The test subjects in this study were 33 students. SMIPRS trials in this study by providing SMIPRS and student response questionnaires and tests related to magnetism material. The study offers expert validation test results with very suitable criteria (95.83%). Meanwhile, student responses to implementing the SMIPRS integrated with local wisdom and Islamic values agreed (87.9%) to be implemented. Based on the effectiveness test, SMIPRS had a significant effect after it was implemented by students in the learning process (sig. = 0.000) with an average pretest and post-test difference of 23.61.

Abstract

Abstract

This study explores the integration of psychological perspectives into Human Resource Management (HRM) strategy, aiming to understand its implications for organizational effectiveness. Employing a qualitative research design, the study conducts a systematic literature review to analyze existing literature relevant to the research topic. Data collection involves comprehensive search strategies using keywords related to HRM strategy, psychological perspectives, and organizational performance. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurring patterns and themes within the literature. The findings indicate that integrating psychological perspectives into HRM strategy enhances employee motivation, engagement, and organizational performance. Psychological theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and self-determination theory offer valuable insights into understanding employee behavior and motivation. The study highlights the importance of addressing employees' diverse psychological needs for autonomy, recognition, and meaningful work to foster a positive work environment. Furthermore, it emphasizes the role of talent development, recognition programs, and supportive leadership in enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. The study concludes that integrating psychological perspectives into HRM strategy holds promise for promoting organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.

Abstract

The government is promoting the enforcement of over-dimensional and over-loading vehicles. Overloaded vehicles usually require a lot of power so it affects the results of exhaust emissions. This study aims to determine the results of emission tests by providing variations in load and speed on gasoline motorized vehicles, namely the Daihatsu Granmax Pick-Up 1.5 produced in 2014. The method used is experimental to determine the effect of independent variables (variations of load and speed) on the dependent variable (emissions exhaust gas). Variations of payload used are 0 kg, 735 kg, and 1200 kg with variations in speed of 0 km/hour, 10 km/hour, 20 km/hour, 30 km/hour, and 40 km/hour. The result of the experiment is that when the vehicle is unladen, with variations in speed, the Carbon monoxide (CO) and Hydro Carbon (HC) levels will be higher with a CO value of 0.83% and HC 121 ppm at a speed of 40 km/hour. When the vehicle is loaded according to GVW and given a variety of speeds, CO and HC levels increase with a CO value of 1.43% and HC 362 ppm at a speed of 40 km/hour. Meanwhile, if the vehicle is given a variation of speed with overload, the CO value rises to 3.30% and HC becomes 516 ppm at a top speed of 40 km/hour. So it can be concluded that the load variable and speed variations affect exhaust emissions and the largest exhaust emissions occur in overloaded vehicles.

Abstract

This research aims to produce valid and practical learning products for physics education. The developed learning products consist of interactive multimedia based on Android, lesson plans (RPP), and test instruments for the topic of elasticity in physics. This study follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach, adapting the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan. The research stages include defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The research subjects were 32 students in grade XI. Data collection techniques involved validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and pretest and posttest sheets for assessing conceptual understanding. The validation results indicate that the learning products fall under high validity. The average scores of expert and practitioner validators were 3.49 and 3.67 for interactive multimedia based on Android, 3.48 and 3.69 for the lesson plans, and 3.38 and 3.81 for the test instruments, respectively. The analysis of the response questionnaires showed that the products were convenient, with an average percentage of 82.27%. Therefore, the developed learning products are valid and highly practical for secondary school physics activities.

Abstract

This study developed and evaluated the effectiveness of a cognitive conflict-based physics learning module within a blended learning environment. The module was designed to enhance high school students' critical thinking skills, which are essential for effective problem-solving and decision-making. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4-D model. The module was tested on two experimental classes, and student performance was assessed through a 5-item essay test and analysis of student worksheets. Results showed significant improvement in all aspects of critical thinking, particularly in basic clarification and inference. This improvement is attributed to the cognitive conflict approach, the blended learning model, and the engaging design of the module. The study concludes that this learning module is effective in fostering critical thinking skills and recommends further testing in other materials and contexts, additional module development, and teacher training.
