Abstract

The problem in this research is that economic growth in NTB Province fluctuates and is still very low compared to other provinces in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of the components of the human development index, namely Life Expectancy, Expected Years of Schooling, Average Years of Schooling, and Per Capita Expenditure on the Economic Growth of NTB Province. This type of research is based on testing theory through measuring research variables with numbers and in an associative research format. This research is quantitative research using panel data regression analysis tools in the 2018-2022 period per district/city. In this research, the model used is Fixed Effects, because the Fixed Effects model is better than other models, which have been tested using the Chow test and the Hausman test. The data collection technique used is collecting directly from the relevant agency, namely BPS NTB Province. The research results obtained are that, partially, the Life Expectancy variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth, Expected Years of Schooling has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth, Average Years of Schooling and Per Capita Expenditures do not have a significant effect on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, simultaneously Life Expectancy, Expected Years of Schooling, Average Years of Schooling, and Per Capita Expenditures influence Economic Growth.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex interplay of economic factors, health conditions, and access to education on social inequality and poverty in West Papua through a quantitative analysis. The study, conducted with a sample of 150 participants, employs correlation and regression analyses, supported by SPSS, to unveil significant relationships and dynamics within the socio-economic landscape of the region. Key findings reveal a strong negative correlation between income distribution and poverty rates, emphasizing the pivotal role of economic factors in poverty alleviation. Additionally, a positive correlation between disease prevalence and social inequality underscores the impact of health disparities on socio-economic outcomes. The study also highlights the transformative potential of education, with a robust positive correlation between school enrollment rates and economic well-being. These findings have direct implications for policy formulation, emphasizing the need for integrated approaches that address the synergies and trade-offs among economic, health, and education indicators. The study contributes substantively to the discourse on social inequality and poverty in West Papua, providing empirical evidence to guide evidence-based decision-making.

Using a sample of 160 companies and a quantitative approach, data was collected through a 5-point Likert scale survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that both CSR and GCG positively influence stock performance, with GCG having a stronger impact (β = 0.612) compared to CSR (β = 0.384). The results emphasize the importance of ethical practices and effective governance in enhancing investor confidence and improving stock market performance. Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of project management research to explore its evolution, thematic trends, and the connections between academic contributions and practical applications. Utilizing data from the Scopus database, the analysis spans publications from 2000 to 2024, identifying key contributors, influential institutions, and global collaborative networks. The findings reveal a dynamic shift in project management research from traditional themes such as risk management and cost control to contemporary focuses on sustainability, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. Prominent authors and institutions were identified, with developed countries leading in research output and collaboration. However, growing contributions from developing nations highlight an emerging inclusivity. The study underscores the interdisciplinary and global nature of project management while identifying a persistent gap between academic research and practical implementation. Recommendations for future research include enhancing collaboration between developed and developing regions, focusing on practical applications of emerging themes, and adopting interdisciplinary approaches. This analysis serves as a foundation for advancing project management research to meet evolving global challenges effectively.

Abstract

The misuse of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in international business has emerged as a significant risk in global money laundering schemes. This study explores the mechanisms, risk factors, and regulatory challenges associated with SPVs, emphasizing their dual role as legitimate financial instruments and potential tools for illicit financial activities. A comprehensive literature review highlights key vulnerabilities, including opaque ownership structures, jurisdictional arbitrage, and regulatory inconsistencies. The findings underscore the necessity of enhanced transparency, international collaboration, and technological adoption to mitigate these risks. Proposed strategies include mandating beneficial ownership disclosure, leveraging blockchain and artificial intelligence for transaction monitoring, and strengthening global anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. By addressing these challenges, this study contributes to safeguarding the integrity of financial systems and promoting ethical practices in international business.

Abstract

Poverty, unemployment and inequality are still crucial problems in Indonesia, but they can be resolved through inclusive economic growth. Inclusive economic growth includes equity, equality of opportunity, and protection in market and employment transitions. One factor that can influence inclusive economic growth is infrastructure development. This research aims to analyze the influence of road, electricity, water and telecommunications infrastructure on inclusive economic growth in 34 provinces in Indonesia. Testing was carried out in 34 provinces in Indonesia in the 2015-2021 research year. This research uses a quantitative approach and panel data regression analysis using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach using Eviews 12 software. The results of this research show that road and electricity infrastructure have an insignificant and negative effect, and water and telecommunications infrastructure have a significant and positive effect on inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, road, electricity, water and telecommunications infrastructure have a significant impact on inclusive economic growth. The implication of this research is that further research is needed regarding the influence of infrastructure on inclusive economic growth in Indonesia and the government needs to develop good quality infrastructure that is evenly distributed throughout all regions in Indonesia, so that inclusive economic growth can be achieved
