Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap seluruh pejabat Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau yang terlibat dalam penganggaran daerah, dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap budgetary slack dengan budaya dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada tempat tersebut. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified randon sampling dari 652 populasi yaitu 134 responden. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap budgetary slack di Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau; partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya organisasi di Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau; partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi di Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau; budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap budgetary slack di Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau; komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap budgetary slack di Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau; partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap budgetary slack secara positif melalui budaya organisasi; dan partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh terhadap budgetary slack secara positif melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak dari kepemimpinan altruistik terhadap kualitas interaksi atasan dan bawahan (LMX) dan kepuasan kerja bawahan. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel sebanyak 165 pegawai Sekretariat DPRD (Sekwan) Provinsi Riau dan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini memberikan beberapa temuan. Pertama, kepemimpinan altruistik dapat menciptakan sikap positif bawahan seperti kepuasan kerja. Kedua, kepemimpinan altruistik akan membentuk kualitas interaksi atasan dan bawahan (LMX), yang pada akhirnya akan membentuk sikap kerja seperti kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana Quick Ratio dan LoansDeposit Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Equity Ratio baik secara bersamasamamaupun secara sendiri-sendiri. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keungan PT.Bank RakyatIndonesia,Tbk dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2012. Analis data denganmenggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji korelasi.Berdasakan data dan hasil pembahasan pekembangan Quick Ratio, Loans DepositRatio, dan Returned ON Equity dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2012 menunjukantingkat yang berfluktuasi. Tingkat rata-rata masing-masing ratio adalah: Quick Ratiosebesar 23,92% dan Loans Deposit Ratio sebesar 61,89% sedangkan Return OnEquity sebesar 38,12%. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis secara statistic, yangdilakukan secara simultan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Quick Rasio dan LoansDeposit Ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variasi perubahanReturn On Equity pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Tbk. Berdasarkan hasilanalisis data dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial untuk Quick Ratio simpulkan,bahwa perubahan Quick Ratio tidak signifikan mempengaruhi variasi perubahanReturn On Equity. Sedangkan untuk Loans Deposit Ratio juga tidak signifikanmempengaruhi variasi perubahan Return On Equity.Kata kunci: Likuiditas, quick ratio, rasio kredit deposit, dan return on equity

Abstract

Retribusi dan Pajak daerah telah di atur dalam Undang-undang RI Nomor 28 Tahun 2009,”UU RI ini memberi peluang bagi pemerintah .daerah memperoleh tambahan pendapatan berasal dari PendapatannAsli .Daerah (PAD) yaitu berupa Pajak Bumii& Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaann ( PBB-P2 ). Pemerintahan Kabupaten”Rokan Hulu mempunyai luas areal +7.588,13 kilo meter persegi, terdiri 16 Kecamatan, 6 Kelurahan dan 146 Desa memiliki potensi penambahan penerimaan daerah yang berasal dari PBB-P2. Prakteknya sampai saat ini permasalahan pada tingkat penerimaan PBB-P2 tetap menjadi sebuah permasalahan karena belum mencapai target. Target yang cukup besar tersebut dalam pelaksanaannya tidak dapat tereliasi 100%. Penerimaan PBB-P2 dari tahun 2016-2018 mengalami penurunan. Tahun 2016 realisasi tercapai sebesar 61,88%, tahun 2017 sebesar 61,85% dan tahun 2018 sebesar 60,68%. Hal ini banyak faktor penyebabnya antara lain petugas pemungut PBB-P2 yang bekerja belum mencapai maksimum. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis peran insentif terhadap kinerja kolektor desa di mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam penerimaan PBB-P2 Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Analisis SEM PLS digunakan menguji model suatu hipotesis, serta digunakan menentukan konsistensi model, apakah sesuai sampel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Adanya impek signifikan insentif pada kepuasan kerja & kinerja kolektor, 2) Adanya impek signifikan kepuasan kerja pada kinerja kolektor, 3) Melalui kepuasan kerja, variabel insentif memiliki impek signifikan pada kinerja kolektor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi mempengaruhi Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan dengan mediasi persepsi politik organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 193 responden. Alat Analisa yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Lokasi penelitian di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi politik organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin kuatnya power distance, cenderung dapat menurunkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin rendah persepsi politik organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin kuatnya uncertainty avoidance, cenderung dapat meningkatkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin tinggi persepsi politik organisasi yang disebabkan oleh semakin kuatnya individualism vs collectivism, cenderung dapat menurunkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin kuatnya masculinity vs femininity, cenderung dapat menurunkan Organization Citizenship Behavior. Semakin kuatnya long term orientation, cenderung dapat meningkatkan Organization Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Public Sector of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government with the aim of identifying the impact between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. It also aims to explain the mechanism underlying the relationship between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. In this case, the total population is 53 people, so that the population form is included in the non-probability sampling category by using a self-administered questionnaire. The distribution of the questionnaires will be carried out using a convenience sampling method and hypothesis testing in this study using SEM-PLS through WarPLS 5.0 software. PLS is a structural equation analysis (SEM) the results in this study prove that organizational justice has a positive effect on affective commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior and affective commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on innovation behavior. The limitation of this research is that the small population taken is less able to generalize the research results, especially those that describe the moderating role of organizational justice between Affective Commitment and Innovation Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on person-environment fit and employee affective commitment. The population of this research is ASN employees who are registered in the government service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Sampling using total sampling with a total sample of 142. The analytical technique used in this study is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on Person-environment fit through the mediation of Affective Commitment. This shows that Affective Commitment mediates social support for Person-environment fit on the object of research.

Abstract

This study aims to see how organizational culture affects job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Police Satreskrim. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of the two variables, how organizational politics mediates the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is members of the Pekanbaru City Police, totaling 95 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there are habits that have become a culture in the Pekanbaru City Police which will determine the good or bad perceptions of its personnel on political behavior in the organization. In addition, the understanding of the political behavior of its personnel is influenced by the culture adopted by the Pekanbaru Police. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to examine the organizational culture of Hofstede (1984) per indicator. So that it can explain in more detail the influence of each cultural indicator on organizational politics and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the effects of organizational justice and leader behavior on job satisfaction with demographic characteristics as control variables. In addition, this study will also look at the interaction of these two variables and how organizational justice affects the performance of the Riau Province Tourism Office. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is employees at the Tourism Office of Riau Province, totaling 109 people. Data analysis in this study using SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that women's job satisfaction was better than the job satisfaction of men in the Riau Province Tourism Office employees. In addition, the understanding of organizational justice has been proven to affect the job satisfaction of the employees of the Riau Province Tourism Office. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to conduct more in-depth research on organizational justice per indicator. In order to be able to explain more deeply on this variable so that the causes of job satisfaction will be clearer.

Abstract

To survive and develop sustainably, hospitals must be able to respond to the dynamics of change by knowing patient preferences to be able to provide quality health services. This study was conducted on inpatients at RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru with the aim of knowing the factors that influence patient preferences from location, socio-economic factors, service quality and patient satisfaction as an intervening. The research population was conducted on inpatients at RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru with a research sample of 150 people who were taken by simple random sampling method. The study used quantitative analysis and descriptive statistics. For the analysis tool used Structural Equation Model which is processed with SmartPLS2 Software. The results of research analysis at RSI Ibnu Sina prove that the location of the hospital, the socioeconomic status of the family, the quality of health services affect patient satisfaction. Family location and patient satisfaction affect patient preferences while the quality of health services does not affect patient preferences. Patient satisfaction has an effect on mediating health service quality variables on patient preferences, but patient satisfaction has no effect on mediating location variables and socio-economic status variables on patient preferences.
