Abstract

The credibility of educational leadership is very important and even the life of a leader. Leaders who have credibility, then subordinates work sincerely, loyally and have a high sense of belonging to the organization. In addition, what is more important is the positive implication on the performance of educators and education personnel and on the quality of graduates. Conversely, if an educational leader has low credibility, then subordinates will work carelessly, work if they are rewarded and supervised and the sense of belonging to the organization is very low or even non-existent. And what's worse is the impact on the decline in the performance of subordinates and the low quality of graduates. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the credibility of educational leadership in general was good. Where educational leadership has implemented what is an indicator of credibility, which has implemented a good attitude of honesty, fairness, responsibility and the ability to inspire subordinates. However, there are still things that have not been implemented optimally, namely those related to interactional and distributive justice in terms of unequal reward and intensity that is still lacking and the ability to inspire in the motivating aspect has not used symbols in educational institutions.

Abstract

Dayah (Islamic boarding school) is the oldest institution in Aceh. It has a positive contribution toward citizen’s capacity building of Aceh, especially in the context of internalizing the Islamic teaching that acts as a social control in Aceh community. Formerly, the form of education in dayah still follow a traditional system, yet, along with the massive development of science and technology, it has adapted with the current situation without ignoring the old system. Many changes occur either in its physic and non-physic form.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of students of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculties of UIN Ar-Raniry who carry out the Field Experience Practices (PPL) program in the High School of Bener Meriah Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe the results of research in accordance with the objectives of the study. The results showed that the personality competencies of students in the implementation of the Field Experience Practices (PPL) program in SMA Bener Meriah District in general were very well implemented (88.5%). With this acquisition will have a positive impact on students in the learning process. Especially in the context of increasing student learning motivation and also can have implications for the moral development of students. There are a number of aspects of personality competency which are (1) stable and stable personality aspects (93%), (2) adult behavior (89.1%), (3) stable and wise (86%), ( 4) authoritative (86%), and (6) noble and exemplary aspects (92%). However, even though the students have been able to practice very well, there is one aspect that needs to be improved in a better direction, namely one of the authoritative sub-aspects (students can be respected by students) only score 75%. Respected factors are very important to note, because if a teacher is not respected, especially by students, the learning process does not run optimally.

Abstract

The PPL management unit at the LPTK is very important to make student teacher candidates competent. Students as prospective educators must have teacher competence, in the form of abilities and skills in managing learning properly. These abilities and skills are shown by the ability to plan lessons, carry out learning and evaluate learning. The reality is that the teacher competence of PPL students is still not optimal, such as PPL students who have not used various methods, have not implemented the learning process using a scientific approach, in addition, there are still students who are not disciplined. This study uses a qualitative approach that seeks to interpret the phenomena experienced by research subjects. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the teaching competence of PPL students (academic and non-academic) was generally good. It only needs strengthening in the field of developing varied learning models, strengthening social competence and self-confidence. Furthermore, there are two factors that affect student competence in school, namely internal and external factors. Then the role of the PPL unit has also been good, the process has been carried out since the preparation then continued with implementation, evaluation and follow-up. However, it is necessary to increase coordination between the PPL unit and schools, especially regarding the initial PPL preparation.

Abstract

Teachers occupy important positions and determine the success of the learning process. One of the tasks of teachers, is to use a method / model appropriate learning, so that students become active. The reality is based on preliminary observations in MTs Al-Fauzul Kabir, only a limited number are active. Based on these problems researchers tried to use the type cooperative learning model jigsaw particularly on learning Aqidah Morals eighth graders Fauzul MTs Al-Kabir, which aims to enable all students in the learning process. This study uses the approach of PTK, which lasted for two cycles. The results showed that using a model of the type cooperative learning jigsaw on Aqidah Morals can improve students' learning activeness, it can be seen in the first cycle and the second cycle increased. Activities teachers in the first cycle obtain an average value of 2, 75 with a percentage of 68, 7%, in the second cycle obtain an average value of 3.6 with a percentage of 89.6%. While on student activities, cycle 1 scored an average of 2, 7 with a percentage of 66, 6%, while in the second cycle with an average of 3.5 with a percentage of 87.5. Thus it can be said, that uses cooperative learning model type of Jigsaw can enhance the activity of students in the learning process.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is still experiencing a character crisis in various fields, including in the context of education. The character crisis in the world of education is marked by increased promiscuity, rampant rates of violence against children and adolescents, the habit of cheating, drug abuse, pornography, rape, looting, bullying, brawls, and destruction of other people's property. In fact, this character degradation does not occur in the world of education, because basically the institution is consistently taught science in addition to instilling values in students. To overcome this problem, the government has made various efforts in schools, one of which can be applied through school culture. Through the role of school culture, it is hoped that various characters can be instilled well in students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which aims to describe a phenomenon as it is. The results show that school culture can instill various characters in students, but must be supported by all school components, especially principals, teachers, and students.

Abstract

Singing method is one of the learning method that is expected for students to be able and remember the material well. Methods diekkan, media is also important to improve memory. One is flashcard media. By using both of these systems, the learning process will attract and stimulate learners' recollection of the letters of hijaiyah recognition. Based on preliminary observations, reduce the memory in the introduction of similar or similar hijaiyyah letters in Darul Falah Gampong Pineung Landfill, so further efforts / treatment is how to apply the method of singing and flashcard media. This research uses PTK (Classroom Action Research) approach. The results showed that the learning method and flashcard media in the introduction of hijaiyyah letters to learners experienced a significant improvement. The application of singing methods and using flashcard media proved to improve the memory of learners and can distinguish what is meant in the material introduction hijaiyah.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep humanistic dalam pendidikan akhlak. Akhlak merupakan salah satu dari tiga kerangka dasar ajaran Islam yang memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting, di samping dua kerangka dasar lainnya, yakni aqidah dan syariah. Akhlak yang terpuji merupakan buah yang dihasilkan dari proses penerapan aqidah dan syariah. Ibarat bangunan, akhlak merupakan kesempurnaan dari bangunan tersebut setelah fondasi dan bangunannya kokoh. Namun, terkadang fakta tidak sejalan dengan teori yang ada. Pada kenyataannya yang terjadi sekarang masih banyak siswa yang berakhlak tidak baik, seperti berkata kasar pada guru, duduk diatas meja pada saat guru sedang menjelaskan pelajaran, berkelahi di dalam kelas dengan temannya pada saat guru di kelas, tidak memperhatikan pelajaran yang diajarkan oleh guru dan membolos pada saat jam pelajaran berlangsung, mereka tidak lagi mengganggap bahwa guru adalah orang yang harus mereka hormati. Dalam kasus ini kedudukan humanistik dianggap berperan penting dalam pendidikan akhlak anak, sesuai dengan tujuan dari pendidikan humanistik.Tujuan pendidikan humanistik adalah untuk memanusiakan manusia

Abstract

Pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengolahan serealia, kacang-kacangan dan umbi menjadi makanan dan minuman di kelas VIII-8 SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dan 2) Model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi pengolahan serealia, kacang-kacangan dan umbi menjadi makanan dan minuman di kelas VIII-8 SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas), subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-8 Aceh tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari 45% pada Pra Siklus dan meningkat menjadi 60% pada siklus I, kemudian semakin meningkat menjadi 87% pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa juga meningkat, hal ini dapat dilihat peningkatan dari 60% pada Pra Siklus, kemudian menjadi 67,50% pada siklus I dan terus meningkat menjadi 92,50% pada Siklus II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan bauran pemasaran hijau dijadikan sebagai model bisnis berkelanjutan. Model pemasaran hijau yang dianalisis mengacu pada model bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari 4P; produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat/lokasi. Dikatakan model pemasaran hijau dalam bisnis berkelanjutan adalah model pemasaran peduli lingkungan. Model pemasaran hijau bertujuan untuk menarik konsumen menjadi peduli terhadap lingkungan. Dengan memasukkan unsur lingkungan maka konsekuensi pada harga produk menjadi lebih tinggi dari produk biasa. Bagi konsumen yang peduli lingkungan, harga suatu produk lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan produk yang diproduksi kurang peduli lingkungan tidak menjadi beban untuk membelinya. Model pemasaran hijau menjadi tantangan bagi produsen karena kurangnya kesadaran konsumen pada lingkungan. Tantangan adalah peluang, semakin besar tantangan maka semakin besar peluang. Terciptanya permintaan terhadap produk ramah lingkungan merupakan segmen baru yang berpotensi untuk terus dikembangkan. pembekalan pengetahuan pada konsumen tentang kelebihan menggunakan produk hijau perlu ditingkatkan oleh berbagai pihak, perusahaan swasta, pemerintah guna meningkatkan kestabilan lingkungan.
