Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara pembelajaran bahasa dan pengembangan kecerdasan sosial siswa dari perspektif filosofis. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah tantangan dalam komunikasi dan interaksi sosial siswa yang menghambat kemampuan mereka untuk memahami dan menghargai keragaman. Dengan pendekatan kajian literatur kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis sumber-sumber akademik yang relevan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pembelajaran bahasa dapat mendukung pengembangan kecerdasan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial siswa melalui beberapa mekanisme, seperti interaksi verbal yang memperkuat empati dan pemahaman perspektif orang lain. Pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial dan emosional membantu siswa mengembangkan kesadaran sosial dan keterampilan komunikasi efektif. Pendekatan konstruktivis dalam pembelajaran bahasa juga memberi ruang bagi siswa untuk aktif berinteraksi, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat keterampilan sosial mereka. Selain itu, metode berbasis kolaborasi dan diskusi kelompok terbukti efektif dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan kecerdasan sosial, meningkatkan keterampilan interpersonal, dan mengajarkan siswa untuk bekerja dalam tim. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini mendukung perlunya pendekatan yang lebih fokus pada integrasi aspek sosial dalam kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa untuk mendukung perkembangan karakter dan kecerdasan sosial siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the character of student responsibility through the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach to Fiqh subjects in MI I'Anatusshibyan 1. This type of research was used classroom action research methods with descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive types of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques are used observation, field notes, and documentation as a research instrument. The Observation were made on the character of student responsibility using the observation sheet. Character observation results of the responsibility of students in class I can be described at the pre-cycle stage, cycle I, and cycle II. From the implementation of pre-cycle obtained an average value of 1.55 or 38.94% in the less category, then carried out action in cycle I. The results of observation in the first cycle obtained an average value of 2.10 or 52.63% in the sufficient category. From the results of observation in the first cycle the researcher got several obstacles, then made repairs or improvements both at the planning stage, namely the RPP until the implementation stage in the second cycle. The results of observations in the second cycle obtained an average value of 3.02 or 75.52% in the good category. Therefore there was an increase in the character value of student responsibility from the pre-cycle stage to the second cycle of 1.46 or 36.57%. This proved that the CTL approach can improve the character of the responsibility of class I students at MI I’Anatusshibyan 1.

Abstract

Purpose This research aims to find out, analyze and describe how much Profitability and Solvency have a partial and simultaneous influence on financial performance. The independent variables in this research are Profitability as measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM) and solvency as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while the dependent variable used in this research is Financial Performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study was 19 Telecommunications Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2019-2022. Methods, this research sample used a purposive sampling method, thereby obtaining 10 Telecommunications Sub-Sector companies that met the criteria. Result, the research results show that partial Profitability has a significant effect on Financial Performance with a significant value of 0.0000 < 0.05 and Solvency has no significant effect on Financial Performance with a significant value of 0.2515 > 0.05. Finding, Simultaneously Profitability, and Solvency have a significant effect on Financial Performance with a significant value of 0.000000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Generation Z's perceptions of communication ethics in delivering messages on social media. Using a quantitative approach, the research was conducted with active students at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The study employed multistage sampling, selecting 394 students from eight faculties: FIPP, FISHIPOL, FIKK, FT, FMIPA, FBSB, FEB, and FV. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The validity test indicated that six out of 32 items were invalid, leaving 26 valid items for further analysis. The reliability test yielded a coefficient of 0.858, signifying high reliability. Descriptive percentage statistical techniques were used for data analysis. Results showed that 51% of students had a high perception of communication ethics, while 49% had a low perception. Key aspects of communication ethics assessed included politeness in language, avoiding emotional triggers, caution in posting information, refraining from offensive content related to ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations, and discretion in sharing personal photos. The study concludes that although most students display ethical awareness in their social media communication, nearly half still need improvement. It recommends enhancing educational programs and awareness initiatives to promote stronger ethical practices among Generation Z.

Abstract

This research is aiming at determining whether there is significant different grade on (1) learning motivation, (2) learning achievement and (2) learning motivation and achievement simultaneously on the students’ who are taught by using games and board number on the topic multiplication and division for the fifth grade at MI Ma’arif Cekok Babadan Ponorogo. It employed pretest-posttest control group quasy experimental design. It was assigned 17 students in A class and 13 students in B class as sample by using cluster random sampling from 60 students as population. Test and questionnaire were utilized as data collection technique and its results was analyzed by T-test and MANOVA by using SPSS 23 for Windows. The finding showed that (1) there is significant different learning motivation from the students who are taught by using games and board number as proved by the result of significant value of t-test which is lower than 0.05 at the value of 0.038 partially (2) there is significant different learning achievement from the students who are taught by using games and board number as it is showed by significant point of t-test which is lower than 0.05 at the value of 0.037 partially, and (3) there is simultaneous significant different grade on learning motivation and learning achievement from the students who are taught by using games and board number as proved by the result of significant value of MANOVA which is lower than 0.05 at the value of 0.03 and 0.02 respectively. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan (1) motivasi (2) prestasi dan (3) motivasi dan prestasi Matematika materi operasi hitung perkalian dan pembagian pada siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode permainan dengan papan angka dengan yang tidak menggunakan pada kelas 5 di MI Ma’arif Cekok Babadan Ponorogo. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif eksperimen jenis experimental semu (pretestposttest control group design). Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, dan hasilnya adalah kelas Va sebanyak 17 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas Vb sebanyak 13 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data melalui tes dan angket. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji T dan uji MANOVA yang dilakukan dengan bantuan komputer aplikasi SPSS 23 for windows 8. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui (1) adanya perbedaan motivasi belajar antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu 0,038 < 0,05. (2) Adanya perbedaan prestasi belajar antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi yang telah ditetapkankan, yaitu 0,037 < 0,05. (3) Adannya perbedaan motivasi dan prestasi belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang diperoleh dalam uji MANOVA yaitu sebesar 0.03 untuk variabel motivasi, dan sebesar 0,02 untuk variabel prestasi belajar, dimana kedua nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi yang telah ditentukan, yaitu 0,03 < 0,05 dan 0,02 < 0,05.

Abstract

Persoalan gugatan batas usia capres-cawapres di Mahkamah Konstitusi menjadi salah satu isu kontroversial yang mempengaruhi dinamika politik di Indonesia. Isu ini banyak diberitakan oleh media, termasuk akun berita Instagram @narasinewsroom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana @narasinewsroom membingkai putusan batas usia capres-cawapres di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing model Gamson dan Modigliani. Objek penelitian adalah pemberitaan terkait putusan batas usia capres-cawapres yang dipublikasikan oleh @narasinewsroom pada periode 11 Oktober 2023 hingga 22 November 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberitaan di akun Instagram @narasinewsroom cenderung membingkai putusan batas usia capres-cawapres dengan kecenderungan mengkritik keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Hal ini terlihat dari pemilihan narasumber yang memiliki pandangan kritis terhadap keputusan tersebut serta konstruksi berita yang menyoroti dampak negatifnya terhadap sistem demokrasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bantul terletak di zona seismik aktif, di mana pergeseran lempeng tektonik sering menyebabkan gempa bumi. Kesesuaian lahan permukiman sangat mempengaruhi besaran dampak bencana gempa bumi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). dengan teknik skoring dan overlay. AHP digunakan untuk pembobotan tiap parameter dalam pengambilan keputusan, sementara SIG berperan penting dalam menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan berdasarkan parameter yang ditentukan. Berdasarkan analisis AHP yang dilakukan, didapatkan nilai pengaruh untuk tiap parameter: 63.72% kemiringan lereng, 14.12% kerawanan gempa bumi, 9.63% jarak kedekatan terhadap sesar Kali Opak, 7.93% jenis tanah, dan 4.59% intensitas curah hujan. Hasil overlay peta klasifikasi dari skoring tiap parameter menunjukkan kesesuaian lahan permukiman di Kabupaten Bantul terbagi atas empat kelas yakni tinggi, sedang, rendah, dan sangat rendah.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of instructional design innovations in an effort to improve student learning performance. The focus of the study is on the learning materials and the methods. The Introductory of Accounting course was taken as the object of study because it is a compulsory subject at the Faculty of Business. Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) and Scaffolding Theory were employed in explaining and developing the hypotheses. This study examined student learning performance gaps on instructional design innovation through learning materials (mathematics vs traditional) and scaffolding (soft vs hard). This study adopted a 2 x 2 experimental design involving 166 new undergraduate students at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta in Indonesia. The research findings demonstrated that the instructional design of mathematics-based accounting learning effectively improve student learning performance during distance learning. Meanwhile, the use of scaffolding did not generate any significant differences in student learning performance during distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing online impulsive buying amongst Generation Z female employees, using electronic word-of-mouth and subjective well-being. The subjects in this study were 384 female employees who fall into the Generation Z category. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique, with the age criteria ranging from 17 to 28 years. The data collection instruments used the Online Impulsive Buying scale, the Electronic Word-of-Mouth scale, and the Subjective Well-Being scale. The data analysis method used the simple linear regression to test the first and second hypotheses and the multiple linear regression to examine the third hypothesis. The results indicated that electronic word-of-mouth contributed 8.4% to online impulsive buying, with the remaining 91.6% influenced by other unobserved variables. The impact of subjective well-being on online impulsive buying was 7%, while the remaining 93% was influenced by other unobserved variables. Both electronic word-of-mouth and subjective well-being influenced online impulsive buying by 11.7%, while 88.3% was influenced by factors not involved in this study. These results suggest that the first, second, and third hypotheses are valid. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi online impulsive buying pada karyawati generasi Z ditinjau dari electronic word of mouth dan subjective well-being. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawati yang masuk dalam kategori generasi Z sebanyak 384 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria usia berkisar 17-28 tahun. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala online impulsive buying, skala electronic word of mouth, dan skala subjective well-being. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis pertama dan kedua adalah dengan menerapkan uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis ketiga. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan electronic word of mouth terhadap online impulsive buying sebesar 8,4% dan sisanya sebesar 91,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kontribusi subjective well-being terhadap online impulsive buying sebesar 7% dan sisanya 93% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Electronic word of mouth dan subjective well-being berpengaruh pada online impulsive buying sebesar 11,7%, sedang 88,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis pertama, kedua, dan ketiga diterima.

Abstract

Probolinggo is one of the areas traversed by an active fault, namely the Probolinggo Fault. As an area that is prone to earthquake disasters, Probolinggo needs to have an earthquake hazard modeling as a mitigation effort to minimize the impact of an earthquake that occurs in the future. Earthquake hazard modeling is a multidisciplinary science that aims to predict earthquakes, and the ground shaking they produce. One method that can be used is Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis (PSHA). This study aims to analyze the earthquake hazard in Probolinggo area using the PSHA method as an effort to mitigate earthquake prone areas. The data used is historical earthquake data from the Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) for the 1973-2020 period with a magnitude of Mw ≥ 5, a depth of 0-300 km, and a radius of 300 km from the study area. The earthquake source model used includes megathrust, faults, and background earthquake sources. Three sets of Ground Motion Prediction Equation (GMPE) were used for each earthquake source. PSHA was performed for the condition of a 2% probability of being exceeded in 50 years. The average shear wave velocity to a depth of 30 m (Vs30) from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) were used to model the peak ground acceleration on the surface. The results showed that the peak ground acceleration (PGA) at bedrock ranged from 0.27 to 0.71 g. PGA at the surface (PGAM) ranges from 0.27 to 0.83 g. The distribution of the amplification value in Probolinggo area is 1.02 to 1.12. The earthquake hazard analysis obtained shows that the northern part of the Probolinggo area has a higher earthquake hazard than the southern part. The results of the study can be used as consideration in regional development based on earthquake risk reduction.
