Abstract

The low level of student learning independence in social studies at SDN Kelayan Selatan 10 has become a major issue affecting student engagement and responsibility in learning. This study aims to describe the application of the G-MAPS Socioedu model (Gamification–Mind Mapping–STAD Social education) and analyze its impact on students' learning independence in social studies. A descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method was employed in this research involving 20 fifth-grade students at SDN Kelayan Selatan 10. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the G-MAPS Socioedu model is capable of developing various indicators of student learning independence, such as curiosity, responsibility, discipline, and intrinsic motivation. Students become more active in discussions, independent in completing assignments, and enthusiastic about following the learning process. The existing technical obstacles do not diminish the success of this model in creating a collaborative, enjoyable learning atmosphere that encourages the development of students' independent learning potential.

Abstract

Internship preparation activities to Japan are one of the activities of SMK PK (Center of Excellence) approved by the Ministry of Education, through the SMK PK budget. For Vocational High School (SMK) students, the internship program to Japan is an opportunity to improve work skills and get to know advanced culture and technology. However, students' readiness to face the challenges of this international internship is still a major obstacle. This article discusses the importance of a holistic approach in optimizing the preparation of SMK students for internships in Japan, which involves mastery of Japanese, understanding work culture, developing technical and non-technical skills, and physical and mental training. This holistic approach combines various aspects of education and self-development as a whole, so that students can adapt more easily and succeed in the internship program. In addition, collaboration between SMK, companies, and related institutions is needed to ensure effective implementation. Thus, this approach is expected to be able to create students who are ready to face global challenges and have superior competencies

Abstract

Based on BPS in 2019, the highest middle class unemployment force is for SMK graduates, which is 11.24% of the total 7 million people. Based on this, it can be seen that the purpose and function of this vocational high school is not yet well underway, because with a ratio of 51% of Vocational High Schools and 49% of the total number of students absorbed by the industrial world to SMK graduates, only 35% while high school graduates 65%. This study aims to find a correlation between industry work practice experience on work readiness research was an ex post facto study. The study population consisted of TKR students who were carrying out industrial work practices in the official workshop of Indomobil Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019. Data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires for industrial work experience experience variables (X‚), work interest (X‚‚) and self-confidence (X‚ƒ), and for the work readiness variable there are three domains, cognitive and psychomotor domains, data collection in the form of tests, and affective domain variables in the form of observation. Data analysis of this study using multiple regression and assisted using SPSS for Windows. The results of this study are expected to There is a positive correlation between apprenticeship experience on work readiness (sig. Cognitive domain value of 0.001; sig. Affective domain value of 0.031; and psychomotor domain sig value of 0.004) in TKR students who are implementing apprenticeship in Indomobil's official workshop Nissan Datsun in East Java in 2019.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan tax planning melalui zakat sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak (PKP) orang pribadi dengan studi kasus pada pegawai BAZNAS Kota Cilegon. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya pemanfaatan zakat sebagai pengurang pajak meskipun telah diatur dalam UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pembayaran zakat melalui BAZNAS yang disertai bukti setor dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai instrumen tax planning yang sah untuk mengurangi beban pajak penghasilan orang pribadi. Namun demikian, penerapannya masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan seperti rendahnya kesadaran dan literasi wajib pajak, kurangnya sosialisasi pemerintah, serta keraguan masyarakat terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan edukasi dan penyederhanaan prosedur agar zakat dapat lebih optimal digunakan sebagai instrumen pengurang pajak.

Abstract

Abstract

How their lifestyle and influence on Shopee purchasing decisions is the purpose of this study. Gen Z, known as digital natives, exhibit unique shopping behavior patterns driven by technological advances and easy access to information. This study collects data quantitatively through a survey method to collect data from 61 generation Z students from the faculty of economics at the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo class of 2021. The results showed that online shopping trends have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This research provides detailed insights into the online shopping behavior of Gen Z students and helps e-commerce industry stakeholders develop more efficient marketing strategies that meet the needs and preferences of younger customers.

Abstract

In the face of the digital disruption era and rapid industrial transformation, students as future workers are required to have high competitiveness to be able to compete in the global job market. One strategy that can be implemented is through upskilling, which involves enhancing existing skills to align with industry demands. This study aims to analyze the impact of upskilling on the job competitiveness of Gen Z students in East Java and to test the moderating role of work readiness in this relationship. The theoretical foundation of this study is based on Human Capital Theory, which emphasizes the importance of investing in education and training to enhance individual productivity. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method via an online questionnaire administered to 310 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). The results indicate that upskilling has a positive and significant impact on job competitiveness. However, work readiness does not significantly moderate this relationship. These findings suggest that although students have high work readiness, this does not always strengthen the impact of upskilling if it is not accompanied by relevant and contextual training tailored to the needs of the job market. Therefore, strategic integration between skill development and work readiness is essential to enhance students' competitive advantage in the digital job market. Abstract

Motor vehicle taxpayer compliance plays a crucial role in increasing regional tax revenue. In Serang City, compliance remains low, with services and tax system digitization suboptimal. Despite the provision of e-Samsat services and tax deductions, compliance has not been maximized, necessitating investigation into the influencing factors. This study aims to determine the effect of tax incentives and service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Serang City, and to examine the role of tax system digitization as a moderating variable in Serang City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 72 motor vehicle taxpayer respondents who make payments at the Serang City Samsat Office. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and interaction tests (moderated regression analysis) with the help of SPSS. The results show that tax incentives and service quality have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax system digitization has been shown to moderate the effect of tax incentives on taxpayer compliance, but not the effect of service quality. The conclusion of this study is that the provision of tax incentives and service quality are effective in increasing compliance. However, successful digitalization requires increased digital literacy and better system infrastructure.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai formulasi permen jeli kulit buah naga dengan ekstrak stevia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menenetukan kadar air, kadar abu dan vitamin c terhadap permen jeli kulit buah naga dengan ekstrak stevia. Permen jeli merupakan sebagai makanan semi basah yang terbuah dari sari buah-buahan dan penambahan bahan gelatin. Tak hanya gelatin, penggunaan pemanis juga harus di perhatikan. Stevia merupakan bahan pemanis dengan tingkat kemanisan 200-300 kali dari gula tebu diperoleh dari ekstrak stevia. Variasi formulasi pada sukrosa dengan ekstrak stevia dengan perbandingan adalah 0:3, 1:2, 2:1 dan 3:0 dengan sari kulit buah naga yaitu 150mL dan gelatin 20g. Parameter yang dianalisis adalah vitamin c, kadar air dan kadar abu. Kadar Air ditentukan dengan metode oven dengan hasil 82,6%, 73,66%, 72,9%, 65,13% dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kadar air semakin meningkat pada dengan bertambahnya ekstrak stevia. Kadar abu ditentukan dengan metode Dry Ashing dengan hasil 0,2180%, 0,12%, 0,5390%, 0,134% kadar abu mengalami penurunan dengan bertembahnya ekstrak stevia dan vitamin c ditentukan dengan metode Iodometri dengan hasil 0,44mg, 0,264mg, 0,264mg, 0,088mg pada vitamin c mengalami penaikan dengan bertambahnya ekstrak stevia menghasilkan permen jeli dengan vitamin c yang baik.

Abstract

Di era modern seperti saat ini banyak muncul berbagai jenis permen. Permen yang muncul banyak yang menggunakan pemanis buatan. Pemanis buatan tersebut apabila dikonsumsi secara terus-menerus dapat mengganggu kesehatan terutama bagi anakanak. Salah satu upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan inovasi permen jeli ubi ungu dengan ekstrak stevia. Stevia sendiri merupakan pemanis alami rendah kalori yang memiliki tingkat kemanisan 300 kali lebih tinggi dari sukrosa.Ubi ungu dipilih karena mudah ditemukan dan mengandung antisianin yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sifat organoleptik dan kadar gula reduksi pada permen jeli dengan perbandingan ekstrak stevia dan sukrosa sebesar 3:0 ; 2:1 ; 1:2 ; 0:3. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji organoleptik dengan metode kuisioner dan uji gula reduksi dengan metode Lane-Eynon dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Hasil kadar gula reduksi dari masing-masing perbandingan yaitu 0,442%; 0,3429%; 0,2728%; 0,2558% hal menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak ekstrak stevia yang digunakan maka kadar gula reduksi yang dihasilkan akan semakin tinggi. Hasil organoleptik yang diperoleh adalah semakin banyak ekstrak stevia yang digunakan maka permen jeli akan berwarna semakin gelap, beraroma semakin kuat, bertekstur semakin tidak kenyal dan rasanya akan semakin pahit.
