Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and perception of behavior control on the entrepreneurial behavior of the younger generation in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency with entrepreneurial intentions as an intervention. This study uses this research using a quantitative method and the PLS Structural equational modelling (SEM) statistical test will be used for verifiable analysis. The research was conducted in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency with a total of 93 respondents. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial intention as an intervening variable has a positive value on the influence of Attitude Variables, Subjective Norms and Behavioral Control on Entrepreneurial Behavior Variables of the young generation in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. This means that the entrepreneurial intention variable as an intervening will strengthen the relationship between Attitude Variables, Subjective Norms and Behavioral Control to the Entrepreneurial Behavior Variables of the young generation in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, because indeed with a strong entrepreneurial intention, the young generation will focus their attention and will do something to their entrepreneurship so as to give rise to a business that runs in an organized and orderly manner and be able to see business opportunities with the right risk-taking. To foster an entrepreneurial attitude among young people in the Pangkalan Kuras District area is very important in creating a generation that not only appears in work, but is also able to create a generation that is able to create jobs and contribute to the economy. For this reason, in order for the attitude of the young generation in Pangkalan Kuras District to remain consistent in running the business that has been pursued so far, these young entrepreneurs must have a courageous attitude in taking risks and speed of decision-making to seize existing opportunities so that they can improve their business performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on affective commitment with organizational trust as a mediating variable in the context of public sector institutions in Indonesia. The study was conducted at the Riau Provincial Youth and Sports Office using a quantitative survey method involving 101 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that POS has a significant positive effect on affective commitment both directly and indirectly through organizational trust. This research confirms that organizational trust plays a mediating role in strengthening the emotional connection between employees and the organization. The findings support Social Exchange Theory and highlight the importance of organizational fairness, supervisory support, and employee welfare in enhancing affective commitment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of public value on work engagement with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Universitas Lancang Kuning was selected as the research object to explore how the public value created by an educational institution can enhance employee work engagement through the mechanism of self-efficacy. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected using a Likert scale (1-5) questionnaire distributed to lecturers and administrative staff at Universitas Lancang Kuning. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of Warp PLS 8.0 software to examine the relationships between variables, including the mediating effect of self-efficacy. The results show that public value has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Additionally, public value positively influences self-efficacy, which, in turn, enhances employee work engagement. Self-efficacy acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between public value and work engagement, meaning that part of the effect of public value on work engagement can be explained through the increase in employees' self-efficacy. This study reinforces the theory that public value can enhance work engagement through increased self-efficacy. In the context of higher education, universities can boost employee work engagement by emphasizing their social role and institutional impact on society. These findings have implications for human resource management in designing strategies that focus on strengthening public value and developing employees' self-efficacy to enhance their commitment to their work

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Mekanisme Good Governance, Internet Banking, dan Return on Asset terhadap financial sustainability, dimoderasi oleh kualitas audit pada perbankan Di indonesia periode 2021-2023. Kinerja Bank dapat diukur dengan Return on Assets, yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan manajemen Bank dalam mendapatkan keuntungan secara keseluruhan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perbankan yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2021-2023. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria data penelitian yang ditetapkan adalah Bank Umum yang ada di Indonesia periode 2021-2022. Teknik Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah secara parsial Mekanisme Good Governance, Internet Banking, dan Return on Asset berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Finance. Secara simultan variabel Mekanisme Good Governance, Internet Banking, dan Return on Asset berpengaruh terhadap Financial Sustainability. Hasil penelitian untuk moderasi diperoleh bahwa Kualitas Audit mampu memoderasi pengaruh Good Governance dan ROA terhadap Financial Sustainability, namun kualitas audit tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh Internet Banking terhadap Financial Sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how market value, profitability, and leverage affect stock prices in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 timeframe. The Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), which measures market value, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), which measures leverage, and Return on Assets (ROA), which measures profitability, are the independent variables employed in this study. The stock price is the study's dependent variable. The study employs a quantitative methodology and uses secondary data from firm financial records obtained through purposive sampling. A total of 24 companies were chosen as samples, and 72 observations were made over the course of three years. Panel data regression analysis using the f test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) is the data analysis method employed. The findings indicated that market value (PER) has a substantial positive impact on stock prices, profitability (ROA) has a significant positive impact on stock prices, and leverage (DER) has no significant impact on stock prices. At the same time, market value, profitability, and leverage all have a big impact on stock prices. This study offers useful recommendations for both corporate management in controlling variables that impact stock prices and investors in evaluating the firm's financial performance prior to making an investment

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 virus in the city of Wuhan in the state of China, since March 2020 has almost covered the entire care business sector, from MSMEs, service companies and industry to even universities. Universities in Indonesia have also experienced a decline in revenue and operational costs. One of the higher education institutions in Indonesia is the Mahaputra Riau College of Economics (STIE Mahaputra Riau). The aim of the study was to see the difference in income and operational costs of STIE Mahaputra Riau both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses a comparative method with a quantitative description approach. The data used is in the form of secondary data from financial reports at STIE Mahaputra Riau during the 2018–2021 period. The results showed that the income experienced by the STIE Mahaputra Riau campus both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic fluctuated every month, but in total income during the Covid-19 pandemic was higher than income before the Covid-19 pandemic with an increase of 0.30%. While the operational costs experienced by the STIE Mahaputra Riau campus both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic fluctuated every month, the total operational costs during the Covid-19 pandemic were lower compared to operational costs before the Covid-19 pandemic with a total reduction in operational costs of -6.36%. The findings from this study are that income increased during the Covid-19 pandemic due to an increase in the number of registrations in 2020 so that it affected STIE Mahaputra Riau's income, while operational costs decreased due to the implementation of online lectures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and work engagement on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were ASN Employees at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services of Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 92 people with details of 44 ASN people and 48 honorary people, where the sample was taken using the saturated sample method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and dissemination using Google Forms. The data analysis technique in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that work engagement and job satisfaction have a direct significant effect on OCB of ASN employees at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services in Rokan Hulu Regency. However, Perceptions of Organizational Support do not have a significant effect on OCB of ASN employees at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Rokan Hulu Regency. The results of the study also show that job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between perceptions of organizational support and work engagement on OCB of ASN employees at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services, Rokan Hulu Regency.

Abstract

Terdapat research gap pada penelitian yaitu studi sebelumnya mungkin teah membahasa bagaimana inclusive leadership memperngaruhi meaningful work secara umum, akan tetapi penting untuk juga mempertimbangkan bagaimana pengaruh ini dapat bervariasi tergantung pada konteks organisasi pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh inclusive leadership terhadap meaningful work melalui psychological safety. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas dengan populasi adalah 50 aparatur sipil negara dari Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan menggunakan metode sensus semua populasi pada penelitian ini menjadi sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penyebaran menggunakan google form. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) diolah menggunakan WarpPLS 7.0 untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inclusive leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap meaningful work, juga berpengaruh terhadap psychological safety. Selain itu, psychological safety juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat meaningful work. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa inclusive leadership tidak hanya secara langsung berdampak pada meaningful work, tetapi juga melalui perantaraan psychological safety

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan menguji dan memperkaya teori yang ada tentang hubungan antara supervisi, kinerja, dan sikap guru. Penelitian ini dapat memperluas pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan sikap guru, serta memperkaya landasan teoritis dalam bidang pendidikan dan manajemen. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas, dengan sampel adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Sekecamatan Batang Tuaka Kabupaten Indragiri HilirTemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam konteks pendidikan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, perlu diperhatikan bahwa Supervisi yang baik dan terampil dapat memainkan peran sentral dalam merangsang Sikap Guru yang positif dan meningkatkan Kinerja mereka. Supervisi yang efektif melibatkan pengawas pendidikan yang terlatih dan memahami kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru. Dalam konteks ini, pengawas pendidikan perlu mampu memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif, memberikan dukungan, serta memfasilitasi pengembangan profesional guru. Secara keseluruhan, implikasi manajerial dari hubungan antara Supervisi, Kinerja, dan Sikap Guru memberikan panduan penting bagi manajemen pendidikan dalam mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja guru dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Dengan mengimplementasikan program Supervisi yang efektif, meningkatkan komunikasi dan kolaborasi, serta memberikan dukungan pengembangan profesional kepada guru, manajemen pendidikan dapat mencapai tujuan peningkatan kinerja guru dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam pengembangan teori di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks pengaruh Talent manajement dan Knowlade manajemen terhadap keterlibatan karyawan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas, dengan sampel adalah ASN di kantor kecamatan Se-Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. talent management dan knowledge management memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Talent management dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dengan cara memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk mengembangkan diri dan kariernya, memberikan penghargaan dan pengakuan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan suportif. Knowledge management dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dengan cara meningkatkan akses karyawan terhadap pengetahuan, menciptakan budaya berbagi pengetahuan, serta meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan dalam mengelola pengetahuan. Secara keseluruhan, talent management dan knowledge management merupakan dua hal yang penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Kedua hal ini dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan organisasi
