Profesionalisme menuntut guru untuk siap menghadapi era pengetahuan yang terus berkembang, dan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah menjadi aspek yang tidak terpisahkan bagi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi permasalahan guru dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah dan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan model partisipatif yang pelaksanaannya di UPTD SDN 22 Maros dan melibatkan 32 guru, 1 Pustakawan, 1 OPS dan 1 Tenaga Administrasi. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai materi seperti sistematika penulisan artikel ilmiah, pemilihan tema penelitian, pengenalan aplikasi bantuan dan teknik pencarian literatur. Dampak dari kegiatan pelatihan membantu peserta dalam peningkatan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan pengembangan karir.

Setiap peserta didik mempunyai kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam memahami suatu konsep dari materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui letak kesulitan dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peserta didik kesulitan belajar materi metabolisme pada kelas XII MIA 1 MAN Majene, serta (2) mengetahui pendapat peserta didik mengenai upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar materi metabolisme pada kelas XII MIA 1 MAN Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII MIA MAN 1 Majene yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pembagian angket untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar peserta didik dan dokumentasi yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kamera (handphone). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kesulitan belajar peserta didik XII MIA 1 MAN 1 Majene dalam memahami materi metabolisme disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, dan (2) upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar tersebut adalah dengan menanamkan keinginan dalam diri peserta didik kelas XII MIA 1 MAN 1 Majene untuk berusaha memahami materi yang ada.

E-commerce becomes an electronic media that uses a login system used by users. User data in the form of usernames and passwords is vulnerable to hacking. One technique to improve user security is the implementation of AES algorithms on login systems in E-Commerce applications. The purpose of this study is to apply the AES algorithm in the login system of e-commerce websites and analyze the improvement of information security for users after the implementation is carried out. The research method used is an experiment with the application of the use of the AES algorithm before and after. Therefore, the application of the AES algorithm on the login system of e-commerce websites can be used as a solution to improve user data security. Testing using Wireshark and Burpsuite tools. The results obtained are that AES successfully secures the username and password on the e-commerce login system .

This study aims to evaluate the presentation of local financial statements at the Aceh Financial Management Agency office in the context of conformity with the guidelines of Government Accounting Standards (PSAP) 71. Statement of Government Accounting Standards (PSAP 71) regulates local government financial statements, focusing on disclosures related to fixed assets. The evaluation phase includes an assessment of compliance with the standard as well as the quality of the information presented, with a focus on transparency and accountability in asset management. With the existence of PSAP 71, it is expected that financial statements can present relevant, reliable and useful information. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques. This research was conducted in the time span of 2022-2023. The results showed that although the Regional financial statements in Aceh Province had been prepared with reference to PSAP 71, there were still some discrepancies in the application of accounting principles. For example, it can be in the form of fixed asset valuations that are not updated, so that the reported values do not reflect the actual conditions. Based on the analysis, this study recommends several corrective measures. First, the development of a better and integrated accounting information system to facilitate the process of collecting and presenting financial data.

The technology used in the printing industry is currently growing rapidly. Generally, the digital printing industry uses raw materials in the form of paper production. The use of paper material with large volumes is clear badly in need of purchasing large quantities of paper stock as well. The purchase of paper stocks with a constant amount at the beginning of each month for various types of paper causes a buildup or lack of material stock standard on certain types of paper. During this time the purchase and ordering of raw materials only based on the estimates or predictions of the owner. In this paper proposed forecasting will be carried out in the digital printing industry by applying the ARIMA model for each type of raw material paper with the Palembang F18 digital printing case study. The ARIMA modeling applied will produce different parameters for each materials paper type so as to produce forecasting with the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) value averages 13.0294%.

Kasus perundungan anak saat dalam kurun waktu 2023-2024 semakin meningkat, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pendidikan masyarakat dan dukungan orang tua dalam kegiatan sosial di sekitar anak. KPAD SUMSEL merupakan komisioner di bawah KPAI yang menangani kasus kekerasan terhadap anak. Saat ini, KPAD SUMSEL belum memiliki sistem khusus untuk melaporkan peristiwa kekerasan anak, yang biasanya memerlukan waktu proses dan menimbulkan trauma emosional pada korbannya. Dalam kajian tersebut, Tim Polsri bekerja sama dengan KPAD SUMSEL merancang sebuah sistem untuk pelaporan peristiwa kekerasan anak berbasis website dengan inovasi berupa geo-tagging location sehingga operator dapat menentukan lokasi kejadian secara akurat. Sistem yang dirancang tidak hanya memberikan edukasi dan informasi pencegahan kekerasan, namun juga menjadi platform digital bagi masyarakat untuk melaporkan kejadian perundungan yang terjadi di lingkungannya, sehingga peristiwa tersebut dapat segera ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak yang berwenang dengan tepat dan cepat.

The aim of this research is to describe and explain the relationship between family support and student self-esteem and describe the level of differences in self-esteem of male and female students at MA Hamzanwadi NWDI Pancor. This research uses a quantitative approach using correlational and comparative methods. The measuring instrument in this research uses two scales, namely the self-esteem scale and the family support scale. The total research sample was 92 students, 46 male students and 46 female students. The research was conducted at MA Hamzanwadi NWDI Pancor, East Lombok. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The results of the research show that the significance value of the self-esteem variable and the family support variable is p = 0.00 < 0.05, so the variables are said to be correlated. The level of correlation between variables is 0.644 or around 64.4% of students' self-esteem is influenced by family support. Meanwhile, the description of the level of self-esteem of male and female students obtained a sig value. 0.865 > 0.05, so the average self-esteem score for male and female students is the same.

Background: Ischemic stroke remains a leading cause of death and disability worldwide, with increasing incidence each year. Patients with comorbidities, such as Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM), pose additional treatment challenges due to a higher risk of drug-related problems (DRPs), particularly drug interactions. Objective: This study aims to describe pharmaceutical care in female patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke and Type 2 DM, with a focus on identifying and evaluating DRPs. Method: A descriptive case study was conducted. Data were collected through medical records and patient monitoring, focusing on the identification and analysis of potential DRPs in the context of pharmaceutical care. Results: The study found drug interactions as the most prominent DRP. An interaction between potassium slow-release (KSR) and candesartan was identified as requiring monitoring. Additionally, moderate interactions were found between atorvastatin and clopidogrel, as well as atorvastatin and amlodipine. These interactions have the potential to influence therapeutic outcomes. Conclusion: The prescribed medication regimen was generally appropriate for the patient's condition. Nevertheless, the presence of DRPs highlights the importance of regular monitoring and dose adjustments. Optimizing pharmaceutical care through early detection and management of DRPs is essential to ensure treatment safety and effectiveness in patients with complex conditions.

Kosmetik palsu merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di Indonesia, menyababkan efek samping seperti iritasi kulit, alergi dan keracunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatjan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya kosmetik palsu melalui edukasi penyuluhan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penyuluhan dan pemberian leaflet kepada 60 responden di Stadion Utama Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kosmetik palsu setelah penyuluhan dengan signifikansi (p<0,5). Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi dan penyuluhan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kosmetik palsu. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya lanjutan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pencegahan penggunaan kosmetik palsu di masyarakat

This research aims to explain human resource management at the STIQ Amuntai, South Kalimantan. The research method used is a qualitative research method with narrative research type. Data collection was carried out by means of depth interview. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Hubberman model which consists of data reduction, data display and data verification and drawing conclusions. The research results show that there are several steps taken by STIQ Amuntai in developing human resources consisting of lecturers and education staff, namely by selective employee recruitment with strict selection, participating in regular and scheduled training and development, implementing performance-based management, clear career paths and improve the welfare of lecturers and education staff.
