Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Gampong (BUMG) dari sisi manajemen dan keuangan. Memasuki tahun lima penerapan Undang-Undang Desa, operasional BUMG masih juga terlihat belum terlalu maksimal. Beberapa masalah mendera manajemen BUMG diantaranya komunikasi antara pengurus dengan aparatur, manajemen resiko, studi kelayakan, dan pengelola tidak memiliki perancanaan bisnis (bisnis plan). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di desa Mesjid Peunteut Kecamatan Blang Mangat Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi interaktif. Personal yang sebagai mitra adalah para pengelola /pengurus BUMG Sepakat Jaya. Kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat ini melatih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengelola BUMG mengenai manajerial dan kinerja usaha yang baik untuk BUMG. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendukung maksud dan tujuan dari Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 dan kemadirian desa dalam mencari sumber-sumber pendapatan diluar transfer dana desa.Kata kunci : Pengelolaan, keuangan, Badan, Usaha, Milik, Desa

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memecahkan permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan digital, dan mencari solusi terbaik dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM umumnya, permasalahan tersebut adalah permasalahan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan keuangan dan permasalahan marketing terutama Marketing Digital. Metode pemecahan permasalahan dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang khusus berupa pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan yang terstruktur dan juga memperluas pasar produk dengan mengembangkan marketing Digital sehingga dapat memberi manfaat bagi UMKM pemula, besar harapan UMKM pemula mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan Keuangan Digital secara penuh dan serius, sehingga hasil pengabdian ini dapat membantu pelaku UMKM pemula di kota Lhokseumawe dalam Melakukan Kegiatan Bisnisnya. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukan UMKM pemula di kota Lhokseumawe dapat memahami dan juga dapat menerapkan terutama pengelolaan keuangan akan menghasilkan keterampilan dalam proses Akuntansi mulai mengindetifikasi transaksi sampai membuat laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi microsoft access. Untuk Marketing Digital Pelaku UMKM dapat mempraktekannya dalam bisnisnya sehari-hari. Implikasi dari pelatihan ini adalah berdampak kepada UMKM dapat mengembangkan Usahanya sehingga akan diperoleh pendapatan yang terus akan meningkat akibat dari penjualan meningkat

Abstract

Based on the observation of the first-in-class fourth of the Government Islamic Primary School 9 South Aceh students are weak in pronouncing words and sentences in the text and students find it difficult to pronounce letters in Arabic words and have difficulty distinguishing the correct pronunciation. This also makes them feel weak in mastering the meaning of vocabulary and unable to understand the text. When the teacher distributes to groups and asks students to pronounce the words in the text and asks students to take turns reading they find it difficult to read. In the teaching and learning process, students cannot answer the teacher's questions about the text. With these problems, researchers want to develop learning reading skills with the "Intiq Wa Mayyiz" method based on the CTL approach and the constructivism approach. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the student's response, the validation of experts, and the effectiveness of developing the teaching of reading skills in an " Intiq Wa Mayyiz " manner, on the basis of a contextual approach and a constructivist approach. In this study, researchers used research and development methods with the type of One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The researcher presented questionnaires, pre-tests, and post-tests as research tools. As for the results of the research, the development of teaching reading skills using the "Intiq Wa Mayyiz" method has a positive response among students, and the researchers found their response results to be very good because this method can improve students' abilities, tendencies and desires in reading skills. The validity assessed by experts in teaching reading skills using the "Intiq Wa Mayyiz" method obtained a result of good and pleasant traits. The development of teaching reading skills using the "Intiq Wa Mayyiz" method is effective for improving reading skills.

Abstract

Arabic has two grammars, nahwu, and sharaf. Nahwu specializes in the rule of changing word endings, while Sharaf focuses on word changes. The use of nahwu helps with determining each function of every word in a sentence, the adjustment of word endings, and their positions. Therefore, nahwu is fundamental in learning Arabic. When learning activities took place in the female class VII- A at Junior High School Al-Muhajirin, the initial process was conducive. The teacher taught students by applying the istiqraiyah method. However, the situation in the classroom changed after 30 minutes, especially for students sitting in the back. Some of them ate snacks, talked to each other, and fluttered using books although the room’s temperature was normal. The circumstance happened because the learning activity was teacher-centered, the teacher was more active than the students. This study aimed to apply the Istiqraiyah method based on the scientific approach in learning nahwu, to find out students' responses on the application of the method and to know the influences of the istiqraiyah method based on the scientific approach in grammar learning in each cycle. The researcher applied the classroom action research (PTK). The population of this study was 172 students. The study sample was female students in class IX-a. There were 36 students. The researcher carried out observations, and tests, and provided questionnaires. The findings of this study were: 1) The implementation of the istiqraiyah method based on the scientific approach was very effective. The teacher observation result in the second circle (94,21%) was higher than the first circle (89,47%). The student observation result in the second circle (93,75%) was higher than the first circle (88, 75%). 2) The students’ responses to the istiqraiyah method based on the scientific approach in learning the nahwu grammatical structure at Dayah Al-Muhajirin were very good. The result of the students' responses in the second circle (86, 11%) was higher than the first one (79,73%). 3) The influences of the istiqraiyah method based on the scientific approach in the nahwu grammar learning at Dayah Al-Muhajirin were effective in improving students' nahwu grammatical skills. The result of the student test in the first cycle (70, 31%) was higher than the test in the pre-cycle (46, 25%). The result of the student test in the second cycle (84,37%) was higher than the student test in the first cycle (70,31%).

Abstract

The method of teaching morphology in this institute takes place by reciting the material or reciting it in front of the students, then translating it into the Indonesian language. The school only cares about memorizing the material and lack of exercises. Depending on the interview conducted by the researcher, it indicates that some students feel difficult in using inflection in speech, and they need several language exercises. The research aims to develop Kitab Tashrif by Hasan Bin Ahmad Based on Student Worksheet and Inductive Method and its effects on students. The research method referred to research and development used the method named ADDIE. The researcher has conducted interviews, questionnaires, and tests as research tools. The research population includes all students of a junior high school Darul Ihsan Boarding School in Aceh Besar 789 students in total, and 25 students of class III (A) students are samples. This research aims to develop Arabic listening materials in interactive learning applications that could give more positive benefits for students based on five steps; analysis, design, development, application, and evaluation. As a result, the researcher has successfully created student worksheet based on inductive method. It also has received a positive validation score, 62.5% (very good) in the first stage and 86.25% (Excellent) in the second stage. The application has effectively contributed to the development of students' tashrif ability based on the calculation (ttest), which is bigger than the table's results (ttable) or 2,06 < 11,9 > 2,80.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengolahan pasca panen jagung menjadi produk bernilai tambah berupa jagung kalengan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah melimpahnya hasil panen jagung pada musim tertentu yang seringkali dijual dengan harga rendah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam pengolahan, penyimpanan, dan pemasaran. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan produksi, serta evaluasi kuantitatif terhadap tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Kegiatan berlangsung selama tiga hari dengan tahapan penyampaian materi, praktik langsung pengolahan jagung kalengan, pengemasan, dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat. Berdasarkan evaluasi, 85% peserta mampu memahami prosedur pengolahan jagung kalengan dengan benar, 78% mampu melakukan praktik secara mandiri, serta 70% menyatakan siap mengembangkan usaha rumah tangga berbasis jagung kalengan. Produksi awal menghasilkan 150 kaleng jagung yang diproses dan dikemas secara higienis, yang kemudian diuji kelayakannya oleh tim pengabdian. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan teknis, tetapi juga membangun motivasi peserta untuk mengembangkan produk sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan. Sebagai tindak lanjut, peserta akan didorong membentuk kelompok usaha bersama, melakukan sertifikasi produk, memperluas jaringan pemasaran, dan mengakses permodalan mikro. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditas jagung, mengurangi kerugian pasca panen, serta memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Based on the result of the observation and interview in class 4-D at Dayah Modern Darul 'Ulum, there had some  difficulties for the students in understanding nahwu. The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of the qiyasiyah method and concept map media to increase students’ understanding nahwu. In this study, the researcher applied the  pre-experimental method  through  one group pre test post test design. To collect the data, the researcher used the test. The result of this research is the using of qiyasiyah method and concept map media is effective to increase students’ understanding nahwu. Furthermore, it was found that the result of the T-Test is a significance level (2- tailed) 0.00<0.05. This value shows that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

Lokasi Mahad Oemar Diyan Aceh Besar berada di Desa Lamkareung, Indrapuri . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penggunaan cerita dalam kitab mutala'ah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan cerita dalam kitab mutala'ah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa . Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Research and Experiment . Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memilih siswa kelas II Ma'had Oemar Diyan Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan nilai persentase dan nilai rata-rata untuk menganalisis daftar jawaban siswa serta menganalisis Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test agar diperoleh nilai keefektifan. Penggunaan kitab kisah mutala'ah juga efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar keterampilan berbicara dengan melakukan uji-t, diperoleh hasil taraf signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar (0,05 > 0,000) yang berarti hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima.

Abstract

The study of grammar at Darul Ihsan Boarding School addresses several issues identified by the researcher, including a decline in student enthusiasm, discomfort, lack of interest in the subject matter, and weak collaboration among students. Additionally, teachers face the challenge of insufficient time to present the material comprehensively and adequately, leading to a decrease in students' academic achievement. This research aims to explore the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method using presentations in grammar instruction and to evaluate its effects and students' responses. The research employs an action research methodology, targeting a population of 1,307 students. The sample consists of 20 first-grade high school students from class 1C. The researcher utilized observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests for both the first and second phases as research instruments. The findings indicate that the teaching and learning process during the first phase, according to the implementation plan, achieved a rate of 58% (acceptable), while the second phase achieved a rate of 92.3% (very good). Students' proficiency in grammar improved, with an average score of 58 in the first phase (acceptable) and 74.5 in the second phase (good). Additionally, 94.5% of students responded positively, with only 5.5% negative feedback, indicating a generally positive student response.

Abstract

Being an Islamic religious education teacher is a job that carries a great deal of responsibility, especially in shaping the personality and character of students, not to mention its influence on colleagues, namely other educators. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping educators with integrity and noble character through a literature review approach. The literature review method was chosen to analyze various sources of literature, journals, and previous studies relevant to the topic of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in character building. By analyzing previous theories and research results, this study found that Islamic education teachers play a strategic role in the internalization of Islamic values, such as honesty, responsibility, and patience, which directly influence the strengthening of educators' character. Islamic education teachers are not only teachers but also role models in everyday life who are able to motivate educators to develop high ethical and moral attitudes. This study highlights the importance of the Islamic values approach in shaping the character of educators, thereby supporting the creation of a meaningful and high-quality educational environment. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for educators and policy makers in maximizing the role of Islamic education teachers as agents of character building.
