Abstract

This research aims are to (1) find out how the influence leadership style on employee performance, (2) knowing how to influence motivation on employee performance, (3) knowing how style influences leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the Office Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency. Data used in this research is primary and secondary data with a total sample of 40 respondent. This study uses a quantitative approach and analysis using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the data SPSS 25 to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that Leadership Style has a significant effect on performance employee t value arithmetic leadership style variable of -3.030 < t table of 1,687. That the t count of the motivational variable is 5,606 > the t table is 3,252. simultaneously variable leadership style and work motivation on employee performance with F count of 15,942 this shows F count (15,942) > F table (3.252). Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variable simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on variables dependent, namely Work Motivation at the Tamalatea district office jeneponto. Therefore, if employee performance continues to be considered and improved then of course it will improve employee performance moreoptimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing a digital payment system on sales at the Kopma Alma mater business unit, Makassar State University. The number of respondents in this study were 50 people. This type of research uses quantitative research with a non-probability sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element of the population to be selected as a sample. In the sense that the samples taken are consumers who use digital payments. The collection of data used is a questionnaire and documentation. The analytical method in this study uses instrument tests (validity test, reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test), coefficient of determination test, and t test. The results of the study show that the digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales at the Kopma Alma mater business unit, Makassar State University

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of communication on work motivation at Cv. Brotherhood Okay Once. The independent variable in this study is Communication while the dependent variable is Work Motivation. The population in this study are employees who work at Cv. Brotherhood Okay Once. While the sample used is as many as 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. Overall the results of this study indicate that the Communication variable has a significant influence on the Work Motivation variable of CV employees. Brotherhood Okay Once. This is proven by obtaining the correlation value. Which means if Communication is assumed to be zero, Work Motivation on CV. The Brotherhood is Okay Once it doesn't change, but if Communication has increased, then this can affect Work Motivation on the CV. Brotherhood Okay Once.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance at TK II Pelamonia Makassar Hospital. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 67 people. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a significant level of 0.000, which was less than 0.05. The coefficient value of 0.471 indicates a positive influence on the dependent variable. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it can be said that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, (2) determine job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) determine work stress and job satisfaction jointly affect employee performance at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tonasa Unit, Pangkep Regency. The population of this research is all employees, especially supervisors, totaling 310 people. And the sample in this study were 175 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is a Negative and Significant Influence between Work Stress (X1) and a Positive and Significant Influence between Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Maros. Dibimbing oleh Romansyah Sahabuddin dan M. Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Maros sebanyak 65 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 23 untuk membuktikan hipotesis ketiga variabel. Hasil penelitian ini untuk variabel kompensasi nilai thitung sebesar 3,390 sementara nilai ttabel distribusi 0,05 (5%) sebesar 2,389 maka thitung > ttabel. Dan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,001 < 0,05 artinya individual variabel kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Sedangkan untuk variabel motivasi kerja menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 2,596 sementara nilai ttabel distribusi 0,05 (5%) sebesar 2,389 maka thitung > ttabel artinya individual variabel motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama dan kedua yang diajukan diterima, yang berarti hipotesis ketiga yang diajukan juga diterima. Dengan artian bahwa variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi atlet pencak silat di Kantor KONI Sulawesi Selatan. Variabel-variabel tersebut dianggap penting dalam memengaruhi prestasi atlet dalam konteks olahraga pencak silat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 168 responden terdiri dari atlet pencak silat yang tergabung di Kantor KONI Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi atlet pencak silat (Y), dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (6,875 > 1,654) dan nilai Sig 0,000. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi atlet, semakin tinggi juga prestasi yang dapat dicapai. Sementara itu, kompetensi atlet (X2) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi atlet (Y), dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (-2,865 < 1,668) dan nilai Sig 0,005. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa semakin rendah kompetensi atlet, semakin rendah pula prestasi yang dapat dicapai. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan motivasi berprestasi dan kompetensi atlet menjadi penting dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi atlet pencak silat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Rumah Makan Pak Tjomot cabang Daya Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Rumah Makan Pak Tjomot Kota Makassar, yaitu sebanyak 30 orang dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X1) terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y), dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Motivasi (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja karyawan yang dapat ditunjukkan melalui persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y= 17,974 + 0,634 + 0,196 + e  dan berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t hitung masing-masing variabel sebesar 3,013 > t tabel  (X1) dan 2,538 > t tabel (X2),  dengan taraf signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05 (X1) dan 0,003 < 0,05 (X2). Adapun nilai R Square sebesar 0,291 angka ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X1) dan Variabel Motivasi (X2) pada penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 29,1%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai DPMPTS Luwu Utara berjumlah 44 pegawai. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 44 orang pegawai. Observasi, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor DPMPTSP Kabupaten Luwu Utara, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai t tabel > t tabel (2,995 > 1,68107) dan nilai sig. < 0,05 (0,005 < 0,05) sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.Abstract. This study aims to determine whether work motivation influences the performance of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in North Luwu Regency. The population in this study were all DPMPTS Luwu Utara employees totaling 44 employees. While the sample in this study was determined by taking the entire population as a sample, so that the sample in this study was 44 employees. Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation are the data collection methods used. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis by testing the hypothesis using simple linear regression. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the DPMPTSP office of North Luwu Regency, this is evidenced by the acquisition of t table > t table (2.995 > 1.68107) and sig. <0.05 (0.005 <0.05) so that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Keyword: Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Nusantara Plantation XIV Makassar City. The population in this study were all permanent employess, totaling 109 employess. The number of samples us was 53 people using random sampling theory. Data collection techniques are used by using questionnaire description and dissemination methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using stastical product and service solution 25 (SPSS). The results of this study show that the two independent variabeles, namely work discipline (X1) have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) and work motivation(X2) have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) while work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a simultaneous positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y).
