Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Romindo Primavetcom. The research utilized a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the variables. The results show that work motivation has a significant partial effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value (3.772) being greater than the t-table (2.00575) and a significance value (0.000) below 5%. Similarly, work discipline significantly affects employee performance with a t-value (2.911) greater than the t-table (2.00575). Simultaneously, work motivation and discipline collectively have a significant effect on employee performance, demonstrated by the F-value (83.411) exceeding the F-table (3.18) and a significance value (0.000) below 5%. The conclusion of this study is that both work motivation and discipline, whether partially or simultaneously, significantly influence employee performance. PT Romindo Primavetcom can enhance employee performance by focusing on effective motivation programs, such as providing incentives, and enforcing consistent discipline policies. This approach can foster a more productive work environment and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

The development of social media is currently increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. The large number of social media followers is a problem found by several coffee shop SMEs in assessing how effective advertising is via social media, where with almost the same menu list as REN Coffee & Eatery at the same time as Brown Bottle Coffee joined Instagram in September 2020, there are differences in the number of followers on their respective Instagrams, for REN Coffee & Eatery it has 16,600 Instagram followers, but Brown Black Coffee only has 14,600 Instagram followers. Through this research, the author aims to determine the level of effectiveness of Brown Bottle Coffee Instagram advertising. Based on the research results, the largest dimension score is 4.37 for the persuasion dimension. The persuasion dimension (Persuasion) shows that the promotion carried out by SMEs using Instagram was successful in attracting interest and building the trust of respondents to decide to buy the product provided. The promotion was effective in convincing consumers, because it did not only rely on images, but also videos. The EPIC rate for all dimensions based on the EPIC model is 4.30.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the distribution of white bread products from Sejahtera Bread Factory in Kebun Jeruk District by applying the transportation method within the framework of linear programming. Utilizing data on factory capacity, distribution demand, and transportation costs, this research implements several optimization techniques, including the North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost, Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM), and Stepping Stone method. The findings reveal that while the conventional distribution cost stands at IDR 420,500, the application of the Least Cost and VAM methods successfully reduces this to IDR 340,000, generating savings of IDR 80,500. Conversely, the NWC method results in an increased cost of IDR 450,000, and further optimization using the Stepping Stone method confirms the initial solution's optimality, maintaining the cost at IDR 340,000. These results demonstrate that the Least Cost method is the most effective strategy for minimizing distribution expenses. The study provides practical insights for small-scale bakery businesses to enhance operational efficiency and recommends further exploration of distribution strategies should new routes or market expansions occur in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada Divisi TD PT Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) AeroAsia Tbk. Turnover intention merupakan kecenderungan karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap operasional perusahaan, khususnya dalam hal efektivitas kerja, biaya pelatihan, dan kualitas layanan. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen yang dikaji adalah kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja, sementara turnover intention menjadi variabel dependen.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 responden dari populasi sebanyak 100 karyawan, yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 27 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Dan lingkungan kerja, yang secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja dapat menurunkan intensi karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Layanan Purna Jual terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT Hartec Mitra Mandiri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan PT Hartec Mitra Mandiri dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,167 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,403 < t tabel 2,012. Oleh karena itu, H₀₁ diterima dan Hₐ₁ ditolak. Sementara itu, variabel Layanan Purna Jual memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,949 > t tabel 2,012. Maka H₀₂ ditolak dan Hₐ₂ diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Layanan Purna Jual memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi PT Hartec Mitra Mandiri dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan pelanggan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan KSP Setia Multi Sarana yang merupakan koperasi yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha di bidang simpan dan pinjam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KSP Setia Multi Sarana. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda mengunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 3.371 > ttabel 2.026 kemudian terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 4.150> ttabel 2.026. Terdapat pengaruh simultan antara komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 34.676 > Ftabel 3.251, berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki konstribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 63,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and discipline on employe productivity at the West Jakarta Religious Court. A total of 50 respondents were involved in this study, using a saturated sampling technique, meaning the entire population was used as the sample. Data were obtained thru the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the partial test (t-test) indicate that the work environment variable has a significant influence on productivity, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 4.850 (> t-table 2.010). Similarly, the work discipline variable also shows a significant influence with a significance value of 0.046 and a calculated t-value of 2.046. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that both independent variables together have a significant effect on productivity, with an F-value of 61.932 (> F-table 4.46) and a significance value of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline, both individually and simultaneously, positively and significantly contribute to the improvement of employe productivity at the West Jakarta Religious Court.

Abstract

Workload is one of the most frequently complained causes of stress and is the main reason for employees in an organization. While the work environment is everything around workers that can affect them when carrying out and completing the tasks given. This study consists of three variables, namely workload (X1), work environment (X2) and work stress (Y). This study used a sample of 50 employees of PT Plasindo Elok and used data collection methods through observation, questionnaires with a 5-1 scale and documentation studies. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 25, namely data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing (R2). The findings of the study stated that partially workload and work environment have a significant effect on work stress and the resulting regression analysis means that workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress.

Abstract

The satisfaction of apartment residents is an important indicator in assessing the quality of urban housing, especially in densely populated areas like Penjaringan. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on resident satisfaction in Block Melati Apartment Penjaringan. The method used is quantitative with a statistical approach, involving 76 respondents as permanent residents. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale, and the sample calculation used Slovin's formula. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality have a positive effect on resident satisfaction. The validity test using Pearson correlation shows that all statement items are valid, with the calculated r greater than the r table (0.226). The reliability test with Cronbach’s Alpha shows that all variables are reliable: Product Quality (α = 0.827), Service Quality (α = 0.780), and Resident Satisfaction (α = 0.834), which meet the criteria above 0.70. These findings can provide input for apartment managers to improve the quality of housing through ongoing enhancements to products and services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of rebranding and brand image on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetics and skincare products in West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey technique. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The t-test results indicate that rebranding (t = 5.482; sig. < 0.001) and brand image (t = 7.166; sig. < 0.001) have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. The F test produced a calculated f value of 178.016 > f table 3.09 with sig. < 0.05, indicating that both variables have a significant simultaneous effect. The Adjusted R² value of 0.781 shows that 78.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions is influenced by Rebranding and brand image. This study confirms that brand image has a dominant influence on purchase decisions compared to Rebranding. These results reinforce the importance of visual identity consistency and positive brand perception in shaping consumer behavior. Keywords: Rebranding, Brand image, Purchase Decision
