Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Village Transfer Cooperative District Enok District Indragiri Hilir in 2014 to 2018 by using the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability. This type of research conducted in the form of secondary data which data from the financial statements. Data collection techniques used were the method of observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is by collecting and grouping financial statement data and evaluating financial performance. Based on the results of the analysis of the financial data of the Artha Prima Cooperative in Pengransfer Village, Enok Subdistrict, Indragiri Regency, it was concluded that the level of liquidity in 2014-2018 in terms of the current ratio gets bad results (bad) and cash ratio gets bad results (bad). The level of solvency in 2014-2018 in terms of DAR and DER showed very good results. The level of profitability in 2014-2018 in terms of ROA, ROE and NPM showed good results. Judging from the calculation of the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability, it is said that the financial performance of the Artha Prima Cooperative, Desa Pengransfer, Enok District needs to be improved so that it can be even better in the future.Keywords: liquidity, solvency and rentability

Abstract

This research was condudted in PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru. The setting of this problem is the influence the granting of incentives to job performance the department of marketing at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the granting of incetives, job performance, and know how the granting of incentives to job performance the department of marketing at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru.The author uses descriptive quantitative methods of analisys. Data collection using the questionnaire. The sample used is the census. Data sources used are primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research, secondary data and data collected or the outhor of the PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru.The result of this research shown that the granting of incetives influence significant of job performance the department of marketing at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and corporate image on customer satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Customer value as variable (X1) corporate image as variable (X2) and customer satisfaction as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS program, where the sample used is guest who stay more than 2 times in Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru with 100 0rang respondents. To determine the amount of smpel used slovin formula, as well as sampling techniques by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews.The result of analysis use multiple linear regression, t test, and f test so that it can be seen that customer value variable have positive effect to customer satisfaction, that giving image of company has a significant effect to customer satisfaction, and significant influence between customer value and company image to customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Simpang Tiga Urban Village Business Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) office. PPD (Village Empowerment Program) is one of the non-bank financial institutions created by the government to encourage the economic development of the Village / Kelurahan community through micro economic activities through the Village / Kelurahan Business Fund managed by UEK-SP (Villange Savings and Loan Economic Business). UEK-SP is a village institution engaged in savings and loans to support productive economic businesses in the village concerned. The purpose of this study is to find out how the procedure for granting credit is carried out by UEK-SP Simpang Tiga in granting credit to its customers. Data collection techniques that the authors use in this study are observation and interview techniques. The results of the research show that the procedure used in the UEK-SP Simpang Tiga in granting credit is (Credit Provision Process, Credit Granting Decision, Credit Granting Analysis) Has been carried out by the UEK-SP Simpang Tiga as it should in the credit granting procedure and this makes the business the government in empowering the community can be achieved.  Keywords: crediting process, application for credit, crediting analysis, disbursement and credit monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to examine partially and simultaneously the influence of corporate social responsiveness and company size on firm value. Where the independent variable in this study is corporate social responsiveness and company size while the dependent variable is the value of the company. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010 to 2015. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the variables of corporate social responbility in a persial (t test) does not affect the value of the company, while the company size variable affects the value of oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Simultaneous test results (f) show no influence of corporate social responbility variables and firm size on the value of the company in oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size and Company Value

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence customer relationship management (CRM) and customer value have on customer satisfaction at the New Resty Hotel Menara Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was excidental sampling. The data in this study used the survey method through a questionnaire filled out by customers. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS18 program.This research was conducted at the New Resty Hotel Menara Pekanbaru, located on Sisingamaraja No.89 Pekanbaru. From the method of collecting data using a questionnaire, hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods. It is known that the results of the study show that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Customer Value has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and a significant effect between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction at the New Resty Hotel Menara Pekanbaru. Creating a relationship so that it can provide positive value to customers and increase the ability to serve customers in order to realize professional servicesKeywords: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Value, and Customer Satisfacti.

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities are always followed by various types of risk. Credit risk of the most common is the inability of the debtor to pay back its obligations in the form of loan principal and interest loans, causing a credit crunch. Problem loans are loans that must be resolved and addressed to avoid losses at the bank. PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch is one of the banking institutions which cannot be separated from non-performing loans, requiring the completion of the loans that experienced these problem. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the settlement of non-performing loans in the PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch. The sampling technique used is ti assign an informant within the settlement of non-performing loans. As for the informants in this study were employees of credit PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch and debtors. His or of this study showed that the percentage of non-performing loans in 2011-2014 fluctuated and tended to increase. The resolution of troubled debt PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch in the form of credit restructuritation including the rescheduling, restructuring and foreclosure of collateral.Key words: credit risk, non-performing loans, troubled debt setlement

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the promotion of Rural Tourism Koto Sentajo conducted by Singingi Kuantan District Government as well as to determine the response of tourists to the promotion of tourism village of Koto Sentajo conducted by the District Government Singingi Such Kuantan.In this study the research methods that I use is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, where researchers tried to describe to explain in detail the issues to be examined based on data that was obtained from a questionnaire research reports / questionnaires have been collected, then analyzed and spoken in the form sentence to then be deduced. Processing results are then presented in the form of numbers -angka so that gives an impression more easily captured its meaning by anyone who needs information about the existence of these symptoms. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires / questionnaire.Based on the research that has been done, the promotion of village tourism in some media have not fully achieve maximum results, but the overall promotion of tourism village conducted by Regency Kuantan Singingi already considered good.Keywords : Tourism Marketing Promotion, Tourism Village, Village Tourism Koto Sentajo

Abstract

Working capital management in company is one of the most important thing to improving the profitability. More effective the working capital management will make the profitability increase everytime. This study aims to determine and analyze the application of working capital management in improving profitability at PT. Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru. In this study using quantitative descriptive data types. The data collection technique used is the technique of interview and documentation on the financial data of PT. Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru.The analysis results show that the management working capital fluctuaced on the management of cash, management of receivable and management of inventory company still not effective yet for managing the working capital. And management profitability for Return On Investment (ROI) and Return On Equity (ROE) fluctuaced makes company still not effective yet for managing profit through sales.                                       Keywords : Working Capital, Profitability

Abstract

This reserach aims to determine the relationship promotion on employee achievement and analyze more deeply the relationship promotion on employee achievement marketing division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru. Methods of data collection by questionnaire and interview. The concept of the studied variables there are 2 that independent variable is the indicator Promotion Position: Education, Experience, and Creative Initiative and the dependent variable is Job achievement indicators include: Responsibility, Discipline, Personality, Skills and Abilities. Measurements relationship promotion on employee achievement Marketing Division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru by using a statistical test, which is a simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, and t test. From the research, 73 respondents obtained results that promotion in the marketing division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru is positioned properly or are in total score in 1332, the score interval (1244-1536), which means that the promotion consists of several indicators such as education, experience, and creative initiatives are already said to be good / agree. Based on calculations, the value of the regression coefficient for the value of X is 0.410 meaning that if the promotion increased by 1 unit then the work achievement parts marketing division of PT. Tribun Pekanbaru will increase by 0.410 units. From the regression equation above shows the regression coefficients of the independent variables that b is positive (+), where in this case the promotion variable (X) effect on work achievement. Significant influence on the interpretation promotion work has the effect of 38.2%. This means that 38.2% of work achievement is influenced by promotion.Keyword : Promotion, Work Achievement, Tribun Pekanbaru
