Abstract

This article reports on the findings of a German-Indonesian feasibility study, which has been conducted to examine whether a more extensive pilot study could be successful. The objective of the pilot study is to enhance the mathematical skills of Indonesian students in the 7th class by increasing the number of students who can really understand the mathematical concepts and methods introduced in class. In order to achieve this, a learning environment for the introduction of integers was designed and implemented in class. During its implementation, a teaching style has been practised which encourages metacognitive and discursive activities in the students. In this paper the theoretical background for the construction of a comparing test is set out, several exercises are presented as examples and on the basis of student solutions, taken from the test, the effects of the innovative teaching is demonstrated.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SD Negeri 03 Gubug menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan model ceramah dan tidak ada pengunaan media pembelajaran yang menyebabkan siswa menjadi pasif dan kurang aktif dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan penggunaan model kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together berbantu media roda pintar efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 03 Gubug. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar model kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together berbantu media roda pintar terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas III SD Negeri 03 Gubug. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together berbantu media roda pintar efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 03 Gubug. Terlihat presentase ketuntasan belajar naik dari 10% menjadi 80%.

Abstract

Menyusui eksklusif selama 6 bulan atau lebih telah direkomendasikan oleh banyak organisasi kesehatan dunia. Menyusui eksklusif adalah fondasi bagi perkembangan dan kesehatan anak yang berkelanjutan karena diyakini bahwa ASI dapat menghasilkan perkembangan fisik, kognitif, dan emosional yang maksimal. Tujuan Untuk menilai korelasi pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan perkembangan anak berdasarkan KPSP dan menilai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Tarakan. Metode: Penelitian cross-sectional yang melibatkan 107 pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Tarakan yang berusia 0-60 bulan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang valid dan KPSP berdasarkan usia anak dari Februari hingga April, 2017. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t tidak berpasangan, chi square dan Mann-Whitney dengan signifikansi 5% menggunakan SPSS v23. Dari 107 anak, 43 (40,2%) menerapkan pemberian ASI eksklusif dan 88 (82,2%) normal pada penyaringan. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendidikan ibu (p = .043), etnis ibu (p = .004), metode pengiriman (p = .020), lokasi perawatan natal ante (ANC) lokasi (p = .040), inisiasi awal dari menyusui (p = 0,017) dibandingkan dengan pelaksanaan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan uji-T tidak berpasangan. Juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usia anak dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif secara statistik tidak lebih tinggi secara signifikan daripada kelompok pemberian susu formula (p = 0,420). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dan perkembangan anak berdasarkan KPSP (p = 0,481) Kesimpulan Tidak ada hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dan perkembangan anak berdasarkan KPSP dan pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan ibu dan etnis, metode pengiriman, lokasi ANC , inisiasi dini setelah lahir. Kata Kunci : Menyusui, perkembangan anak, KPSP, pra-skrining.

Abstract

Based on BPS in 2019, the highest middle class unemployment force is for SMK graduates, which is 11.24% of the total 7 million people. Based on this, it can be seen that the purpose and function of this vocational high school is not yet well underway, because with a ratio of 51% of Vocational High Schools and 49% of the total number of students absorbed by the industrial world to SMK graduates, only 35% while high school graduates 65%. This study aims to find a correlation between industry work practice experience on work readiness research was an ex post facto study. The study population consisted of TKR students who were carrying out industrial work practices in the official workshop of Indomobil Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019. Data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires for industrial work experience experience variables (X₁), work interest (X₂) and self-confidence (X₃), and for the work readiness variable there are three domains, cognitive and psychomotor domains, data collection in the form of tests, and affective domain variables in the form of observation. Data analysis of this study using multiple regression and assisted using SPSS for Windows. The results of this study are expected to There is a positive correlation between apprenticeship experience on work readiness (sig. Cognitive domain value of 0.001; sig. Affective domain value of 0.031; and psychomotor domain sig value of 0.004) in TKR students who are implementing apprenticeship in Indomobil's official workshop Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to see the potential of Sunda Kelapa Port through the resources possessed by the theory of Resource Based View (RBV) and then look for strategies that can be used to develop historical tourism in the Sunda Kelapa Port. The informant and respondent of this research is PIC acceleration of the old city area of the Ministry of Tourism, PT Pelindo II, Tour Guide, and tourists. Data collected by observation, interview, literature study and questioner. This research used qualitative descriptive method in order to analyze the data that have been collected by using IFE and EFE matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM matrix. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described, the product development strategy is the main strategy that must be developed by Sunda Kelapa Port to be able to compete with other tourist destinations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari green marketing terhadap green consumer behaviour di Fore Coffee Emporium Pluit Jakarta. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah green marketing (X) dan green consumer behaviour (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi tidak terbatas dengan sampel kebetulan (incidental sampling). Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang responden yang membeli produk Fore Coffee dan memenuhi beberapa kriteria. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner atau angket dengan 5 poin skala likert yang disebarkan melalui google forms. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap green consumer behaviour yang berarti semakin baik strategi green marketing yang ditawarkan semakin baik pula tingkah laku konsumen hijau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how workload and burnout affect turnover intention moderated by job security in CV Yusima Teknik employees. The type of research used uses quantitative research. The population of CV Yusima Teknik employees was 37 people in this study. By using sampling techniques using saturated samples, so that the number of samples taken was 37 people. Data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS version 4.0). The results obtained are workload and burnout significantly positively affect the intention to move at CV Yusima Teknik, but work resilience can weaken this negative impact. And resilience has a significant negative effect on moving intention. The results of this study suggest the need for attention to workload management and burnout to reduce turnover intention in the company. Increasing resilience can also be an effective strategy in reducing the negative impact of workload and burnout on turnover intention.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to take a consumer perception and to find out the interest of consumer about virtual tour and wants to get the impact tourists feel regarding the virtual tour in Nglanggeran Village Research method: This research uses qualitative research through observation, interview, and survey. The author makes observations by participating in virtual tours online and conducting interviews with virtual tour participants to obtain data. Results and discussion: There are three big results obtained that the virtual tour still had much homework to fix and reach because of several factors that obstructed it. The first factor: the virtual tour cannot make visitors feeling enjoy the tour. The second factor: visitors cannot be satisfied with the tour by virtual because there is not interaction directly with nature. The third factor: another visitors are not enjoy the virtual tour because it’s not real. That means virtual tour must be fixed from the internet connection, guide, time duration, facilities, and infrastructure that can make tourists feel the actual travel experience like  real and live. Implication: Virtual tours are indeed inviting tourists to carry out tourism activities during a pandemic. However, several factors can minimize the tourist experience in virtual tours. This means that Virtual tours can be used as an alternative for traveling during a pandemic, but the inhibiting factors must be seen so that they can be maximized.   Keywords: COVID-19, Virtual Tour, Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Tourist Interest, Travel Experience

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan data retensi berkas rekam medis di RS Hermina Grand Wisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sedangkan, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi staff rekam medis studi pustaka yang memiliki relevansi erat dengan pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan permasalahan sebagai berikut (1). Proses pemilahan berkas rekam medis yang akan dilakukan pemusnahan memerlukan waktu yang lama, dan tenaga yang cukup banyak, sehingga pemilahan berkas menjadi tidak efektif, (2). Pencatatan data form ceklis dokumen yang diabadikan masih menggunakan metode manual, sehingga rentan kehilangan data, atau ketidak akuratan data, (3). Belum ada sistem laporan untuk kegiatan retensi. Adapun saran yang diberikan untuk mengatasi adalah : (1). Koordinasi dengan pihak management terkait permasalahan yang dihapadi, (2). Dilakukan sosialisasi prosedur mengenai retensi berkas rekam medis, (3). Prancangan suatu software yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data retensi berkas rekam medis dengan menggunakan Visual Studio 2010.
