Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Prezi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan di SMA N 4 Singaraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan Post-test Only Control Group Design. Objek penelitian terdiri dari 1 kelas eksperimen dan 1 kelas kontrol. Metode pemilihan objek penelitian dengan teknik random sampling. Kelas sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelas X MIA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan teknik Uji-t satu pihak. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Uji-t satu pihak menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran Prezi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil Uji-t satu pihak dengan thitung = 7,015 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,672. Jadi media pembelajaran Prezi memberikan pengaruh yang positif pada hasil belajar Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan motivasi belajar terhadap kinerja siswa dalam praktikum instalasi tenaga listrik pada siswa kelas XI TIPTL di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, (2) mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran instalasi tenaga listrik program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik (TIPTL) kelas XI di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, dan (3) mengetahui tingkat kinerja siswa dalam praktikum instalasi tenaga listrik (TIPTL) pada siswa kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik (TIPTL) di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. (4) untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja siswa dalam praktikum instalasi tenaga listrik dengan motivasi siswa kelas XI TIPTL. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Sampel yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas XI TIPTLdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 siswa. Variabel yang diteliti adalah dua variabel,variabel terikat, yaitu kinerja siswa dan satu variabel bebas, yaitu motivasi belajar. Data nilai kinerja diperoleh melalui lembar observasi, sedangkan untuk motivasi nilai diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, untuk mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai hubungan yang diberikan antar variabel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis teknik uji spearman rank dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji asumsi, yaitu uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat tingkat motivasi dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 96,06% sedangkan untuk kinerja siswa dalam melakukan praktikum instalasi tenaga listrik pada siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja diperoleh rata-rata kelas sebesar 69,95% dalam kategori sangat baik. Jadi dalam penelitian ini hubungan antara motivasi dengan kinerja siswa dalam pratikum instalasi tenaga listrik pada siswa kelas XI TIPTL di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,647 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,05 yang artinya arah korelasi positif dengan tingkat korelasi kuat, Bagi pihak guru SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja agar lebih membangkitkan motivasi siswa agar lebih mendukung proses belajar siswa sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja siswa.

One of the most factor that affects the achievement and learning motivation of students is a conducive classroom environment. It can be seen from the student's regularity in the class. Teachers can determine whether the class is adequate or not by monitoring the class condition through video. The research tries to apply the extraction of imagery and sound features by using the Centroid extraction method and the MFCC along with classifying the regular or irregular classrooms with the SVM methods which are taken by video installed in a classroom. The video will be split into image data and sound data. The process of image data starts with reading the input, then it goes to the stages of preprocessing, segmentation with K-Means, morphology, and the most important part is to get information before it is classified by the SVM method to get its class regularity. The sound frequency will be extracted by the MFCC method and then it is classified by the SVM method to get the class noise. The results of this research get an accuracy value of 78% in the linear kernel and 70% in the polynomial kernel. This research uses 50 test data consisting of 25 regular data and 25 irregular data taken directly through video recording. These results prove that the SVM method has given good classification results for regular and irregular classes.

AbstrakKementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melaksanakan program yang disebut dengan Program Keahlian Ganda yang bertujuan untuk melakukan penataan dan pemenuhan guru produktif di SMK untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan vokasi serta pendidikan dan pelatihan keterampilan kerja. Program ini dilaksanakan selama 12 bulan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: 1) belajar mandiri terbimbing yang dilaksanakan di SMK sekolah tempat guru mengajar (On-Service Training), 2) pendidikan dan pelatihan (In-Service Training), 3) magang kerja di dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI), dan 4) diakhiri dengan sertifikasi keahlian di LSP dan sertifikasi guru dalam jabatan melalui PLPG. Untuk mendukung program tersebut khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, digunakanlah sebuah learning management system yang selanjutnya disebut LMS Program Keahlian Ganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi LMS Program Keahlian Ganda tersebut khususnya pada aspek usability menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 orang peserta Program Keahlian Ganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis Mann Whitney U Test dan kuesioner SUS menunjukkan pengguna merasa kurang puas menggunakan LMS Program Keahlian Ganda dilihat dari hasil perhitungan skor kuesioner SUS yang didapat sebesar 49,75 masih belum mampu melampaui standar kuesioner SUS sebesar 68.00. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa LMS Program Keahlian Ganda belum memiliki usability yang baik karena belum memberikan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang baik. Kata Kunci: evaluasi, usability, Mann Whitney U Test, SUS.AbstractThe Ministry of Education and Culture conducts the arrangement and fulfillment of productive teachers in SMK to support the improvement of the quality of vocational education as well as education and vocational skills training. This program is implemented for 12 months through several stages: 1) self-directed guided learning conducted at SMK schools where the teacher teaches (On-Service Training), 2) education and training (In-Service Training), 3) apprenticeship in the business world and the industrial world (DU / DI); and 4) ends with certification of expertise in LSP and certification of teachers in positions through the PLPG. To support the program especially in the implementation of online learning, used a learning management system, hereinafter called LMS Dual Expertise Program. This study aims to evaluate the LMS Dual Expertise Program, especially on aspects of usability using questionnaire techniques. The sample in this research is 20 participants of Dual Expertise Program. Result of research based on analysis Mann Whitney U Test and SUS show user feel less satisfied using LMS Dual Expertise Program seen from result of calculation SUS questionnaire score obtained equal to 49,75. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that LMS Dual Skills Program has not good usability because it has not provided user satisfaction level that surpassed SUSS standard questionnaire that is 68,00. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kotak kontak pintar pada rumah cerdas berbasis teknologi internet of things (IoT) guna untuk memonitor jumlah konsumsi daya perangkat elektronik pada rumah tangga. Sensor yang digunakan adalah 3 buah sensor arus AC N25 dan 1 buah sensor tegangan ZMPT101B, arduino nano dan Raspberry Pi yang digunakan dalam pemrosesan data, display 2x16 serta web server sebagai tampilan hasil dari konsumsi daya. Adapun pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 3 perangkat elektronik rumah tangga yaitu setrika, kipas Angin dan Satu buah televisi. Terdapat penurunan kemampuan pada sensor arus AC N25 dengan perubahan nilai berkisar 0.7-1 A sehingga harus dilakukan kalibrasi ulang. Perbedaan hasil pengukuran tegangan AC (220 VAC) yang dihasilkan sensor tegangan ZMPT101B, alat ukur Multimeter UT dan alat ukur digital multimeter kyoritsu. Namun perbedaan yang terjadi hanya pada rentang 5 vac, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan tegangan yang ada. Jumlah konsumsi daya kotak-kontak pintar pada rumah cerdas ini sendiri adalah pada sensor arus 0.125 Watt, sensor tegangan 0.001 Watt dan arduino nano 0.2 Watt.

The Development of Learning Mobile Application of Latin-to-Balinese Script Transliteration Gede Indrawan; I Ketut Pramarta

Balinese script writing allegedly towards extinction. The general objective of this research is to preserve this Balinese culture aspect through a technology approach. The specific objective is to develop learning mobile application of Latin-To-Balinese script transliteration, as one of the innovative technology products of the Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha – Bali, and to analyze crowd feedback of that application to know the user acceptance and to obtain feedback for future improvement. This android-based application can be used as a learning media at mandatory local content subject Balinese Language in elementary and secondary schools in Province Bali since so far, it could handle the transliteration complex behaviors based on document "The Balinese Alphabet" with about 98% accuracy level (148 right of 151 test case). The development of this application was based on Model-View-Controller design pattern and use dictionary data structure to hold special words. Crowd feedback data was obtained through Google Play Console in five months since the application release. There are more than 32 thousand installations and 152 ratings (63 ratings with reviews). Average rating score of 4.2 (from the maximum best score of 5) and positive general comments (57% from total review) reflects relatively good of the user acceptance to the application. Further improvement priority of the application based on top three feedback category, i.e. addition of: 1) copy-paste-share feature (18% of reviews total); 2) compatibility to the old version of android (5% of reviews total); and 3) character “ě” insertion feature for generating sign pepet of Aksara Bali (3% of reviews total).

Virus Corona menjadi permasalahan internasional pada tahun 2020. Hal ini sangat berdampak bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Pemerintah Indonesia mengambil peran dalam menekan peningkatan jumlah penderita virus Corona dengan cara membatasi kegiatan masyarakat di luar rumah. Salah satu dampak yang signifikan dari Virus Corona adalah di sektor perekonomian. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis sentimen untuk menentukan kecenderungan opini masyarakat terhadap dampak virus Corona. Twitter merupakan salah satu platform yang digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mengekspresikan kondisi terkini setelah virus Corona merambah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh analisis dokumen text untuk mendapatkan sentimen positif atau negatif masyarakat. Data yang digunakan merupakan dokumen tweet dari Twitter mengenai dampak virus Corona. Data yang terkumpul dibagi untuk digunakan sebagai data latih dan data uji proses klasifikasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk klasifikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Naive Bayes Classifier. Hasil klasifikasi dievaluasi menggunakan accuracy dan error rate dengan tujuan mengetahui keakuratan dokumen setelah diklasifikasi menjadi sentimen positif atau negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode Naive Bayes mampu mengklasifikasi dokumen tweet dengan akurasi 67% dan error rate sebesar 33%. Percobaan dengan menggunakan 3 jumlah data berbeda (100, 200, dan 500) menghasilkan selisih nilai akurasi yang tidak jauh berbeda yaitu 0,02. Hal ini menunjukkan metode Naive Bayes untuk klasifikasi data tweet terkait dampak virus Corona menghasilkan performa yang stabil. Nilai accuracy yang diperoleh cukup baik dan penelitian selanjutnya bisa dikembangkan dengan memperhitungkan unsur semantik pada dokumen tweet.

Technological progress in the medical area made medical images like X-rays stored in digital files. The medical image file is relatively large so that the image needs to be compressed. The lossless compression technique is an image compression where the decompression results are the same as the original or no information lost in the compression process. The existing algorithms on lossless compression techniques are Run Length Encoding (RLE), Huffman, and Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW). This study compared the performance of the three algorithms in compressing medical images. The result of image decompression will be compared to its performance in the objective assessment such as ratio, compression time, MSE (Mean Square Error) and PNSR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio). MSE and PSNR are used for quantitative image quality measurement for subjective assessment assisted by three experts who will compare the original image with the decompression image. Based on the results obtained from the objective assessment of compression performance of RLE algorithm showed the best performance by yielding ratio, time, MSE and PSNR respectively 86,92%, 3,11ms, 0 and 0db. For Huffman, the results can be 12.26%, 96.94ms, 0, and 0db respectively. While LZW results can be in sequence -63.79%, 160ms, 0.3 and 58.955db. For the results of the subjective assessment, the experts argued that all images can be analyzed well.

The final project is one of the requirements of graduation students. Students who want to do the final project need to see the final project result on the same topic that has been done before. With a large number of end-task documents, it certainly takes a great effort to find the final project document on the same topic. The final grouping can be automated using the document classification method. The methods that can be used to classify documents are K-Nearest Neighbors as classifier and Vector Space Model to measure the distance between documents From the initial observation, the multilabel classification in the final abstract using Vector Sapce Model and K-Nearest Neighbors has not been evaluated. Because some previous studies have led to the testing of single labels and only lead to one method, as the method is tested. Classification of abstract document final task consists of 2 stages of making distance table using vector space model and multilabel classification using KNN. This method has not been able to predict the label accurately because the exact exact ratio of its optimum value is only 0.57 when m = 4 and k = 8. This method is good enough in predicting the label even though not precisely. Can be seen from the accuracy value of its optimum which is 0.74 when m = 4 and k = 9. The exact match ratio and accuracy value of this method has the optimum value at m = k / 3.

This research aims to develop an Academic Progress Information System (SIsKA) in the Computer Science Study Program, Postgraduate Program at Ganesha University of Education. The incremental development model is used in the development of SIsKA. The evaluation stage is carried out using the Focus Group Discussions technique to validate user input for the development stage. Evaluation was carried out on 20 respondents, who were selected using simple random sampling technique from active SIsKA users. Testing of the SIsKA development code is also carried out using White Box Testing. The results of the evaluation of phase 1 and phase 2 of development succeeded in providing recommendations for improvements according to user needs. The evaluation results from phase 3 of development show that SIsKA is in accordance with user needs. The results of the White Box test show that all lecturer page functions are at a simple level. Future development and evaluation can focus on improving the complexity of the 14 functions on the administrator and student pages, as well as analyzing data security related to SIsKA.
