Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pengaruh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Lancang Kuning dengan kualitas layanan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 141 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel metode purposive sampling, pengambilan sampel dengan memperhatikan kriteria – kriteria tertentu yaitu kepada dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang menjadi admin pada setiap SIM pada SIAKAD UNILAK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas sistem secara langsung tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna siakad UNILAK tetapi kualitas sistem secara tidak langsung melalui kualitas layanan sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD UNILAK.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi mempengaruhi Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan dengan mediasi persepsi politik organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 193 responden. Alat Analisa yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Lokasi penelitian di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi politik organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin kuatnya power distance, cenderung dapat menurunkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin rendah persepsi politik organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin kuatnya uncertainty avoidance, cenderung dapat meningkatkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin tinggi persepsi politik organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin kuatnya individualism vs collectivism, cenderung dapat menurunkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin kuatnya masculinity vs femininity, cenderung dapat menurunkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin kuatnya long term orientation, cenderung dapat meningkatkan Organization Citizenship Behavior.

This research was conducted in the Public Sector of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government with the aim of identifying the impact between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. It also aims to explain the mechanism underlying the relationship between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. In this case, the total population is 53 people, so that the population form is included in the non-probability sampling category by using a self-administered questionnaire. The distribution of the questionnaires will be carried out using a convenience sampling method and hypothesis testing in this study using SEM-PLS through WarPLS 5.0 software. PLS is a structural equation analysis (SEM) the results in this study prove that organizational justice has a positive effect on affective commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior and affective commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on innovation behavior. The limitation of this research is that the small population taken is less able to generalize the research results, especially those that describe the moderating role of organizational justice between Affective Commitment and Innovation Behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on person-environment fit and employee affective commitment. The population of this research is ASN employees who are registered in the government service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Sampling using total sampling with a total sample of 142. The analytical technique used in this study is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on Person-environment fit through the mediation of Affective Commitment. This shows that Affective Commitment mediates social support for Person-environment fit on the object of research.

This study aims to see how organizational culture affects job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Police Satreskrim. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of the two variables, how organizational politics mediates the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is members of the Pekanbaru City Police, totaling 95 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there are habits that have become a culture in the Pekanbaru City Police which will determine the good or bad perceptions of its personnel on political behavior in the organization. In addition, the understanding of the political behavior of its personnel is influenced by the culture adopted by the Pekanbaru Police. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to examine the organizational culture of Hofstede (1984) per indicator. So that it can explain in more detail the influence of each cultural indicator on organizational politics and job satisfaction.

This study aims to see how the effects of organizational justice and leader behavior on job satisfaction with demographic characteristics as control variables. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of these two variables and how organizational justice affects the performance of the Riau Province Tourism Office. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is employees at the Tourism Office of Riau Province, totaling 109 people. Data analysis in this study using SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that women's job satisfaction was better than the job satisfaction of men in the Riau Province Tourism Office employees. In addition, the understanding of organizational justice has been proven to affect the job satisfaction of the employees of the Riau Province Tourism Office. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to conduct more in-depth research on organizational justice per indicator. In order to be able to explain more deeply on this variable so that the causes of job satisfaction will be clearer.

To survive and develop sustainably, hospitals must be able to respond to the dynamics of change by knowing patient preferences to be able to provide quality health services. This study was conducted on inpatients at RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru with the aim of knowing the factors that influence patient preferences from location, socio-economic factors, service quality and patient satisfaction as an intervening. The research population was conducted on inpatients at RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru with a research sample of 150 people who were taken by simple random sampling method. The study used quantitative analysis and descriptive statistics. For the analysis tool used Structural Equation Model which is processed with SmartPLS2 Software. The results of research analysis at RSI Ibnu Sina prove that the location of the hospital, the socioeconomic status of the family, the quality of health services affect patient satisfaction. Family location and patient satisfaction affect patient preferences while the quality of health services does not affect patient preferences. Patient satisfaction has an effect on mediating health service quality variables on patient preferences, but patient satisfaction has no effect on mediating location variables and socio-economic status variables on patient preferences.

The hospital as one of the health care facilities in general has a very important role in efforts to raise the level of public health. This study aims to see how the organizational commitment of hospital employees is seen from work conflict and organizational support. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is the employees of Puri Husada Tembilahan Hospital, amounting to 49 people. Data analysis in this study using SEM-PLS. Based on data processing, it was found that social support mediates the effect of work-family conflict on organizational commitment. The test results show that there is a significant influence of family work conflict mediating social support on organizational commitment, thus, it can be concluded that social support can act as a mediating variable for medical personnel at Puri Husada Tembilahan Hospital.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan Kota dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efek mediasi dukungan sosial pada pengaruh penilaian emosi diri terhadap motivasi. Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah pegawai negeri sipil dan non pegawai negeri sipil dilingkungan UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan Kota. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Struktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan Kota terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penilaian emosi diri terhadap motivasi, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penilaian emosi diri terhadap dukungan sosial, dukungan sosial tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Pengaruh Penilaian Emosi diri terhadap motivasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja dengan Organization Citizenship Behavior sebagai intervening pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Uji statistik Structural equational modelling (SEM) PLS akan digunakan untuk analisa verifikatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Riau dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 154 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau. Secara umum kecerdasan emosional tergolong tinggi yaitu sebesar (61,6%). Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional pegawai maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan emosional pegawai maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat Organization Citizenship Behavior pegawai. Dengan adanya kesadaran diri Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau yang tinggi, maka mereka akan mampu melakukan OCB. Semua hal dapat dilakukan dengan baik itu dimulai dari diri pegawai itu sendiri, sehingga dapat memenuhi apa yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi. Organization citizenship behavior yang dimiliki Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau berada pada kategori rendah yaitu sebesar (35,70%) Diharapkan Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau dapat lebih meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior para pegawainya dengan cara memberikan feedback kepada pegawai baik berupa pujian-pujian, hadiah atau imbalan yang sesuai bila pegawai melakukan sesuatu dengan baik.
