Abstract

In this study the authors have the aim to determine the effect of repeat orders, halal labeling and member recruitment on sales volume at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Yogyakarta Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The data needed in this study is primary data. Primary data obtained by the questionnaire method of a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that repeat orders, halal labeling and member recruitment have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at PT. Orindo Alam Ayu Yogyakarta Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation and employee performance on the quality of car body cable products at PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems quallity assurance department/section. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 58 respondents, where the sample size was determined through thearikunto formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistical 22 test tool. The results showed that partially leadership style has a significant positive effect on product quality, partial work motivation has a significant positive effect on product quality, partially employee performance has a significant positive effect on product quality, simultaneously leadership style, work motivation and employee performance have a significant positive effect on product quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of training, HR development, motivation on the performance of the Primkoppol Sukoharjo Cooperative employees in 2022. The method used in this study was the sampling method from the population, the object of this study was the Work of the Primkoppol Sukoharjo Cooperative Employees. Data were processed using SPSS by testing validity, reliability, classic assumption test, t test, F test, and R2 test. In this study, 21 respondents were used. The results of this study are training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) employee performance which is proven to be true, the t value is 11,866 > 1,920 and the significance value is 0.003 1,920 and a significance value of 0.006 1,920 and a significance value of 0,000 2.93 with a significance of 0.000

Abstract

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the influence of service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphathy for member loyality, as well as moderating satisfaction in the effect of service quality on loyalty. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected the service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphathy have significan effect to member loyality, and satisfaction moderatedthe effect service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to mamber loyalty, but satisfaction not mederated the effect service quality as seen of assurance and empathy to mamber loyalty. The data needed in this study is the primary data obtained by questionnaire method from the sample of 59 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphathy have significan effect to member loyality, and satisfaction moderated the effect service quality as seen of tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness to mamber loyalty, but satisfaction not mederated the effect service quality as seen of assurance and empathy to mamber loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PDAM Surakarta Head Office, either partially or simultaneously. The study consisted of one dependent variable and three independent variables. The independent variables in this study were leadership (X1), work motivation (X2) and work environment (X3). The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). This research is a quantitative case study. The target population was selected by using the census sampling technique (saturated). The census technique is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. Given the relatively small population in this study, which is less than 100, in this study the research sample was taken using the census technique so that all the population in this study were taken as samples, so the sample of this study amounted to 85 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is the research instrument test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of leadership, work motivation and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. These three variables have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. The most dominant variable that influences employee performance in this study is the leadership variable, considering that the regression coefficient value for the leadership variable in this study is greater than the regression coefficient for the other variables, which is 0.788.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family involvement in company management on company performance. This study uses a purposive sampling technique to determine the research sample. This technique produces 380 research sample data. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method in analyzing hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that the involvement of family CEOs has no effect on company performance. Meanwhile, the involvement of family director’s has a positive effect on company performance. This research is limited by the sample company information used, so it is hoped that further research can add other sources of information related to family company ownership and or change the measurement of family businesses in analyzing family businesses or companies.

Abstract

Abstract The first activity carried out in this service activity was observation to determine problems in activities at PT Bali Moda Busana. Observations are only focused on the production department and some management staff. Based on the observations that have been made, it is found that the working environment at PT Bali Moda Busana, has the potential for physical hazards and the workers have not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at work which allows work accidents. The expected results in service activities are that employees in the production department have more knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Based on the results of this service activity in the form of counseling, training and mentoring that has been carried out; employees of the production department, to acquire knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), then implement it in daily work, as the motto of work “Savety 1st”  Kata Kunci:  K3, APD, karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on Shopee marketplace purchasing decisions in the Solo Raya community, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling used in this research is using the Non-Probability Purposive Sampling method. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents who were Shopee marketplace users who had made purchases more than 2 times. The data analysis technique used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, price partially affects purchasing decisions and promotions partially affect purchasing decisions. The four variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion and location on customer satisfaction Bakmi Jawa Pak Ijan Kontjer 2 either partially or simultaneously. The variables of service quality (X1), promotion (X2), location (X3), and customer satisfaction (Y), were measured using a Likert scale. This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data obtained from interviews and observations. The research population is infinite. The number of samples in this study were 100 customers of Bakmi Jawa Pak Ijan Kontjer 2. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially service quality variables (X1), promotion (X2), location (X3) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). These three variables have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.
