimizing distribution costs and assisting efficient logistics decision making for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and discipline on employe productivity at the West Jakarta Religious Court. A total of 50 respondents were involved in this study, using a saturated sampling technique, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. Data were obtained thru the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the partial test (t-test) indicate that the work environment variable has a significant influence on productivity, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 4.850 (> t-table 2.010). Similarly, the work discipline variable also shows a significant influence with a significance value of 0.046 and a calculated t-value of 2.046. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that both independent variables together have a significant effect on productivity, with an F-value of 61.932 (> F-table 4.46) and a significance value of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline, both individually and simultaneously, positively and significantly contribute to the improvement of employe productivity at the West Jakarta Religious Court.

Abstract

Workload is one of the most frequently complained causes of stress and is the main reason for employees in an organization. While the work environment is everything around workers that can affect them when carrying out and completing the tasks given. This study consists of three variables, namely workload (X1), work environment (X2) and work stress (Y). This study used a sample of 50 employees of PT Plasindo Elok and used data collection methods through observation, questionnaires with a 5-1 scale and documentation studies. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 25, namely data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing (R2). The findings of the study stated that partially workload and work environment have a significant effect on work stress and the resulting regression analysis means that workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress.

Abstract

The satisfaction of apartment residents is an important indicator in assessing the quality of urban housing, especially in densely populated areas like Penjaringan. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on resident satisfaction in Block Melati Apartment Penjaringan. The method used is quantitative with a statistical approach, involving 76 respondents as permanent residents. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale, and the sample calculation used Slovin's formula. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality have a positive effect on resident satisfaction. The validity test using Pearson correlation shows that all statement items are valid, with the calculated r greater than the r table (0.226). The reliability test with Cronbach’s Alpha shows that all variables are reliable: Product Quality (α = 0.827), Service Quality (α = 0.780), and Resident Satisfaction (α = 0.834), which meet the criteria above 0.70. These findings can provide input for apartment managers to improve the quality of housing through ongoing enhancements to products and services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of rebranding and brand image on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetics and skincare products in West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey technique. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The t-test results indicate that rebranding (t = 5.482; sig. < 0.001) and brand image (t = 7.166; sig. < 0.001) have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. The F test produced a calculated f value of 178.016 > f table 3.09 with sig. < 0.05, indicating that both variables have a significant simultaneous effect. The Adjusted R² value of 0.781 shows that 78.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions is influenced by Rebranding and brand image. This study confirms that brand image has a dominant influence on purchase decisions compared to Rebranding. These results reinforce the importance of visual identity consistency and positive brand perception in shaping consumer behavior. Keywords: Rebranding, Brand image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of impulsive buying behavior on interest in using a paylater with celebrity endorser as an intervening variable. The sample of this study was 100 students in Jakarta who were selected using the convenience sampling method, data were collected using a questionnaire. The collected data is processed using SmartPls 3.0. The results of this study indicate that impulsive buying behavior has a significant effect on interest in using paylater. Celebrity endorser has no significant effect on interest in using paylater, Celebrity endorser also has no significant effect as an intervening variable

Abstract

Human Resources are a valuable asset and are the focus of every company. Therefore, so that employees can be active at work and have high work morale, companies need something that can motivate their employees, namely by providing support in the form of compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Central Statistics Agency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 respondents. Then this research shows that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially the compensation variable does not have a significant effect while the work discipline variable has a significant effect.
