Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance and firm size on firm value on food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio of good corporate governance that is used as the independent variable is managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board of directors, independent board and audit committee. The ratio of the size of the company is used as the independent variable is the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total asset). While used as the dependent variable was measured with the company's price-book value (PBV) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used to observe the effect of good corporate governance and company size on the value of the company is by using multiple linear regression. The data used in this research is secondary data, financial statements and annual report annual report. The data listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from the period 2010 to 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, used was 6 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f and the coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The analysis showed that the variable good corporate governance influence significantly affect the value of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable size of the company does not significantly affect the value of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous research results showed no significant effect of the variable good corporate governance and company size on the value of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords : good corporate governance, firm size, the value of the company

Abstract

Rokan Hulu Regency is an area that has a lot of tourism potential from Natural Resources, to arts and culture. Tourism is an overall activity related to tourism and is multidimensional and multidisciplinary in nature which emerges as a manifestation of the needs of each person and country as well as interactions between tourists and the local community, fellow tourists, local governments, and entrepreneurs. Tourism development is one form of tourism sector development that is very much needed in order to increase the attractiveness of tourists to visit. Well-managed tourism will also add to one of the Original Regional Income. The purpose of this study To find out the development of the Aek Martua Waterfall Tourism Object by the Rokan Hulu Regency Tourism and Culture Office, To find out the inhibiting factors for the development of Tourism Objects, plunge aek martua by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan of Rokan Hulu Regency there are several factors found in the Aek Martua Waterfall area, namely: Activity, Aminity, Accessibility. And facilities. This study uses qualitative research methods, using purposive sampling techniques, this study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers need to extend participation and triangulation.

Abstract

Monitoring of inventory and procurement of raw materials is the main thing that must be done by a company in order to meet the needs of the desired material . In the procurement and supply of raw materials in the company of accuracy needed to see if the raw materials both in terms of quality and quantity .The population in this study is the head of the company and employees of PT . Industry and Trade Bangkinang Pekanbaru . The company leader is being key informant , while the purchasing department , production department and the warehouse is taken as the research sample , which is taken proportional random sampling is sampling by taking 50 % of the population in every part of the company that will be investigated and then used respondents in this study .Based on the results of previous studies , the authors can draw conclusions and suggestions . The conclusion of this study , the implementation of the inventory control of raw material of rubber on the PT . Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the influence of liquidity, salesgrowth and dividend policy on stock prices. Where independent variable in this research isliquidity, sales growth and dividend policy and while the dependent variable is stock price. Thesample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of consumer goodscompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010 until 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Sampling usingcensus techniques. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and testof coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis withSPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that partial liquidity variable (t test) has a positive andsignificant effect on stock prices, while sales growth and dividend variables negatively affectstock prices in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Simultaneous test results (F) show the influence of liquidity variables, sales growth and dividendpolicy on stock prices on consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: liquidity, sales growth, dividend policy and stock price

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities is always the risk of a will arise, it is necessary for credit management so that risk can be minimized. If the credit management implemented not good it appears a credit risk which will cause the credit becomes problematic which will affect the liquidity and profitability of the Bank. The purpose of this study (1) To determine and analyze the Credit Management to see the level of Non Performing Loan (NPL) in the BUMN Banks (2) To determine and analyze the liquidity and profitability has been achieved in the BUMN Banks. With the research method used is quantitative descriptive. The method of data collection used secondary data such as financial statements, the data in the form of interviews were also used as additional information to obtain data that is spoken. Data analysis using financial ratios Non Performing Loan (NPL) for measuring credit management, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to measure liquidity, and Return On Assets (ROA) to measure profits.Results of research conducted showed that the ratio of Non Performing Loan (NPL) in BUMN Banks during the period of 2011-2014 the BRI, Mandiri, BNI and BTN Bank are in a state of "healthy" that do not cross the line provisions of 5% -8%. Liquidity and profitability has been achieved by BUMN Banks the show is liquidity in 85% <ratio <100%, or the ratio <50% for Bank BRI, Mandiri and BNI is in a "healthy" while BTN Bank in the "healthy enough" while profitability at BUMN Banks in a "very healthy" and are at above 0.5 <ROA≤1,25%.Keywords: Credit Management, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA)

Abstract

             This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine th effect of liquidity and solvency on earnings growth. In this study the independent variables are liquidty and solvency, while the dependent variable is earnings growth. The sample used is secondary data derived from th company’s financial statements that are seen every month in the period 2014 to 2018. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test processed using SPSS 23. The result showed that the partial liquidity variable had no effect on earnings growth, whil the solvency variable partially influences earnings growth. Simultaneous test reults indicate that there is an influences of liquidity and solvency variables on earnings growth in PT. Pegadaian( Persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru.Keyword : Earnings Growth, Liquidity, Solvency.

Abstract

This research is for test about working capital effect for profitability in advertising printing media listed at Indonesia stock exchange. So working capital that indicated with cash turn over, receivable turn over and inventory turn over, and profitability that indicated with return on investment (ROI). Data used at this research was secunder data. Population of this research was advertising printing media sector what listed at Indonesian stock exchange. And sampling method used for this research is purposive sampling to take some data on 5 companies for 5 years to get 25 financial report. This research need classical assumption test include normality test, multikolonierity test, heterokedastisity test and auto correlation test. To analyzed this data need multiple linier regression analyzed, t test,f test and determination coefisien test. To analyzed this data need software program SPSS 16. The result of this research show that capital working variabels that indicated with cash turn over for partial test (t test) have no significant effect with return on investment (ROI) meanwhile inventory turn over have no significant effect with return on investment (ROI). And simultaneous result (f test) show that all independent variabels have positif effect to return on investment (ROI). Adjusted R square value about 0,626 and result show 62,6% ROI can explain independent of capital working that indicated cash turn over, receivable turn over and inventory turn over. Abstract

Siak Mining and Energy (SPE) Ltd. Co of Siak regency is one of regional ownedenterprises (BUMD) owned by Siak regency, Riau where this company is a work over andwell services. From the first established, Siak Mining and Energy Ltd. Co of Siak regencyhas conducted training and education for its employees through Cepu Oil and Gas TrainingCenter. Implementation of training and education is expected to maximize the productivityor employees performance of Siak Mining and Energy (SPE) Ltd. Co of Siak regency. Theaim of this study is to analyze training and education applied to employees of outside area,to analyze performance of outside area and analyze influence of training and educationtoward employees performance of Siak Mining and Energy (SPE) Ltd. Co of Siak regency.The sample is 50 respondents where use purposive sampling technique. Data are collectedby spreading questionnaire to respondent and the data are analyzed using Uij-t and SimpleLinear Regression. Statistical analysis using SPSS version 17 is used to analyze data. Thefindings of study indicated where coefficient of determination is 0.823. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of existing facilities in the Bukit Suligi Tourism Object, Aliantan Village, Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of research that has been done, the results show that the facilities available with 3 concept facilities are used, main facilities, supporting facilities and supporting facilities. The facilities at the Bukit Suligi Tourism Object are quite good such as the main facilities and supporting facilities, for supporting facilities it is very poor because they are not available at the Bukit Suligi Tourism Object. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of working capital management in increasing profitability in the Rejosari Multipurpose Cooperative, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The data used is secondary data, namely financial statements in 2016 - 2020. This study uses quantitative data analysis using a descriptive approach. The analysis used is liquidity ratio, profitability ratio and activity ratio.The results of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of working capital management in order to increase profitability in the Cooperative Of All-Business Rejosari Kecematan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru for the last five years is said to be ineffective because there is still a fluctuating ratio. This can disrupt the operation of the cooperative so that it can affect the development of the cooperative. Judging from the results of liquidity ratio analysis, in general the criteria are not good. The results of profitability ratios, in general this ratio shows that the use of assets in generating profits is good and the activity ratio, in general fluctuating, so that working capital turnover, total assets and receivables are still running well with ineffective criteria, as well as the existence of several policy explanations of the existing problems in the Cooperative All-Business Rejosari Kecematan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru regarding receivables, cash and supplies in order to manage to be effective.  Keywords: Efectiveness, Working Capital, Liquidity, Profitability.
