Abstract

Organisasi dalam menyongsong era industri 4.0 memiliki beragam tantangan. Salah satu tantangan sosial yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan. Dari banyak teori kepemimpinan, spiritual leadership merupakan salah satu gaya baru kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan karena lebih berorientasi pada nilai–nilai kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengidentifikasi berbagai macam faktor spiritual leadership, serta 2) rekomendasi penerapan spiritual leadership untuk penelitian masa depan. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah telaah literatur. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan spiritual leadership memengaruhi beberapa variabel seperti misalnya: kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja, perilaku etis, penyimpangan perilaku di tempat kerja, spiritualitas di tempat kerja, perilaku keselamatan karyawan, budaya sekolah, kesuksesan akademis, kelelahan, keterlibatan kerja, niat karyawan untuk tetap bersama organisasi, serta rasa panggilan kerja. Rekomendasi penelitian spiritual leadership pada masa depan pada kajian metodologis serta pengembangan teori.

Abstract

Good governance can be realized if public officials have integrity. The integrity of public officials is a source of public trust in the government's performance in providing public services. This research aims to describe the meaning of integrity and internal factors that strengthen integrity from the perspective of public officials. Our study used a qualitative method based on phenomenological philosophy. Participants were selected based on three criteria: (1) echelon II officials as Heads of Regional Government Work Units, (2) have excellent work performance, and (3) have never violated the code of ethics, regulations, and laws. We conducted face-to-face, in-depth interviews to collect the data and analyze the data using. Our findings reveal eight meanings of integrity by public officials and internal factors that strengthen integrity. Eight meanings of integrity include carrying out duties and obligations seriously; being honest in carrying out tasks; discipline, complying with procedures and regulations; consistency between values/principles and behavior; being fair; having moral courage; being a role model for subordinates; not abusing position for personal gain or specific parties. Meanwhile, internal factors that strengthen integrity include: social-oriented terminal value, moral-oriented instrument value; competency-oriented instrument value, self-awareness as a public servant, simple lifestyle, change motivation, learning motivation, and achievement motivation.

Abstract

Teacher burnout is a negative syndrome that could happen to teachers that will affect their performance, hence, lowers their students’ achievements. The goal of this paper was to confirm the direct effect of psychological capital and perceived organizational support towards teacher burnout, and the indirect effect of psychological capital and perceived organizational support towards teacher burnout with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.This research used quantitative approach with census as the sampling method. The data collection instrument used was a likert scale questionnaire in Bahasa Indonesia to measure every single variable in this research. Subjects of this research were 58 teachers of Sejahtera Vocational School in Surabaya. This research used path analysis to prove the direct and indirect effects of psycap and POS on teacher burnout with job satisfaction as the mediating variable. This paper showed that psychological capital and perceived organizational support directly affect teacher burnout significantly, and psychological capital and perceived organizational support indirectly affect teacher burnout through job satisfaction as a mediating variable significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai personal berdasarkan kajian dari teori Schwartz yang dimiliki oleh stay employee dari generasi milenial dan generasi z. Dimana angkatan kerja produktif saat ini berasal dari kedua generasi tersebut. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Portrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Schwartz (2001). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Pengambilan data terhadap sampel penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan bagian marketing di salah satu bank swasta di Indonesia. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 148 orang stay employee dengan rentang usia 18-39 tahun dengan masa kerja minimal 6 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukan bahwa tipe nilai Conformity, Benevolence, Universalism, dan Security memiliki nilai mean paling tinggi. Dimana keempat nilai tersebut merupakan nilai-nilai kehidupan sosial. Hal ini sesuai dengan karakteristik dari generasi milenial dan generasi z yang senang untuk berinteraksi khususnya di media sosial sehingga nila-nilai kehidupan sosial dalam hal ini lingkungan kerjanya cenderung lebih dominan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah dimulai sejak Desember 2019 di Wuhan dan telah meninggalkan berbagai hal yang menjadi suatu keabnormalan pada masa sebelum pandemi dan kenormalan pada masa pandemi. Keabnormalan-keabnormalan tersebut dahulu hanyalah suatu hal yang tidak terlintas dipikiran manusia karena keabnormalan masih menjadi suatu hal yang terus untuk dipahami dan terkadang keabnormalan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan setiap individu dan akan menimbulkan suatu keadaan yang membuat individu tersebut tertekan. Keadaan tertekan tersebut dinamakan dengan stres. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini ada dengan tujuan untuk memberikan suatu pemahaman terkait dengan stres pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan cara mengelolanya. Penulisan karya ilmiah dengan judul “Stres Mengancam Masyarakat dan Cara Mengelola Stres pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19” menggunakan metode literature review. Cara yang digunakan dalam metode tersebut adalah mencari sumber-sumber pustaka sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh penulisan karya ilmiah yang ingin dibuat. Dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini dapat ditemukan bahwa mengalami stres di masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah suatu hal yang wajar yang dapat dialami oleh semua orang dan terdapat beberapa langkah dalam mengelola stres menurut WHO (World Health Organization).

Abstract

The necessity to oversight numerous positive organizational phenomena gave rise to positive organizational psychology. The nature of job relationship has drastically changed over the past decades, affecting not just the sort of labor performed but also when and how much it is completed. Many people today perform a variety of jobs, including part-time jobs, temporary jobs and several occupations. In addition, as more people work several jobs, there is a corresponding rise in the amount of overtime that these people put in. The individual’s capacity to balance their work and personal lives has drawn a lot of study attention and is a real concern for both individuals and organization. Millenial generation interact with older generations in different ways. The millenial generation matures and becomes more adaptable to new situations and all potential outcomes, which is why it is frequently referred to be a generation that is particularly comfortable with chage. Compared to the previous generation, the millenials worker gives work-life balance more consideration. Stress and burnout at work are the consequences of an unbalanced work-life. This study used literature review method by collecting data through several literatures and journals related to positive psychology, the concept of positivity, work-life balance and millenials. Data gathering using automated searches on sites like Research Gate, Google Scholar, and Sage Journal. This research uses 9 scientific articles as a data source. The result of this study is to understand how the millenials perspective seeing work-life balance as a positive value in a company. This study examines millenials perceive the implementation of work-life balance in the workplace positively. Companies can utilize this information to effectively acquire millenials talent and employ the best resources to entice this type of potential.

Abstract

The strategy to reduce the high infant mortality rate (IMR) is by placing midwives in the village. One of the tasks of village midwives is the prevention of complications through early detection, which is indicated by the performance of midwives based on neonatal coverage. Situation awareness is an important component of decision making that has a significant impact on the performance of the village midwife's duties, so the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the role of situation awareness on the performance of the village midwife's duties in detecting problems in young infants. Quantitative research was designed using a cross sectional study. All village midwives became the population and were determined based on the results of a sample calculation of 151 village midwives who would be taken proportionally. The research variables were situation awareness and task performance. The instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using Simple Linear Regression. The results explained that the consistent value of task performance was 43.041. B situation awareness value (regression coefficient) 0.917. The regression coefficient is positive that the direction of the influence of situation awareness on task performance is positive. Decision making in simple linear regression is 0.000 <0.05 with the t value showing 8.256> from the t table of 1.97, which means that situation awareness has an influence on the performance of the village midwife's duties.  Situation awareness is a predictor that is able to influence task performance for village midwives in providing care to neonates in early detection of problems in young infants.

Abstract

Tren investasi dan penggunaan Bibit sebagai aplikasi investasi mengalami peningkatan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini yakni menelusuri bagaimana e-trust individu dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh tiap dimensi perceived risk dan electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik regresi hierarki menggunakan software Jamovi 2.3.21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang melibatkan 333 partisipan, diketahui jika dimensi perceived risk yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi e-trust, yakni performance risk serta social risk. Kemudian, penelitian turut menemukan hanya positive valence dan negative valence sebagai dimensi EWOM yang berpengaruh signifikan dengan e-trust. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan platform mereka, serta memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran dengan bijak.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether there is an influence of career adaptability and career competencies on self-perceived employability with mediator variables subjective career success in millennial generation employees. Where the current research is carried out on the subject of millennial generation employees because the largest productive age of workers today is the millennial generation. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with a survey method to collect questionnaire data. The subjects in this study were millennial generation employees who actively worked in a company with a total of 209 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square test with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software.
