Abstract

Adanya pandemik sejak bulan Maret 2020 menyebabkan guru harus kreatif agar proses belajar-mengajar tetap berlangsung tetapi tidak menjadi beban berat bagi semua pihak. Untuk mengatasinya berbagai kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring (online). Tetapi kegiatan ini kadang-kadang menyebabkan kejenuhan. Segi positifnya menimbulkan kreativitas agar berbagai kegiatan tetap berlangsung, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan berbagai aplikasi digital yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa, baik yang berkaitan dengan empat keterampilan berbahasa maupun secara umum, yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan blended learning atau hybrid learning. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Hasilnya didapat pengelompokan aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan berdasarkan empat keterampilan berbahasa. Tetapi ada juga aplikasi yang dapat digunakan tanpa klasifikasi tersebut.

Abstract

The target of the results of this service program is expected that this training will be carried out as an effort to improve the professionalism of Sundanese language teachers in Pangandaran Regency in understanding, implementing, and developing Minimal Competency Assessment (AKM) models in Sundanese language subjects. The subjects are Sundanese language teachers in junior high and high school levels in Pangandaran Regency. The activity carried out is a training activity to prepare Sundanese language teachers in facing the digital era and global competition. Pangandaran Regency was chosen as a training location because its area is quite far from the city center of West Java, so that Sundanese language teachers there must also be given the same training to deal with this development. This training requires an increase in teacher professionalism in applying the AKM model in accordance with the demands of the current application of learning policies. The output targets of this training are (1) scientific articles published in national journals (2) scientific articles presented in international seminars, and (3) draft Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Abstract

The existence of a pandemic since March 2020 has caused teachers to be creative so that the teaching-learning process continues but does not become a heavy burden for all parties. To overcome this, various activities are carried out online. But this activity sometimes causes burnout. On the positive side, it creates creativity so that various activities can continue, including in the fields of education and teaching. The purpose of this paper is to explain various digital applications that can be used in language learning, both related to the four language skills and in general, which can be utilized in blended learning or hybrid learning activities. The method used is descriptive. The result is a grouping of learning applications that can be used based on four language skills. But there are also applications that can be used without these classifications.

Abstract

Dispensasi kawin pada dasarnya merupakan penyimpangan dari batas usia minimum untuk menikah, yaitu 19 tahun baik bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan. Paradigma penanganan perkara permohonan dispensasi kawin di Pengadilan Agama berubah dengan keluarnya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 dan PERMA Nomor 5 Tahun 2019. Peraturan tersebut mengutamakan asas kepentingan terbaik bagi anak dalam rangka melindungi hak-hak anak. dengan membatasi alasan-alasan untuk mengajukan dispensasi perkawinan. Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 mengatur tentang pengajuan dispensasi nikah karena alasan yang mendesak disertai dengan bukti yang cukup. Namun fenomena pernikahan dini masih menunjukkan angka yang tinggi. Untuk itu diperlukan peran aktif hakim dalam mengadili perkara ini, termasuk mengutamakan kepentingan terbaik bagi anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian hukum normatif-empiris. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum primer yang meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan dan putusan pengadilan agama, sedangkan bahan hukum sekunder adalah jurnal dan artikel. Makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa tidak semua pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus perkara dispensasi perkawinan di Pengadilan Agama Wonosari secara jelas mencerminkan prinsip kepentingan anak dalam memutus perkara permohonan dispensasi perkawinan. Hal ini terlihat dari (1) dispensasi kawin yang diberikan masih tinggi yaitu 90% (2) Penafsiran hakim dengan alasan mendesak masih bersifat antisipatif dan (3) Pendampingan psikologis terhadap anak yang diberikan dispensasi nikah tidak semuanya diperintahkan oleh hakim dalam putusan pengadilan.

Abstract

The motivation for this study stems from the observation that the culture and ability of tertiary students to write scientific articles are at a low level. This study aims to describe the profile of students’ scientific writing abilities. A descriptive method was used to gather data from five tertiary institutions in West Java. This study used a qualitative approach. The samples included 5 lecturers and 211 students. Data were collected using student needs questionnaires, interviews with lecturers, and analysis of student scientific articles. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and interviews and were analyzed using descriptive data analysis. The findings indicate that students’ ability to write scientific articles falls within the sufficient category. Despite this reality, the questionnaire results reveal that students still encounter difficulties in writing scientific articles and require a learning model that makes the process easier and helps to overcome problems in writing. The analysis of interviews with lecturers of scientific writing courses suggests that students’ ability to write scientific papers is adequate. Lecturers have implemented various learning methods during lectures because not all students like writing scientific articles. Moreover, most students are still confused about writing scientific articles correctly, and their motivation to read is low.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah belum pernah ada pemberian program latihan beladiri sambo di wilayah pesisir. Kemudian Jauhnya jarak / jangkauan tempat latihan, minimnya sarana latihan. Kemudian solusi yang akan ditawarkan untuk berkolaboratif dengan mitra untuk membuat tempat latihan serta menyusun program latihan sederhana dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sekitar serta sekaligus menjaring bibit atlet yang ada di Kabupaten/Kota di Kalimantan Selatan. Dalam kegiatan ini metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi kegiatan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut yang langsung berfokus pada mitra PGSI dan PERSAMBI Kab Tanah Laut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi yang akan dilaksanakan kepada mitra dimana mereka sangat memerlukan tenaga ahli dari berbagai bidang, baik pengelolaan, teknik, serta pengembangan tempat latihan. Sasaran yang akan digunakan tempat pengembangan latihan ini nantinya merupakan wilayah pesisir yang bebas tidak mengganggu tanaman, ataupun aktifitas lainnya di sekitar pemukiman warga. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hasil tindak lanjut dari penelitian mahasiswa sebelumnya terkait dengan pendukung prestasi atlet. Dimana tidak hanya atlet yang diberikan motivasi hingga strategi berlatih, tetapi juga pelatih pun perlu membangun koordinasi terhadap pencapaian prestasi baik dari kondisi fisik, hingga program latihan yang juga harus dijalankan sesuai dengan teori yang dibangun sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted on athletes with Down syndrome Soina Jakarta. The research time was approximately 4 months starting from February to May 2023. The number of subjects in this study were 12 athletes with disabilities, consisting of 6 boys and 6 girls. The research method used in this research is Research and developmentor R&D according to Borg and Gall (1983). There were 20 training models created, after going through various stages and improvements, 20 models were declared valid and suitable for practice provided that they always pay attention to safety in practice and work from easy to difficult. Data collection was carried out in 2 ways, firstly, namely filling out a questionnaire by the athlete's parents and secondly, by collecting data directly. Data collection in this research isone group pre-test post-testData processing from the results obtained is assisted by the IBM SPSS 25 for Windows program system, normality test values >0.05 are normally distributed, reliability test values >0.05 are normally distributed or valid, validity tests with distribution >0.05 are considered valid, test homogeneity and the hypothesis can be concluded that the agility abilities of athletes with Down syndrome disabilities have increased

Abstract

This study utilised molecular docking to predict the binding affinity of various fatty acids (FAs) found in Swietenia humilis to the sortase A (SrtA) protein target from Staphylococcus aureus. Binding energies, measured in kcal/mol, indicated the strength and stability of ligand-protein interactions, with lower values signifying stronger binding. The binding affinities of eight FAs as the active constituents in n-hexane extract of S. humilis and the positive control, gentamicin, were compared to assess their theoretical antibacterial activity. Palmitoleic acid exhibited the strongest binding affinity (-5.6 kcal/mol) among the FAs, suggesting the highest potential antibacterial activity, followed by linoleic, palmitic, linolenic, arachidic, tricosanoic, stearic, and oleic acids in decreasing order of affinity. Despite having weaker binding energies than gentamicin, a common gram-positive inhibitor from aminoglycoside derivative, FAs showed multiple hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions with key residues like ARG197, VAL168, VAL166, and ILE182, contributing to their binding stability. Palmitoleic acid formed multiple hydrogen bonds (ARG197 and GLY119) and significant van der Waals interactions, highlighting its strong theoretical binding. Stearic and oleic acids, although having higher binding energies, also formed critical hydrogen bonds, suggesting moderate potential activity. Gentamicin's single hydrogen bond suggests a highly specific binding site, which may result in high antibacterial activity despite fewer interaction points. The study indicated that FAs like palmitoleic and oleic acid show substantial potential as supplementary antibacterial agents, especially in the context of combating antibiotic resistance. This finding can pave a path for drug design and development to address the S. aureus's resistance.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an instructional model based on outdoor activities to develop leadership skills at the college level. The research and development methodology followed the Borg and Gall model. The instructional model was designed by reviewing literature on leadership theories, outdoor education and experiential Training. Activities were selected based on targeted leadership skills, debriefing protocols, and sequences. The model was piloted in a field test involving 40 students. Leadership skills were measured before and after implementing the model. Quantitative results showed a significant improvement in all leadership practices for both small-group pilot testing and field testing. Qualitative feedback highlighted the development of communication behavior among team members, behavior of accepting suggestions and criticism, behavior of showing appreciation, behavior of showing respect, helping behavior, and patience behavior. Additionally, there are behaviors related to relevant knowledge, cooperation, motivation, self-confidence, discipline, and responsibility. This study validated that an intentionally designed outdoor activities-based instructional model can be an engaging and effective approach to developing leadership capacities in higher education. and responsibility. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh parsial maupun pengaruh secara simultan Kompetensi kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pinrang. Jumlah Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 44 orang pegawai yang dijadikan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan mengunakan analisis regresi lnier berganda yang dioperasikan dengan melalui SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pinrang. Sementara, berdasarkan hasil uji simultan atau (f) menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pinrang. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pinrang adalah variabel fasilitas kerja.
