Abstract

The grounding system is one of the security systems in substations to channel excess voltage caused by lightning strikes that occur at substations, as well as electrical equipment. To design a grounding system, there are several factors that must be considered, including the type of soil, the configuration of the grounding system, the resistivity of the soil, and the condition of the surrounding environment. The aim of this research is to determine the safe limits in the substation grid grounding system which is influenced by the type of soil and influences the touch voltage and step voltage, which can be dangerous to humans. The method used is simulation with the Finite Element Method (FEM) in the ETAP application. Finite Element Method (FEM) is a method that uses image mediation by assuming that the grounding system is an equipotential structure. The test results were deliberately carried out with larger substation area parameters and different soil types, so that the differences between the influence and appearance of touch voltage and step voltage can be seen clearly.

Abstract

Analysis of the Tasrihiyyah Wal Makniyyah Istiarah in the Poetry of Nizar Qobbani. Jambi: Arabic Literature Study Program, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifudin Jambi. Nizar Qobbani is a male poet in modern times who is famous for his poems about women and love. The discussion in this thesis is a study of syi'ir Nizar qobbani with the Balaghah Science approach related to Bayan Science, Ma'ani Science, Badi Science'. As for the discussion of Istia'roh, it has the meaning of tasybih that one of its dhorof is removed, and the relationship between the meaning of haqiqi and its majazi is musyabahah. Isti'aroh is also a borrowing of lafadz, but what is desired is not the original meaning, and there is a qarinah that what is desired is not the original meaning. In this thesis, the researcher will discuss Isti'aroh in Nizar Qobbani's syi'ir, because Nizar Qobbani's syi'ir contains many balagha elements, but the dominant one is isti'aroh. Therefore, the researcher discusses Isti'aroh Tasrihiyyah and Makniyyah in syi'ir Nizar Qobbani. The purpose of this study is to describe and determine the meaning of (1) istiarah (2) poetic sentences containing rest in Nizar Qobbani's poetry, (3) and (4) the purpose of revealing the meaning contained in Nizar Qobbani's syi'ir. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this discussion, there are 17 Istia'rah Tasrihiyah and 4 Istia'rah Makniyah and the meanings contained in the poems containing the Tasrihiyah and Makniyah Istia'rah. This study aims to make it easier for readers to understand the implied meaning in Nizar Qobbani's poetry.

Abstract

Introduction/ Main Objectives: This study analyzes the performance of MSMEs in West Celebes Province by examining financial management, technological adoption, and government support. Given the strategic role of MSMEs in regional economic growth and their ongoing challenges, the study investigates how these factors influence MSME performance. Novelty: This study offers a comprehensive analysis by integrating financial management, technological understanding, and government support into a single empirical model, specifically within the context of MSMEs in West Celebes. Previous studies have often examined these factors separately, leaving a gap in understanding their combined effect in a regional setting. Research Methods: This study employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected from 121 MSME respondents through purposive sampling. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine relationships among variables. Finding/Results: The findings show that financial management, technological adoption, and government support each significantly enhance MSME performance, indicating that improvements in these areas are strongly linked to better business outcomes. Conclusion: This study concludes that sound financial management, stronger technological capability, and active government support are key drivers of MSME performance. Enhancing these factors fosters the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in West Celebes.
