Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Evaluasi Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran Berdasarkan Indikator Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau. dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam Evaluasi Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran Berdasarkan Indikator Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) Pada Kejaksaan Tinggi Riau. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research). Studi pustaka adalah kegiatan membaca dan menulis untuk mengumpulkan data, kemudian data tersebut diolah sebagai bahan dalam penelitian. Adapun metode mengumpulkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan membaca beberapa karya ilmiah, seperti jurnal, text book, dan berbagai dokumen yang dianggap relevan. Kemudian data tersebut ditelaah, dianalisis, bahkan dikomparasikan, kemudian disimpulkan dan ditulis dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perencanaan anggaran dengan pencapaian 68,97% dalam kategori baik, kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran dengan pencapaian 78,51% dalam kategor baik, kinerja pertanggungjawaban mencapai 68,73% dalam kategori baik, kinerja Evaluasi anggaran mencapai 65,72% dalam kategor baik dan kinerja Akuntabilitas Aparatur Pemerintah sebesar mencapai 70% dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Mandau District General Hospital in Bengkalis Regency with the goal of determining patient satisfaction at the registration section in 2023 by looking at the level of satisfaction based on five quality dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional design was used in this investigation. This study's sample size was 300 persons. The Mann Whitney test was used to analyze data using univariate and bivariate analysis. According to the findings of the investigation, the overall level of patient satisfaction with the registration part was high for the majority of 184 people (61.3%). JKN patients have a modest level of satisfaction in the majority of quality characteristics. JKN patients reported moderate satisfaction on the reliability dimension, 52% on the responsiveness dimension, and 58.7% on the assurance dimension. Meanwhile, patients had high levels of satisfaction on the areas of empathy and tangibles, with 57.2% and 74.7%, respectively. Non-JKN patients had a high degree of satisfaction in all quality dimensions. 55.3% of Non-JKN patients reported high satisfaction on the reliability dimension, followed by 69.3% on the responsiveness dimension, 66.7% on the assurance dimension, 78% on the empathy dimension, and 80% on the tangibles component. There is a significant difference between the satisfaction of JKN and Non-JKN patients with the registration services at the Mandau District Hospital, Bengkalis Regency in 2023.

Abstract

Pendampingan terhadap pelaku UMKM dalam upaya meningkatkan pemasaran adalah hal penting dengan semakin banyaknya pesaing di tengah berkembangnya pelaku usaha. Digital marketing memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam membantu pemasaran produk. Untuk itu melalui pendampingan dari tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Magister Manajemen Sekolah Pascasarjana Univierstias Lancang Kuning diharapkandapat meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran dan digital marketing. Permasalahan mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang manajemen pemasaran dan digital marketing. Pemahaman tentang ini sangatlah penting dalam peningkatan volume penjualan produk-produk yang di hasilkan. Target dan luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah; 1). Adanya peningkatan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran dan digital marketing serta mempraktikkannya, 2) Adanya peningkatan penjualan mitra dalam pemasaran produk-produknya, dan 3) Adanya perubahan pola pikir mitra kebutuhan dalam menggunakan digital marketing. Terhadap permasalahan mitra yang terkait dengan kurangnya memanfaatkan digital marketing, team memberikan pendampingan tentang pemanfaatan facebook, instagram dll secara benar dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas pendampingan pemanfaatan media sosial seperti facebook ad, instagram dll yang diberikan kepada mitra. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu 1) diskusi interaktif. 2) pendampingan pemanfaatan media sosial yang diberikan kepada mitra, memberikan ulasan terkait dengan problematika selama pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyrakat yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan, antara lain: Dukungan dari pelaku usaha pada kegiatan ini sangat baik; Materi pada kegiatan pendampingan sesuaia dengan kebutuhan pelaku usaha; Terdapat respon positif dari pelaku usaha saat sosialisasi dan pendampingan: Adanya pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang manajemen pemasaran, Pelaku usaha dapat membuat dan mengoperasional akun media sosial

Abstract

Knowledge-hiding (KH) behavior is of particular concern in organizational and management studies because it can reduce the flow of knowledge and information in organizations. Thus, mechanisms that can minimize this behavior need to be identified, especially from an Islamic perspective. This study seeks to explain how Islamic work ethics may decrease or thwart employees from performing KH. In particular, the current study tries to explain the dual mediation mechanism that underlies this relationship, namely organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment (OC). In order to verify the hypotheses, this study collected data from employees who work at Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City, Riau, Indonesia. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis was employed to verify the hypotheses proposed in the current study. This study revealed that Islamic work ethics can potentially limit or thwart workers from successfully performing their KH. Furthermore, this study found that organizational commitment and OCB mediate the mechanisms underlying the relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of employeecompetency on service quality, the influence of organizational commitment onservice quality, the influence of employee competency on service quality throughemployee work loyalty and the influence of organizational commitment on servicequality through employee work loyalty. The data analysis that will be carried outto test this research is using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The resultsof this research are that employee competency has a significant effect on thequality of service at the Siak Regency Population and Civil Registration Service.The higher the employee's expertise and motivation, the better the quality of theirservice. In addition, the consequences of the competence possessed byemployees lead to higher job satisfaction, praise received from both society andleadership, and higher rewards or compensation. Organizational commitment hasa significant effect on the quality of service at the Siak Regency Population andCivil Registration Service. If employees have high organizational commitment tothe company, they will be able to improve the quality of services provided.Employee competency has a significant effect on service quality throughemployee work loyalty at the Siak Regency Population and Civil RegistrationService. High employee loyalty in employees comes from the competence theypossess which can create a sense of togetherness which can later have apositive impact on the services provided and maintain the good name of theagency. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on service qualitythrough employee work loyalty at the Siak Regency Population and CivilRegistration Service. Employees have high commitment when carrying out thetask of providing good service and from this high commitment, high loyalty is alsoformed. Abstract

Good performance is closely related to leadership figures. The success of a leader is greatly influenced by his leadership model, which includes leadership abilities and interactions between leaders, subordinates and superiors, the organization, and the environment. Apart from leadership, a good compensation system will be able to provide satisfaction for employees and enable companies to acquire, employ and retain employees. The background to this research is also supported by the existence of a research gap in several studies that are interesting to review regarding the variables studied. Based on the existing problem formulation, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation on performance mediated by work motivation in BPJS Employment employees at the Duri and Dumai Branch Offices. This research approach uses quantitative methods, namely research methods that are based on the philosophy of positivism and are used to study certain populations or samples. In this research, the population studied was all employees at the BPJS Employment Duri and Dumai Branch offices, namely 60 (sixty) people. Total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. Based on the results of the analysis, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) Based on calculations, it proves that transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant influence on the work motivation of BPJS Employment employees at the Duri and Dumai Branch Offices. 2) compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation. 3) transformational leadership style has an insignificant influence on employee performance. 4) compensation has an insignificant influence on employee performance, 5) work motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance, 6) there is a negative influence of transformational leadership style on performance through work motivation. 7) Mediation test of the seventh hypothesis that compensation has a significant effect on performance through work motivation at BPJS Employment Duri and Dumai Branch Offices

Abstract

This research is also motivated by the research gap of previous research which discusses leadership style more broadly and the lack of research in Indonesian that discusses ethical leadership and its relationship to organizational citizenship behavior. In previous studies, leader member exchange has not been found as a mediation mechanism that discusses the influence of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of state civil servants at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency with a population of 51 state civil servants and a sample using the census method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that ethical leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on leader member exchange, leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through leader member exchange.

Abstract

This study uses this research using a quantitative method and the PLS Structural equational modelling (SEM) statistical test will be used for verifying analysis. The research was conducted at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Pekanbaru Branch with a total of 57 respondents. The results of the study show that work motivation as an intervening variable has a positive value on the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. This means that the work motivation variable as an intervening will strengthen the relationship between the employee work discipline variable and employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Pekanbaru Branch, because indeed with good work motivation, it will make employees who initially think that work discipline has no effect on their performance at work to change and realize that no matter how small the mistake they make will have an impact on employee performance and the performance of the company's organization, so high motivation is needed in every employee To always prioritize the interests of the company above personal interests while at work. In order to achieve good employee performance, the leadership of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Pekanbaru Branch continues to pay attention to improving employee discipline by being more active in supervising, namely supervising the attitudes, behaviors, work passion, morals, attitudes, and work achievements of their subordinates by trying to always be present or present at the workplace so that it is easy to supervise and can provide solutions if there are difficulties faced by employees. The thing that needs to be considered regarding employee performance is that leaders should continue to maintain and increase attention to employees to maintain productivity through emphasis on employees to always be obedient in carrying out work according to the work procedures that have been made.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are institutions established by the village government to manage businesses owned by the village and aim to improve the welfare of village communities. In practice, BUMDes often face several problems, especially related to transparency and financial report performance. Some of the problems are lack of transparency; Financial reports that should be published to the village community are often not done routinely or completely.; Unclearness in Financial Separation, there is difficulty in separating BUMDes finances from village finances. The next problem is Weak Financial Report Performance caused by; Lack of Management Capacity: Many BUMDes are managed by individuals who lack the ability or knowledge in financial management and accounting. The targets and outputs to be achieved are 1) Increased capacity of BUMDes managers, 2) Increased implementation of a better financial recording system and stricter supervision and audits 3) Changes Better transparency can also be built through routine reporting. The solution is assistance on increasing the capacity of BUMDes managers, 2) Regarding partner problems, efforts need to be made to improve the implementation of a better financial recording system and stricter supervision and audits. The method of implementing the activity consists of mentoring partners. The methods used are 1) interactive discussion. 2) mentoring/training. This mentoring activity succeeded in increasing the understanding of BUMDes administrators about the importance of transparency in financial reports. Through an interactive approach and constructive discussion, participants can better understand the challenges faced and the solutions that can be applied to increase transparency in their BUMDes financial reports. In the future, it is hoped that BUMDes can implement this transparency practice more consistently to build public trust, improve financial performance and ensure the continuity of BUMDes businesses. Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Tri Erdnov Rezeki with the aim of testing the mediating role of job embeddedness on the influence of psychological empowerment on organizational commitment. The population of this study was employees of PT. Tri Erdnov Rezeki totaling 85 people. Based on this population size, the sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method where the entire population is sampled. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that psychological empowerment has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; psychological empowerment has a significant positive effect on job embeddedness; job embeddedness has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment; and job embeddedness mediates the effect of psychological empowerment on organizational commitment.
