Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan di desa masih tertinggal dibandingkan dengan di kota. Salah satu faktor utama adalah rendahnya minat guru di desa untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, khususnya teknolog AIi dalam memudahkan menulis artikel ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya para guru untuk lebih memahami esensi menulis artikel ilmiahberbasis teknologi AI. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakann yaitu menyelenggarakan pelatihan intes tentang tips dan trik untuk menulis artikel ilmiah dalam menuntaskan syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional guru. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sangat diperlukan teknik untuk memudahkan menulis artikel ilimiah bagi guru berbasis teknologi AI, dengan cara melaksanakan pelatihan menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis teknologi AI. Pelatihan ini diharapkan nantinya memiliki pemahaman akan pentingnya menulis artikel ilmiah serta mempunyai keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah sehingga bisa menerbitkan berbagai karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan teknologi AI. Pengabdian ini berimplikasi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan serta professional guru di masa depan agar tidak gagap teknologi.

Abstract

This paper contains an overview of learning Arabic in universities in the digital era. The points discussed are the use of technology in learning Arabic, the problem of learning methods and the assessment of learning outcomes. Technology of information is improving more and more sophisticated in line with the developing era. Smart learning is augmented with digital, context-aware, and adaptable technologies to encourage students to learn better and faster. To ensure that digital learning is successful and that implementation is efficient, it is critical that the dimensions of digital learning are arranged correctly. In this context, Arabic must be understood as an important part of the component in the planned effort to form an Islamic education. The existence of Arabic which in the understanding of education science is a tool for text investigation should be placed in the right position. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between understanding financing management (X1) and problem-solving abilities (X2) with the performance of school principals (Y) in the Bekasi district, both partially and together. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial T Test and F Test. The results showed that there was a relationship between variable X1 and variable Y where the tcount > ttable (7,402 > 1.652) and the relationship between X2 and Y variables with tcount > ttable (6,404 > 1.652). Whereas for the F Test where X1 and X2 are against Y, Fcount > Ftable which means X1 and X2 jointly affect Y. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between management understanding and problem-solving abilities with the performance of school principals both partially and collectively -The same.

Abstract

This research aims to learn how preacher coaching is handled in the community service program at STID Mohammad Natsir. A qualitative technique is used in this investigation. Using interviews, observations, and documentation to acquire data. Analysis of data with Miles and Huberman. Data and source triangulation are utilized to verify the accuracy of the data. The study found several problems. Some people thought the preachers were Wahhabis or Salafis because they didn't understand their da'wah's fiqh, and there was no guide to fiqh books of worship specifically for students. This program isn't working well because there isn't enough information about where preaching will take place. As a result, the incorrect people are sent to the wrong places, and there are budget issues. This study concludes that the da'i must be better managed, particularly when knowing fiqh, obtaining accurate location information, and creating a budget.

Abstract

Conflict management in the leadership of the principal aims to provide solutions to problems that arise in improving teacher performance. Good conflict management has a positive effect on community life, organization, and work atmosphere. This research is intended to describe existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. These can be forms, activities, characteristics, changes, relationships of similarities and differences between one phenomenon and another.This qualitative research uses a descriptive method, where research describes symptoms, events, events that occur now and focuses on actual problems as during the research. The results of this study include;  1) The role and function of the Head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance, among others; a) Involve teachers in upgrading, b) mobilize teachers to evaluate learning outcomes, c) Use learning time effectively. 2) Fator inhibitors include; a) Madrasah educators do not have much time to carry out coaching, b) Diversity of HR vision. Differences in perception often arise when competency coaching of educators (teachers) will be held.

Abstract

The efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering student morals have an important urgency in forming good character. The purpose of this study was to find out the concepts used by teachers in providing Islamic Religious Education to SDIT Almarjan Duta Indah Bekasi students. The research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study included class observation, teacher interviews, and document study. The subjects in this study were students of SDIT AlMarjan, Bekasi City. The results of the study show that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering student morals have positively impacted student character development. Teaching practices that involve interactive learning, the use of role models, and the use of religious values in the context of everyday life help students understand and internalize moral and ethical values. Thus, the implications of the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering student morals are very important in improving student character, strengthening religious identity, improving the quality of Islamic religious education, and contributing to the formation of a moral society.

Abstract

The use of a variety of new technologies in the learning process is getting stronger. The practice produces two general implications, positive and negative. This paper seeks to reveal the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers at the vocational high school level in increasing their digital competence amid the strengthening use of new technology in learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the development of teacher digital competence takes place through two stages. First, the stage of strengthening digital competence by following technical guidance on the management and use of ICT for Vocational High School (SMK) teachers develops it by self-learning through the use of YouTube, makes products in the form of Google Sites, and uses them in the learning process in class. Second, carry out post-guidance guidance programs for teachers and students at the school where the assignment is. The implications of the study are discussed within the framework of an independent curriculum. Practical advice for this study lies in the importance of integrating technical guidance, independent teacher learning, and collaboration between teachers as a basis for developing teacher competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the performance of public elementary school principals in Bekasi Regency is related to democratic leadership style and conflict management. This study uses correlational methodology and is quantitative. Researchers employed observation, questionnaires, interviews, and Correllation analysis to examine the data they collected. According to the study's findings, there is a relationship between democratic leadership style and school principal performance, with significance values of 0.001<0.05; there is also a relationship between conflict management and the principal's performance, with a significance value of 0.017<0.05; and there is a relationship between democratic leadership style and conflict management combined with the principal's performance, with significance values of 0.001<0.05. In summary, this study demonstrates that democratic leadership style and conflict management significantly affect school principal performance. The finding of this study suggests that in order to increase leadership efficiency and educational quality in schools, principals must develop abilities in democratic leadership and dispute resolution.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to prospective teachers of Islamic Religious Education at STIT NU Al Faraby Pangandaran in applying the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning method. The implementation of this service uses training and simulation methods including the provision of material, demonstrations, exercises, and simulations. Evaluation is carried out to determine the understanding and skills of trainees by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test then analyzed quantitatively with the calculation of N-Gain. The results of this service show that prospective teachers who are students of the PIAUD STIT NU Al Faraby Study Program can apply the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning method with all learning steps well. With this activity, it is hoped that in the future prospective PIAUD teacher students can apply the PBL method directly in teaching practice (Teaching Internship Activities) besides that it can also directly increase confidence in carrying out their teaching duties after graduating at their respective workplaces.
