Abstract

The development tourism, is not only about refreshing but also activity of sport can be included in tourism. The impact of pandemic covid-19, has influenced the development of sport tourism in Indonesia. Yogyakarta, one of the most tourism destination, has many kinds of sport tourism spot. The reasons which can influence tourist arrival in a destination are tourists’ motivation. This research aims to know the domestic tourist’s motivation in visiting one sport tourism destination called Tankaman Natural Park in Kaliurang, Hargobinangun. This research applies the survey method and descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires, conducting the interview, and doing direct observation. The sample of this research is the domestic tourists. The research shows the motivation of domestic tourists visit to Tankaman Natural Park are dominantly fantasy motivation that the tourists could escape from their routines to seek comforts and hang out with family. And the second is to get physical activity by doing sport in tourism destination. Keywords: tourist motivation, sport tourism, tourism product

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan penyajian isi Buku Panduan Guru Seni Rupa untuk SMA/SMK Kelas X Kurikulum Merdeka tahun 2021 , yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan, Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan dan Perbukuan dan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Buku Panduan Guru Seni Rupa untuk SMA/SMK Kelas X di tulis oleh Monika Irayati dan Saraswati Dewi, yang dimana buku ini  memberikan keleluasaan bagi satuan pendidikan dan guru untuk mengembangkan potensinya serta keleluasan bagi siswa untuk belajar sesuai dengan kemampuan dan perkembangannya. Pengembangan dan penulisan buku ini disesuaikan dengan Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 958/P/2020 tentang Capaian Pembelajaran pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Pendidikan Dasar, dan Pendidikan Menengah. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan sebuah metode penelitian dengan memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan dijabarkan sejara deskriptif, deskripstif yang dimaksud dalam hal ini adalah untuk memahami kondisi suatu konteks dengan mengarahkan pada pendeskripsian secara rinci dan mendalam mengenai potret kondisi dalam suatu konteks secara alami dan apa adanya. Dalam pengimplementasiannya Buku teks pembelajaran (Buku Panduan Guru) Seni Budaya Kelas X SMA/SMK yang diterbitkan oleh kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan dengan indikator cakupan materi yang merangsang keingintahuan telah dikaji dalam buku ini dan masih perlu dikembangkan lagi isi dan kualitasnya. Abstract

Abstrak Urun daya rancang grafis merupakan fenomena yang menarik untuk diteliti mengingat Indonesia adalah salah satu penyumbang sumber daya urun daya terbesar di dunia. Walaupun mendapat penolakan dari asosiasi dan para profesional, eksistensi para perancang grafis urun daya tetap berdaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman para perancang dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kreatif dan sikap perancangan sehingga mampu bertahan dan diterima oleh klien. Penelitian ini akan berguna bagi peneliti dan dunia akademis yang selama ini lebih banyak mengadopsi prinsip, metode, dan etika perancangan modern yang mapan. Pengalaman komunitas akan menyumbang keberagaman dalam praktik perancangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi yang mengandalkan data hasil wawancara dan pengamatan. Langkah penelitian dimulai dengan investigasi pengalaman pribadi, dilanjutkan penelusuran sumber etimologis dan pergeseran makna untuk memperoleh deskripsi pengalaman perancang. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan menyarikan pengalaman kreatif para perancang menjadi pemahaman tentang sifat khas dari pengalaman tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah deskripsi pengalaman perancang dari proses kreatif sejak fase meniru, modifikasi, konseptualisasi, hingga transformasi. Pengalaman belajar dan bekerja membentuk perancang yang akomodatif terhadap segala perubahan dan toleran terhadap klien. Penelitian menyimpulkan adanya nilai strategis dari penghargaan perancang terhadap keberadaan klien, produk, dan lingkungannya. Hal ini juga ditandai dengan perkembangan praktik kreatif. Proses perancangan tidak lagi mengandalkan logika perancang semata. Kata Kunci: fenomenologi, kreativitas, rancang grafis, transformatif, urun daya AbstractGraphic design crowdsourcing was an interesting phenomenon to be researched, considering that Indonesia is one of the most crowdsourcing contributors resources in the world. Despite being rejected by associations and professionals, the existence of crowdsourcing graphic designers remained significant. This study aimed to determine the experience of designers in developing creative abilities and design attitudes so that they could survive and be accepted by clients. This research will be helpful for researchers and academics who have been adopting more established principles, methods, and ethics of modern design. Community experience will contribute to diversity in design practice. We used phenomenological methods that relied on data from interviews and observations. The research step begins with an investigation of personal experience, followed by a search for etymological sources and shifts in meaning to obtain a description of the designer's experience. This method aims to extract the creative experience of designers into an understanding of the distinctive nature of those experiences. The results describe the designer's experience in the creative process from the imitation, modification, conceptualization, and transformation phases. The research concludes a strategic value in the designer's respect for the existence of the client, the product, and the environment. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the work of the 2016 Indonesian Press Photo Award Photo of the Year entitled "Tinjau Titik Api," using the "Three Visual Layers" theory. Photo of the Year 2016 was chosen because it has the advantage of good visual value and high news value, especially for people in the news. The three visual layers analysis includes optical, cultural, and photographic meaning. The optical aspect is for the non-blind eyes, the cultural aspect includes known visual appearances and unknown visual appearances, and the photographic aspect has a functional appearance, personal appearance, and subjective appearance. The research method is qualitative analysis because its implementation is based on visual analysis to find meaning from photos depicting three figures who are symbols of the strength of the Indonesian state, namely, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, TNI Commander General Gatot Nurmantyo, and Chief of the Indonesian National Police General Badarudin Haiti, who is inspecting the location of forest and land fires, in Geronggong Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Data analysis involves: Scrutinizing relevant and irrelevant information, reducing data, compiling codes against findings data, and verifying codes as a reference for discussion and conclusion. The research results show that the 2016 Photo of the Year contains meaning that shows the Indonesian government's commitment to dealing with forest and land fires in Sumatra. The photo has advantages in terms of visual value which is reflected in the composition, depth of focus, and expression of the president, and in terms of news value, it is superior in terms of character value, as well as another advantage in the closeness of the photographer to the object of the event.

Abstract

The STEM approach is an approach used to improve students' problem solving, critical and creative thinking abilities, and can be a foundation in preparing students for careers in technology, science and engineering. Therefore, researchers integrated a STEM-based Problem Based Learning model which aims to determine students' problem solving abilities in learning Mathematics on SPLTV material and prepare students to face the world of work. The subjects of this research were students of class X Nautika 2 at SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands, academic year 2023/2024. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The assessment instrument used is a test technique in the form of a description which is carried out at the end of each cycle. The data that has been collected from the test results is then analyzed descriptively to see the picture or percentage of actions that have been carried out. The results of the research show that the application of the STEM-based problem based learning model can increase problem solving abilities in the SPLTV material of class X Nautika 2 students at SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungpinang by 15%.

Abstract

Based on student observations in learning volleyball in class VIII D SMP Negeri 12 Surakarta, there are problems with student motivation and less innovative learning methods. On the other hand, the heavy ball causes students' hands to feel pain when performing technical movements or strokes, so it is necessary to innovate methods and media. The purpose of this study was to determine whether sponge plastic ball aids can increase volleyball learning activities, whether sponge plastic ball aids can improve volleyball learning outcomes. The research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The research population was class 8D students of SMP Negeri 12 Surakarta, totaling 32 students. The research instruments were interview guidelines, questionnaires, and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that sponge plastic ball aids can improve volleyball learning activities, sponge plastic ball aids can improve volleyball learning outcomes. This is evidenced in the results of cycle I which showed an increase in the assessment of the knowledge aspect, there were 23 students (71.87%) who were complete and those who did not meet the criteria were 9 students (28.13%), the skill aspect showed an increase, namely 23 students (71.87%) in the complete category and 9 students or (28.13%) were not complete. In cycle II there was an increase in each aspect of better student learning, this was evidenced by the knowledge aspect showing an increase, namely 30 students (93.75%) in the complete category and 2 students (6.25%) in the incomplete category.

Abstract

Perancangan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Bagaimana merancang sistem informasi penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk penentuan Financial Consultant terbaik pada asuransi BRIngin Life Syariah. (2) Untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berdasarkan perhitungan remunerasi untuk penentuan Financial Consultant terbaik pada asuransi BRIngin Life Syariah. Dalam sistem informasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dan perhitungan remunerasi ini (1) sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) untuk menggambarkan alur atau arus kerja sistem. (2) proses penilaian diberikan berdasarkan pencapaian jumlah polis dan premi yang didapatkan. (3) bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan (HTML) Hypert Text Markup Language, (PHP) Personal Home Page, (CSS) Cascanding Style Sheet, Java Script, Framework. Abstract

This research studies the aesthetic hegemony of the New Order in Indonesia. Thus far, the understanding has been that aesthetic matters are not related to the capital and feudal assets that construct them. To the contrary, this research analyzes how these two assets played a strategic role in establishing the aesthetic hegemony of the New Order. The research is conducted in the qualitative tradition, through a content analysis with a critical paradigm perspective. The data include documents in the form of literature, government policies, and the results of interviews. The results show that the United States of America, through the Ford Foundation, played an active role and contributed significantly to the establishment of aesthetic hegemony in the New Order. The United States was an agent that provided scholarships for art academics, young scientists, and artists to study art and philosophy in America and Europe. The style of abstract expressionism and the philosophy of absurdism were developed in Indonesia as a result of the active role of the United States of America. On the other hand, the New Order also built cultural centers on a central and regional level, including cultural parks and arts councils that were used as tools of cooptation. Through the function of “mentoring and development”, the role of cultural parks was to control the aesthetic activities of Indonesian citizens to suit the tastes of the ruler. The research results show that the aesthetic hegemony of the New Order had a double face, one with a character of modernism based on Western aesthetics, and the other with a noble adiluhung character of traditionalism based on traditional art.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of gim embroidery as a Surakarta-style bridal kebaya ornament with all limitations, such as the lack of craftsmen, the high cost of yarn materials, and competition with other ornamental techniques that are more developed. The purpose of this study is to describe the development  of  gim  embroidery  on  Surakarta-style  bridal  kebaya.  The  method  used  is  a  qualitative grounded research model. Data were collected through interviews, observations, literature studies, artifact studies, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that the development of Surakarta-style bridal kebaya gim embroidery had at least three groups, namely the development of materials and techniques that still maintain motifs and patterns according to pakem, the development of motifs and designs that combine the characteristics of Surakarta style and Yogyakarta style, and the development of kebaya forms followed by the development of motifs and patterns. The development that was found can be used as a reference in the development of game embroidery not only in bridal kebayas but also in other forms of revitalization to preserve gim embroidery.Keywords: gim embroidery, Surakarta-style bridal kebaya, development concept.
