Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of the financial performance of BUMN Conventional Banks and BUMN Sharia Banks during the 2015-2019 period based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. As well as to determine the fulfillment of financial performance standards for BUMN Conventional Banks and BUMN Sharia Banks based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios during the 2015-2019 period using financial ratios Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Finanicing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio. (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO).This study uses secondary data in the form of data obtained by the author from the Financial Statements of Bank BRI, BNI and Mandiri as well as Bank BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri which were obtained from the Riau Branch Indonesia Stock Exchange Office in the Sudirman Business Central Complex Blok B1.The results of the analysis show that the analysis of the financial performance of a state-owned conventional bank using bank financial ratios has the ability to "good" in fulfilling capital adequacy, generate profit and efficiency in operating costs, but "not good" in managing loans with funds received by the third party. BUMN Sharia Banks have "good" capabilities in managing financing and are provided with funds received by third parties, meeting capital adequacy and efficiency of operating costs, but are "not good" in obtaining the resulting profit.

Abstract

Monetary situation and macroeconomic variables movement are things that must be considered by an investor in doing stock trading activity in a country. The state of the economy and the fluctuation of macro variables in a country can affect the stock price, including in the banking sector. This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables namely exchange rate (exchange rate) and inflation rate to stock price. This research uses quantitative method. The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) inthe period 2011-2015.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, 9 banking companies were selected as samples in this study. The classical assumption test in this research includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination.Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results of this study indicate that the variable exchange rate (exchange rate) and partial inflation rate (t test) does not affect the stock prices of sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (f) show no influence of variables exchange rate (exchange rate) and inflation rate on stock prices in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Exchange Rate, Inflation Rate, Stock Price.

Abstract

The Management of Facilities the  Tourist of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban, that managed by the department of culture and tourism Kuantan Singingi regency as government agencies that are responsible for the management and development of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban.The purpose of the research is to know the management of Air TerjunTujuh Tingkat Batang Koban of Kuantan Singingi regency and the factors that influence the management ofAir Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban of Kuantan Singingi regency. The concept of the theory is the management of according to George R. Terry, the researcher uses the method of descriptive qualitative. Kind of the data is used the primary and secondary. The data collection of the researcher is use the techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. By using techniques purfosif as an informan for the research. The conclusion of the results of this researchthat the management of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban in Kuantan Singingi regency.it is can be seen from the facility which is already a lot a damaged and didn’t do maintenance by department of culture and touristm of kuantan singingi regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of profitability and investment decisions on the value of pulp & paper company listed in indonesia stock exchange (IDX). Profitability ratios were used as independent variables is Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) and the ratio of investment decisions are used ad independent variables is Book Value of The Asset (BVA). While being used as the dependent variable is measured by the value of the company Price Book Value (PBV) listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The methods used to observe the effect of Profitability and Investment decisions on the value of company is by using multiple linear regression.Data used in this study is a secondary data, financial reports (annual report). As for data listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 6 years from 2009 to 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, used are 5 companies. Analysis data using multiple linear regressions analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Analysis data using multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS 21.The analysis showed that the variable profitability does not significantly affect the value of pulp & paper company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Whereas investment decision variables did not significantly affect the value of pulp & paper companylisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous research results showed no significant effect of variable profitability and investment decisions on the value of pulp & paper company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords : Profitability, Investment Decision, The Value of the Company

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of financial performance in Savings and Loans Cooperatives (Studies on Service Cooperatives in Manunggal Village, Bandar Padang Village, Seberida District and Prosperous Palm Service Cooperatives, Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency during the 2016-2020 period) based on the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. and to find out the fulfillment of cooperative financial performance standards based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios for the period 2016-2020 using financial ratios Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Total Asset To Debt Ratio, Net Worth To Debt Ratio, Profitability Ratio and ROA.This study uses secondary data in the form of data obtained by the author from the financial statements of the Service Cooperative Unit in Manunggal Village, Bandar Padang Village, Seberida District and the Sejahtera Sawit Services Cooperative, Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency which was obtained from the offices of the two cooperatives, the data needed by researchers for liquidity analysis. , solvency, and profitability. The results of the analysis show that the analysis of the financial statements of the Service Cooperative Unit, Manunggal Village, Bandar Padang Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency for the 2016-2020 period based on the Liquidity Ratio, the Current Ratio and Cash Ratio get the title "Not Good, the Solvency Ratio in the Total Asset To Debt Ratio Rastio gets the "Good" predicate, the Net Worth To Debt Ratio gets the "Not Good" predicate and the Profitability Ratio in the Equity Profitability Ratio and ROA gets the "Not Good" predicate. While the results of the analysis of the financial statements of the Prosperous Palm Oil Services Cooperative, Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency for the 2016-2020 period based on the Liquidity Ratio, the Current Ratio and Cash Ratio received the title "Not Good". The Solvency Ratio in the Total Assets To Debt ratio Rastio got the "Very Good" predicate, the Net Worth To Debt Ratio got the "Very Good" predicate and the Profitability Ratio in the Own Capital Profitability Ratio and ROA got the "Not Good" predicate.Based on the results of the independent sample T-test, there were significant differences in the ratios of TATDR and NWTDR, and there were no significant differences in the ratios of CR, CSR, RMS and ROA.                                                                                                                         Keywords: Comparison of Financial Performance, Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Ecotourism Promotion of Tesso Nilo National Park in the village of Lubuk Flower Bungo District of Ukui Pelalawan, and how the responses of visitors on the Implementation of the Promotion, in the form of Advertising, Public Relations word of mouth, personal selling and sales promotion. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to solve problems in the lift. The sample in this study as many as 55 people were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, interview and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. Based on the research that has been done, responsden response to the Implementation of Ecotourism Promotion of Tesso Nilo National Park has been good. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan bagian Produksi pada PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari. Dalam penelitian  ini 57 Karyawan telah di ambil sebagai  Sampel dari 136 Populasi dan dipilih secara Random Sampling kemudian diwawancarai sebagai Responden. Analisis Validitas dan Reliabilitas telah dilakukan sebagai alat ukur pada 57 Responden. Hasil dari pengujian alat ukur tersebut  menyatakan bahwa data yang di ukur Valid dan Reliabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif dan teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Kuantitatif. Setelah di uji dengan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas selanjutnya data di Analisis menggunakan Analisis Statistik Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R²), dan Uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa diketahui t hitung (6.868) > t tabel (2,005) dan Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Artinya Hipotesa dapat diterima dan  menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan.   Kata kunci  : Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Abstract

Financial performance appraisal is a very important activity for the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Regional Office II was measured using the Du Pont System method for the period 2015 to 2019 which involved the activity ratio with the profitability ratio. The type of research used in the form of secondary data which is data from financial statements. The data collection technique used is the method of documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the ratios, namely Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) and Equity Multiplier (EM). The results of the discussion show that the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru fluctuated. This can be seen from the fluctuating state of return on equity over a five-year period. This fluctuating return on equity is influenced by fluctuations in return on investment, some of which are caused by an increase in revenue and total assets of the company but the rate of increase in company assets is greater than income, so that total asset turnover fluctuates. Even so, the net profit margin has increased even though total assets have fluctuated. Keywords: Financial Performance, Du Pont System

Abstract

Hotel is a commercial business that open for public, Front Office Departement is one of the most important part in hotel operational because in many occasions at hotel in providing rooms and guest needs especially in the bellboy section, so it requires an adequate many of bellboy and with good service but what often happens bellboy who serves guest is not accordance with the many of guest come at hotel. Resulting in service quality that is not accordance with the many of employees work. The purpose of this study are: (1) Describe the quality of service bellboy at the Fox Hotel Pekanbaru, (2) to describe the satisfaction of the guests at the Fox Hotel Pekanbaru  and (3) analyze the relationship between service quality with guest satisfaction bellboy at the Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. This type of research is correlational. The population is all guests who stayed at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. The method used is non propability insedental sampling technique sampling with a sample of 100 people. The results showed that: (1) Quality of service bellboy are in the very good category (97%), (2) Guest Satisfaction are in the very good category (96%) and (3) There is a relationship that is positive and significant correlation between quality of service bellboy with guest Keywords: Service Quality, Bellboy, Fox Hotel pekanbaru

Abstract

Problems encountered with regard to customer satisfaction on Quuen Star Waterpark is the reduction in visits level over the last 3 years. pricing, is one factor that has been attempted by the company but have not been able to contribute a maximum of customer satisfaction . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pricing of customer satisfaction on Queen Star Waterpark.The research aims to analyze how the influence of price toward customer satisfaction. Sampling method uses Accidental Sampling Method. Sample of trhe research is 96 Queen star’s customer and then an analysis is performed toward the obtained data by using data analysis quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively analysis includes: validity and realibility test, simple regression analysis and hypothesis test through t, and determination coefficient analysis (R). Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the obtained data within research andthe result of data processing has been implemented by providing information andexplanation. Data has complied validity, realibility, so that those are resulting regression equation as follows:Y = 4,983+ 0,407 XWhere, Customer Satisfaction (Y), Price variable (X). Hyphothesis test uses t test demonstrates that the three of examined independent variables is proved significantly have a partially effect on dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction. The grade of R Square is 0,177 demonstrates that 17,7% percent of Customer Satisfaction variable can be explained by the three of independent variables within regression equation. While, the remainder is 82,3 percent is explained by other variables outside of those variable other used in the research.Keywords: Price, customer satisfaction
