Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 10P (mega marketing mix) terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini melibatkan 403 responden dengan 99,75% di antaranya adalah perempuan, dan usia mayoritas responden berada pada rentang 21-30 tahun (57,82%). Bauran pemasaran 10P yang diteliti meliputi: Product, People, Place, Promotion, Price, Process, Physical Evidence, Performance, Power, dan Public Relation. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cross-sectional dengan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pasien rawat jalan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh 10 komponen bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pasien. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda, variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi loyalitas pasien adalah Public Relation, dengan nilai koefisien regresi terbesar (β sama dengan 0.561) dan nilai p sama dengan 0.001, yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan. Variabel-variabel lain, yaitu Performance (β sama dengan 0.261, p sama dengan 0.001) dan Power (β sama dengan 0.184, p sama denga 0.001) juga berpengaruh meskipun dengan nilai pengaruh yang lebih kecil. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.952 menunjukkan bahwa model regresi dapat menjelaskan 95,2% varian dalam loyalitas pasien. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Public Relation merupakan variabel paling dominan yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien, sehingga RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau perlu lebih memperhatikan strategi komunikasi publik dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pasien. Abstract

Hospitals, as healthcare service institutions, play a vital role in providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. Service quality is strongly influenced by the performance of healthcare professionals, particularly doctors and nurses, who face high workloads, job satisfaction demands, and the risk of fatigue. Excessive workload may lead to fatigue, stress, and decreased performance, which in turn affect service quality. On the other hand, job satisfaction and the psychological condition of healthcare workers are also assumed to influence service quality. This study was conducted at RSU St. Antonius Pontianak, a class B referral hospital with a high average daily patient visit rate. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction, and work fatigue on the service quality of doctors and nurses. The research employed a quantitative survey design by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of doctors and nurses. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SMARTPLS 3 software. The results indicate that workload has a significant effect on service quality, while job satisfaction and work fatigue have no significant effect on service quality. These findings suggest that workload is the dominant factor determining service quality, whereas job satisfaction and fatigue do not directly reduce service quality because healthcare professionals continue to maintain professionalism and adhere to service standards. This study implies that hospital management should pay greater attention to workload management among healthcare workers through balanced task distribution, proper shift arrangements, and adequate facility support to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Abstract

Latah adalah suatu perilaku menyimpang yang bisa diderita oleh lansia. Perilaku menyimpang ini mengakibatkan sesuatu yang ingin disampaikan tidak dapat tersampaikan dengan baik , sehingga mengakibatkan lansia yang mengalami latah menjadi cemas, malu dan stress berakibat kepada kesehatan fisik dan mental lansia tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang penanganan latah pada lansia dengan metode reading backward di wilayah kecamatan Makasar Jakarta Timur. Menggunakan disain penelitian action research dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi  partisipan, telaah dokumen, dan focus group discussion pada 4 (empat) subjek utama dan 6 (enam) subjek  kunci . Analisis data menggunakan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) dengan hasil wawancara ditranskrip melalui teknik verbatim. Hasil penelitian ini didapat gambaran jenis kelatahan pada lansia yang paling menonjol adalah koprolalia (bicara kata-kata tabu), seperti menyebutkan alat kelamin (laki-laki) selain ada juga jenis kelatahan lainnya, seperti echolalia, ekopraksia dan automatic abodience. Jenis kelatahan yang dialami seorang lansia bisa lebih dari satu jenis. Faktor penyebab lansia menjadi latah karena faktor mimpi melihat alat kelamin yang cukup banyak disekitarnya, dan faktor lainnya seperti  adanya faktor pemberontakan, faktor pengkondisian dan faktor pengalaman. Dukungan keluarga diperlukan dengan memberi rasa aman dan lingkungan  sekitar dapat mengurangi kelatahan pada lansia, tidak mengganggu lansia serta memberi stimulus kepada lansia latah dan para lansia yang mengalami kelatahan. Lansia latah yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini  bekerja sebagai buruh cuci, pedagang dan pengasuh anak.  Metode reading backward bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi yang dapat mengurangi kelatahan.

Abstract

Patients with mental disorders (ODGJ) require special treatment. In the treatment process, family involvement is expected. This research aims to study and explain the attitudes and support of families in caring for ODGJ in the working area of the Patia Health Center, Pandeglang district. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 126 patients with mental disorders with a sample of 56 respondents who were families who provided care for ODGJ patients using accidental sampling data collection techniques. The research instrument is a questionnaire which was constructed by the researcher himself and has been tested for validity and reliability using a trial sample of 20 people. Based on the results of the analysis using chi square statistical testing, it was found that the p-value of family support (0.018), family role (0.024) and source of family support (0.001) was related to the length of treatment for ODGJ. The dominant variable related to the length of treatment for ODGJ is family support (0.031) with an OR value of 11.7. Family support has an 11.7 times chance of helping the healing process. Abstract

Lean management is a strategic framework designed to minimize waste and enhance efficiency across all aspects of production or service delivery within an organization. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of lean management can minimize waste in clinical pathology laboratory services at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating qualitative and quantitative research within a descriptive analytical framework at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. The findings are presented in two sections: qualitative results, which include waste identification and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and quantitative results derived from questionnaires indicating that six out of seven types of waste were identified in the clinical pathology laboratory—namely, defect, overproduction, transportation, waiting, inventory, motion, and overprocessing. The RCA revealed repeated sampling as a key underlying issue. Based on efficiency time analysis, waiting times at the registration desk and during laboratory result verification were associated with a low Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) of 47%. The study recommends adding registration desks and implementing a Laboratory Information System (LIS) to reduce delays in laboratory result processing. In conclusion, six out of seven types of waste were found in the clinical pathology laboratory at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Through the calculation of weighted percentages to assess the impact of each waste type, the strongest relationship was found between overprocessing and overproduction wastes (19.80%). Overprocessing waste—particularly in repeated blood sampling—was identified as the primary concern. Therefore, regular training for analysts responsible for sample collection is recommended to reduce waste and improve laboratory efficiency.

Abstract

This research takes place at Kueqoe MSMEs which have not calculated the break event point, the purpose of this study is to calculate the number of Break-Even Points (BEP) at Kueqoe MSMEs. The research method used is quantitative. By classifying costs into fixed costs and variable costs, calculating contribution margins, BEP, sales volume targets. Based on the calculation, the resulting BEP is IDR 435,610.582. The results of this study are expected to help companies in planning optimal profits through BEP calculations.
