Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe the history and the development and the concept of learning by pukulan gantung of Hadrah Hubbul Wathan Group.This research used qualitative historical descriptive method and history approach. The sources of this research are Awaluddin Hamdan, Anwar Dja’far, and Abdul Halim who knew about pukulan gantung of Hubbul Wathan hadrah group also several hadrah artists who lived in every districts in Pontianak. The technique which used were observation, interview, and documentation. According to the data analyzed, it can be concluded that pukulan gantung is a syncopation from the term of tar instrument played in Pontianak. It was created by Hubbul Wathan hadrah group in 2002 till 2005. This hit has its own uniqueness to Hubbul Wathan hadrah art group and another hadrah artists in Pontianak. They interpretated that hit as the climax in hadrah playing. In 2009 to 2013 pukulan gantung started to spread out to another different art groups in every districts in Pontianak until now.     Keywords: history, pukulan Gantung, Hubbul Wathan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna motif pada busana Tari Kondan suku Dayak Pompakng dan mendeskripsikan peran busana Tari Kondan suku Dayak Pompakng. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil analisis data dari penelitian adalah bahwa di dalam busana Tari Kondan suku Dayak Pompakng terdapat dua motif inti dan dua motif tambahan dimana masing-masing motif tersebut memiliki makna yang tidak selalu berhubungan baik kepada sesama manusia akan tetapi juga kepada Tuhan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan dalam mata pelajaran Seni Budaya kelas VIII semester I serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti yang akan mengambil penelitian mengenai makna motif pada busana tari.   Kata kunci : makna motif, busana Tari Kondan   Abstract: This research aims to describe meaning of motive in Kondan Dance costume Dayak tribe Pompakng and to describe the role of traditional Kondan Dance costume Dayak tribe Pompakng. Researcher used descriptive analytic method in this study. The result of data analysis is that in dance Kondan of costume there are two special motive and two additional motive where each in mentioned motive not have meaning to always good corresponded with human fellow but with God too. The result of this research are expected to be implemented in a cultural art lesson on Senior High School VIII grade first semester and it can be refrences for further analysis about meaning of motive dance costume. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untukpendeskripsian penerapan peningkatan minat siswa belajar seni musik ansambel dengan prosesaplikasicooperativelearningmodelSTADpadasiswa kelasVII C SMPN 3 Mempawah Hilir. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dan pendekatan kualitatif.Teknik dan alat pengumpul data menggunakan obsevasi dan angket. Penelitian ini dilakukan 2 siklus konsep penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengembangkan aplikasi cooperatif learning model STAD yang disesuaikan untuk materi praktik bermain alat musik pianika dari proses belajar musik ansambel.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan minat siswa dari siklus I siswa masih belum antusias mengikuti pelajaran bermain musik pianika yang telah disampaikan oleh peneliti, siswa hanya memperhatikan belum berani untuk mencoba memainkan alat musik pianika, setelah siklus I dilakukan peneliti melanjutkan siklus II pada siklus II minat siswa mengikuti pelajaran seni musik meningkat setelah peneliti menggunakan aplikasi cooperatif learning model STADsiswa tampak antusias dan bersemangat untuk memainkan alat musik pianika.Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran seni musik meningkat dengan menggunakan aplikasi cooperatif learning model STAD.   Kata Kunci: STAD, minat, musik ansambel   Abstract : Objective to study the description of the application of increased interest in the students learn the art of ensemble music with the application process STAD model of cooperative learning in the seventh grade students of SMPN 3  Mempawah. Research methods that researchers use in this study is a descriptive analysis and qualitative approaches . Techniques and tools for collecting data using observation and questionnaires . This research was done 2 cycles of concept study conducted by developing applications STAD cooperative learning models that are tailored to the material practice of playing a musical instrument pianika of learning music ensemble . The results of this study showed an increase in student interest from the first cycle of students are still not enthusiastic about taking lessons pianika play music that has been submitted by researchers , students only pay attention not dared to try to play a musical instrument pianika , after the first cycle conducted by researchers resume the second cycle on the second cycle of interest students attending art lessons music increased after researchers using cooperative learning application models STAD students were enthusiastic and eager to play a musical instrument pianika . The conclusions of this study indicate that students' interest towards learning the art of music increased by using cooperative learning STAD model application.   Keywords :STAD, interests , music ensembles

Abstract

AbstractThe research background was the symbolic meaning that needs to be expressed relating the use of wooden mortar/lesung in Ngajat Lesung dance. The research purposes were 1) Describing the meaning of the Ngajat Lesung dance property symbol based on its function and symbol based on its form. 2) Describing the cultural values that exist in Ngajat Lesung to build characters of the students. Method of this research was descriptive analysis. The research design in this research applied qualitative. The research approach used anthropology and iconography. The results of this research were 1) the meaning of the mortar/lesung property symbol based on its function as a medium in expressing it in dance. Lesung symbolized a power because male dancers expressed it by being bitten while dancing to show their strength. 2) The meaning of property symbols based on its form, namely the strengths that complement each other, and Bhineka Tunggal Ika. 3) Cultural values contained in the meaning of property symbols of Ngajat Lesung dance were values of discipline, values of courage, values of confidence, and solidarity. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the ritual function of Ngayau Dance in Nyobeng Dayak Bidayuh Sebujit Village in Regency of Bengkayang. The method used is descriptive method, with qualitative research form, using anthropology approach. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted by observing the background of Nyobeng ceremony, the function of dance ritual, and supporting aspects in Ngayau Dance performance such as the place and time of the show, performers and dance, property, motion form, accompaniment music, and offerings. The result of observation of Ngayau Dance function in Nyobeng ceremony that is as a ritual to welcome guests and lead to Baluk House (Traditional House of Dayak Bidayuh Tribe), the intended guest is the first pengayau who come home from the kayau battle field, now the guests are like high officials or considered as important person. The conclusion of this research is Ngayau Dance used by Bidayuh tribe community of Sebujit Village in Bengkayang Regency at the beginning procession that is Nabuai ritual (welcoming) in Nyobeng ceremony.  Keywords:  Nyobeng, Ngayau Dance, Sebujit

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam memainkan rekorder melalui metode tutor sebaya. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII E berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan lembar uji keterampilan. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan aspek penjarian siswa masih terlihat kaku dalam menutup lubang rekorder. Siswa sering melakukan kesalahan dalam menutup lubang. Masih terdapat siswa yang menggunakan pernapasan dada sehingga bunyi yang dikeluarkan tidak stabil. Siswa belum lancar karenabanyak berhenti untuk mengingat posisi lubang nada. Pada siklus II aspek penjarian siswa sudah terlihat luwes. Siswa sudah dapat memainkan rekorder dengan baik dan tepat dalam menutup lubang rekorder. Siswa sudah dapat menggunakan pernapasan perut dengan baik. Pada aspek kelancaran, siswa sudah lancar dalam memainkan rekorder. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam memainkan rekorder. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan, Rekorder, Metode Tutor Sebaya Abstract: This study aims to improve students' skills in playing the flute through peer tutoring methods. The research is a form of class action. The subjects were students is class VIII E amounted to 32 people. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research tool is the observation sheets and sheets test of skill. The results of the study in the first cycle showed fingering aspects of students still looks stiff at the close of the recorder hole. Students often make mistakes on the last hole. There are still students who use chest breathing so that the sound emitted unstable. Students not fluent stopped karenabanyak remember the positions of the tone holes. In the second cycle students are already visible aspect Flexible fingering. Students can now play the flute properly and appropriately in closing the hole recorder. Students are able to use abdominal breathing well. In terms of fluency, students have mastered the flute playing. It can be concluded that through the method of tutors can improve students' skills in playing the recorder. Keywords: skill, recorder, peer tutoring methods

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the dance movements of the Sireh Party Secretary by Alm. Yanis Chaniago in 1974 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, denoted the dance movements of the Sireh Party Secretary by Alm. Yanis Chaniago in 1974 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, and described the contribution of the teaching material of the Sireh Secretariat Dance by Alm. Yanis Chaniago in 1974 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan as teaching material in the learning of Cultural Arts. Sireh's Secretary's Dance is a type of popular traditional dance, which is a dance that is still based on elements of prehistoric culture. Sireh's Secretary's dance as an offering dance, because the main function of the Sireh Secretary's dance is for the opening of an event or celebration. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna bentuk-bentuk properti rotan pada tari Jepin Rotan dan makna pola ikat properti rotan pada tari Jepin Rotan di Kota Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam menganalisis makna properti tari Jepin Rotan yaitu pertemuan dengan narasumber yang merupakan penari dan pemusik tari Jepin Rotan serta yang mengetahui sejarah tari Jepin Rotan. Menganalisis makna bentuk-bentuk dan pola ikat tari Jepin Rotan melalui wawancara terhadap narasumber serta mendokumentasikannya. Bentuk-bentuk properti tari Jepin Rotan terdapat bentuk Melengkung, Mahkota, Empat Penjuru, Bunga dan Liku-Liku. Pola ikat tari Jepin Rotan terdapat pula pola ikat  Anyaman Rotan, Anyaman Akar Bakong, Simpang Anyam Ketupat, dan Terowongan. Kata kunci :  Makna, Properti tari, Jepin Rotan. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian (1) Pendeskripsian proses peningkatan keterampilan pola tabuhan gendang rebana dengan metode demontrasi pada pembelajaran seni musik siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Kunyit. (2) Pendeskripsian hasil peningkatan keterampilan pola tabuhan gendang rebana dengan metode demontrasi pada pembelajaran seni musik siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Kunyit.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), sifat penelitian kualitatif. Disiklus 1 nilai siswa rata-rata 67,14 di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Pada siklus II nilai siswa dalam pembelajaran pola tabuhan gendang rebana meningkat menjadi nilai rata-rata 77,23 di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah disampaikan maka dapat disimpulkan proses  dan hasil belajar  peningkatan  keterampilan  pola  tabuhan gendang rebana pada materi pembelajaran seni musik pada siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Kunyit Kabupaten Pontianak tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan hasil baik.   Kata Kunci: pola tabuhan, gendang rebana.   Abstract: The purpose of the study Descriptions of process improvement skills tambourine drum beat pattern with the demonstration method of learning the art of music students of class VII A SMP 4 Turmeric River. This study used a descriptive method with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), the nature of qualitative research. This study passes through the stages of the process as much as two cycles. In the second cycle students in the learning value pattern tambourine drum beat increased to an average value of 77.23 in the above criteria Minimal completeness. With the increase in the beat pattern skills at a seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Turmeric River District Pontianak through the medium of musical instruments drum tambourine. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been submitted, it can be summed up some of the following, The learning process improvement skills tambourine drum beat patterns on the material learning the art of music in class VII C SMP 4 Sungai Turmeric Pontianak District 2013/2014 school year with good results.
