Abstract

This study aims to develop core competencies and business concept cooperative accordance cooperatives business realities of Indonesian society folk-based economy. The study was conducted using a qualitative methodology, namely Beyond Structuralism. Beyond Structuralism synergize structuralist anthropology synchronous (contextual) and postrukturalis diachronic (the past). Methodology run with his methods Constructivist Structuralism Pierre Bourdieu to determine empirically (habitus, capital, field and practice) the cooperative business activity in Indonesia. The first phase, through the synergy of anthropology anthropological teoritisasi synchronous (cooperative business realities contextual) and anthropology diachronic (cooperative business realities initial phase). The second phase, to synergize both to find a common thread business cooperative concept of self-reliance in the field Teoritisasi empirically necessary to formulate the concept of the independence of the Cooperative.As a result, the concept of independence, the core competencies of family and productive synergy-retail-intermediation is the substance of cooperative development in accordance unique reality of Indonesian society. Although this is mostly reduced development time and subordination policy interventions great effort. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on employee productivity foreman parts production process at PT. Surisenia Plasmataruna Rokan Hulu. Supervision as an independent variable (X) and produktiviitas work as the dependent variable (Y), and this study takes the number of respondents 49 people. Data was collected by questionnaire and interview techniques. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS.The results showed that there was a foreman supervision influence on employee productivity. From the analysis of data obtained value of t> t table is 3.777> 1.678 means that there is a significant effect between the foreman supervision on employee productivity. Value of determination R2 = 0.233 or 23.3 percent of this means that the variable foreman supervision has contributed in explaining the variable labor productivity by 23.3 percent. A percentage of 76.7 percent is contributed by other variables outside of this study.Keywords: Human Resource Management, Supervision, Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous influence of firm size, sales growth, and profitability of capital structure. Where independent variables in this study is the size of the company, sales growth, and profitability while the dependent variable is the capital structure. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2009 to 2014. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The classical assumption test in this research includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that firm size variables persial (t test) affect the capital structure, while the variable sales growth and profitability does not affect the capital structure of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f) show the significant effect of firm size variable, sales growth, and profitability on capital structure in textile and garment companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This Research is conducted in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru. Intention of this research is to know about credit management at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru as well as to know and analysis likuidity in credit management at PT. Bank of Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru represent a calculation of balance and balance in managing credit management to determine obligation of bank in paying debt short-range to other bank.This research is descriptive quantitative. Where there is no population and sample. This study uses informance to obtain the required information. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through interviews directly with the credit administration department and the accounting department, secondary data is information relating to research and data are already available in the company, including financial statements such as balance sheet, profit / loss, collektibility, credit, and company history organizational structure.From the analysis conducted can be seen that the calculation of cash in corporate liquidity ratio in 2010-2012 in the position of its unsanitary LDR while still in a state fluctuates in 2010 stood at a healthy enough while in 2011 and 2012 are at an unhealthy position, this is caused by the current debt ratio increased compared to its liquid instruments.Keyword : Likuidity, Collektibility, Credit Management

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the performance of keuangan PT. PLN (Persero) Sumbagut Generation Pekanbaru Generation Sector period 2014-2018. Analysis method used based on KEPMEN BUMN Number: KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. Based on the results of analysis of financial performance data at PT. PLN (Persero) Generation SUMBAGUT Pekanbaru Generation Sector obtained the conclusion that the company’s financial performance is in poor conditon. (1) Analysis of Liquidity ratio with Cash ratio and Current Ratio shows that the company's financial performance is in poor condition. (2) Analysis of Solvency ratio with the ratio of total capital alone to total assets shows the company's financial performance is in good condition. (3) Profitability ratio analysis with ROE ratio and ROI of financial performance in fairly good condition (4) Activity ratio analysis with Collection Periodsindicator, Inventory Turnover and TATO, the Company is in excellent condition. Keywords : Analysis, Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Activity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Own Capital and Number of Members Against Time Remaining Products at the Cooperative Unit of Koperasi Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The method used in measuring own capital is the capital owned by the company sourced from mandatory savings, principal savings and reserve funds. The number of members is obtained from the large number of members in the cooperative. The remaining results of cooperative operations are income of cooperatives obtained in one year, reduced by depreciation and costs from the relevant financial year or commonly referred to as net income. The method used to observe the effect of own capital and the number of members on financial performance is by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, namely cooperative field research and reports on the annual meeting of the Koperasi Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The data used are the annual cooperative member meeting report data from 2009 to 2018. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, t test and f test.The results of the analysis show that the equity variables have no significant effect on the remaining results of the cooperative effort partially. The variable number of members also has no significant effect on the remaining results of the cooperative effort partially. Then, the variable own capital and number of members also did not have a significant effect on the remaining results of the operations of the Cooperative Unit of the Koperasi Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Keywords: own capital, number of members, remaining results of operation

Abstract

Penelitisn aims to determine the effect of Profitabolitas and Leverage on Stock Price at automotive sub-companies and Components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is used as independent variable (X) that is with indicator Return On Asset (ROA), and Leverage with indicator that is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). While used as the dependent variable (Y) is Price Earning Price Earning Ratio (PER). This research used secondary data that is financial report of Automotive and Components sub sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling was done by sampling the samples used were 12 Automotive and Component sub sector. The technique used is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with SPSS 21 software. From result of research indicate that variable of Profitability and Leverage partially (t test) does not have an effect on Stock Price in Automotive sub sector and Component company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The result of simultaneous research (Test f) shows that there is no influence of Profitability and Leverage variable on Stock Price in Automotive and Component sub sector companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Promotion is the displacement of a position to another position and status have a higher responsibility and is usually accompanied by an increase in salaries / wages other. Promotion provides an important role for every employee, even a dream that always look forward, with the promotion of the employees will be motivated to work hard, excited, and perform the work so that the target company would be achieved optimally. As for which is included into the promotion of this research is the level of education, experience, and skill.Morale is doing the job harder so that the work becomes better. Generating employee morale is an attempt to cause the result of higher working again. The factors that affect the morale is attendance rate, job satisfaction, teamwork and discipline.Bank Nagari is one of the industry engaged in banking services areas of West Sumatra, to be able to realize the objectives of the company should need to improve Human Resources, one of the business by implementing a promotion for employees, employees who are promoted must meet the criteria established by the company, with the holding of this promotion will spur employees to work with the better because it will be well motivated and eager to workBased on the analysis of this study showed that there is a strong relationship between the promotion with employee morale Pekanbaru City Branch of Bank Nagari. It can be seen from the analysis of known data from the t (4.586)> t table (2,055) and Sig (0,000) <0.05. Abstract

In bakery productions, Pesonna Hotel Pekanbaru definitely has stages of implementation, both in terms of ingredients supply, how to make it, packaging, and distribution. It aims to make bakery products that will be consumed by consumers become a product that has good quality and quantity. This study aims to determine the application of standard recipes in the manufacture of bakery product at Pesonna Hotel Pekanbaru. Standard recipe is a reference used by cooks in processing a food product where in the recipe there are several instructions such as ingredients, quantities, equipments, process of cooking, portions, and other instructions that are very important to apply. This standard recipe aims to maintain the consistency of food both in terms of taste, appearance, portions produced, and the standard time required for processing. This study was conducted using qualitative research method by making 2 key informants as speakers, namely one person cook pastry and one person cook helper. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and end with conclusion. Seen based on research that has been done, the application of standard recipe in the manufacture of bakery product at Pesonna Hotel Pekanbaru has been correctly done. It’s just negligence from its own human resources that causes the standard recipe that have been applied to be failed. Keywords: Application, Standard Recipe, Hotel, Bakery

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability in the pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. Capital structure ratios used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DR) and profitability ratio used Return On Invesment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE). The method used to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability using sample linear refresh.Data used in this research in secondary data, financial reports. The recorded data in indonesian stock exchange during the 5 years 2010 to 2014. The dark, population in this were 8 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, test f, and the coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using SPSS 21.Analysis shows the capital structure affect the profitability of the pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange.
