Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is a serious problem, where the amount of meat consumption is decreasing, and the inequality of meat consumption between the rich and poor groups is increasing every year. The sacrificial worship has great potential to improve the community's economy, including livestock waqf, which can overcome the inequality of meat consumption. This study aims to analyze the initiation of social financing facilities through CWLQ to alleviate poverty in Indonesia. The research method used is panel data analysis by combining data from 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2019-2023. The independent variables used are sacrificial production, poverty in the previous period, economic growth, HDI, and the Gini coefficient, while the dependent variable is the poverty rate. The results of the analysis of sacrificial production, poverty in the previous period, economic growth, HDI, and the Gini coefficient will provide insight into the influence of economic and social factors in poverty alleviation efforts. This research is expected to contribute to developing more effective waqf-based policies in Indonesia, especially in supporting the national agenda to reduce poverty. These findings can also be a reference for policymakers and social and financial institutions designing sustainable CWLQ management strategies that positively impact the welfare of the wider community.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with abundant potential for bioenergy (biodiesel, bioethanol, biomass, and biogas), with Indonesia's biofuel consumption and production expected to increase by 50 percent. This potential is one of the foundations for reducing carbon emissions by replacing fossil energy with new and renewable energy. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the government's initiative to use biogas through PLTBg. This study uses SWOT analysis through the Berlian Porter model approach with secondary data to prepare a strategic architectural framework. The research results are based on the findings in the development of financing for biogas utilization through PLTBg in the preparation and acceleration (short term), expansion (medium term), and final goal achievement (long term). The financing process uses the build, own, operate, and build-own transfer business model approach by implementing the 5C Principles integrated with ASRI principles. In order to optimize the biogas financing process, an agreement was made between the stakeholders involved to create new and renewable energy efficiency in the biogas sector through PLTBg and create a healthy business climate competition to avoid agency problems. The hope is that when this strategic architecture is used correctly, the acceleration of the transition project in the new renewable energy sector, especially biogas, through PLTBg through a funding scheme or financing for the financial services industry can be realized.

Abstract

The lecturer performance appraisal system is the work of lecturers within the scope of their responsibilities which refers to a formal and structured system used as an instrument to measure, assess, and influence work-related traits, control lecturer behavior, including absenteeism rates and work results. Lecturer professionalism must, of course, be related and built through mastery of fundamental competencies in carrying out and completing their duties and work as lecturers, such as professional competence, social competence, and personal competence. The low performance of lecturers is suspect of having reasons such as lack of attention and concern from leaders, for example, less effective leadership styles, less communicative work relationships, lack of harmony, lack of welfare, lack of motivation, lack of a comfortable work environment, and lack of satisfaction felt by the lecturers. Based on these reasons, further research is needed on the influence of leadership style and work environment on lecturer performance in carrying out the teaching and learning process at private universities in Semarang. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 127 permanent lecturers in the management department of private universities in Semarang. The analytical technique used in this study is path analysis with the results. Among others, leadership style, information technology support, and work environment significantly affect lecturer performance. Furthermore, the work environment can mediate the relationship between leadership style and information technology support on lecturer performance.

Abstract

Implementing regional autonomy gives local governments the authority to provide freedom in regulating and managing their area. Rural development is an essential part of supporting the success of regional development. However, problems were found in the information system and management of village economic data, which resulted in slow village government work processes in collecting information system data and the difficulty for the community to obtain information about the village economy. This study aims to analyze the East Java Provincial Government in initiating the SI Desa Service as a form of providing information system services and computer-based village data management and an integrated website that is easy to access for users. This qualitative research uses an analytical tool as a business model canvas with secondary data because it can develop SI Desa Services through its nine components. The research results by the Provincial Government of East Java through the Community and Village Empowerment Office, which collaborated through a memorandum of understanding with other stakeholders involved in initiating an ideal information system for village economic data management in the SI Desa Service. This integrated service will become a village economic information system and data management that is transparent, accountable, and right on target and can be monitored for its usefulness. The village government can provide excellent service so that all villages integrated with this service can become more resilient and self-sufficient.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate and examine the dynamics of Islamic fiduciary services in Indonesia. Islamic economic system is very beneficial to the community now. Still, many must understand the differences between conventional and Islamic fiduciary services in concept and implementation. This paper uses the analysis method of a review of the literature to examine previous research relating to the history and development of Islamic fiduciary services in Indonesia. The results show that Islamic fiduciary services in Indonesia are close to Islamic idealism. It can be seen in terms of the fact that the system of financing, the cost of storage, the deadline for auction, and frequent misunderstandings between parties in Islamic fiduciary services with the public due to the need for adequate facilities from the Islamic fiduciary services. So, massive education is critical to increase the knowledge of the community in terms of that institution.

Abstract

Batik has long been known as a work of the Indonesian people. Judging from the source of the textile dyes obtained, it is divided into two, namely synthetic dyes and natural dyes. From now on, referred to as Bakau, Mangrove Batik is a batik that uses natural dyes because the mangrove parts used as dyes are waste or unused plant parts. The main problem faced by Batik Bakau, our target partner in the home industry, is the need for more awareness of the products produced by the producers to their consumers. The next problem is the less-than-optimal use of the existing marketplace platform to market products that the Batik Bakau home industry has made. Creating a good and attractive social media design for consumers is also necessary to empower this home business. The methods used are counseling and socialization of community partnership programs, Training in the formation of a mindset for the potential use of digital marketing, Strengthening digital platforms to facilitate mangrove batik business actors in marketing their products, Branding and packaging training to improve the quality of human resources for mangrove batik home industry business actors, Digital marketing training through the digital platform that has been provided to increase awareness, interest, and sales of mangrove batik. The results obtained are in the process of improving entrepreneurial skills through the use of e-commerce as a business startup media carried out in stages: (1) IbM method, namely training in registration and management of e-commerce profiles; (2) Managing e-commerce accounts periodically until sales occur; (3) Selling and making reports on online businesses that have been run.
