Abstract

Abstrak. Saluran irigasi Sugih yang terletak di Desa Cibedug, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kabupaten Bogor sudah tidak dapat berfungsi pasca terjadinya longsoran di kawasan tersebut pada akhir tahun 2020. Longsoran tersebut sampai saat ini belum dilakukan perbaikan. Ratusan hektar sawah di Kp. Turki Rt 01 Rw 03 Desa Cibedug dipastikan gagal panen pada musim ini. Saluran irigasi Sugih yang diandalkan oleh warga untuk mengairi sawahnya terputus akibat bencana longsor. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis sifat fisis dan mekanis tanah di saluran irigasi Sugih Desa Cibedug, Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor serta melakukan analisis stabilitas lereng dengan Metode Bishop Disederhanakan (Simplified Bishop Method) dan menggunakan aplikasi Autocad 2018 untuk mendapatkan perencanaan stabilitas lereng dan timbunan tanah yang diperlukan. Hasil analisis sifat fisis, mekanis didapatkan nilai parameter tanah. Berat isi tanah kering (gdry) 13,60 kN/m3, berat isi (g) rata rata sebesar 2,18 gr/cm3, nilai sudut nilai geser tanah (f) sebesar 26,19˚ dan nilai lekatan antara partikel tanah kohesi (c) sebesar 0,09 kN/m2,pada software Autocad 2018 didapatkan dimensi lereng 1 : 1, volume galian sebesar 1.594 m3,timbunan sebesar 1.830,26 m3 dan luasan longsoran sebesar 1.000,30 m2. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan Metode Bishop Disederhanakan didapatkan nilai faktor keamanan (safety factor) 1,83 sehingga lereng yang direncanakan tersebut stabil.Embankment Slope Stability Planning for Sugih Irrigation Channel Improvement, Cibedug Village, Ciawi District, Bogor RegencyAbstract. The Sugih irrigation channel which is located in Cibedug Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency is no longer functioning after the landslide occurred in the area at the end of 2020. Until now, the landslide has not been repaired. Hundreds of hectares of rice fields in Kp. Turki Rt 01 Rw 03, Cibedug Village is confirmed to have failed crops this season. The Sugih irrigation channel that residents rely on to irrigate their fields was cut off due to landslides. The purpose of the study was to analyze the physical and mechanical properties of the soil in the Sugih irrigation channel of Cibedug Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency and to analyze the slope stability using the simplified Bishop method and use the Autocad 2018 application to obtain the required slope stability and soil fill plan. The results of the analysis of physical and mechanical properties obtained soil parameter values. Dry soil fill weight (gdry) 13.60 kN/m3, bulk density (g) average of 2.18 g/cm3, angular value of soil shear value (f) of 26.19˚ and the value of coherence between cohesion soil particles (c) 0.09 kN/m2, in the Autocad 2018 software a 1: 1 slope dimension is obtained the excavation volume of 1,594 m3, an embankment of 1,830.26 m3 and landslide area of 1,000.30 m2. Based on calculations using the simplified Bishop Method, it is obtained the value of the safety factor (safety factor) 1.83 so that the planned slope is stable.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman, Kota Depok berencana melakukan rekonstruksi bangunan Pasar Tugu untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana dibidang perekonomian. Kegiatan tersebut akan memiliki dampak lingkungan dan sosial bagi masyarakat sehingga diperlukan kajian dampak lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan rona awal di lokasi penelitian dan untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis kajian dampak lingkungan dan cara penanggulangan dalam meminimalisasi dampak yang terjadi pada saat tahap pra konstruksi, tahap konstruksi, dan tahap operasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kondisi rona awal lingkungan pada lokasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan di lokasi penelitian dalam kategori baik, baik dari segi komponen kualitas udara ambien dan kebisingan maupun komponen kualitas air tanah dan pada setiap kegiatan mulai dari tahap pra konstruksi, konstruksi, hingga tahap operasi, masing-masing tahap memiliki dampak positif dan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Dampak negatif yang terjadi dapat diminimalkan dengan melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan yang baik pada setiap tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari tahap pra konstruksi hingga tahap operasi agar terciptanya suatu konstruksi yang ramah lingkungan.Environmental Impact Assessment on the Reconstruction of Facilities and Infrastructure for Pasar Tugu, Depok CityAbstract. Department of Housing and Settlements, Depok City plans to reconstruct the Pasar Tugu building, Depok City to improve facilities and infrastructure in the economic sector. These activities will have environmental and social impacts on the community so an environmental impact study is needed. The purpose of this study is to know the environmental baseline conditions at the research location and to obtain the results of environmental impact analysis and countermeasures in minimizing the impacts that occur during the pre-construction, construction, and operation stages. The method used in this research is a survey method. The results of this study are the environmental baseline conditions at the research location indicate that the environmental quality at the research location is in a good category in terms of the ambient air quality and noise components and groundwater quality components and in every activity starting from the pre-construction stage, construction, to the operation stage, each stage has a positive impact and a negative impact on the environment. The negative impacts that occur can reduce good environmental management at every stage of the activity starting from the construction stage to the operation stage in order to make an environmentally friendly construction.

Abstract

Buskita Transpakuan is mass transportation in Bogor City which is increasingly in demand by the wider community. Based on this, a study on determining tariffs using the Ability to Pay and Willingness to Pay methods was carried out. This study aims to determine the applicable rates for Transpakuan BTS. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that analyzes numerical data (numbers) and then analyzes it to conclude. The results showed (Ability to Pay) greater than Rp. 4180.00 from the WTP (Willingness to Pay) Rp. 4,000.00 occurs because users have higher paying abilities but satisfaction with the services used is still low so user willingness is relatively low, so service improvements are needed, and for the results the current decent tariff is Rp. 4,090.00 if rounded up to Rp. 4000.00. The service improvement priority desired by Buskita Transpakuan Corridor 6 passengers is the comfort aspect, followed by the safety aspect. The acquisition of headway values ​​on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays on 9 Buskita Transpakuan Corridor 6 Bogor City transportation routes that pass through the Parung Bison - Air Mancur route has met the indicator standards because the average headway value of 8.1 minutes, the ideal rating of 5-10 minutes. This was influenced by the level of transportation operations, the majority of which were still high.

Abstract

Roads are land transportation infrastructure that is very important in facilitating economic relations and other social activities. If road damage occurs, it will not only result in the obstruction of other economic and social activities but can also cause accidents for road users. The aim of this research is to explain the types of damage to the surface layer of flexible pavement and to find out the index value of the pavement condition index for Jalan Kreteg-Lebak Jaya based on the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method so that the results can be used in preparing road maintenance programs. The results of this research in segment 1 showed 4 types of damage, namely edge cracks, patches, holes, weathering, and loose granules, with a PCI value of 22, very poor pavement conditions using this type of treatment. reconstruction/recycling. In segment 2, there were 4 types of damage, namely edge cracks, patches, holes, weathering, and loose granules with a PCI value of 26 in poor pavement conditions using the type of reconstruction or recycling treatment. In segment 3, there were 3 types of damage: holes, slip cracks, weathering, and loose granules with a PCI value of 46. Fair pavement conditions using reconstruction or recycling treatment in segment 4, there were 4 types of damage, namely crocodile skin cracks, edge cracks, holes, weathering, and loose granules, with a PCI value of 29 for poor pavement conditions using the type of reconstruction or recycling treatment.

Abstract

Transportation infrastructure in the form of roads holds an important role in mass mobility. Sustainable usage combined with the increase in vehicle volume can lead to road damage, which eventually affects its construction condition and has implications for quality, comfort, safety, and traffic flow. Therefore, periodic analysis of road surface damage is crucial to determine whether the road is in good condition or requires repair and maintenance. Jalan Raya Ciherang in Bogor Regency is categorized as a busy district road, with a length of 2 km, serving as a secondary local road. The Surface Distress Index (SDI) and International Roughness Index (IRI) methods were used to assess the road surface condition. By comparing visual assessments and using the Roadroid application, the results were more effective in determining the level of damage and finding appropriate actions to solve the problem. The analysis showed that the average percentage of road damage using the SDI and IRI methods, the highest percentage of SDI values indicates a good condition at 50%, while the highest percentage of IRI values indicates a combination of good and fair conditions, both at 37.50%. Referring to the data on determining the type of road condition management from Bina Marga, 2011, it was necessary to perform routine maintenance. According to information from Kebina-Margaan, and Dinas Pekerjaan Umum 2007 regarding road service conditions, Jalan Raya Ciherang falls into the category of Mantap service condition.

Abstract

Minat masyarakat Kota Bogor menggunakan layanan transportasi massal BisKita Trans Pakuan semakin meningkat, ditandai dengan terus meningkatnya load faktor pada bulan September 2022 sudah sampai 101%. Besarnya load faktor membuktikan bahwa masyarakat Kota Bogor masih percaya terhadap angkutan umum. Wali Kota Bogor Bima Arya Sugiarto mengatakan, Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) Kementerian Perhubungan telah meminta Pemerintah Kota Bogor untuk melakukan kajian Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) sebelum menetapkan tarif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pengguna BTS Trans pakuan koridor 1 dan menganalisis tarif berdasarkan analisis ATP dan WTP. Hasil analisis ATP dan WTP menunjukan bahwa analisis penentuan tarif BTS Trans Pakuan koridor 1 dengan metode Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) didapat nilai ATP sebesar Rp3.920 dan nilai WTP sebesar Rp4.155, dimana hasil ATP<WTP. Hal ini memungkinkan terjadi bagi pengguna yang mempunyai penghasilan relatif rendah tetapi utilitas terhadap jasa tersebut sangat tinggi, sehingga keinginan pengguna untuk membayar jasa tersebut cenderung lebih dipengaruhi oleh utilitas. Untuk penetapan tarif yang layak untuk saat ini adalah sebesar Rp4.038. Survei nilai headway rata-rata adalah 6,54 menit, dimana hasil tersebut telah sesuai dengan standar penilaian ideal 5-10 menit. Prioritas paling tinggi dalam pelayanan Biskita Trans Pakuan koridor 1 adalah aspek keteraturan, diikuti dengan aspek kenyamanan.

Abstract

The rapid population growth in Indonesia has also increased the need for housing, according to data from the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) as of June 30, 2020, 268,583,016 people. The Ministry of PUPR said that housing needs in Indonesia are still high, to fulfill them not only from the state budget, but must work together with banks, developers, and local governments. Structural analysis carried out on a one-story compartment type residential building located in one Sentul Indah Residence (SIR) housing block in the Bogor Regency area is very important to ensure that building users are in a safe condition. The research was conducted by testing the concrete quality (fc) of existing columns, beams, and obtained concrete quality values sequentially of 30 MPa, 25 MPa, then modeling the existing structure using the ETABS application and obtained the results that the loads acting on the building and the combination of loads based on SNI were declared safe against the influence of external forces on the building by not finding structural elements that experienced over strenght (O/S). The results of the structural analysis plan based on SNI obtained the dimensions of a residential building with a size of 30 meters x 60 meters, reinforced concrete structure. The concrete material used is concrete with a quality (fc) of 30 Mpa. Column dimensions 20x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-70, beam dimensions 15x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-100.

Abstract

Mosques serve as a place of worship and foster Muslims who live around the mosque, so the function of this can give a positive impact for Muslims' life. Mosques also function as a place for developing people's activities from the time of Prophet Muhammad to the present. It certainly plays important roles so the condition of the mosque, especially the interior, needs to have comfort element in order to get more solemnity when carrying out those activities. Mosque Al-Hidayah is located in Kampung Belentuk RT 001 RW 001, Kelurahan Cimahpar, Kecamatan Bogor Utara, Kota Bogor. This Belentuk village area has a land area of 23 hectares with a Muslim population of 1571 and 807 of them are men. This village has three mosques which Masjid Al-Hidayah is one of them. At this time, mosque Al-Hidayah has land area of 339 m2 with a building area of 128,9 m2 so that the room capacity can only accommodate 106 people. The number of men of Kampun Belantuk are divided into those three mosques of the village, even so, Mosque Al-Hidayah is not able to accommodate the number of people especially on Friday prayer because the number of worshipers is more than the current capacity of the mosque. The result of the analysis shows the need for prayer space is 330 m2 to accommodate 270 worshipers in prayer activities, especially Friday prayers, then the result of the analysis of the existing concrete structure were carried out by means of a concrete bounce test using the Hammer test, it is known that the average value of the concrete quality in the column is fc'=13.34 MPa, the block is equal to fc'=14.41 MPa. It indicates that the quality of the existing concrete of the Al-Hidayah Mosque does not meet the requirements of SNI 2847-2019 Article 19.2 concerning the minimum allowable normal concrete quality, then the design is carried out according to space requirements and a structural analysis is carried out on the planned design. The planned design is based on the existing space and land requirements which are 15 m x 14 m with a height of 3.5 m per floor and structural analysis is declared safe.

Abstract

Penambahan campuran kaolin sebesar 5% sampai 15% mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja beton antara 0,15 % sampai dengan 30 % dari kuat tekan beton normal. Pemanasan 100oC, pemberian campuran kaolin sebesar 5% sampai 15% mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja beton sebesar 10% sampai 36 % dari kuat tekan beton normal. Pemanasan 150oC, pemberian campuran kaolin sebesar 5% sampai 15% mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja beton sebesar 7% sampai 38 % dari kuat tekan beton normal. Pemanasan 100oC dan 150oC, mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja sebesar 0.62% sampai 5.5% dari kuat tekan rata-rata beton tanpa pemanasan. Campuran beton kaolin 5 %, pemanasan 100oC dan 150oC, mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja sebesar 10% sampai 12% dari kuat tekan rata-rata beton tanpa pemanasan. Campuran beton kaolin 10 %, pemanasan 100oC dan 150oC, mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja sebesar 2% sampai 10% dari kuat tekan rata-rata beton tanpa pemanasan. Abstract

Abstrak: Pemeriksaan hasil pemadatan timbunan tanah dilakukan sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan manajemen kualitas di lokasi proyek. Pengujian timbunan tanah dilakukan dengan metode konus pasir dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kepadatan relatif tanah apabila dibandingkan dengan hasil pengujian kepadatan tanah di laboratorium dengan metode Proctor. Dari 3 (tiga) titik pengujian, hasil uji berat isi kering di lapangan (gdry(lap)) memberikan nilai sebesar 1,16 – 1,36 g/cm3, jauh lebih kecil daripada hasil pengujian kepadatan tanah laboratorium (gdry(max)) dengan nilai sebesar 1,44 – 1,52 g/cm3. Dengan kepadatan relatif (DR) sebesar 78,7% - 94,2%, hasil pemadatan di lapangan dinyatakan tidak diterima. Setelah dilakukan proses pemadatan ulang di lokasi pekerjaan, nilai berat isi kering di lapangan (gdry(lap)) berubah menjadi 1,16 – 1,17 g/cm3, dan hasil pengujian kepadatan tanah laboratorium (gdry(max)) menghasilkan nilai sebesar 1,22 – 1,23 g/cm3, sehingga besar kepadatan relatif tanah (DR) adalah sebesar 94,3% - 95,9%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, pelaksanaan pemadatan tanah di lapangan dapat diterima.Abstract: Inspection of the results of compaction of soil embankment is carried out as part of the implementation of quality management at the project site. Soil density test on site is carried out using the sand cone method to determine the relative density of the soil when compared with the soil density test results in the laboratory using the standard Proctor method. From the 3 (three) test points, field dry density results (gdry(lap)) give a value of 1.16 - 1.36 g / cm3, much smaller than the laboratory soil density test results ((gdry(max))) with a value of 1.44 - 1.52 g / cm3. With a relative density (DR) of 78.7% - 94.2%, the results of compaction in the field were not accepted. After the compaction process is carried out, the soil dry density (gdry(lap)) changes to 1.16 - 1.17 g / cm3, and with the laboratory soil density test results (gdry(max)) value of 1 .22 - 1.23 g/cm3, so that the relative soil density (DR) was 94.3% - 95.9%.
