Abstract

This research aims to study and analyse the determinant factors that become obstacles in the implementation of investment in South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research supported by several data such as observation data, interviews and policy documents. The results showed that the determinant factors that become obstacles in the implementation of investment in South Sulawesi Province are; (1) The number of Actors involved, both at the central and provincial and district/city levels, making communication in decision-making more complicated, (2) The inherent complexity of investment, which includes financing, procurement of machinery, procurement of raw materials and land acquisition, (3) The level of decision-making that is too long at the trilateral level and at the interchem level, both in the granting of principle licences, recommendations from relevant technical departments, licences to grant fiscal and non-fiscal facilities, both at the central, provincial and regency/municipal levels, (4) Time and leadership changes, changes in leadership (President, Minister, Governor and Regent/Mayor) resulting in policy changes and legal uncertainty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas lebih dalam mengenai tindak tutur ilokusi, fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi, serta sipat dan wujud ucapan yang ada dalam novel Budak Teuneung karya Samsoedi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif secara deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik kajian pustaka yang diolah dengan teknik analisis unsur langsung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kartu data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini terdapat 91 data yang termasuk ke dalam tindak tutur ilokusi, yang seterusnya dibagi-bagi lagi berdasarkan fungsi, sipat dan wujud ucapan. Ada lima fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi yaitu asertif, direktif, ekspresif, komisif dan deklaratif. Berdasarkan sipatnya, tindak tutur ilokusi terbagi jadi dua yaitu omongan langsung dan omongan tidak langsung. Sedangkan berdasarkan wujudnya, tindak tutur ilokusi terbagi menjadi dua yaitu literal dan tan-literal.AbstractThe aim of this research is to discuss more deeply about illocutionary speech acts, the function of illocutionary speech acts, as well as the nature and from of speech in the novel "Budak Teuneung" by Samsoedi. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data collected used literature review techniques which were processed using direct elemental analysis techniques. The instrument used in this research is a data card. The results of this research contained 91 data which were included in illocutionary speech acts, which were further divided based on function, nature and form of speech. There are five functions of illocutionary speech acts, namely assertive, directive, expressive, commisive and declarative. Based on their their nature, illocutionary speech acts are divided into two, namely direct speech and indirect speech. Meanwhile, based on their from, illocutionary speech acts are divided into two, namely literal and tan-literal.

Abstract

This study originated from the problem of low learning outcomes in long jump and monotonous conventional methods. An initial survey in West Bekasi District revealed that 76.54% of students had not achieved the minimum passing criteria, supported by findings that boring learning was the main cause. The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of a play-based long jump learning model specifically designed for fifth-grade students. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall model, which included validation by nine experts (athletics, physical education, and play experts), a small-scale trial (25 students), a large-scale trial (45 students), and an effectiveness test with a quasi-experimental design (60 students divided into experimental and control groups). The research results successfully produced 16 structured game models based on the stages of the long jump technique. Expert validation placed the product in the “very good” category (average score of 4.22). The effectiveness test showed a very significant increase in the experimental group with an N-Gain of 76.75% (effective), while the control group only had an increase of 8.13% (ineffective). In conclusion, this play-based long jump learning model has been proven to be very effective, feasible, and can be implemented as an innovative solution to improve the quality of physical education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the intervention of hockey games in improving motor skills and physical fitness in adolescents. The research method used in this study was an experiment involving a control group. This research uses a pre-test-post-test randomized control group design, with a total sampling of 30 adolescents divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, each comprising 15 people. The determination of group division is divided randomly, and all subjects involved are used. Instruments used Children's Psychomotricity and Aptitude Scales (MSCA, USA). Physical fitness using physical fitness test instruments, which have been adjusted to the characteristics of the research subjects. The results showed that the intervention for 12 weeks in indoor hockey activity, intervention, and gross motor intervention showed a significance value of 0.034. Because the significance value < 0.05, Ho was rejected, compared to the results of participants in the study who were given an independent intervention program. The physical fitness data shows that the pre-test standard deviation is 1.30440 compared to the post-test 1.61211, this means that there is an increase in adolescent physical fitness. Thus, indoor hockey intervention has a significant influence on the physical fitness of adolescents. These findings prove that interventions in the form of physically engaging activities focusing on floor hockey sports may be a viable option for improving Motor Proficiency and Physical Fitness in Adolescents.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to improve football passing skills among U13 players at Farama Football Club. Objectives: The research was conducted from May to June 2025 at Setu Cipayung Field, East Jakarta, involving 20 participants from Farama FC U13 team. Method: This study employed Action Research methodology with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The instrument used was a passing skills test validated by football ex-perts and specialists. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics to compare pre-test and post-test results. Result: The pre-test revealed that players achieved 59% passing accuracy with an average score of 71 out of 120. Following eight training sessions imple-menting Small-Sided Games methodology, the post-test demonstrated significant improvement to 88.51% with an average score of 108 out of 120. This 29.51% improvement indicated that the intervention successfully addressed the identified problem. Conclusion: Consequently, the research was completed in one cycle without requiring continu-ation to subsequent cycles. The findings demonstrate that Small-Sided Games effectively improve football passing skills in youth players.

Abstract

MSMEs in Cenrana Village face significant challenges in the modern market due to low product quality standards, weak brand identity, and a lack of business legality. This community service program aims to strengthen local competitiveness through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The implementation stages involved identifying local assets, product innovation workshops, branding and digital marketing training, and assistance in obtaining Business Identification Numbers (NIB). The results demonstrated a significant increase in the managerial capacity and confidence of the entrepreneurs. Participants successfully optimized raw material selection and more efficient production techniques, created more attractive visual brand identities, and gained a better understanding of online marketing mechanisms. Furthermore, the program facilitated business legality through the issuance of NIBs, providing a foundation for capital access and market expansion. The integration of product innovation and legal compliance has proven effective in transforming rural MSMEs into more professional and competitive business entities.

Abstract

Nilai kemanusiaan dalam budaya Sunda tidak hanya diwariskan melalui ajaran formal, tetapi juga melalui ungkapan tradisional yang hidup dalam praktik keseharian masyarakat. Ungkapan-ungkapan tersebut merefleksikan nilai humanisme yang sejalan dengan sila kedua Pancasila, Kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap dan menganalisis nilai humanisme serta kearifan lokal Sunda yang terkandung dalam ungkapan tradisional Sunda dengan merujuk pada nilai moral sila kedua Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitik. Data penelitian berupa ungkapan tradisional Sunda yang diperoleh dari sumber tertulis, seperti buku peribahasa Sunda, kamus budaya, dan naskah budaya, serta sumber lisan melalui wawancara dengan informan budayawan dan tokoh masyarakat Sunda. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) dan pendekatan hermeneutik untuk menafsirkan makna filosofis ungkapan. Validitas data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ungkapan tradisional Sunda secara dominan merepresentasikan nilai kemanusiaan berupa keadilan sosial, kesetaraan martabat manusia, empati dan cinta kasih (silih asih), pengembangan potensi diri (silih asah), serta tanggung jawab sosial dan kepedulian (silih asuh), yang selaras dengan prinsip kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kearifan lokal Sunda berfungsi sebagai medium internalisasi nilai Pancasila yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya lokal, khususnya dalam pembelajaran Pancasila, bahasa, dan budaya Sunda, serta sebagai rujukan dalam pelestarian nilai-nilai humanisme dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu bentuk kepemimpinan yang selaras dengan prinsip keberlanjutan adalah green transformational leadership (GTL). Gaya kepemimpinan ini berfokus pada upaya mengubah budaya organisasi ke arah yang lebih peduli lingkungan, dengan mengajak seluruh elemen organisasi untuk terlibat dalam pencapaian visi keberlanjutan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana green transformational leadership dapat memengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Maka total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Motode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Masing-masing hipotesis akan dianalisis menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa green transformational leadership (GTL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green motivation. Sementara itu, Green Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, hubungan tidak langsung green transformational leadership (GTL) melalui green motivation. berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan hijau mampu mendorong pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui mekanisme psikologis berupa motivasi hijau. Green motivation sendiri terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga menjadi faktor penting yang menjembatani pengaruh kepemimpinan hijau terhadap hasil kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci:Kepemimpinan Transformasional Hijau, Motivasi Hijau, Kinerja KaryawanABSTRACTOne form of leadership that is in line with the principles of sustainability is green transformational leadership (GTL). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to understand how Green Transformational Leadership can affect employee motivation and performance. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population of this study is the population in this study is permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. The sampling technique is saturated samples. So the total sample in this study is 115 people. Data analysis used Motode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to test the hypothesis proposed in this study. Each hypothesis will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Based on the results of the research that has been presented, it can be concluded that green transformational leadership (GTL) has a positive and significant effect on green motivation. Meanwhile, Green Transformational Leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, the indirect relationship of green transformational leadership (GTL) is through green motivation. positive and significant effect on employee performance These findings confirm that the green leadership style is able to encourage employees to improve performance through psychological mechanisms in the form of green motivation. Green motivation itself has been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance, so it is an important factor that bridges the influence of green leadership on employee work results.Keywords:Green Transformational Leadership, Green Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Ischaemic optic neuropathy (ION) is a vision-threatening condition caused by impaired arterial blood supply to the optic nerve. Posterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (PION) is a rare subtype that often presents without funduscopic abnormalities in the acute phase, making diagnosis challenging. We report a case of a 50-year-old man who presented with sudden, painless monocular visual loss in the left eye, accompanied by hemisensory deficits. Ophthalmic examination revealed no optic disc abnormalities, while automated perimetry demonstrated an inferior arcuate visual field defect. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed a right corona radiata infarction, and digital subtraction angiography confirmed stenosis of the distal branches of the left ophthalmic artery. These findings supported the diagnosis of PION secondary to ophthalmic artery stenosis, an uncommon etiology of ION. The patient had uncontrolled hypertension as a major vascular risk factor and was treated with antiplatelet therapy, resulting in clinical improvement of visual acuity. This case highlights the importance of comprehensive vascular evaluation in patients with suspected PION and emphasizes ophthalmic artery stenosis as a rare but significant cause of ischaemic optic neuropathy. Early recognition of the underlying vascular pathology may facilitate appropriate management and help prevent further ischemic complications.

Abstract

The purpose of research and development of pencak silat calisthenics training model for adolescents uses research method of Research & Development (R & D) from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this research and development are teenage athletes PPLP Riau Province, University of Pencak Silat Walet Puti Riau Province, University of Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Pekanbaru and Pencak Silat University of Kumango Riau Province. The test of model effectiveness uses test instrument to collect data of pencak silat athlete abilities. Analysis of research data uses the test of independent samples t-test with significance level of 0.05. Data analysis is obtained the average value of speed endurance training given the model of pencak silat calisthenics exercises in the experimental group is 478.94 and there are differences in results with the control group by the treatment with the common practice 431,23 test of difference significance with SPSS 17 gained result of t-count 2,396, df = 60 and p-value = 0.020 < 0.05. Based on the information, it can be concluded that the model of pencak silat calisthenics training for pencak silat athletes uses hand attacks developed and can be applied effectively and efficiently so it can improve the ability of pencak silat athletes.
