Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di era digital. Dalam studi ini, fokus diberikan pada pemasaran yang terarah, kehadiran online, keterlibatan media sosial, pemasaran konten, strategi mobile, kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan pemantauan kinerja. Dengan menggali riset pasar, mengembangkan kehadiran online yang kuat, memanfaatkan platform media sosial, menghasilkan konten yang bernilai, menerapkan strategi pemasaran berbasis mobile, berkolaborasi dengan influencer, dan melakukan pemantauan kinerja secara berkala, UMKM dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran, meningkatkan visibilitas merek, dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis mereka di tengah persaingan yang ketat di ranah digital Indonesia. Studi ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM dalam memanfaatkan potensi pemasaran di era digital. Kata Kunci: Digital Disruption, Marketing Dynamics, Digital Age Abstract This study aims to explore strategies for improving marketing performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia amidst the challenges and opportunities of the digital era. The study focuses on targeted marketing, online presence, social media engagement, content marketing, mobile strategies, influencer collaborations, and performance monitoring. By conducting market research, developing a strong online presence, leveraging social media platforms, creating valuable content, implementing mobile marketing strategies, collaborating with influencers, and regularly monitoring performance, MSMEs can enhance marketing effectiveness, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth in the competitive digital landscape of Indonesia. Abstract

PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological Analysis), which examines aspects of Indonesia's macro environment (economic, technological, political, legal, and socio-cultural), is a component of external environmental analysis. The second external environment study is a competitive pressure model that outlines five circumstances: the bargaining power of suppliers, competition from current competitors, threats from new competitors, and threats from substitute goods or services. Context diagrams are used in internal environment analysis to illustrate how systems communicate with external parties involved in an organization's business. The relationship between the internal system and the external entity of the PT can be explained by a context diagram. This diagram visually illustrates the interaction between the system and four main external groups: printers, authors, representatives, and buyers. The buyer group is divided into two major segments, namely the general public and students from kindergarten to high school levels, which reflects the demographic diversity reached by PT in its operational activities.

Abstract

Community Service was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Malang, and students of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Economics, UIT Lirboyo Kediri, which was carried out in Joho Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. Targeting UMKM actors. The main objective of this activity is to improve skills in the economic field, especially digital marketing and packaging of UMKM products. This mentoring activity was carried out through a workshop that was held for several days, targeting UMKM actors of approximately 24 participants. The workshop material consisted of literature about digital marketing, including marketing strategies that study how to promote products through digital media to reach consumers quickly, precisely, personally, and relevantly. Material on product packaging includes processes related to designing and manufacturing containers or wrappers to protect a product. The obstacles faced in this mentoring include the lack of education about digital marketing, product packaging, and internet networks, and they only rely on offline sales, so product sales are not yet widespread. It is expected that with this assistance, the ability of MSME actors in digital marketing and product packaging strategies will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how brand love and e-trust are formed among Generation Z in the context of purchasing products through live TikTok, as well as how these two factors contribute to users' intentions to reuse the platform. The method employed is a qualitative approach using in-depth interview techniques with 10 informants who are active users of Live TikTok, allowing for the exploration of their subjective and emotional experiences. The results show that direct interaction with creators and content on Live TikTok creates a strong emotional connection (brand love) and increases user trust in the platform (e-trust). These two factors proved significant in motivating users' intention to return to using TikTok's Live feature as an alternative to online shopping. This research confirms that building emotional relationships and trust with users is critical for brands in today's digital marketing context.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang terus merambah pada dunia ekonomi melahirkan berbagai layanan keuangan berbasis digital. Implementasi fintech tidak hanya berokus pada pembiayaan tetapi juga pada layanan kredit yang kemudian melahirkan Hasanah Card aplikasi kredit berdasarkan prinsip syari’ah yang dikeluarkan secara sah oleh PT Bank Syari’ah Indonesia. Peneltian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan data sekunder didapatkan dari berbagai sumber referensi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya teknologi turut berperan atas perkembangan ekonomi saat ini. Melahirkan berbagai inovasi layanan keuangan yang lebih efisien. Penggunaan Hasanah Card sebagai kartu kredit digital berbasis aplikasi dinilai lebih mempermudah para penggunanya menjadi salah satu bukti peran teknologi dalam membantu efektivitas layanan Bank Syari’ah terhadap para nasabahnya.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the business feasibility of Griya Madukara MSME from an environmental perspective, emphasizing how its practices contribute to both ecological and social sustainability. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. A total of 12 informants were involved, including the business owner, seven employees from different divisions, two regular customers, and two local community members participating in ecoprint training. The findings show that Griya Madukara adopts zero-waste principles, uses natural materials in its production, and converts organic waste into compost. Additionally, community involvement and empowerment are central to its sustainability strategy. The business aligns with the Pentuple Bottom Line framework (People, Planet, Profit, Phenotechnology, and Prophet), making it a viable and sustainable community-based MSME model.

Abstract

Di era teknologi seperti sekarang ini PT. Pegadaian Syariah selalu melakukan inovasi, yaitu sebagai solusi keuangan menghadirkan ragam produk dan layanan yang tidak hanya menyediakan kebutuhan nasabah akan dana, akan tetapi juga kenyamanan dan kecepatan pelayanan. PDSS adalah inovasi yang dibuat guna menghadapi serbuan financial technologi (fintech) yang makin merangsek ke masyarakat. Namun, seberapa efektifitas pelayanan publik aplikasi PDSS untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen serta kualitas pelayanan nasabah dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya sistem online yang diberikan oleh pegadaian dirasa cukup efektif untuk para nasabah yang ingin melakukan transaksi dimana saja. Namun, sistem pegadaian digital kurang berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi dari pihak pegadaian terhadap sistem pelayanan yang baru yaitu pelayanan secara online yang bisa diakses dengan mudah, gratis dan di download melalui appstore maupun playstore. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan komparatif kualitas pelayanan pengguna aplikasi ini dan manual untuk kualitas pelayanan nasabah sama-sama puas dalam bertransaksi namun nasabah lebih memilih melakukan transaksi secara online karena cukup menghemat waktu.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in the 5.0 and modern era, effective and efficient communication continues to develop, hence the creation of the internet. The Internet is used by people and organizations to conduct business. For banking, one form of service implemented in the digital era is mobile banking. Bank Jatim Syari'ah launched the latest product in the digitalization era, namely JConnect Mobile with its various features. This study aims to determine the role of JConnect mobile in improving services to customers of Bank Jatim Syari'ah, this research uses qualitative research with library research methods and direct field studies, so not only from theory but going directly to the field to research. Jconnect mobile service quality through the dimensions of security, speed and accuracy has an important role in improving services to customers using JConnect mobile products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students' ability to find alternative solutions, both through group work and independently. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an experimental design. The research sample consisted of 99 students enrolled in the 2022 Business and Professional Ethics course at Malang State University, divided into three classes, N, P, and O. The experimental group used the PBL model, while the control group used the conventional learning model. Data were collected through observation and PBL assignments in accordance with the DNA criteria of Malang State University. The analysis technique used statistical tests with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of the ability to find alternative solutions. The PBL model proved to be more effective in improving this ability, both in the context of group work and independent learning

PT Wilmar Cahata Indonesia Tbk termasuk dalam Perusahaan yang memiliki pendapatan yang sangat besar dan termasuk dalam jajaran Perusahaan terbesar dalam sektor nabatai dan minyak serta turunanya. PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk Perusahaan yang menjalankan bisnis dan mengembangkanya dalam sektor internasional. Produk yang di produksi berupa produk yang terbuat dari minyak sawit dan turunanya. Karena sebagai Perusahaan terbesar dalam sektor minyak dan nabati , PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk meiliki pertumbuhan keuangan yang signifikan, serta membutuhkan yang namanya investor dan kreditor sebagai sumber pendanaanya. Keduanya perlu menganalisis laporan keuangan Perusahaan sebagai sumber rujukan informasi Kesehatan keuangan Perusahaan. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk untuk periode 2020 sampai dengan 2022, yang menggunakan analisis laporan keuangan berupa analisis rasio likuiditas (rasio cepat dan rasio lancer), rasio solvabilitas (DAR dan DER) dan rasio profitabilitas (ROA, ROE dan ROS).
