Abstract

Pengelolaan Air Asam Tambang (AAT) merupakan isu penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan sektor pertambangan. Aktivitas pertambangan yang tidak terkendali dapat menghasilkan AAT melalui oksidasi mineral sulfida, yang berdampak pada penurunan kualitas air, kerusakan ekosistem, serta peningkatan emisi karbon dioksida (CO₂) dan sulfur dioksida (SO₂). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pengelolaan AAT di Indonesia dan keterkaitannya dengan pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 6 (Air Bersih dan Sanitasi Layak) dan SDG 13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (library research) melalui analisis hasil penelitian, laporan lembaga internasional, dan regulasi nasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tambang besar telah menerapkan sistem pengelolaan AAT yang relatif baik, sementara perusahaan skala menengah dan kecil masih menghadapi keterbatasan teknologi, biaya, dan pengawasan. Lemahnya penegakan hukum serta koordinasi antarinstansi menyebabkan kebijakan lingkungan belum optimal, sehingga pencemaran air dan emisi karbon dari sektor pertambangan tetap tinggi. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan, penegakan hukum yang tegas, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru mengenai integrasi antara instrumen hukum dan pendekatan teknologi dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pertambangan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan serta mengidentifikasi kendala dalam pengembangan Museum Buya Hamka sebagai destinasi pariwisata edukasi di Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pihak pengelola, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, serta pengunjung museum, dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa museum ini telah memenuhi aspek edukatif melalui penyediaan pemandu dan informasi sejarah tokoh Buya Hamka. Namun, pengelolaan masih menghadapi hambatan seperti kurangnya fasilitas penunjuk jalan, rendahnya minat wisatawan lokal akibat promosi yang belum maksimal, serta adanya penjualan buku bajakan di sekitar museum. Permasalahan ini menunjukkan belum optimalnya dukungan infrastruktur dan penegakan hukum sesuai amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan aksesibilitas, promosi terpadu, dan pengawasan terhadap pelanggaran kekayaan intelektual agar Museum Buya Hamka dapat berfungsi optimal sebagai wisata edukasi yang bermakna

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kota Padang dalam meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat sebagai respons terhadap pemberitaan negatif terkait isu gempa megathrust. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi media daring serta kebijakan pemerintah. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, mencakup pejabat Diskominfo, akademisi, pakar hukum, dan warga aktif digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diskominfo memanfaatkan alat analisis sentimen untuk memantau persepsi publik dan mendeteksi potensi hoaks secara real-time. Strategi komunikasi dilakukan melalui penyebaran konten edukatif di berbagai platform digital, kolaborasi lintas sektor, serta pemantauan interaksi media sosial sebagai indikator efektivitas pesan. Upaya ini telah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap literasi digital, meskipun sebagian komunitas masih rentan terhadap disinformasi. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi berbasis data yang diadopsi oleh Diskominfo efektif dalam membentuk opini publik yang lebih rasional dan sadar bencana.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi merupakan bagian penting dalam pelayanan rumah sakit karena menjadi pintu awal interaksi serta membangun penilaian mutu pelayanan oleh kelaurga pasien secara keseluruhan. Analisa kualitas pelayanan administrasi yang mempengaruhi kepuasan keluarga pasien rawat inap peserta BPJS di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang menjadi tujuan penelitian. Implementasi metode kuantitatif berdasarkan desai survei asosiatif dilakukan pada penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data via kuesioner kepada 106 responden terpilih melalui simple random sampling method. Variabel kualitas pelayanan administrasi diukur berdasarkan lima dimensi SERVQUAL, yaitu tangible, responsiveness, empathy, reliability dan assurance. Pengukuran kepuasan keluarga pasien menggunakan indikator Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat sesuai Permenpan RB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017. Analisis deskriptif menghasilkan temuan bahwa kualitas pelayanan administrasi termasuk berkategori baik, dengan skor rata-rata terendah pada reliability dan tertinggi pada assurance. Sementara itu, kualitas pelayanan administrasi berpengaruh siginifikan dan positif pada kepuasan keluarga pasien berdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai β = 0,479; t = 5,363; p < 0,05 dan kategori hubungannya di tingkat sedang (R = 0,465). Koefisien determinasi (R2) bernilai 0,209 mengindikasikan kontribusi kualitas pelayanan administrasi di angka 20,9% terhadap kepuasan keluarga pasien. Kesimpulannya, kualitas pelayanan administrasi memegang kontribusi yang penting untuk menaikkan kepuasan keluarga pasien di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang namun masih memerlukan adanya peningkatan berkelanjutan pada pelayanan administrasi, terutama dalam aspek keandalan dan ketepatan waktu agar kepuasan keluarga pasien rawat inap semakin meningkat dan konsisten.

Abstract

Public satisfaction is an important indicator in government agencies' assessment of the success and effectiveness of public services. Satisfaction reflects the extent to which the government has succeeded in meeting the needs and expectations of citizens and can be the basis for the improvement and development of policies that are more in line with community needs. This study analyzes the effect of transformative services and managerial roles on community satisfaction at the Payakumbuh Public Service Mall. The study employed a quantitative research design with an associative approach, utilizing data collected from 220 participants selected through simple random sampling methodology. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was conducted using AMOS software to examine the hypothesized causal relationships among the constructs. The results showed that transformative services and the role of managers have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. The findings emphasize the importance of implementing transformative services and active managerial roles in improving public satisfaction with public services. This research provides valuable insights for public service managers to optimize service quality and managerial roles in meeting community expectations.

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Nagari (PAN), or Village-Generated Revenue, is a crucial indicator in promoting development and economic self-sufficiency at the village level, including in Nagari Padang Laweh, Sungai Tarab Subdistrict. The Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag), or Village-Owned Enterprises, plays a strategic role in enhancing PAN through the management of productive, locally oriented business units. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of BUMNag Padang Laweh in increasing PAN by examining performance achievements, management integration, and adaptive strategies. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation over the period 2022–2024. The findings indicate that BUMNag management is effective, as evidenced by the cattle fattening business unit contributing an average of 70% of the PAN target, the implementation of financial transparency, and flexible fund management. Management integration operates optimally through synergy among village policies, government capital support, and active community participation in deliberation and oversight. Adaptive strategies, such as annual evaluations, business diversification, and budget efficiency, have enabled BUMNag to maintain its contribution to PAN despite challenges related to limited capital, human resources, and market dynamics. This study underscores the central role of BUMNag as a driver of the local economy capable of sustainably increasing village revenue.

Abstract

Community empowerment, particularly of rural women, plays a vital role in enhancing both economic and social well-being. However, limited access to resources, training, and markets remains a key obstacle to fully realizing the potential of women farmers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of community empowerment through Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT, or Women Farmers’ Groups) in Jorong Pulau Air Barat, Nagari Tandikat, Patamuan Subdistrict, Padang Pariaman Regency, by examining three main aspects: enabling (creating supportive conditions), empowering (strengthening capacity and participation), and protecting (safeguarding institutional sustainability and social solidarity). A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews with KWT members and village officials, and documentation of group activities. The findings reveal that the enabling aspect has been implemented through local government support and recognition, although challenges remain in post-harvest facilities and market access. The empowering aspect is reflected in improved skills, confidence, and member participation following training programs. The protecting aspect is manifested through internal group regulations, regular mentoring, and social solidarity that sustains institutional resilience. These findings affirm that group-based empowerment through KWT significantly contributes to strengthening the economic independence of rural women and reinforcing the social fabric of local communities.

Abstract

The implementation of the school-based management model (SBM) has not been able to meet the demands of child-friendly school indicators, the average implementation of child-friendly school indicators in SDs in Tanah Datar district in 2019 was 34.38% which can be interpreted as not being implemented properly, library space is not adequate, do not have labor, the UKS room is not adequate, the school canteen is not healthy, the worship space is still lacking, the toilets for students are not adequate. The study aimed to develop the validity of a valid child-friendly school management model based on Minangkabau natural cultural values. The method used is research and development (R&D), the model used is ADDIE. The results of the study on the child-friendly school management model based on the Minangkabau natural culture values from the product validity test based on the validation of the model instrument obtained an average score of 3.67 which was declared "Valid" and while the results of the validation of the Mesra-Sisnibam model book get an average of 3.93 or are in the "valid" category, thus the validation of the child-friendly school management model based on Minangkabau natural cultural values is very suitable for use in the learning process in SDs.

Abstract

This research is based on the background that in general the indicators of child-friendly schools have not been implemented properly. The implementation of Child-Friendly Schools is by the indicators of child-friendly schools in SD in Tanah Datar Sub-district in 2019 obtained 34.38% which can be interpreted that services for the fulfillment of children's rights are not implemented properly. good. This study aims to develop a design of a child-friendly SD management model based on Minangkabau natural cultural values. The research method is development research using the ADDIE model. Data were collected through questionnaires, validation widths, and interviews. Then quantitative data was obtained using descriptive statistics, and qualitative data using data analysis techniques suggested by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study design the development of a Child-Friendly School Management Model Based on Minangkabau Natural Cultural Values named MESRA-SISNIBAM. In the MESRA-SISNIBAM model, management functions are integrated with Minangkabau Natural cultural values to meet children's basic needs (children's interests, non-discrimination, child participation, and protection from violence).

Abstract

Public service is a crucial factor in the government’s efforts to meet the needs and expectations of society. However, challenges such as slow service, convoluted procedures, and limited facilities are still commonly encountered in practice, including in Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency, which has led to low levels of community satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on community satisfaction in the area. A quantitative method with an associative approach was employed. The study population consisted of 698 household heads, with a sample of 254 respondents determined using Slovin’s formula at a 5% margin of error. Sampling was conducted through proportional stratified random sampling, and data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, with a t-value of 8.377 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.218 indicates that service quality contributes 21.8% to community satisfaction. The regression equation obtained is Y = 15.368 + 0.350X. These findings confirm that the better the service quality provided by nagari officials, the higher the level of community satisfaction. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving staff competence, enhancing infrastructure, and implementing responsive and accountable public service standards to deliver high-quality and satisfactory services.
