Abstract

Penyampaian informasi mengenai tempat wisata tentu perlu media untuk menyampaikan. Pada perkemangan era digital saat ini kita dimudahkan untuk mencari atau melihat bagaimana pandangan dari pengujung atau wisatawan dari lokasi wisata yang ingin kita kunjungi dengan melihat ulasan pada Google Maps. Memungkinkan indentifikasi masalah dan pengembangan suatu lokasi wisata tersebut. Dengan adanya Teknik Aspect Based Sentiment Analysis atau ABSA, guna membantu kita bagaimana pandangan pengunjung lain terhadap lokasi wisata tersebut dengan mudah dipahami. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sentimen berdasarkan aspek–aspek yang diungkap dalam ulasan pengunjung yang telah berkunjung ke suatu lokasi wisata yang berada di ruang lingkup Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah pada Google Maps. Dengan mencari pola sentimen yang akurat dan mengidentifikasi aspek–aspek. Dalam pencarian aspek–aspek menggunakan metode Named Entity Recognition atau biasa disebut dengan NER dengan dibantu dengan teknik pemodelan topik Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) yang berguna untuk mengidentifikasi topik– topik relevan untuk dimasukkan kedalam kamus NER. Pelabelan sentimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan BERT, sementara evaluasi sentimen dan aspek dilakukan dengan menggunakan model BERT, LSTM, dan CNN. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola sentimen dan aspek dalam ulasan lokasi wisata di Kaliamantan Tengah menggunakan model BERT, LSTM, CNN. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model BERT lebih unggul dengan mencapai akurasi sentimen (98.02%) kemudian pada aspek Environment (98.21%), Historical (97.55%), Experience (99%), Attraction (97.81%), Location (98%), Nature (95.06%).

Abstract

Industri coffee shop terus berkembang pesat, tetapi mengelola ulasan online menjadi tantangan bagi pengelola bisnis dalam meningkatkan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen berbasis aspek dan deteksi emosi pada ulasan pelanggan Coffee Shop di Palangka Raya menggunakan deep learning. Data ulasan dari 103 Coffee Shop dikumpulkan melalui Google Maps dengan Instant Data Scraper dan diproses melalui pembersihan data, normalisasi teks, stopword, tokenisasi, dan stemming. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengklasifikasikan ulasan ke dalam aspek seperti Food and Drinks, Ambience, Place, dan Service serta mendeteksi emosi yang terkandung. Model deep learning yang digunakan adalah BERT dan LSTM. Hasil menunjukkan aspek "service" paling sering dibahas, diikuti oleh "place", "food and drinks", dan "ambience". Sentimen tertinggi adalah positif, diikuti negatif dan netral, dengan emosi dominan joy, anticipation, dan trust. Model BERT mencapai akurasi 99% dalam klasifikasi sentimen, memberikan kontribusi untuk memahami persepsi pelanggan terhadap layanan Coffee Shop serta menjadi referensi bagi pengelola untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan berdasarkan ulasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Healthcare services at Puskesmas Buntok often face challenges in managing patient queues, leading to long waiting times and decreased patient satisfaction. This study aims to design and implement an intelligent queue management system based on a website using FIFO (First In First Out) and Descending Priority Queue algorithms, as well as integrate wait time prediction using the Least Squares method in PHP Machine Learning. The software development methodology employed is the Waterfall model, encompassing requirement definition through flowchart creation, system and software design using UML (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram), implementation with PHP and MySQL, and system testing using black box testing and accuracy testing for the wait time prediction feature. The research results indicate that the developed intelligent queue system efficiently and effectively manages the order of patient services. The integration of wait time prediction provides accurate estimates, assists patients in planning their visits, and enhances the operational efficiency of the health center. System testing confirms that all functions operate as expected, making the website suitable for use as the official platform of Puskesmas Buntok. This implementation successfully improves the quality of healthcare services by reducing patient waiting times, increasing registration efficiency, and optimizing medical service processes through an innovative intelligent queue system

Abstract

AI ini telah menjadi salah satu topik hangat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan potensinya untuk merevolusi berbagai industri, termasuk pendidikan. Disisi lain, pendidikan adalah proses untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalani kehidupan yang sukses. Namun, opini publik tentang penggunaan AI dalam pendidikan berbeda. Beberapa orang mungkin melihatnya sebagai kemajuan yang baik yang dapat membantu siswa mempersiapkan diri untuk tantangan masa depan. Sementara yang lain mungkin khawatir tentang konsekuensi moral, konsekuensi sosial, atau bahkan apakah teknologi akan menggantikan pekerjaan manusia. Melalui analisis sentimen pada X, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencoba menemukan komponen yang mempengaruhi persepsi publik terhadap AI untuk pendidikan. Untuk dapat mengumpulkan data tersebut, menggunakan X harvest untuk melakukan crawling data pada X. Pada tahap klasifikasi menggunakan metode naïve bayes. Dari 327 data yang dianalisis, 82% mengekspresikan sentimen positif, 17% menunjukkan sentimen negatif, sementara hanya 1% bersifat netral. Dari ­confusion matrix ­yang dihasilkan, dapat diperoleh nilai akurasi, presisi, recall, dan skor f1. Metode naïve bayes menghasilkan accuracy sekitar 72,73%, precision sekitar 77,40%, recall sekitar 72,73%, dan f1-score sekitar 71,74%. Terbukti bahwa metode naïve bayes merupakan pengklasifikasi teks yang baik untuk menganalisis sentimen mengenai Analisis Sentimen Dampak Artificial Intelligence Untuk Pendidikan Pada X Menggunakan Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

Pearl Salon and Barbershop is a provider of services and services engaged in the body care of women and men in the city of Palangkaraya. Pearl Salon and Barbershop itself wants to increase the number of turnover and maintain customer loyalty pearl in the service and services in the field of body care by creating queue applications and ordering online. Building this application uses extreme programming (xp) method software development methodology, which has stages, Exploration phase, Planning phase, Iteration Phase, Production Phase, and Maintenance Phase. At the concept stage, namely by describing the project and analysis of the system to be made. The application and website creation phase of this study used Android Studio, Firebase, XML, Java, PHP, Javascript, CSS, and JSON. The tests performed on these applications and websites use a type of Black Box testing, where the Black Box testing focuses on the requirements or functional needs of the software created. With the construction of Pearl Salon and Barbershop application can produce a system of queues and bookers that facilitate customers salon and barbershop, and realize optimal service, so that the owner can increase the trust and income of the customer salon and barbershop itself

Abstract

A website based academic information system is indispensable for processing academic data such as processing data on subjects, grades, filling study plan cards, thus supporting the achievement of the vision, mission and academic goals of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, one of which is to provide education by optimizing the use of Information and Communication. Technology (ICT) for academic services. In designing the Academic Information System for the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, this Website-Based uses the waterfall method with stages, Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. The software used in building this website is Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and XAMPP. This website has been tested with blackbox testing which results that the features on the website can run well. Website-Based Design of Academic Information Systems for the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences This website was developed as an information medium that facilitates information such as study plan card data, study result cards, and class schedules that can facilitate lecturers and students in seeing the academic activities they carry out.

Abstract

Monitoring is an activity that aims to monitor or observe something. In monitoring an activity to be monitored manually, it still has to be monitored directly.The software methodology used for development is the prototype according to Pressman. In this modeling, there are stages, namely Communication, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of prototypes, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. At this stage of Communication, a Flowchart is made. At the Quick Design stage, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was made. In the Construction of prototype stage, interface design and programming are made using the Java language.Application Monitoring This activity data storage is created in the online database Firebase Realtime Database as a database, which uses JSON as data parsing, and Android studio is used for application development. There are several features including user login feature, homepage feature, group add feature, map monitoring feature, group attendance feature, member attendance list feature, and user profile feature.

Abstract

KONI Central Kalimantan is a branch of KONI Indonesia. One of the sports in Central Kalimantan is FPTI (Federal Rock Climbing Indonesia). During the decision making on the selection of athlete determinants at the Pre-Pon level, it is carried out by a manual analysis process by considering based on athlete data. To overcome this problem, a system for determining the location of determining athletes at the Pre-Pon level is needed. Therefore, a decision-making system was made using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The application of the fuzzy tsukamoto method is in the form of compiling systematic calculations to be carried out, so as to get a value as a comparison material for each athlete. The software development method uses the waterfall where the stages are system analysis and design, database design and interface design, implementation of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm from design into the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as databases, system testing using the Black box method. The application of a decision support system using the Fuzzy Method can help select athletes based on criteria such as endurance, technique, tactics and physicality. The information generated is 15 rock climbing athletes with 5 eligible status and 10 unfit for pre-pound level. The results of the system test show that this application is feasible and can be used according to manual and system trials, which obtained a comparison of 90% of the data with the same results.

Abstract

Announcement is a form of delivering information addressed to the general public. Announcement is a letter addressed to several people, agencies, or other parties whose names are too many to mention one by one. In the announcement in the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya, it still uses a manual system. In a way that is still manual, it takes a lot of time in the process. Like what students have to do, they have to come check the latest announcements, and see new announcements through Whatsapp groups and Telegram groups. Therefore, with this problem, in the process of solving it, an Announcement Bot was made at the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya on the Telegram Application which can complete the completion of finding the latest information by students. The stages of modeling the Announcement Bot in the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya in the Telegram Application using the waterfall research methodology. Where, this methodology has several stages, namely, requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing and operation. This Announcement Bot uses the Long Polling method. Where, this method the server will periodically check to the bot whether there is an incoming message. If there is an incoming message, the server will execute based on the request message sent by the user. Testing this system uses a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing system. The test results will be used as evidence that the software has been received and has met the requested requirements. This research produces an Announcement Bot at the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya on the Telegram Application that can help find information in the Department for Students.

Abstract

Kedai Nyoklat Classic Delisya Delicious is one of the business units engaged in beverages and snacks in the city of Palangka Raya. Based on the observations I made of this shop, at this time Kedai Nyoklat is experiencing difficulties in conveying information, because Kedai Nyoklat only uses Instagram social media to promote and is still not consistent in delivering information. Therefore, "Design and Build a Website for Micro and Small Business Development System at Kedai Nyoklat Classic Delisya Delicious" which serves as a promotional medium to introduce Kedai Nyoklat to the general public. The methodology used in designing and building this website is the waterfall method. This method was chosen because it has a sequential and organized structure so as to minimize errors that occur. This website uses Black Box Testing as a software testing method. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that "Designing a Website for Micro and Small Business Development System at Kedai Nyoklat Classic Delisya Delicious" was made with the aim of promoting the products sold to the wider community so that the income of this Nyoklat Shop will increase by attracting the interest of visitors who visit this website.
