Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location and tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction of Mendut Temple Recreation Park, Magelang Regency. Research data obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in the study was 88 respondents. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, model testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that partially location affects visitor satisfaction and tourist attraction affects visitor satisfaction, and simultaneously location, and tourist attraction affect visitor satisfaction. Keywords:   Location, Tourist Attraction and Visitor Satisfaction.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan daya Tarik wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Taman Rekreasi Candi Mendut di Kabupaten Magelang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan angket. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 88 responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, daya Tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, dan secara simultan lokasi dan daya Tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjungKata Kunci: Lokasi, Daya Tarik Wisata Dan Kepuasan Pengunjung.

Abstract

Fierce competition and globalization require organizations to innovate in improving performance, which becomes a priority goal for companies. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) adopted by companies can enhance employees' skills, motivation, and engagement. Empowerment is considered a positive aspect that must be fulfilled in work and has several characteristics marked by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The urgency of this research is to bridge the gap by investigating the interaction between HPWS, employee empowerment, well-being, and employee performance in academic literature with HPWS designed and implemented in practice. This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of HPWS on employee performance through employee empowerment as a mediator. This research will contribute to the field of organizational and management studies and attempt to explain the relationship between HPWS and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method which is explanatory research that refers to the hypothesis to be tested against the occurring phenomena. This research is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool to process the technique. HPWS (High Performance Work Systems) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the effective implementation of HPWS can directly improve employee performance. HPWS has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment. The HPWS system implemented by the company has successfully created a supportive work environment and empowered employees. Employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A high level of empowerment in employees is proven to significantly improve their performance. Employee empowerment mediates the relationship between HPWS and employee performance.

Abstract

Discipline, creativity and responsibility influence employee work performance. The aim of this research is to analyze discipline, creativity and responsibility whose impact on work performance is both partial and simultaneous. Type of explanatory research or level of explanation using census research techniques. Discipline, creativity, and responsibility are the independent variables of this research. This research refers to the entire staff of 134 road construction contractors. Validity and reliability tests, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test were carried out using SPSS calculation tools. The anova test shows that the model is fit, meaning that the independent variables can predict the dependent variable. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Research finds that discipline, creativity and responsibility have a significant impact on employee work performance, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Tanaman kopi merupakan komoditas yang berperan penting dalam perkembangan perdagangan (ekonomi) di Indonesia sehingga termasuk komoditas favorit untuk dibudidayakan. Kopi berada pada urutan keempat setelah kelapa sawit, karet dan kayu sebagai salah satu penyumbang yang unggul dalam meningkatkan pendapatan negara yang signifikan melalui kegiatan ekspor biji kopi ke negara-negara lain. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan pengembangan melalui kegiatan penelitian mengenai pembibitan stek tanaman kopi robusta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan kombinasi perlakuan jenis klon kopi dan konsentrasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh yang terbaik pada pembibitan kopi robusta metode stek murni. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu entres Kopi Robusta Klon BP 308, BP 358, dan BGN 352. Bahan lain yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu tanah, pupuk kandang kambing, Rootone F dan air. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan 2 faktor antara lain faktor pertama adalah klon BP 308, BP 358 dan BGN 352. faktor kedua konsentrasi Rootone F. 0%, 3%, 6%, dan 9%. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari – April 2024 di kebun pembibitan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Bangelan, Kecamatan Wonosari, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu entres Kopi Robusta Klon BP 308, BP 358, dan BGN 352. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara perlakuan jenis klon kopi dengan konsentrasi Rootone F. pada seluruh variabel pengamatan. Perbedaan jenis klon tidak membutuhkan konsentrasi Rootone F. yang berbeda. Kemudian konsentrasi Rootone F. 6% menghasilkan berat segar akar lebih tinggi daripada tanpa Rootone F. (kontrol) dan konsentrasi Rootone F. 9%.
